Guests generally appreciate the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and the friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, as well as the noise level.

They were doing construction and renovations. We were in a room right next to where they were doing it. It was very loud. Our fridge froze all of our food and we had to throw it away. Very frustrating. We were not even offered a discount.
- 3/5
Wasn’t my cup of tea.
- 1/5
The hotel is subpar. It was just a place to sleep. They had construction going at 0835 in the morning and failed to report before we checked in that they carry firearms on the premises. There is a hotel right next door that has a water park outside, we will give them a chance eye next time we are in the area.

The house keeper was amazing and was there every day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our bathroom door would shut and lock us in so we just had to use the big door. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner was horrible and our room was hot all night. It wouldn’t allow us to lower it to be cooler. And it was awfully loud.
- 5/5
Staff was really friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The proximity of the hotel to Disneyland, along with the price makes this hotel at the top of my list. My only comment is that, I had asked for a daily turn down instead of every other day and it was not done.
- 5/5
Can't beat location! Clean and safe. Less than 10 min walk to Disneyland gate
- 4/5
I liked how close the hotel was to the park and the view it provided.

Need complimentary coffee in the lobby like most hotels have all day and evening.

There was a slight issue with fir room (103) which was too close to were the Buses park and the noise kept us from sleeping. We asked to switch rooms and the staff was able to make the switch and the new room was peaceful and clean.
- 5/5
The staff is always very polite. The room renovation is nice. I really like that there is a dressing area between restroom and sleeping area with a barn door. This makes it easy to get ready for the day without disturbing sleeping children.

Great location close to Disneyland and some less expensive food options. Nice hotel for the money.

Incredible beds!

Jacob and the other bon envoy guest support personnel down stairs were nice.. and helpful.. butbyour facilities, bathtub only showers were not necessarily safe for disability required guests. I didn't feel thst comfortable standing of getting in and out of shower bath. I could have fallen. And the extra racks I. Your accessibility room on the 6th floor didn't look that safe either. Please help or at least give cross discount bro a better equipped partner hotel m maybe the rrsidence inn by Marriott. I hsve been their customer for nicer 7 years.

The only things this place has going for it are location and wonderful staff. Horrible hard, lumpy mattresses, lumpy odd shaped pillows, towels that needed replacing probably years ago, moldy shower curtain liner, and odd room layouts that lack storage. I have stayed at many Marriott branded properties at all levels over the years, and with that name attached I expected this one to meet that basic standard- it did not. But, the location can’t be beat and they are absolutely taking that to the bank.
- 5/5
Really appreciated the extended parking option for a fee. 10’ walk to Disneyland was a huge plus. Lots of food options nearby. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel’s location was amazing . Very short distance to Disneyland. And the staff was very friendly however, the hotel itself is very dated. The room doors needed to be slammed to make sure they were properly shut so that made a lot of noise. The pool was very small and nothing too great. There was construction happening on the hotel so during the day there’s a lot of noise.
- 3.5/5
They were under construction and our room, faced the construction site and all the lumber and workers and everything else we had asked for the Disneyland side. We did not get it.

Was told construction doesn’t happen till 9am. Was going off at 830am every morning. Very disruptive especially trying to get some rest after disney
- 5/5
The rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful! Jennifer helped us throughout our stay and she was an amazing help! The convenience of being feet away from the park is unbeatable. I will definitely be booking again.

Front desk was very helpful and nice. Room was clean except the floor could have been cleaned a little better. Towels are also kinda small and toilet paper was like tissue paper. But those are really the only negatives, everything else was great!

It was a good hotel for a Disney trip, the convenience of being close to the park main entrance was excellent.

There seemed to be a lot of inconsistency between the hotel staff and the third-party onsite parking/valet staff regarding temporary parking rules. On our first day, we were told that having a rental car onsite for less than 5 hours was okay. The day before we checked out, we asked again and were then told it was only allowed for 2–3 hours, and that we needed to confirm with the valet staff directly. When we spoke with the valet/parking staff, they came across as rude and honestly a bit scammy. They then changed the timeframe again to only 1–2 hours and said they would need to hold onto the car keys. The entire experience felt very inconsistent and unprofessional. What was most frustrating was that there appears to be no clearly defined or publicly posted policy regarding temporary parking. Guests should not be receiving completely different answers depending on who they speak with. The communication and coordination between the hotel and the third-party parking company clearly needs major improvement. At a minimum, the policies should be clearly listed on the website and consistently communicated by all staff so guests are not left feeling confused, pressured, or taken advantage of.
- 5/5
We always have a great experience here and will stay every time we go to Disneyland!
- 5/5
We love staying here for Disneyland trips!!! So close and comfy bed

From the time you drive up, you encounter a friendly person at the parking entrance, and the valet parking staff was awesome. Front desk staff was courteous, and the room was clean. It is a perfect location if you’re visiting Disneyland Resort

Great hotel and walking distance to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Loved that we were down the street from Disney. We had a comfortable stay.
- 4/5
I would like to see USB chargers in the rooms. If you’re right across from Disneyland, you’re getting a lot of park guests who have magic bands and things to charge. Having USB chargers in the room helps a lot.

Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet expectations. We were initially placed in a room on the construction side of the hotel. The view faced a blocked off parking lot filled with construction equipment, which felt uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Even more concerning, the room had visible cleaning supplies left out, including a mop near the window, which made the space feel unprepared and not guest ready. We returned to the front desk and were given a different room. While I appreciated the quick reassignment, the second room still did not match what was advertised in the photos. The room felt worn, not as clean as expected, and overall not very inviting or comfortable. Small details, like only decaf coffee being provided, added to the sense that the experience fell short. The location is definitely a highlight, especially for easy access to nearby attractions and dining. However, the amenities overall did not justify the stay, and the condition of the property was a major letdown. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding. Extremely friendly staff. Great location to Disneyland. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the noise. The walls are paper thin and I could hear children screaming on my final night. I could also hear every time someone rolled suitcases above and below me (I was on the 4th floor). Luckily I travel with a sound machine and the rooms have a fan setting so, as long as you like white noise, this is a perfect location/hotel.
- 5/5
Great rate and close to the Disneyland Park. Parking was $30 a day which is $10 cheaper than using the Disneyland Parking Structure and a quick walk over. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were kind and welcoming. Would stay here again.

A great hotel - but what makes it stand out is the amazing staff at the front desk. Everytime you walk past - there is a "good morning" or "welcome back" - and it makes the hotel feel like coming home. The bathrooms are a little bit dated - but they are still fine.

My experience at the Fairfield was a 6/10. During my two-day stay, I did not see housekeeping service the room at all. I had to request towels and bed sheets each time I needed them. On my first day, while laying on one of the beds, I noticed one of the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains. The restroom also felt unclean, and there were what appeared to be pubic hairs on the floor. Additionally, the refrigerator had a strong and unpleasant odor. The TV internet connection was very slow, and there was no microwave available in the room. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and basic housekeeping service. Very close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Parking a bit full often. Luckily we did not have to leave much otherwise we’d have problems finding a space. Staff overall very helpful & accommodation. Appreciate the service & good customer service.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and a perfect walking distance to the parks! Michelle and Jasmine were both awesome and accommodating and made our experience even better!
- 5/5
Great service and room, next to a lot of places to eat and 7 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 2/5
The room was clean, staff were all courteous. The gift shop employees were disgusting. Poor hygiene, I had to was the bottle I purchased with soap and water before I would drink from it. Extremely expensive overall, the whole building is dated and run down. $2000 for four nights should get you more.

The website misrepresents the property, there is no resturant and they cancelled the morning breakfast. The rooms are on the same level as a motel 6. The only thing positive is that the property location close to Disneyland, but not that close!!

Location is great for Disneyland. The staff is great (with one small exception, see below). The rooms are large, with plenty of space for people and bags. Desk clerk at checkin was confusing and unhelpful; she tried to tell me I shouldn't pay with my debit card because the deposit would come out multiple times because it can be used like an ATM. What? The parking/valet was also a big problem. The hotel has currently blocked off ALL parking at the back of the building, so there aren't enough spaces. This means that the valets are double- and triple-parking them, including blocking self-park spaces and the entire handicap-accessible section.
- 3/5
The room was really dusty. There was dust and crumbs everywhere on the floor. We asked every day for three days straight that the room's laminate floor be cleaned, swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed and housekeeping never cleaned it. I even offered to clean it if they brought the supplies. At check out, we informed the front desk and all they said is that they would let housekeeping know. No cleaning nor did they give us comps for dealing with a dirty room.
- 1/5
I didn’t not get the room I booked.
- 3/5
Great location for Disneyland. And for the area the price is reasonable for what you get. However compared to the courtyard Marriott next door (and also more expensive)… you get what you pay for. A glammed up motel with thin walls & you can hear every toilet flush. The beds are comfortable and a iPhone sound machine helps!!
- 5/5
The property is amazing and I enjoy all the perks of being across from the Disneyland Resort!
- 4/5
The location of the hotel is ideal for Disney.

