Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

The pool was enjoyable, and we had a great time using it. The only downside was the air conditioning—cooling was uneven. The kids’ room with bunk beds cooled quickly, but the main bedroom stayed warm until late at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return in the future. It’s a solid choice for families, especially with kids, given the proximity to Disneyland and family-friendly amenities.

The room was clean and spacious. Having the junior suite with the full over full bunk beds so our kids could sleep separately from us AND each other really helped us relax more after a long day at Disneyland. Sharing a queen bed was fine when they were younger, but not as easy as they get older. The breakfast was a huge spread and there were plenty of places to sit. It was also walkable to the parks. We will definitely stay here for future trips.

Breakfast was good but stops way too early. You have guests who were at Disneyland all day and get back to room super late and then get little sleep to get to breakfast before 10

Some positive mentions, a clean room, (maids clean daily), great free breakfast with a great variety of options, and convenient to the Disneyland park. Only issue was they tried to give us a room that would was not the room we booked and wouldn’t work for us, the manager took care of this with no issues. It was a nice stay.

Room was very clean and stocked. The clerk at front wasn't very helpful when we first arrived and was at his cellphone more than he was able to help us.

Thr room was a little smaller than I expected. But, overall it was a great stay. We would stay again for sure.

Great room options! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was a must have for mom and dad plus 2 teenage daughters! Pool was on the small side and the breakfast was your typical budget hotel fare.... eggs of some type, sausage, pastries, fruit, juice, waffles....etc. they replace towels and empty trash daily and "full housekeeping" clean on the 3rd day of your stay. Our room was missed somehow and not cleaned till the 5th day. Miscommunication, short staffed, not sure? Literally a 10 minute walk or 2 minute Uber from Disney! Friendly front desk staff and secure building. 9/10 👍

We were given an ADA room and the lack of counter space was annoying. Knowing what I know now, I would have asked for a different room. That being said, the hotel was quiet with everything I needed. The in-room fridge and microwave were nice to have though we didn’t use them. I would recommend Desert Palms to a friend and happily stay here again.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly the breakfast team and the house cleaners were the best part of the stay. Excellent, helpful, friendly service. I would say the best part of the stay. The price was much higher than I would likely pay next time. But I might have to sneak in for breakfast and say hi to the friendly folks on the 5th floor and leave them a tip. 🤓

Rooms were clean & specious. The beds were comfortable. The pull out sofa was used by my colllege age daughter she didn’t complain. Water pressure was great in the bathroom. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast buffet starts at 6:30 there is plenty of food to choose from along with coffee, tea and juice. If I could find anything to complain about I could say the bathroom door was loud ( if that’s even a complaint) and there were 2 USB ports so make sure you bring your charging outlet plugs. Honestly I loved this hotel they were always cleaning and maintaining the building too and it shows.

Had a wonderful stay. We would definitely be back. The bed was great, room was clean. Breakfast was great! The only complaint would be that the blinds don’t block out enough light. I would recommend them adding curtains to them.

Check in was fast and easy. Our room was spacious and was perfect for our long weekend trip.

Our stay at Desert Palms Hotel was outstanding. After a long drive from Arizona, we were warmly welcomed by Karina, whose friendly smile, professionalism, and personable attitude immediately made us feel at home. The rooms were exceptionally clean, housekeeping was attentive, and the breakfast far exceeded expectations with a variety of hot and cold options that our family enjoyed every day—especially the make-your-own waffles. With thoughtful amenities like a kids’ activity area, convenient laundry facilities, and easy access to ice machines, Desert Palms will absolutely be our first choice the next time we visit Anaheim. Limited parking. If you are not back by 8:00pm most of the parking will be taken . Good thing Disney is about a ten minute walk.

Clean room for a family of 5

Breakfast was good the kids enjoyed it; they also loved the pool the family and I were very comfortable during our stay.

Close (10-15 min walk) to Disneyland and stores (CVS and Walgreens). Cars RACE down Katella (street in front of hotel) loudly at night.

The room was very clean and included breakfast was good. My favorite part of the room was the full size refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the park entrance which was not bad considering the nice cool mornings.

The rooms were nice, but we could hear everything through the walls. It made it really hard to sleep. Room service also came in at very unusual hours. Even when we told them not to come in they still entered the room. It was uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Disneyland, which is great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a small hiccup when checking in. They put us in a room with 1 queen bed and bunk beds, but we had booked 2 queens. Called the front desk but was put on hold so we went back downstairs to resolve the mistake. They moved us into a ground floor room which was fine.

