Nice property but...the pool was totally drained!!! No warning or communication about it! What the heck??? Was told we could walk to another hotel and use their pool. NO! We just wanted to relax and swim after our park days & it was way too inconvenient to do so. The breakfast was good. Clean place.

Check on was fast and easy. The staff was wonderful. It’s a quick walk to the Disney parks. The pool is currently closed for maintenance but you have the property next door they give you access to. Breakfast was easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfy. Loved the pillows.

Close to Disney Breakfast food was absolute trash food, everything tasted fake. Didn’t realize parking was going to $50 a night. Pool was closed and didn’t find out til I got there. Pillows were super flat

The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. Kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful; my kids adored Millie. Hotel was clean and a super close walk to Disneyland. The sound machine in the room came in handy and was appreciated. Breakfast was a little hit and miss some days with some items not replenished. Overall our experience was fantastic, we would stay again!

Great location near Disney. Cleaned and appreciate the free breakfast. We had to wait over 5 min to get an elevator in the morning due to the high traffic of families with strollers. Valet attendants super quick and friendly. Great place to stay near Disney with small children. Loved the cleanliness just FYI pools is under construction at this time.

HUGE room! Just an 11 minute walk away from Disneyland! We were able to wake up early, go to Disneyland, walk back to the hotel and take a nap in the middle of the day and go again later that day. Easy because of the location! No need for a rental car! We came in through John Wayne airport and used Uber to get to the Hotel. About a 15 minute drive. Easy! The hotel was fabulous!

The room was decent, but the bathroom was old and had mold. The toilet also had dirt stains, and overall it just didn’t feel very clean. Housekeeping never once came into my room to clean during my stay, yet somehow someone entered my room without my permission and left a set of keys behind. My bags had been opened like someone was going through my things, and now I’m missing a shirt. The fact that they left their keys in my room after everything is honestly unbelievable. Smh.

We stayed here 4 days, our room had a smell and bathtub didn’t drain well enough so there were sitting water. They did service our room first two days without a request so we appreciate that. Breakfast was ok - need more fruit selections. The potato and bacon was good, but was served every other day. Nice heated pool that we enjoyed during an overcast day. Val-let parking were fast and on point, front desk always friendly.

Very nice hotel, tucked around the corner from Disneyland. Booked a suite with very nice amenities, including a kitchenette. Freeway sounds were a little loud, but the room came with a white noise machine which was a nice touch. Could not figure out how to turn down AC so it was very cold. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and kid-friendly. About a 12 minute walk from Disneyland, which was a bit far for kids (bring a stroller) but totally doable for adults. Overall very nice staff, high quality rooms, and a clean heated pool and spa.

However, I didn't see any information prior to booking reservations, that the hotel had Valet parking only. This caused some inconvenience with preparations with access to our suitcases. It was Star Wars Nite at Disneyland, we had difficulty with multiple trips of valet and we ended up changing from our clothing to costumes, forcing us to change in lobby bathrooms. That caused car extra trips with valet parking going back & forth from lobby to garage to lobby again.

Property is very nice and new. Breakfast I feel is very limited and could be better. Fruit is way too limited. Parking is only valet but when you can they don’t explain there is no self parking so you will find yourself paying another $38 plus tax per day. I saw various complaints about this and called. Was told their was self parking and then told their wasn’t once I was there: The manager Stephanie listen to the recorded line and said otherwise. For the price stay at a more nearby hotel.

This hotel is where it’s at for my family. It’s our favorite at this time for its proximity to the park, to McDonald’s, to Panera. We love the free breakfast. The service is amazing. Thank yall for hosting our family for another fantastic adventure.

What really stood out was the staff. They were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help us. During our stay, I ended up with a flat tire, and both the valet and maintenance manager stepped in right away and were so helpful. That level of care made a stressful situation much easier. I especially appreciated their support since I was traveling with a group of high school seniors. It gave me peace of mind knowing we were in such good hands. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff is very friendly, close to Disneyland. The property is a little dirty. Graffiti scratch marks on metal throughout property, shower curtain had hair shavings in it. We found a cockroach behind the hotel room door, paint peeling in bathroom and dirty baseboards. We normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in the same parking lot. That hotel is definitely a step up in all areas. The breakfast is super mediocre, it’s below a McDonald’s standard.

Pros: This was close to Disney, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so-so with a reasonable selection and there was always someone re-stocking it. The Cons: We arrived and the AC was on full blast so the room was 62 degrees, the toilet didn't flush properly

This hotel is easy walking distance from main Disney resort entrance. Your car is parked by valet only due to parking structure and they retrieve it quickly and efficiently when you need your vehicle. Good breakfast, large rooms, great cleaning staff, and great front desk crew.

The hotel was very clean and our kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was fine. Happy they changed towels and cleaned rooms daily and so may hotels are going to skipping days during a stay. Great hotel and walk to the Disneyland security and park was short!

Great location for Disneyland Parks. It is a quick 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance and right on a busy area with lots of dinning options if you want to stay away from the park. Room was good and clean. Only real complaint is the rooms facing the highway get a bit of highway noise in them. Not too bad with the A/C on. Otherwise a good stay.

The hotel has the basic amenities. The problem is in the details. Before being able to check-in, you have to deal with their valet. This seems painless enough, but we spent 15 minutes in line waiting for a guy to ask if we were staying, get our license plate number, and then tell us to pull up to our hotel. From there, an actual valet dealt with us. The rest of the check-in process was painless, but once we get to the room, we realize they only have ice on every other floor. This is a little annoyance, but all these little annoyances add up. The room was clean, but there was very little space to store anything in the bathroom. The shower/bathub was really narrow, had very little water pressure, and the towels were really thin and rough. The next morning we wake up, go down to the breakfast area, and was shocked that the only fresh fruit they had were red apples and bananas. There was nothing there that was worth eating. I don't expect much out of these breakfasts, but usually you'd find fresh fruit (cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes, etc.) yogurt, and decent coffee. For this hotel, you get none of the above. A complete waste of space. The best part of the hotel, is that it's about a 10 minute walk from the park and they include a noise maker in the room which helped with sleep.