Great place to stay for Disneyland. Staff so helpful
- 4/5
Location and staff Dated, we were put in the back on the first floor where I think they were doing construction. Always people loading and unloading something
- 5/5
We had a great time at Fairfield! We had an issue with our TV and they sent maintenance up to fix it right away. When they came back they had a present for our son because it was his birthday. HOW SWEET! Great walk to the park for naps! Pull out bed is not very comfortable but they brought up extra comforters to give more padding.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved how close it was to Disneyland.
- 1/5
We had a reservation for 4 nights and left after 4 minutes! Our room was disgusting! Bugs were jumping on us! Pool and spa were empty! Our room smelled like a sewer! The staff couldn’t have cared less! I’m so happy that I took pictures of the bugs on us and the filthy room and was able to get a full refund thanks to Expedia!
- 5/5
Every interaction with staff was a positive one with friendly responses. We had a clogged toilet and they were able to send someone up with a plunger quickly to resolve the issue. I have stayed here multiple times and I recommend it to all my friends and family.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff, needs a renovation
- 5/5
This hotel made for a great visit to Disneyland. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the park, the pool area was a great place to cool down and relax, and the Disney decor was a really nice touch. The self-service laundry was an amazing amenity that made our Disney trip less stressful.
- 5/5
This is our new go to spot when we’re in town for Disneyland!
- 1.5/5
Location is great. We have stayed here many times and typically choose to stay here when going to Disney. It just made sense when we chose to go this time for our honeymoon. When we arrived, the staff let us know that our king room which we paid extra for was overbooked and we were put in a double. We let them know it was our honeymoon and we’d like the king and had paid extra. We weren’t compensated for the difference and we were stuck with the double room for our honeymoon. The toilet barely worked and the room was a mess. It was a total bummer. We’ve stayed here for years and they let us down on our honeymoon and didn’t seem to care about it or compensate the difference or anything. We will choose a different location going forward.

The location was great. Bathroom was small.

- 4/5
Great location across from Disneyland! McD literally downstairs, room kind of small. Housekeeping did a great cleaning job.
- 3/5
Very noisy
- 3/5
The rooms are small; the amenities are minimum. Not up to the standards of a Marriott and not worth the price. It's being "renovated", staff does not inform this, and you will be woken up with a lot of noise if you stay in the backside of the property. Doors don't close completely, make sure to check before you leave. Very disappointed. Expecting much more from a Fairfield. Complained about the excessive noise at 8am and received a McDonalds gift card. Beds are comfortable and it's a 5-7 minutes' walk to the parks.
- 5/5
As close to the park without paying the in park fee. Perfect for a few days at Disney.
- 3.5/5
It was a little underwhelming but in a good location. Construction made it feel dingy. For the price I expected more. Construction. No bonvoy perks of any sort.
- 3.5/5
This is a place you stay at for the location and not much else. It’s a 5 min door to door walk to Disneyland/California Adventure… and after walking 20,000 to 30,000 steps a day it’s so nice to not have a long walk back to the hotel or needing to wait for a taxi (it’s even closer than if you parked at Disney) There is a sundries/gift shop in the lobby where you can get souvenirs, snacks, sunscreen etc In the same parking lot as the hotel (more like a motel as doors are on the outside) there is a McDonald’s and Panera making breakfast or snacks easy and convenient The property is dated and needs a refresh. It was clean for sure but had rust stains around the bathtub drain and the doors and furniture were cracked/peeling from years of wear. I paid over $1,000 for three nights and if it had any other location it would be maybe worth $300 tops.
- 5/5
Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Our second time staying here and it won’t definitely be our last as we look forward to returning. Lots of restaurants around and best of all Disneyland is right across the street.