How clean and close it was to disneyland

The property was around the corner from Disneyland park so we were able to walk pretty easily. The room was nice and clean. Didn’t use the pool but other families seemed to enjoy it. The restaurant had good food after a long day out. The staff was extremely nice always quick to help with any requests. We asked for extra pillows at check in and had them within 10 minutes of getting into our room. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We will definitely being staying at the Desert Palms Hotel on our next Disney trip. We stayed in a kitchenette room and it was perfect for our family of 6. The rooms were very clean as well as the property. Staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the outdoor pool was nice and clean. We had a great stay and definitely recommend you stay there. The walk to and from Disneyland was great and easy.

Wonderful hotel that was great for our family trip to Disneyland. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and many local stores and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and daily breakfast were nice onsite amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again on a future trip to Anaheim.

Great experience, rooftop breakfast, Disneyland right around the corner, underground parking, and stores right across the street for everything that you would need. The only thing that was weird was the outlets in the room…I had to move the coffee pot and microwave around to plug in the coffee pot, maybe that was just my room. Everything else was great! Breakfast food was what you would expect, but it was filling and gave us energy for the parks. :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Downsides were barely enough parking in the garage, loud refrigerator in the room, and bright light from outside in the bunk bed area (kids didn’t mind). Also, a Disney shuttle would have been amazing, but walking worked out. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!

While the overall cleanliness and layout of the room were commendable, I did have a concern regarding the bedding. I noticed a hard, crusty brown stain on one of the pillows, which left me questioning whether the sheets had been changed from previous guests. Upon further inspection, it was clear that this was not just a stubborn stain; it had a texture indicating it had dried over time. This was disappointing. Overall, despite the bedding issue, I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the area.

Great place to stay with large rooms, wonderful free breakfast, and walking distance to the parks. There is a charge for parking but it’s still cheaper than paying to park at DL, and it’s underground.

We attempted to cancel our stay since the day we were set to arrive in town we learned about the chemical spill/explosion emergency up the street in Garden Grove. Called that morning and staff said they couldn’t cancel since a manager wasn’t in to authorize it. No manager at all at a hotel on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend? Really? Expedia was zero help as well. Hotel told us to call Expedia, then Expedia kept saying call the hotel. No one was helpful, there was a declared state of emergency just a few miles away, and no manager available weekend. I have no idea what the hotel is like since we never made it into town, but I do know they are extremely unhelpful and entirely unforgiving. I can only imagine how they’d handle an issue on the actual property or during your stay if this is how they conduct business prior to even checking in. Expedia remained unhelpful as well, and I will no longer attempt to do business with them.

The room itself was good. I likeed that they gave me an option to sleep 8. However, because the room was basically just two rooms put together, the one air conditioner could not keep up. We left the AC set at 68 the entire time and the coldest the room ever got was 76. And this is with high temps that never got above 71. If we could have had a more temperate room, I would have rated the hotel much higher. I even brought it up to the staff and they apparently sent the maintenance crew to check on it but we never heard back from them.

Also, the walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear all the families that get up early to go to Disneyland. The breakfast is good and there is a wide variety of typical hotel fare-eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, flavored yogurt, lots of fruit, cereal.

About a 7-10 min walk to Disney. Not the friendliest staff at check in. This one was spacious. Breakfast was mediocre, the best thing was the make yourself waffles. On last day when getting in the shower I had to kill a bug that resembled a baby roach so I’ve been paranoid since.

I didn't get to go to the pool but it was very private, clean and had all the amenities you would need. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend!

Only downfall we had was that we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for 3 nights!! I’ve never stayed in a hotel that only had one roll of toilet paper LOL. Beautiful property, next door to 7/11 where homeless like to hangout, so be aware when walking to Disney!

Clean room but confusing when on 2nd floor

The staff were terrible and seemed like they would rather be doing something else. Especially the girl with black hair, she looked as though she hates her job. One of the very nice staff girl was helping us situate our bags and the girl with the black hair was just rude as heck and tells the nice staff that they can’t put it in there, there’s no room when clearly there was a lot. Very unprofessional and if she hates her job maybe she should quit.

We woke up at 3:30 am without the air conditioning working and the room temperature at 77 degrees. The water temp when we showered was barely warm. Breakfast was ok, though the selection was limited. The staff were very nice, though. The location was great, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

The 7-11 next door can get a little sketchy at night when coming back from the park but the hotel is great. Never felt unsafe and had no issues while I was staying there.

The property is great if you plan to go to Disneyland because is only 5 min. Walk. What I also liked is the breakfast great menus. Only thing I didn’t like is that the phones were not working and maintenance did not fix the problem. But other than that the hotel is good

Clean room. Maids only came once at an inconvenient time, and then never came back again for our 4 night stay. We wished our room could’ve been cleaned. Beds were comfortable enough, but sooo bright overnight and in the morning. They really need blackout curtains. Walk to Disney was only 10 minutes. Breakfast was ok! We would stay again.

