Love the location to Disney, right by a CVS and plenty of places to eat are around. This was our second time staying there and I think it’ll be our regular place to stay for Disney trips. Literally nothing to complain about.

Clarify with the front desk about housekeeping room services. They are exceptional about getting towels to you when needed tho!!! However don’t expect your room to be made up each day. We were there 4 nights and they came on the last full day. I’m seeing this more & more with hotels since Covid. Again, staff will immediately deliver towels, tissue, empty garbage if you call them. That’s important & greatly appreciated! Thank you staff.

This was a great place to stay! Close to Disneyland.

The overall hotel space was a great, good breakfast in the morning and location to Disney was fantastic. The challenge during the visit was the cleanliness of the room. I loved the couch to find a lipstick, two Reese’s cups and graham crackers. Our last night, there was sawing and drilling at the CVS making it difficult to sleep. This went on until 11pm. Minus those issues the overall property was nice, it just didn’t feel like the staff did much about the cleanliness (even after bringing up the concern) or noise.

We stood here to be local for a competition and we had one of the biggest rooms with multiple beds. It was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel which was included. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location is convenient to everything shopping, dining and Disney. All within walking distance.

The walls were thin, you can hear everything. They come every other day to clean. They had skipped a cleaning day and when I called to let them know they seemed to care more on reasons why they did that instead of just letting me know that they would take care of it. I have small kids so skipping a clean isn’t ideal. Eating breakfast was unpleasant because the workers were spraying to clean while I was still eating. Overall for what you pay I felt the hotel lagging. I will try another place for my 7 day stay vacation next year.

2nd time staying at this property and it was great. Room was clean, property was actually cleaner this time (vagrants). I was disappointed with the breakfast but being included it’s not a deal breaker, the eggs were…terrible. Besides that we will stay at this location again next year!

Room are always clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is really good. So many options. My kids love that they have a Mickey waffle station. The parking garage is next to the property. It is small and the elevator is not too far from any of the parking spaces. My family and I always stay here when we visit Disneyland. Also, the property now offers room service. CVS is located next door to the property, which is so nice.

Excellent location. A 15 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. Staff were friendly and parking easy. Had a family room with bunks which was handy. Breakfast was fine and a good addition before heading to the parks. Good location to walk to restaurants as well. Would stay again.

My family had a great time staying here while we went to Disneyland which was about a 10-15 min walk. My wife and I also had an event at the convention center which was also about 10-15 minutes to walk too so it was the perfect spot for us especially with a nice coffee spot right next door.

Rooms are spacious and great for families going to the park- it’s a quick walk! Love the cvs on the ground floor- makes dashing for random toiletries and water super easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and genuinely want to make your stay magical. Only drawback is the pool (its small and pool deck itself is a little antiquated) and there’s no hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

I would suggest having the pool open later than 10pm. It would have been great to use after returning from the parks each day to relax and unwind.

Incredibly helpful to know: it’s about a 15 min walk to and from the parks. There is a cvs and 7-11 within walking distance. The closest car rental is the Alamo on S Harbor. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

I loved that instantly when you walk into the foyer it felt luxurious and smelled nicely. The staff also welcomed you in with a smile. I like soft beds, this was a little firmer that I liked but still doable. The street noise I also heard at night if your a light sleeper. But the noise of the ac was consistent and that helped mask that.

The Studio Suite was very spacious for a single person. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet with being so close to an intersection. Easy/quick walk Disneyland (about 10-15 minutes).

Perfect stay for families! We loved that breakfast is included and the selection was great. About 12-15 min walk to Disneyland. If I could, I would leave it a 4.95 stars as the only minor flaw was being told that our room would be ready a little after 1pm and it wasn’t. However, overall experience and stay was pretty great!

We were originally supposed to stay somewhere else but had to find a new hotel. The staff at Springhill suites was amazing and very accommodating. While not our original plan, this was way better. Breakfast was amazing with Mickey waffles. Walking distance to Disney (It's not super close, but definitely doable). Rooftop pool was super cool and a great view. My kids loved the bunk beds. I would definitely recommend this property to families going to Disney. I hope to be back soon!