Why do you charge hotel guests $30/day for parking when the rooms are already $350/night?
- 3/5
The room was uninviting. The air conditioning/heater could not be adjusted and the temp made the room almost unbearable. The beds were uncomfortable (very hard). The property was very loud. Thin walls, echoing hallways and lots of garbage trucks and luggage carts constantly making noise.
- 4/5
Great location, but only 2 working elevators and not far from the rooms
- 3/5
I had booked a king room for my weekend stay and unfortunately at check in I was told they were all out of king rooms and only have 2 queens, but they would upgrade me to a Disney theme room due to the inconvenience. My husband is 6'5" and hearing this made me annoyed instantly since I knew he would not be able to sleep comfortable on a queen bed. The shower was not properly cleaned either. The tub appeared to have sand in there? i'd say the only positive about this room I was upgraded to was being able to see the fireworks from my room door and it being a 10 minute walk to disney.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. I was just confused by housekeeping’s schedule because we checked in on a Wednesday and was given this informational letter which included the info about how housekeeping cleans your room every other day. We assumed they’d clean on Friday but they did not clean it.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, quiet room
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff and of course close to Disneyland
- 2.5/5
Perfect Location near by the Park. Friendly staff at the reception. lack of parking, lack of light in the room.
- 3/5
Room was pretty dusty, hardwood floors had dust around the edges and on top of the tv. Our shower didn’t have a light so it was very dim. Our room felt like a hospital room. Workers were amazing! But for the price I paid, it could’ve been a lot better.
- 5/5
Robert the manager super awesome knows customer service very well. And runs a tight ship. Valet guys and girl so professional and a so patient. This is a great hotel with great people. Took an uber to Disney for a convention and was so easy quick no issues. Great location as well.
- 5/5
great experience
- 4/5
Pool was not very heated. Beds were ok. Rooms overall were kinda funky. Small bathrooms.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly we wanted to switch rooms because we were on the back side of the hotel and was a little noisy and called the front desk and asked if we could move in the morning and they said they had a room and we could move now. Rooms were clean and the park view was amazing would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff was so nice! Great location to be able to walk to Disneyland
- 3/5
Room was good staff were nice. Internet is about as fast as dial up, ridiculous. The place is very close to Disney so they don't have to offer much of anything else. No breakfast, must ask to have your room cleaned.
- 4/5
Convenient for Disney, just a 10 min walk. No breakfast incl but plenty options around the hotel.
- 4.5/5
We stay at this hotel frequently. This time we were in a room next to the elevator & it sounded like a bus coming through our room every time someone used it.
- 2/5
Hotel felt more like a motel. Extremely noisy. Felt overpriced for what we got. Construction in front lobby and constant construction noise coming from upstairs. The only plus from our stay here is the location is walking distance to Disney.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room clean
- 2/5
king room was over sold, room we got was near neighboring hotel that was doing construction outdoors, also work being done in ajoining rooms and the noise from the tools was to much! Did not rest at all
- 4/5
Spacious, clean room, very good walking distance to disneykand
- 5/5
Great staff made us feel very welcome. Everything was very clean. And our stay was great.
- 4/5
Location and staff were great. Floors could have been cleaner and I would have loved a microwave in the room.
- 3/5
Unfortunate construction happening above my room which was very loud and distracting
- 4/5
That place is good. Cuz is front of Disney park. But it need upgrades for the price you pay for it.
- 4/5
No breakfast available--very disappointing! The HVAC in the room was rather noisy, and the t.v. had channels(?) for Netflix and other premium services but no way to access those channels.
- 3/5
Rooms look way better in the pictures than in person. Found that fridge could not hold temperature. Location is convenient and they let us check in a little early by going from a king room to two queens which was nice.

Very good customer service. Told Staff it was my husband birthday and they delivered a bday gift free of charge. Would stay here again.

- 5/5
love this resort
- 5/5
Location was convenient to Disneyland, room was very clean and quiet
- 3/5
Excellent customer service, close proximity to the park, water bottle refill station was great!, and luggage storage was great for after we checked out. Rooms were basic and had everything we needed to just sleep there. Our room backed up to the elevator that seemed like it was always running. It sounded like a roller coaster in the background. Also the AC kicked on every few minutes, which was needed, but also so loud. We slept with our AirPods in and music playing to drown out the noise. We were so tired from the parks that it was tolerable. The water temperature was fine, but we couldn’t do 3 short showers without running out of hot water. It wasn’t luxury, but it was fine for our short trip where most of our time was spent at Disneyland.
- 4/5
Staff were great. Room was clean. Parking is too expensive on top of room cost.
- 4/5
Front desk staff. Room was clean, but the air conditioner sounded like it needed to be put to sleep. Very loud.

Friendly staff. Very convenient to Disneyland. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. However, there was minimal soundproofing to the outside, and our door had a strong draft. It was very loud at night.

It was ok, it is very close to the parks
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Fairly small room for a family of 4 to stay with two littles, but other than that it was a good stay that was a close walk to the park.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and themed. Easy walk to Disney California.