The property was clean and close to Disney. The breakfast was great to have every morning. Our room seemed to have an issue with the air conditioning it had trouble staying cool through the night. It was much colder in our extended family room on the floor below us. There was also a light that was not part of the building that would light up the room until 2am even with the blinds closed. We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. It was close to walk to the park and the breakfast each morning was delicious.

Hotel room and staff were great. The only suggestion I have is I could find any hand soap in the bathroom. They had a body labeled body wash on the wall but that isn’t the same. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay here again.

We love the Breakfast buffet, the Outdoor pool and the friendly staff. And the short walk to Disneyland allows us to rope drop the rope drop.

This was the perfect location for us while visiting Disney. It is about a 7-10min walk from the Disney security. I was traveling with my parents (80 and 76 years old), and two daughters (10 years old and 9 months). The room allowed for my parents to have their own private space while my daughters and I took the bunk beds. Each bedroom had storage and a television. We had a lot of gear for the baby and never felt cramped. The breakfast was great! Something for everyone and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. They are not huge but we always had space. The lobby had fresh water and a place for kids to play. Everything felt clean and very well cared for. We will be back!

This is a family-oriented hotel. Waterproof mattress pads make noise and sheets are not quality, but I still slept well. Walk to Disney was an easy and safe 10 minutes - no streets to cross. Lots of families out past 11pm walking back to their hotels. I would stay here again to go to Disneyland.

We brought our baby to Disneyland and stayed here to try out a new hotel aside from the one we typically stay at across the street from Disneyland. Breakfast was great buffet style and had different hot items every day. Staff members were nice from staff reception to house keeping crew. They had coffee and water all day every day available in the lobby. The lobby has a kid friendly section that is fun for kids and even books to use. The hotel restaurant had a variety of items to select from and conveniently located. We would definitely consider this hotel again.

The room was very clean (as in my sister is a clean freak and used a black light and there were no spots anywhere). The breakfast was excellent and we walked to Disneyland which was an easy 10-15 minute walk which was completely doable. Staff was also very friendly. We didn’t get in the pool, but it seemed to be great. You could tell the exterior seemed slightly older, but that isn’t even necessarily a complaint. Would definitely stay again.

After many searches it came down to 2 options, and because of breakfeast as an amenity, this hotel was my selection, also I read that there was EARLY CHECK INN, that was also very important for me, because we were going to arrive early, like 6:30 am early. I stated that this review will be divided by 2 1st INSTALATIONS, The room was perfect for us 5, it had enough space for us 5 and our luggage, there was a mini fiirdge and the ice machine was close, the room also had a semi private seperation with a blind, that divided the room in to 2, that teh men and ladies of my family very well apretiated. Since we took goodies to DISNEYLAND, the fridge was perfect, although IF YOU ASKE ME FOR A RECOMENDATION, They should have a fridge with frezzer, since DISNEYLAND does not allow ice on property, THE FRIDDGE WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU HAVE GEL ICE TO FREZZE, becuase gel ice or blue ice is allowed at DISNEYLAND. THE SECOND AND UGLY PART: I only treated with one person at front desk, becuase arriving very early on check in, and very late because of Disneland, I WAS TREATED RUDE CONDESENDIG AND WITH NO HELP AT ALL, I was dismissed twice, ignored AND VERY MUCH UNWELCOMED because of Alex, i will never stay at this hotel

GREAT LOCATION TO DISNEY. The experience was short but very good. Nice room and very good breakfast(maybe better coffee and actual 1/2 &1/2). Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly, it is nice that it is indoor rooms compared to many of the other hotels near by. It keeps it feeling more safe and quieter. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Our only complaint was that the elevator was down for our floor which made it hard with the double stroller. They did fix it and get it back going after about 24 hours. The pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. The walk to Disneyland was short and you only have to wait for one cross walk. It took me about 15-20 minutes from hotel to rope drop (going through security and checking in) with a stroller. Overall it was a great stay.

The hotel is well worth the price. Will continue to return to this hotel. Great for the kids too and the breakfast and the staff working it, are all great!

First night was horrible, we were put on the ground floor next to the service ally and it was loud. The next morning we got moved to the 2nd floor and it was way more quiet.

It was noticeably warm or stuffy in the hallways. Which doesn’t sound bad, but it just made the experience a tad bit miserable after walking outside all day. Outside of that.. room service was a huge plus, and the location is a 9.5/10

Our first night staying at this hotel, smelled like Marijuana - the whole evening. Our daughter and family stayed across from and stated the same. Not the best 1st impression for our 3 year old grandson. Our television wasn't working - no signal- and we contacted the staff. The girl we asked at the front desk informed us there is only 2 local channels. When our daughter got there,.they figured out the channels. Over all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The bathroom had someone else's Black long hair all over the floor, we were there for 4days and it never got cleaned up (i can only imagine they carpets were never vacummed)

Itzal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Arrived early and fortunately they made our room available to us. Took advantage of the daily breakfast. Also ordered from the Oasis Kitchen. Room was clean, great water pressure in shower.