There were only three things that weren’t that great. First of all the room was faced to the heavy traffic street which kept my grandsons up. Second the pillows were uncomfortable. And third the kiddos slept right by the door. I think you should advertise the parking fee as well, if you did it wasn’t advertised well, that charge was disappointing. The best was the location, breakfast, and convenient CVS. The staff was friendly

The location was excellent and made it really easy to get to Disneyland. It was super convenient to be so close to the park, and that part of the stay definitely met our expectations. Having breakfast available in the morning was also helpful, even if it wasn’t anything fancy. We weren’t told about the remodeling on our floor, which led to a musty, unpleasant smell during our stay. The check-in process also needed improvement. The staff member didn’t mention anything about needing to place a parking slip in the dash or ask what kind of vehicle we had. We ended up with a tow notice on the car the next morning, which was really stressful, though thankfully it got resolved. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that took away from the experience.

Cost effective. You get what you pay for. Friendlier on the budget but shows in amenities and experience Extremely small pool, no hot tub. WiFi did not work. Staff never showed up as promised to fix/help. Shower would not get very hot. Super leaky and hard to figure out how to make warm and turn off. Needs an update. Everything is older and has seen better days. Not enough outlets on both sides of bed. Gym was lackluster.

We were greeted right away by Adan at the front desk. We got to the hotel at 9:30 AM and he had a room ready for us. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and he sent a nice package with a card to our room. Such a nice touch. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was that the towel hook was loose and hanging off the wall and the faucet was hard to turn on. Breakfast is well maintained and lots of options with a different hot breakfast everyday. They have gluten free muffins and oat milk which we loved. We have stayed at this hotel many times will always come back. It’s close to Disneyland and feels like home away from home.

Cons- room wasn’t really that clean (nothing horrible just items leftover from the last occupant). Hard to see fireworks due to a lot of condensation on the glass which was disappointing.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks' walk from Disneyland, and there's a 24/7 CVS nearby, which makes your stay very convenient. The receptionists are very friendly, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast area is well-organized, with separate sections that prevent overcrowding. It's also close to several restaurants. Everything related to the hotel was perfect, except for the day we were leaving. We were waiting for our Uber, and when our driver arrived, he didn't park very well. The hotel security guard went from bad to worse, losing his patience with our Uber driver and began to belittle him, insulting him and making rude gestures. I felt that everything was perfect until this incident marred our stay. He could have simply explained to him nicely how to park in the designated spot, which wasn't even that big of a deal; he just didn't pull up close enough to the curb. Even so, it took us less than 3 minutes to get into the car. We were so quick because we only had two large suitcases, and those 3 minutes were enough for the guard to emotionally unload on the Uber driver. The guard was just starting his shift, so it's unlikely he was tired. He's simply a person who doesn't control his emotions or knows when to be polite. I believe that when you ask for things nicely and respectfully, everything is easier, and you have a better day. PS: It was January 1st, the 3 PM shift.

We loved everything about this hotel. Definitely staying here again. The walk to the park was less than 10 min but there’s also a city bus that will take you as well. The breakfast was so good, loved the DIY Mickey waffle station. A CVS was literally downstairs so that was the cherry on top. The room was big, spacious and well stocked with towels before we got there. Zero complaints!

Absolutely love this hotel! A good walk to Disneyland! Felt safe and clean. The staff were all friendly and our room was ready when we arrived at 2. The rooms with bunk beds are perfect for families. No complaints about the about the pullout sofa mattress either. Breakfast buffet was just right, Mickey Mouse waffles too. This is our new go to for our Disneyland trips.