We stayed here to take my sister to Disneyland. It is her first time to visit the park and the hotel staff gifted her Mickey ears headband which was very thoughtful. We had a great stay. They allowed us to check-in early when we arrived to Anaheim. The hotel is convenient to the park, we just walked and crossed to get to the park. It was an overall outstanding stay.
- 5/5
The hotel was good.
- 4/5
Parking was not easy. But they do have valet, which we ended up using because we couldn’t find a place to park. The parking spots are minimal. We didn’t use the pool area.
- 4/5
The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from Disneyland entrance. The room was big and clean. I liked having a Keurig coffee maker and mini refrigerator. Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for me. I have a shoulder and neck injury and work up hurting. Just prefer a softer mattress. No housekeeping came but we only stayed 2 nights and didn't need anything. My son complained that the towels were small (he's 17). We chose this hotel for the location and price. They do charge for parking but most hotels do across the street from Disneyland so it's not uncommon. If you don't mind a firm mattress I would recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous. Walk to Disneyland was not bad at all. I like the proximity to Panera and McDonalds.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. They are very professional. I would totally recommend this hotel within walking distance to Disneyland and other small eating facilities nearby.
- 3/5
Hotel is old. No card swipe to enter elevators in an open corridor hallway that’s very dangerous. Rooms were old and bathrooms gross
- 4/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
the staff was wonderful! Very clean all around. Literalyl 5 mins from the park walkable distance! No breakfast unfortunately but they had snacks you can purchase and gift shop. There’s microwaves on the third floor as well not in the rooms. Overall would come back
- 4/5
The hotel was okay. Best thing about it was the proximity to the park. The rooms are SMALL. Because of this, we asked for our room to be cleaned every day, which was offered. Needed fresh towels replaced and just cleaned up. They did not clean it every day.
- 3/5
Older property- rooms face out so you can hear the traffic. Older heating unit made noise all night long; Kept us up. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. If you don’t plan on staying in your room too long, perfect place to stay for going to Disney.

Clean and close to the park. If I had any complaint it would be the towels. Crazy rough and not very absorbent. They need an update for sure.
- 4/5
Staff was courtesy &helpful. Housekeeping did great job of keeping room clean.
- 3/5
the pictures of the room was nothing like we received. the front desk was wonderful . Not as nice as other Marriots we have stayed in
- 5/5
The staff were so welcoming, sweet and nice! We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a good space!
- 4/5
Perfect for visiting Disney.
- 5/5
room was ready early. Very happy
- 2/5