Gentleman at the front desk, didn’t catch his name, unfortunately but he had the most gorgeous curly hair, was absolutely wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give it a better rating as a facility was that my daughter-in-law found black hair in the shower before she took one and it really messed with her stomach.

The free breakfast each morning was great. We were there for 3 mornings and they changed items each morning. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great. The room was clean and the staff was great. The location was the best, only a 10 minute walk to the parks!

Very convenient for a one night stay for Disneyland. Room was clean and updated. We were given an upgrade which we didn’t need but was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was included and very decent. Didn’t appreciate the $31 per night parking fee but thst seems to be customary in this area.

I love that this hotel takes out our garbage and dirty towels daily and gives us fresh towels! And they do full housekeeping every three days. We were there 7 days, so twice we came back to the hotel exhausted and found our rooms clean and the beds made with the kids stuffed animals arranged on the beds. So nice! We had two rooms, one had a kitchen with a full size fridge, which is something I love during a Disneyland vacation. The other had a little sitting area separated with a railing that was fun. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids play area in the lobby. Breakfast was great, lots of waffle makers, fresh fruit, pastries, and our grandkids were very happy that there was "rainbow cereal". And it is not too far of a walk to Disneyland. Thanks for a fun stay!

This is a very affordable hotel for being near Disneyland. It's a less than 10 minute walk to the parks. The food was fresh, the beds comfortable, the room had plenty of space for 5 people, and quite nice to come back to after a long day of fun. The parking is not free, which is the only draw back.

Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel. Eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal. My biggest complain was the placement of the toilet paper. We was so far behind you that you are reaching far to grab it and its covered by a protector thing.

would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the big bug in the bathroom on our last day. called front desk to kill it because it went under the sink area. they did come right away to take care of it but still a bug. also breakfast was the same all three days. location is great.

The weekend breakfasts are sooo much better than weekday, but they were decent anyways. The property is clean and secure, and walking distance to the park. We stayed in a king/ bunk room and the extra sleeping space was good. It felt a bit tight, not much extra room other than beds

Our stay was excellent except for 2 issues: we skipped the “free breakfast 2x out of 3 mornings bc the line is so long and seating is limited. Our room was great but every night around 9:30 it sounded like a herd of elephants above us, stomping back and forth. It didn’t last for more than an hour, but was still annoying. The staff, as always, were wonderful, the location is great, and the distance to Disneyland is helpful.

Pros: Good breakfast. Stayed in the family room with the bunk beds which was great for the kids to have their own space. Not a bad walk to Disney. Beds were decent Cons: Paper thin walls. Our pillows were not great, very flat. The design of our particular room was questionable, the main bed was right next to the wall in the hallway, with the bathroom splitting the room from the bunk bed area. There is a parking fee. Overall: I would stay here again if I wasn't able to get a hotel across the street. I believe this beats a majority of the hotels within the city block.

Convenient and easy

This was a great room. The room we had the kids had their own bunk bed room and it was nice and very affordable. It’s a little bit of a walk to DL but not bad.

Easy walk to the parks.. they upgraded our room for whatever reason I don’t know but it made a more pleasant stay!

First, they assigned us a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and found another family inside, including a naked 3-year-old. It was horribly embarrassing and a serious breach of privacy. We went back to the front desk, and they moved us to a different room. I will say the restaurant and food were great. That was the best part of the stay. There was a lot of variety, it was very convenient, and breakfast was exactly what you would expect with no issues. The second major problem happened while we were at the park. On our second day, I got a call saying we were supposed to have checked out and that our belongings were still in the room, even though I had booked the hotel for four nights. I explained that I had a reservation, but the response was basically that they did not care, they had no other rooms available, and I needed to leave. There was no customer service, no effort to hear me out, and no attempt to calmly look into the issue. When I called back with my receipt, they blamed it on a third-party booking error. However, after they had already placed us in an occupied room and then moved us, that explanation did not seem believable. I did not expect perfection, but I did expect common courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this stay was stressful, humiliating, and poorly hand

This was our first stay here and it was nice and close to Disneyland Resort.

There for WonderCon with the family, and front desk team was AMAZING with check-in and answering any questions we had. They were great with the kids, and the kids had a blast finding all the plushies for Easter!

The breakfast was amazing! Our room didn't have a space to put things in the bathroom, it just had a sink so nowhere really to get ready.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is nice, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for future visits. The walking distance from Disneyland is about 15 minutes.

We love this place! Right behind the Radiator Springs ride, on the other side of the Disney wall. Super easy to walk to the park, the kids love the bunk beds and breakfast. Awesome spot.