Our family stayed here for our Disneyland trip. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk to the park and that there was a CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc. right downstairs. Comfortable rooms but we faced Harbor and the street was loud at night. We got upgraded to a room with bunk beds which our kids liked! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We did have a maid come into our room without knocking and yell “hello” while my kids were sleeping and I was showering so that was unexpected (lol). Breakfast was okay, waffles were good, could use a little more variety. Overall a great stay and location for your Disney trip!!

The night lady the second was 100% terrible. The room had bad pillows, no electricity to the outlets, tv was going out and would shut off, shower did not get hot and toilet wouldnt flush. Vwry bad experience. I would like a refund!

Breakfast is made up of dehydrated eggs, some type of sausage, cereal, bananas or apples, waffle making station, coffee and apple juice. The beds in our room were really hard and pillows went flat as soon as you put your head down. Sofa bed was noisy and mattress was thin. The room has 2 tvs in it as well. Besides the hard beds and flat pillows the room was great.

The staff was great! The location was perfect for walking to Disneyland…. That being said, the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Also, I could hear EVERYTHING, from the cars on the street to the baby next door to the people walking around in the floor above us. It was exceptionally clean though, and that’s always my most important quality when looking for a hotel… I would probably stay again, but I would bring ear plugs, a noise maker and my own pillow.

We enjoyed our stay, we walked to Disneyland daily and it was doable for us but after a long day in the parks we should have taken a shuttle. We were so busy we didn’t make it to the pool. Having the CVS and Coffee Bean downstairs was nice. Breakfast was standard, nothing really special but nice to grab something quick on our way out in the morning.

I came here for a stay for mine and my husbands 1 year wedding anniversary and the staff was amazing. They were accommodating for our special occasion had our room ready with a gift that included snacks balloons and a card from the staff. It really made the stay well worth and the room is more than enough room even for 2 people. 10/10 would recommend

I like that the property was clean and the rooms were big. It was a little more tiring than I thought walking to and from Disneyland. I ultimately booked this hotel because it came with breakfast, the price was good and thought it was fairly close to Disney (further than I thought). The breakfast was not good, the lineup to make waffles every morning was very long and the food choices were not good. The scrambled eggs were gross (fake eggs) and everything just tasted like not good quality food. No variety foods really ... just eggs, sausage and toast. No pastries or other choices of meat. The boiled eggs were super cold. I'm not sure if I would go back here again, I think I would try somewhere else next time. There was also a lot of homeless people outside the hotel especially at night. I did like the CVS on the ground floor, that was very convenient.

We had a great time staying here super convenient to the places we were attending the last few days. Great view from the roof where the pool is. The pool is also small so that could be an issue if it busy. Easy to check in and out of . I did have the issue my room was never cleaned or stocked with new towels so the trash bags I had to take them out to get the room from smelling like food. And it was late when I came back to my room that wasn’t fun to deal with at midnight. But the staff did try to help when I called the front desk. And they were understanding when I was late for check out so I am really happy . And will definitely try them again.!

Erika at the front counter was amazing. She greeted us in the evening every time we returned by name. She was extremely pleasant and always asked if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. The reason for a four star instead of a five was lack of cleaning our rooms after asking multiple times. It took two days and three requests before our room was cleaned. The initial request was made in the morning upon leaving and again that afternoon around 2pm. It was still not cleaned when we returned around 10pm and had to ask again the next morning.

It was so nice to stay at a place that worked so hard to provide food for people, with allergies. It made my life so much easier while traveling with children. The beds were comfortable and the bunk bed for the kids was ahuge plus! We will definitely be staying here again next time we book disneyland. We will book on the non firework side in the future though because the traffic is quite loud at night on that side of the building.

Its on a main street so Noise level is high. Outdoor area around the hotel is dirty. There is a CVS underneath the hotel and there are many homeless loitering. In the 4 days that we stayed we saw drug use, urinating, homeless sleeping on the ground, and irrational behaviors. As a father of 2 little ones that is something I don't want to keep addressing when leaving or arriving at the hotel. As far as the hotel experience. Free breakfast is a plus. Only weird thing was the security guard hovering trying to catch people trying to eat for free that aren't staying at the hotel. The room was basic and clean. Pillows were terrible. So flat it seemed like I was wasn't using a pillow. We also had 2 days of no hot water. Called the front desk and all they could do was waive the parking fee. The hotel is a 10 walk from disney. Overall it was a poor experience. If your single with no kids this is a place for you but I would avoid it if you have kids.