- 5/5
Great rooms, view of the fireworks
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay! Room was clean, water pressure was fantastic, and you can’t beat the 5 minute walk to the park. The best part was my husband and I were playing Yahtzee at one of the tables on our level and the general manager came out of her office, spoke to us for a bit about the future hotel renovations and then gave us a goodie bag from the store downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, they are amazing!
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Close proximity to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was great, however I wish there were microwaves in the rooms.
- 2/5
Room was outdated and felt more like a Motel 6 than a Marriott. No restaurant or bar, pool was in the parking lot, and the beds were nit comfortable. The staff were friendly though.
- 3/5
Bubbles coming from toilet when others were using their bathroom, disturbing. Otherwise, close to Disneyland, close to food. Clean room, pool & hot tub. Laundry, ice and water filling station. All the things for great trip to the park.
- 5/5
Great hotel, super clean
- 1/5
Wow! Absolute worst hotel stay of my life - and it’s sold out every night! The power of Disney!
- 5/5
Staff made our stay wonderful and we loved the clean facilities! Be sure come enjoy your stay .
- 5/5
Wonderful customer service
- 5/5
Everything was great except the water pressure. It was quite weak. Everyone was great.
- 5/5
The only staff we saw was at the desk in the lobby at check in and check out. They were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the amenities in the room were convenient. We have stayed here before and will be back again.
- 5/5
Room was spotless perfect location for our family !!!! Staff was great
- 3/5
Stayed there from Friday till Tuesday and not once did house keeping coming and take care of our room. No the little sign wasn’t in the door. And no I didn’t opt out of it when I checked in. Had to ask for more towels one evening when I came back to the room.
- 5/5
Great service. Rooms are very clean and short walk to Disneyland. Definitely coming back soon.
- 5/5
Very convenient walk to Disneyland in only minutes. The room was super clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was, allowing us to get a good night's sleep every night of our 4 night stay. The one and only drawback was that no breakfast foods are provided, but Panera is literally at the other end of the parking lot and was an easy quick stop on our way into Disneyland each morning. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
great staff, clean room and grounds , and super close to the Disneyland main gate
- 3/5
Room furnishings especially the towels were old. Heat/Air was loud. No breakfast of any kind. We thought it was a bit pricey for what we got.
- 5/5
Jakob at the front desk made our check in so easy. Super kind a d excellent at customer service.
- 4/5
Front desk was courteous and helpful, room could be cleaner. Nice proximity to Disneyland.
- 4/5
The location is ideal. The rooms were okay. The beds weren't that comfortable and the pillows were old and uncomfortable. The location made it worth it because we didn't spend much time in the room.
- 3/5
Close to Disneyland (walkable), clean, convenient. Downside is that being close to Disneyland meant that there were a lot of little kids, early noise (constant door slamming and little ones crying), and a lot of families coming and going at all times.
- 4/5
Good location.
- 5/5
Room was clean and Lots of towels provided. Lots of pool loungers. Staff was very friendly
- 2/5
Staff an lobby were great. The rooms are in poor condition and desperately need an update. The bathroom is the worst. Low, round bowl toilets, without soft close seats. Rust and stains in the bathtubs and anemic water pressure. This is certainly not up to the Marriot standard.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
The customer service was excellent
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous, friendly and respectful.
- 5/5
Checking in was fast and super easy
- 4/5
Everyone was friendly and the room was clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland. The room is clean and a close to Disneyland. We always stay here when we go.
- 4/5
A 2min walk to Disney. Extremely convenient for a family with young children. The access to fast food and dining options is also very appealing. Recommend its location and cleanliness with the exception of a smaller than average room.
- 5/5
The staff was amazingly friendly and responsive and accommodating. The room was spotless and we had plenty of room and the walls must be relatively sound proof because we couldnt hear other guests. This place was so clean, they were even mopping the outside. If this is how they are normally, this is our new regular hotel we will use when we visit Disneyland. Thank you.
- 3/5
Door was hard to shut, had to really slam it. Bathtub had significant wear to it and some black staining. Shower leaked into bathroom floor no matter how we adjusted it. Towels were thin and not soft. I have stayed here before and I love the location but I was dissapointed this time.
- 2/5
The rating of this hotel is most likely due to location (which is excellent) and it is clean. However, it is an older property and the beds were not the greatest. The pool was being redone when we arrived so the noise was very loud. We had was seemed like construction work happening in the middle of the night also. Staff were nice. Amenities were limited however was unfamiliar with this brand of Marriot. Probably would chose a different brand of Marriot next time.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed!
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, clean and quiet.
- 4/5
clean room and nice staff, toiletries were not generous only a small bar soap was provided and standard shampoo, conditioner, bodywash.
- 5/5
Would be great if bathrooms had fans. Clean, simple. Beds were comfy. Walking distance to Disneyland. Would be nice to have continental breakfast or a small cafe for late night snacks.
- 4/5
Very clean, walking distance to Disneyland, the staff was great
- 5/5
Perfect rooms, excellent staff
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room walkable to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, convenient location to Disney Property.
- 5/5
Vert comfortable
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was courteous.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable, towels could be nicer and to rooms can be decorated better.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Entire crew is great and everything was clean. We stay here every time we come to Disney.
- 5/5
I love Marriott. Always clean, safe and comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean property, 3blocks to park. Worth the price!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, well maintained. Location to Disneyland was excellent. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was the sweetest when we walked in very helpful parking was easy room was nice definitely would come back and stay in this hotel in the future
- 3/5
We've stayed here a couple of times due to how close it is to Disneyland. One caution, for anybody staying at this hotel. If you are in a room that is an "01" be prepared that it is backed up to the elevator . We were in room 401 and asked to be moved after one evening. The elevator is so loud that the room completely rumbles and sounds like a freight train going through. They must know this is an issue because they are the only room sthat they have a sound machine in them.
- 5/5
Staff is amazing!
- 5/5
Didn't use but it looked well maintained. The landscaping and parking lot were very clean. I felt safe walking to get food and back nearby.
- 5/5
Clean, great location to walk to Disneyland. There can be a wait for the elevator, so a room on a low floor was great to just use the stairs. Panera next to the hotel was great. It is open late, very convenient for food on the way back to the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had my kids and it was very family friendly, which I love! The best part was the view of the parks and the walking distance, right across the street!
- 1/5
We were in Room 301 and all we heard was the elevator all day and all night and for $1300 for two nights, this is a complete rip off. As for Hotels.com, booking through a third party is an absolute joke! No customer service, no easy contact and to make a simple change is ridiculous!
- 3/5
Typical hotel that relies 100% on Disneyland. They don't work very hard please you. It's close to Disneyland so every other amenity takes a back seat. They don't clean your room everyday unless you specifically ask. Its very expensive for the quality of the property and amenities.
- 4/5
Lobby, store and pool were amazing. Room was nice and view was stunning. The only downside was the pull out bed. You could feel every spring and it was hard to sleep on.
- 5/5
Great place and enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
No dinning, just pool and hot tub out side ,store inside
- 5/5
I work in hospitality and have very high standards when it comes to service, that being said, my room was perfectly clean and comfortable and every single staff member I encountered during my stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful. My stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. I would certainly recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Staff are helpful and very knowledgeable
- 4/5
Great hotel with perfect walking distance to the park. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Elevators are a bit slow during peak hours
- 5/5
It was a safe clean and a short walk from Disneyland and many restaurants both sit down and fast food!
- 5/5
Great!!!!

- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Rooms were comfortable
- 5/5
Close to Disney and nice sized rooms.
- 4/5
Check in was quick and staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. The room is a bit outdated but it was clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Close walk to Disneyland. About 8min. Guest services, check-in, etc were all very friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel, five minute walk from Disneyland with friendly staff.
- 5/5
Quick walk to Disney. Staff friendly.Clean property.
- 2/5
Room was clean, tv didn’t work then we thought they fixed it but broke again. They moved us to another room. The staff was friendly. The problem was the bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and also very uncomfortable. This was are last stay at this hotel! Needs refurbishing, seriously get rid of the popcorn ceiling.
- 5/5
Quick walk to Disney land
- 5/5
Great staff, conveniently located. Good view of the Disney fireworks and park lights. The beds are hard, I prefer a little softer. The elevator doors close too fast.
- 2/5
The security looked poor than the amount we paid for the accommodation
- 5/5
Beds were a little hard but overall cozy rooms
- 5/5
safe and clean.
- 5/5
I loved the personal touches that the staff delivered. The associates made it a point to recognize my family each time we returned for the day.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly Felt super safe Can see Disneyland fireworks
- 5/5
Great stay thanks
- 5/5
The front desk saved us! Our hotel we had booked over booked and had no rooms we walked over to Fairfield and they had rooms and even upgraded us after hearing what had just happened to us! They were so sweet and amazing! A simple walk to Disneyland and everything was perfect! Will continue to use them from here on out!
- 4/5
It was a great property to stay at for being close to Disneyland. The room was clean and even though we were close to the elevators it was very quiet. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
It was super close to Disneyland which is why we booked the room. The room was clean but the ac was leaking water. Staff were great and parking was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place to lay your head after a long day at the park.
- 5/5
Bed sheet had chewing gum stuck on the top sheet!
- 3/5
The staff was not friendly at all and they didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in at all. The staff were just talking to themselves and ignoring us.
- 5/5
Love that it was across the st from park
- 5/5
Very close to the Disneyland parks | Friendly | Clean
- 5/5
Cleanliness, staff was great and very close to Disneyland.
- 3/5
We booked our hotel the day before for a king because we have a little who has to sleep in the middle of the bed if it’s not HIS crib. When we were checking in, the staff were very nice. When we got to our room, it was two full/queen beds. I went back down stairs to let them know and they said since I booked same day, it’s all they had but they gave us a “Disney” view. I was a bit disappointed that (1) it had not been communicated to me during check in (2) the Disney view was joke. However, being that many of the other hotels were booked up, we stayed and I had to keep waking up every hour to check and make sure my little one wasn’t near the edge since my partner had to sleep on the other bed. Aside from that, the room was clean(maybe not the sofa bed as it has some hairs) , it’s in a convenient location, parking was free for the night for our single vehicle. Other hotels offer free parking after checkout until midnight the same day, but this one charges, which it should state it on the information sheet they provide during checkout. Overall, good stay but overpriced for what it is.
- 5/5
Maybe more amenities for kids, and the people at the front desk, more friendly
- 5/5
Overall great stay, rooms are clean and close walking distance to Disney. Only down side was reservation not found on arrival and said it was cancelled. Still got the room.
- 4/5
I really appreciated the details for families, like having a few grocery items and a fridge, as well as a microwave on each floor.
- 5/5
Very close to the park and very clean
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
- 5/5
Always a good place to stay!
- 4/5
Cost of parking!!!
- 5/5
Close to Disney.
- 3/5
Ac was making loud noise at night
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
Toilet didn’t stop running unless you made sure to manually reset the flush handle Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day and I stayed 4 nights and they never came They shut off the water one night at 1am until 6am with no warning, then proceeded to do plumbing work on the unit behind my headboard, keeping me up all night.
- 5/5
They trade Disney pins at the counter ❤️
- 4/5
Always a pleasure
- 5/5
Panera Bread and Mimi's are very close by, no food offerings in the hotel. Perfect for a visit to Disneyland
- 5/5
Very clean and everyone was nice this hotel is our go too every time we are in Anaheim
- 5/5
Only a 6-10 minute walk to the park! Clean, quiet and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great service for the value! 100% recomended!
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly.
- 5/5
For the most part the stay at this hotel was pretty good. Pretty quiet, easy walk to the Disney parks. Downside is the housekeeping. They told us that housekeeping would come one time during our 3 day stay and they never showed up. So we had to housekeeping at all during our stay.
- 3/5
Good location with walking distance to Disney. Condition is okay except body wash is never filled in the 5 days we were there and some towels were stained. Cleaning was every other day.
- 3/5
The king bed wheel chair Accessible room was clean but much smaller than expected. Outdated, cheap. There was a hole in the wall under the sink and exposed sharp screws. The bathroom door didn’t close and open right.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfy. Not too far of a walk to the parks. Close to Mimi’s restaurant which we always like to go to.
- 5/5
Perfect location
- 5/5
Perfect for Disney vacation, easy walk to everything.
- 5/5
Awesome overall
- 5/5
It was great and quick to get to the park !
- 5/5
I loved the view from the room. Also, everything was so co vi ient and the staff was so nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved it better then staying at the Disneyland hotel!
- 5/5
Well mange’s and friendly staff
- 5/5
My stay was excellent! Great service and staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