We absolutely loved our stay at Desert Palms. Our room was clean, breakfast was great (especially the breakfast staff), and the proximity to the parks was such a plus. We’ll be staying here again, this was really a huge hit for my husband and I. Worth every single penny.

We enjoyed our stay but found the noise from the room next to ours was too loud and constant through the night. Family with young noisy kids. Just not enough insulation between the rooms.

The carpet is dated and the trim around the steps inside the room was sharp and nearly cut our feet. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, water pressure was excellent as well as water temperature but the room temperature was hard to control especially when the curtains for the room separation were closed. The breakfast was simple and bland. The pool was nice but the hot tub was small and not hot, plus you felt like being in a fish bowl on display. Staff were nice but not ambitious. This is a Disney good neighbor but was not able to find in Disney programs but in the lobby. The walking distance to Disney was not long but a shuttle for evening returns would have been nice like the Candy Cane inn next door, maybe a partner up thing.

Room was pretty good. Hard to sleep though because someone kept running up and down upstairs and it felt like it was all day and all night so we couldn’t get rest without hearing the thumping. They had a fun little Disney find activity for kids and my husband and my daughter did it on our first day and turned it in 2 days later while I was checking out but they wouldn’t give the prize unless my 3 year old came down for them to “quiz her”. So… ok property but would probably try staying at a different one next time.

All hotel amenities were great, the location was great. We had one issue with the elevator (they have two separate elevators) and had to lift strollers up the stairs after a long Disney day, this wasn't pleasant. Over the condition of the rooms and room service was great. Will stay there again.

Everyone and everything is beyond great

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection of items. The only thing was the elevator to the second floor wasnt working and that elevator was hard to find so we went around in circles trying to access the second floor before asking for a different room. I had big luggage and my kids with me so i couldnt take the luggage up and down the stairs. Thankfully they did change my room and i was very happy they were able to accommodate that. I wish they would have had more places to fill up water bottles. I only found one in the breakfast area.

Our rooms are clean and I love the double room with the sliding door. I gave my little one his own space and he was really comfortable. Room service is good. Breakfast was OK. I wish they had more of a variety other than egg, sausages, waffle, and some . I wish the early check-in was a bit more clear. I had called to ask if any rooms were available. They just told me that they had to be in person at the resort to ask. Not clear if any rooms were available for checkin. But seeing that I was at Disney and uncertain if any were available, I decided just to wait to check in.

We found cockroaches in our room and had to move rooms. Unfortunately the second room’s bathroom smelled like mold and you could hear the 7-eleven recording every 20 minutes outside the window. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating, but not super happy with the actual rooms.

We loved staying at the Desert Palms! The proximity to Disney cannot be beat! It only took us 10 minutes to walk to Disney! We felt very safe leaving our car in the hotel parking lot. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were super comfortable! Every night we fell asleep quickly after returning from a long day at the park! We will stay here every time we visit Disney! Thank you Desert Palms for such an enjoyable stay!

Staff was very helpful especially with getting us another room as the room they gave us had a leak in it from the ceiling. But that being said, it was still pretty icky being in a hotel with water leaking from the ceiling and buckets out in the hallway to catch drips. Needs some maintenance. Rooms were a little small for our needs but we got a slightly bigger room when we were reassigned. Breakfast options were great.

The sheets were very wrinkled so it made doubt about them being clean. But we were so tired so we had to go sleep. At 6am the door slamming noise started. I asked to be moved to a different room. They did and we had a better night the following day. This time the sheets were looking good. The only thingdidn’t work was the TV remote. The distance is good from Disneyland.

We had two rooms, one room was by main road so a bit noisy. The second room the tub was clogged. Breakfast was ok, and staff were friendly.

The hotel is nice too look at but the stay wasn’t comfortable. In the four days we were there they did not come to service our room or give us towels as they originally said they would. Sheets are changed every three days and that I understand and was totally fine with but the daily housekeeping and towels they said would be doing did not happen. The rooms are paper thin. To the point where you can hear everyone’s conversations, people going to the bathroom, stomping at all hours of the night. It was the most unrelaxing experience. While we could have complained about this and probably had it fixed I felt bad because I know there’s so many families with kids just trying to make it through. But for people traveling without kids or a small infant I would choose somewhere else. They don’t really give you blankets for your beds either. Instead the top “blanket” is literally just a flat sheet. Breakfast was okay, they did keep things full and clean, and there was seating for everyone which is nice. They also had an indoor outdoor seating area and a spot for kids to play in the lobby. Overall 3/10

Always a 10 out of 10 experience. I will say that was switching management and not being able to have my handicap father‘s scooter delivered to the hotel is a bit of an inconvenience. How do I known I was not able to have a scooter delivered to the lobby I may not have stayed here. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is great every morning close vicinity to the parks, but that is my one hitch that I wish we were able to have our scooters be delivered to the lobby again.