My family and I stayed for 3 days. We love the clean environment all throught the hotel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room was what I expected and more. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The pool area was great for my kids. Plenty of towels and chairs. Super clean and super quiet. We will defiantly return.

It was a great hotel, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was great!! I just had one problem when you put the ac on low the water does not turn cold for some odd reason. I mean I would go back an stay again but I think that the only problem that they need to fix

When we checked into the room the toilet was leaking… I did find a maid and she was able to get maintenance up to the room relatively quickly and was able to fix it. We were also excited to have the Mickey waffles at breakfast but they were not able to come out correctly for anyone.

We love this location for our Disneyland trips. So close and convenient.

The property has its wear and tear but overall clean and functional. Easy parking, convenient access to a CVS and the breakfast was good.

Dated and could use new furniture. The AC took a long time to work. The tech did come in and spent 30 min fixing it and after that everything was fine

Clean, spacious, close to Disneyland

It is a great family friendly hotel and It is just a quick 8 minute walk to the Disney Parks!! Very convenient to be located next to the CVS as well. The free breakfast is always a plus before heading to the parks, too!

Modern amenities, close to the parks

The first room that we were in was not up to any cleanliness standards. The pull out mattress had mold. We ended up changing rooms and got upgraded which was very kind. We did not open up the pull out mattress this time but overall was a good experience. The staff/front desk were very pleasant and friendly.

They don’t tell you there is no parking available unless you pay $41 a night or park a while away.

Air conditioning was great. Didn’t utilize the pool but did check it out and thought it was nice. Didn’t notice a hot tub so that would be nice to have at the end of a long day to relax in. Otherwise everything was great!

A quick 15 minute walk to security. 10 minute walk to Cheesecake Factory and other convienent stores. Clean, spacious rooms and a comfortable experience!

They didnt have a hot tub. It says they do on the hotel description.

We had a great stay and only 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Definitely will be staying here again. Rooms were great and stayed in a 1 bedroom.

We stayed for 2 weeks this year and stayed 10 days last year here. We are very pleased with location, rooms, parking, staff helpfulness, housekeeping etc... We will hopefully stay again God Willing.

I was very glad to stay at the hotel. The distance to the Disneyland was great. The ability to watch the fireworks from the roof top was amazing. I also like the room layout. It allowed privacy between the queen beds and the bunk beds.

Rooms were very clean and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Short walk to Disneyland. Easy check-in and checkout.

The kids love it. Very convenient to Disneyland. CVS and 7-11 nearby. The free breakfast is good but only downside is the pool is too small.

Love Marriott’s!!! Staff was super friendly and check in was quick. We were able to walk from this location to Disney resorts. Right next to CVS and coffee bean! The complementary breakfast was great as well to feed the family before heading over to the park. Felt very comfortable here and will be back :)

Tasha is really nice and friendly when we checked in. She allowed us to check in early which is really great considering we were tired from our flight. We felt really welcomed.

The fact that I wasn’t informed that housekeeping only shows up every other day. This is only a problem because we had 7 people in our room. We had to carry our dirty towels down to the lobby to change them out.

I don’t think they should charge you for parking when you’re paying for your stay already but other than that everything was great.

There was a cockroach that my fiancé ended up having to kill in the room. First check-in experience was ghetto as the girls spoke to us just because we’re from Stockton.

Overall the stay was good. Walking distance to Disneyland. The one thing i didn't like was me and my famiily were in line for breakfast. Plenty of food out and just for the employees to cut in front of you and take the food away.. Im sure you toss the food away so why not let the guest eat.. I just think that is very rude.. alot of people were upset.based on that experience not sure i will return.