- 3/5
Bed was very firm, and room was small. Felt like a motel 6 with a Fairfield name. No microwave in room. But the staff is friendly and welcoming.
- 2/5
The room I booked was not available when I arrived. We were “upgraded” to a different room that had a coffee maker that didn’t work and was not in a great location. We were woken up abruptly in the morning by VERY loud construction. When I called the front desk, they said I received a flyer with this info. We only received our keys and a Manson check in. No mention of construction. He had to wake up early and leave to get away from the noise. Way over priced for what we got.
- 5/5
Great stay! Very close to Disneyland & the hotel property was very clean.
- 5/5
Very Walkable. Just across Disneyland themepark.
- 5/5
Nice place to visit Disneyland so close, dining also close
- 5/5
Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room wasn't ready (trying to check in an hour early) but they offered us a different room since we took a red eye and were exhausted. It was on the 9th floor facing disneyland so we got to see the fireworks every night. Was great! Plus about a 10 min walk to disneyland, perfect for mid day naps. Plus it was great McDonalds and panera were right there. Great stay.
- 5/5
- 3/5
Pictures were deceiving. The hotel is not and nice as it looks in the pictures. If you are over 100lbs you have to sit on the toilet sideways because the bathroom was so small. The pull out bed was a complete joke.
- 1/5
Room was close to elevators, noisy all night long. It felt like we were on a rollercoaster the room made noisy and shook each time someone used the elevators. Will not staying here ever again.
- 5/5
I would choose two beds next time because the sofa cama is right next to the AC
- 5/5
Nice hotel, close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Fairfield hotel employees were all very friendly and accommodating
- 3/5
Proximity to parks was great, rooms are just ok.
- 4/5
Great convenient stay but we weren’t aware of parking charge per day, which was $27 each day, also the showers need updated pressure took forever to shower. other than that, everything was perfect.
- 5/5
It was super easy and fast to check in. The place is in the perfect spot to walk to Disneyland
- 4/5
Great locale for Disneyland and area. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bedding. For such a large property very quiet.
- 3/5
I booked an upgraded room, they gave my room away, didn’t offer to reimburse for the upgrade AND charged me twice for parking!
- 5/5
Nice map of surrounding area
- 3/5
Room was lack luster. Nothing like the pictures
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Great proximity to the Disney parks and friendly staff all around. Nice to have the little gift shop/market in the lobby.
- 5/5
All of the staff were fabulous!
- 5/5
Very close (less than 10 min walk) to the Disney Parks. Very convenient.
- 5/5
Staff was over the top friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Ok hotel - we usually only stay at Marriott properties, and this one was just ok. It wasn’t at the level we expect from Marriott but it wasn’t horrible.
- 5/5
Perfect location and accommodations
- 5/5
Our stay was nice. It’s a hotel, we only stayed one night and we walked from Disney which was nice and convenient. Would stay here again
- 5/5
Amazing stay as always
- 5/5
I’m so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all staff I encountered during my stay. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were right there to assist me with a friendly and helpful attitude. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The rooms were great and the walking distance to the theme parks was perfect! I tuned it at 10 minutes (0.5 miles) from the hotel door to the security checkpoint. So convenient. The only downsides were no free breakfast and the jacuzzi was not working when we went. The jacuzzi was no big deal really but would’ve been nice to have. There are also lots of food options right outside of the hotel. Overall, I’d definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.
- 2/5
The room smells bad. It smells like a wet shirt that didn’t dry. I’m just glad the manager was nice enough to move us to another room right away. We’ve been staying at this place for so many times and I noticed that their comforters look old. The good part is that the front desk staff are awesome.
- 5/5
Love staying here every time we visit disnwy
- 5/5
Great hotel right next to Disneyland and the staff is absolutely amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.