Hotel is close to the park, staff was very helpful, housekeeping was excellent! We did not spend a whole lot of time in our room but our experience was good. Breakfast (real breakfast) every morning included with the room was such a great bonus.

The suite was great and the kiddos loved having a separate space to themselves. We enjoyed the clean room, pool and hot tub, water and coffee in the lobby, the onsite cafe, and the location within walking distance to Disneyland. The breakfast could use some help— the eggs were terrible even for a free hotel breakfast. The kids liked the waffles, of course. Parking is expensive. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Love the space we bought we also thought the place is very clean. The surprise that we experience was that there was a cost for parking. That’s just unacceptable to me. The ability to stay at a hotel should not cost an extra $150 to stay.

Clean room, had to wait right at the published check in time to get a room. This is a family crowd hotel. Our 4 night stay was always loud & noisy from upstairs room occupants that stomped all around their floor as early as 7am & at night when the kids bedtime would be around 8-9pm. The daily breakfast in the am was excellent! Staff kept everything replenished & so clean & NEAT! Would stay here again but that stomping from neighbors is a bit tough when you want to sleep in. Occupants need to be mindful of other hotel guests with their moving activities- this won't be the hotels fault so we never put in a complaint.

Value was ok, but the cost of ubering back-and-forth to target only to have a weeks worth of lunch food go bad offset the value. Management did not reply to our Travelocity messages or our reqeusts to the front desk staff to have management contact us. The free breakfast was nice, a large setup with DIY waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon, juices, etc. The music in the breakfast room was a bit too loud, so everyone was talking loudly in order to be heard. This atmosphere encourraged the kids to be even louder. Turning down the music a little could help. This made the breakfast room a bit too loud. The hotel’s location was extremely convenient. An easy walk to the Convention Center. Also nearby essentials like CVS, Walgreens, and a 7-Eleven within a 2 min walk from the hotel front door. Bathrooms clean and everything worked. Plenty of towels and supplies. The room was really nice, and had a doorway between the king bed and the bunkbed room, which was good for privacy. If you close the door, the two rooms don't stay the same temperature. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy from the location. The only major issue was the refrigerator in our room not working, which led to all our food spoiling before it was replaced. Unfortunately,

I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite at Desert Palms Hotel & Suites through Expedia, and it was a complete nightmare. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy, dark, and poorly maintained, with stained bedding, which to my shock and horror is only changed every 4 days. Staff were rude and unhelpful, breakfast was terrible, with plastic and paper dishes with tinned fruit and watery eggs. The noise from outside started at 5 a.m. daily. The hotel is totally misrepresented online instead of a 9 it should have a 0 score. Extremely disappointing avoid at all costs.

The room was cleanish. I found coffee drips all over the nightstand (clearly no one wiped it down), carpets were pretty gross, sheets were scratchy and the mattress made a ton of noise every time someone moved. The cars outside and the lights shining onto the hotel kept everyone awake. The kitchen sink began to leak if the garbage disposal was used, even for a split second. And finally, the worst part...their hot tub was utterly disgusting!!!! Your body smelled like mildew the second you got out; the bubbles were literally scummy foam not your typical hot tub bubbles. And both the pool and hot tub were excessively chlorinated. They were clearly masking the uncleanliness. Just because the water is clear does not mean it is clean people!!!! It was seriously nasty!!! Normally I'm not so nit-picky with my reviews but this place was not good. Would not recommend nor will we be going back!

Really appreciated the free breakfast. They changed it up each morning and added a bit of variety. The waffles r great. Plenty of seating and a nice outdoor patio. Rooms r spacious & clean. Beds r comfortable & the pull-out couch is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Very safe walk to Disneyland with plenty of other people walking the same way after the park closes late at night.

Lots of options for breakfast! They had make your own waffles, lots of breads and muffins and such! There was coffee, juices, sausage and eggs for protein and also a cereal bar. This was great! Our room was clean, updated. The staff was friendly and efficient. You do have to pay for parking but many places charge for parking these days. I do not think there is a shuttle to the park? But it’s a short walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. We have stayed there before and will definitely again! They also have a pool and hot tub that many families enjoyed!

Breakfast was a little bland and boring. Was the same thing for the 3 days we were there. My biggest concern was the spotlights outside the building pointing straight at the windows. We had room 207 and the light would shine through the blinds. Please consider blackout curtains or a better timer to shut those off at an earlier time.

You billed me for a two queen bed and that was false . I had a king bed on bottom floor near the end of hallway and people were screaming at the kids and slamming doors all night, when I checked in I thought my fees where all included and then was told I needed to pay another $150 for parking, so not real pleased tha had to put more money out when that should be disclosed when making the reservation and also the gentlemen was very rude as well

Hotel's idea of a suite is not a suite. It's two rooms with bathroom shower in between. Family had to use the main lobby to congregate and talk because the beds took up the entire space. Breakfast was meh so we did not eat. Staff at check in were more focused on getting us out of their hair.