Excellent property!!! Check-in and check-out was extremely easy, hotel was so clean. Breakfast was great, staff was amazing. Keep in mind it is about a 10 min walk from Disneyland but other than that it was 10/10!

The room with two Q, one pullout and bunks was great for a family of 5 (two were teenagers). The two Q can be separated by a locking sliding door, and both areas have a separate television. Great location to Disney. Just wish the pool was bigger!

Convenient and clean stay close to Disneyland. Helpful amenities such as a coffee shop and 24hour CVS right at the property. Hotel rooms were spacious and easily fit a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Will definitely stay here again!

Not enough parking and the price of parking

This was the perfect location for our one day trip to Disneyland. We were able to see fireworks from our room, and hotel was down the street from the Toy Story parking lot where you can shuttle to the park (if you check out and go to the park before driving home like we did). Complimentary breakfast was also great!

Great location!!! We walked to Disneyland no problem. We even had Mickey waffles for breakfast with bacon since the breakfast buffet was included with the stay. Loved it!

Great location. 5/10 min walk to Disneyland main entrance. Food at the breakfast was pretty good. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. It wasn’t horrible but the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned well before we got on there. We found a sewing needle on the floor. No jacuzzi even though the booking site said there was. Parking is horrible. The parking garage is u Sergei d and the spaces are so small. If you drive a truck your going to have to take a 20 point turn just to park

Great stay

Supposedly I received an upgrade on my rooms but the furniture in the room (sofa bed), is very outdated. The AC outlet is pointing directly to towards the beds and the noise when activated is very loud

Voiced concerns over lack of accessible handicap parking as 3 out the 4 scene marked handicap parking stalls were occupied by non handicapped vehicles. When I voiced concern to desk staff I was told there was nothing they could do. They suggested we could use any available parking after dropping off our handicap son near the entrance. When I suggested calling local parking enforcement and having violators cited the hotel clerk stated that they would never make such a call. As a result of this my family and I will NEVER stay at that Marriott hotel again.

It’s in a great location. However don’t stay in room 413, it is directly under the gym. Somehow guests get in there before 6am, so if you like weights being dropped above you at 5am then till 10pm this is for you. When leaving and checking for stuff, I found someone else’s boxers on the side of the bunkbed. The couch was a little run down on the side so it’s just covered with an arm patch. Rug, has seen better days, and is coming up in high traffic areas. Half of the front staff is super nice and friendly. There are others that aren’t, and seem to be bothered if you are just checking out. Breakfast meat is always sasuage, would have liked bacon on occasion as we stayed 8 nights. But overall it wasn’t awful, but not great. My family came to visit and was like what is that noise, as they thought the roof was going to come down. I don’t think we would do that again.

The lighting the bathroom was not adequate

The pool is the size of a large bath tub. They should show a more honest picture of the pool.

From beginning to end everything was Awesome. The staff was A1! So helpful with everything. We were in town for our Leadership Seminar with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,Inc., and we have no complaints! Thanks for it all!

The shower head needed to be changed as it was rusted and full of calcaire. Very dirty. My husband let them know and they quickly Changed it. The USB plug didn’t work but they also had a solution and brought a plug so we could charge our cameras and phones. Besides all that it was a great location to walk to Disneyland, breakfast was off

Convenient location near Disney, but the furniture was outdated and appeared unclean. No cleaning service was provided during our 5-day stay, and there was constant noise, possibly due to nearby room remodeling, which made the stay less ideal and inconvenient for guests.

Clean and good breakfast. Staff was friendly. Extra charge for parking and essentials not including taxes already paid. Another $220 for 3 days!

Great hotel for Disneyland. Food was good at complimentary breakfast and staff cleaning tables as quickly as people were leaving. About .6 miles to park which was awesome.

Property is within walking distance to Downtown Disney. Lots of nearby restaurants and CVS is a few doors down for last minute gifts, snacks, or room supplies.