This hotel is comfortable and clean! A walkable distance to Disneyland as well! My only complaint is this hotel can be a little noisy in the morning and nighttime.

We had trouble sleeping because of them. Beds were not particularly nice either. They brought us other pillows when we asked, but they were mostly the same. Again, it wasn’t bad at all. It was a solid hotel. I’m bringing my own pillow next time though

The stay was amazing staff was nice

Room was clean. Our stay went well and also their breakfast buffet was really great! Employees are very friendly and make sure that our stay will be great! However, I just give 4 stars due to the room selection. We are placed next to the elevator. Which is we can hear people walking outside our hotel room and noises outside.

It was fine and close to the parks but i didn't like that parking was only good up til noon the day of check out. I had to pay an entire extra day of parking since i was spending the day at the park.

Walking distance to restaurants and Disneyland

I stayed here with my wife and three kids in the room that had the bunk beds and it is a perfect size for all of us and the bunk beds were much bigger than I thought. They felt very safe for my kids to sleep on, sturdy and no wobbly it was a very good stay.

Super clean rooms that were made up and cleaned every day. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast choices-super cute lobby at Christmas time as well. I would for sure stay here again.

. Due to the design of the hotel most rooms have views of car parks or light wells, however the view from the breakfast room and its terrace are good. I chose this hotel for its food court, but it was a dis.apointment and not what I expected.

The breakfast buffet was kinda gross, yogurt was in big dispensers that you pull a knob and yogurt spits out. No real milk for coffee, all coffee mate. Some hot protein which was nice but overall very low budg. Room was soooo small compared to the photos. I was looking forward to this based on reviews but was pretty disappointed.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our room had a very awkward layout and it was extremely loud outside throughout the night, making it hard to get good sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing — there weren’t many options, no bagels, and nothing our kids wanted to eat. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel was close to walking distance to Disneyland. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. It rained a lot while we were there and there was a couple leaks inside the hotel. The staff was quick to address. The breakfast was good, I would like to see a little more variety, but the staff was so friendly and attentive. They quickly were restocking items or cleaning up tables. They were very helpful. The rooms were large for families. I will definitely be back.

Walking distance to Disneyland park. Free breakfast is average, nothing impressive. Sleep is rough due to too much light from street. Shades on window are ineffective, too much light shines into room. Wish they had blackout curtains.

The suite’s were much smaller than anticipated. The staff was not impressive. The breakfast was the same everyday and nothing worth noting. The pool was very cold. Overall ok but won’t be staying again. Nicer places the same distance to Disneyland right around the area.

Clean room and very comfortable. Outside the Room was a bit noisy, the walls in the room are very thin and as we were put in a room right next to the elevator and everyone that had to use it was quite loud and had no consideration for other people that may be sleeping in the rooms next to it. All and all I would say here again just not next to elevator.

The room was clean and fresh towels were delivered each day.

Clean room & breakfast options

Room was clean, staff was super friendly. 2 long blocks away from Disneyland but easy walk. We have 2 toddlers and lots of lugging. Breakfast was great and every corn had a store, Walgreens Starbucks cvs 711 and A mart with cheap Disney merch. Would definitely stay again!

30 dollar parking is a little much but not too bad. But 30 dollar parking per day is crazy. Stayed 1 night and spent 60 in parking. Staff was nice. Parking area is semi secured unless you park in the garage. Entrances are a bit weird besides the main entrance. Didnt try the breakfast. Tried to kick us out an hour early. Tv only has news channels, even tried to google certain channels and they were just static. Will not stay again

About a 12 minute walk to the front security at Disneyland (and only one small intersection to cross) made this a great choice. The convenience didn’t stop there as everything you need is within walking distance. There’s a 7-11 and a market right next door, two pharmacies across the street and the Oasis Food Hall (offering multiple food options and free room service delivery). The Anaheim Garden Walk is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Breakfast had lots of options (although repetitive if you’re there for a long stay) and was quick and filling. Rooms were comfortable (I’d suggest a higher floor if you’re there without kids, not much soundproofing from the floor above). The pool is extremely small, always packed and, although outdoors, doesn’t get any sun throughout the day. The front desk staff (and any other staff member we interacted with) is what earned the 5 stars! The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. Should we have needed something on our stay, they would have been eager to help.

Family bunk bed room was perfect! Separate sink outside the bathroom so multiple people can get ready is a plus. The kids loved the bunk beds and own tv.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and it was clear they were older with dips in the middle from several years of use. They provided us a comp for the inconvience. The breakfast was okay. It was unfortunate to see a lot of sugary options without healthy alternatives. For example, they had yogurt with sugar but no options without sugar and all the cereals and sugar.

Amazing! I’m super close to Disneyland!

The breakfast was fine, the kids loved the waffles and I liked the homemade salsa . I really wish there was either an option for plain yogurt to add toppings to (there is vanilla and strawberry with toppings), plain oatmeal, or boiled eggs. The weirdest thing was the omelet filled with nacho cheese, not a great combination. The best thing is the location to disneyland. It's nice not having to cross any major streets after a long day. The people that work here are friendly and helpful. It's also next to a 7-11 and near a cvs. My mom ate at the restaurant that's attached one night for dinner and said it had a wonderful salad. The rooms felt clean, though the hallways felt dingy and my son said they smell like a dentist office. Overall it was fine but I've stayed in better hotels near disneyland that I'll probably go back to next time or try something new.

They gave us an early check-in, which was amazing with an exhausted little girl. The room was amazing, with a huge bunck bed. The location is great, with all the amenities you could need right there. We had a balcony with a view of the backside of California Adventure.

This hotel is inctedible! Perfect location for Disney. Just down the street. The room was spotless. We had a suite with the bunk beds and it was so perfect for our family. Very good breakfast buffet with eggs, meat, waffle makers, lots of breads, yogurt, etc.. fantastic all around.

The room where I stayed for Disneyland was super nice and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful direction where room is at. This Oasis Food hall have amazing food with multiple choice for good price reasonable as Disneyland food price. I would highly recommend to everyone who find good stay for Disneyland.

There were so many options for breakfast - my whole family was satisfied both days. The food and dining area were clean and well-stocked. There's additional seating outside. The hot food was fresh and the cold foods were kept appropriately. We love a good breakfast!

Our stay was nice - convenient location and free parking. Pool and hot tub onsite. Free breakfast in the morning that had a great selection. Room was good, except we discovered ants near the shower on our last morning.

The room was very clean and nice layout! Great family or group options. Breakfast is a nice touch, and I really enjoyed the fruit infused water and coffee in the lobby! Super friendly and winder staff and location proximity to Disney parks make this a great choice!!!

Amazing staff and hitel

It was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Disneyland. We got the suite and it was cozy enough for all of us to stay together and hang out with the grandkids, but big enough that we had our own space. We come every year, and we have decided this is going to be the only place we stay!!!

Everything was amazing. They allowed me to check in as early as 8 AM and asked room was available. I love the service. Only thing was the person that I dealt with in the morning was a little rude, but besides that everybody else was nice and helpful.

They breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee. I liked that they have a rechargeable charging rental machine. The closeness to the park was great. The staff was friendly.

We LOVE the enclosed outdoor pool, and the complimentary bfast buffet (oh my gosh, I'm addicted to the homemade salsa, I'm still talking about it and we've been home for a week). We love the very short walk to Disney, and all the things that are close by for the days we didn't go to the park. We will stay again. Thanks so much for a great experience. Again.

It was nice and clean.

The room was clean and well maintained but the shower flooded. I was ankle deep in water. The television channels were difficult to navigate, not a normal setup.

Stayed in the double room family suite. We loved everything about it, beds and pillows were comfy nice clean showers with great water pressure, spacious and great staff, breakfast was average but nice to have before the park. Great location, it would take us about 12 min to walk to Disneyland.

The property itself is a nice hotel good selection on the buffet but what really surprise me was the parking fee $30 plus $5.10 in tax and when I booked this hotel, the only thing I saw on the site was self parking did not see a fee of $30 plus $5.10 tax that is absolutely ridiculous. I know other hotels do it but I also know like the best Western is only $20 a day to park your car so this would totally make me think about ever staying there again

It is a lovely hotel with a spacious and beautiful lobby with a very nice area for kids, with books, & showing Disney movies. Our room was very roomy; staff kindly let us check in early. Nice walk to Disneyland. Parking garage nice.

The bathroom sink was backed up with dirt and water. the maintenance man came and worked on it for almost 2 hours and said it was fixed. When I used the toilet 20 minutes later the sink immediately backed up, this time with some weird pinkish brown something. I could not use the sink or the tub. The maintenance man went home for the day and would not be in till 7:30 the next morning. I was not offered another room. I had to take a bath and not drain the tub so as not to flood the room. Their solution was to send up extra towels to soak up the flood. My biggest problem was that they know about this issue. They have had problems with several rooms due to older pipes. That is what I was told when I tried to get help. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Room was great other than the front part of the room wouldn't cool down. Very clean room, loved the set up and close to the parks. parking wasn't great for me as we still had to pay to park at disney both days as my reservation was only for one night and so didn't get to use the parking except at night so felt i paid for parking 3 times instead of 2