1 bedroom suite room. A little misleading as it is a single open space. But stayed twice (3 nights total in Feb and March 2026 for our Disneyland trips) and front desk staff and kitchen staff are excellent - very friendly, accomodating. Room very clean and beds 8-9/10 comfort. Convenient to walk to Disneyland.

Really clean, amazing location for the trade show I attended at the Anaheim convention center but also perfect for Disneyland. Walkable to both locations. The room was lovely and spacious. It was noisy from the highway outside, however the hotel provides white noise machines and blackout blinds to go with the very comfy beds so sleep was not a problem!

Other people's hair on the bathroom floor. Having to pay for parking, and also tip valet every time we needed to come or go. Great options for breakfast, but poor quality of food.

The penthouse room we booked was next to i-5 and very loud. We asked for a different room. They were a bit indifferent at first and it felt like they did not appreciate our concerns but they changed the room later. However it was on a lower floor and there was noise from upstairs.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. As there were many families, there was a lot of activity that could be heard in the halls or between floors, but that was expected. Kids! Not the place for a romantic honeymoon, but ideal for a family vacation. Breakfast was always plentiful and served with a smile. The ladies there were really wonderful too!

The Holiday Inn Express at Anaheim met both of these requirements. It was clean, the bed was good. The room was big too and that helps. They also have a free breakfast which isn't the best but they have cereal and toast which is good enough sometimes.

Love it very close to the park walking wise. Great customer service and fast. Love the valet parking do not have worry about ny vehicles. Has free breakfast for pir kids which they loved would highly recommended. Will be staying there again.

The hotel itself was updated and staff was great. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff kept bringing out hot fresh food. The best thing for breakfast was the sausage, oatmeal, and the passion orange guava juice. The parking was so additional fee but not too bad. $35 for the day of your stay and $50 if you choose to leave the car and go to Disney after your stay ended. This was a great option especially to be able to walk out of Disney and not deal with the traffic jam. Overall great stay and I think this is our new hotel of choice when we venture to Disney.

Staff were courteous during any encounter, breakfast was well stocked, rooms were bigger than expected and well kept. Lobby area is nice and the “store” has the essentials you may need. Within easy walking distance to the park and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend and looking to stay again in the future!

We chose this property because we wanted to be close to Disneyland, free breakfast and free parking. It was within walking distance, however the parking advertised as "Limited onsite parking" means you may have to go off site to find your own parking. So be prepared to pay $35 a day for valet parking if it's available. We feel like it was a bait and switch situation. We won't be back.

The gal that checked us in was very kind had a great personality.

The property was different than expected, and the staff’s lack of customer service was very underwhelming, particularly the valet attendant's passive-aggressive behavior upon checking in. Staff advised us countless times that we did not have a reservation even though we provided a confirmation #. Ultimately, we did check in.

Booked this hotel for a Disney Trip. It was about a 10 minute walk to the park which was amazing as we are a family of 6. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty good as well! The only downfall was that parking was $40 extra per night. Which I did not know when I booked the room. But not a huge deal breaker. Overall, amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The front desk staff is so accommodating and kind. They really go the extra mile to bring the park back to the hotel. We have family that lives in the area and they allowed our family to come and visit. Our room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable and several pillow types were offered. I can’t say enough about the front desk, they’re exceptional. It’s a very short walk to Disney. I highly recommend staying here.

Charging me for a tv that was damaged before we even walked into the room is crazy we weren’t even in the room most of our stay bearly even used the tv take pictures and let them know if you see anything because then they’ll charge you for it. It’s sad I loved staying here every time I went never had an issue until now. Never staying here again.

This is a few weeks after we stayed but this hotel is awesome. Not because it’s clean ( it was!) or that it is close to Disneyland, but because the staff are Amazing! I called to speak with the front desk, and the positive energy over the phone was felt. When we showed up in person, it was even better. I am going to name the three women who helped us with our stay. Milly, Ashley, and Maggie. Thank you for your kindness and joy you bring into the world. You made our anniversary trip that much better. The presence of God is in those three women and you feel it when you walk in. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. We will stay here again.

Only downfall was you could hear the people next door from the adjoining room, not sure if it’s from the gap at the bottom of the door or just thin. Definitely not a dealbreaker & would stay here again.

Best hotel close to Disney

The location is within walking distance to the Disney parks. It also includes a wonderful breakfast and excellent coffee as well. Good value.

No shuttle to the park. And $35 a day for parking

Very easy walk to Disneyland. Nice property with extremely nice and helpful staff. The only complaint was with the parking, all the website said was parking available. It was valet parking only, it would have been nice knowing that and the price per day going in. All in all I’d definitely stay there again.

Great distance from Disney. Huge rooms and space for family of 4 with little toddlers. We love staying here.

The stay is great very clean hotel me and my wife stayed 2 nights there and we liked the hotel a lot 12min walk from Disneyland only one detail was the valet parking having to wait for our cars to be pulled up. not bad just throws me off since we are used to parking our own cars the valet people are super friendly and nice I just only have that 1 small issue but hotel amazing

Loved it !! Breakfast was awesome and Valet parking guys were great!!! Housekeeping missed are room for 2 days- we had our do not disturb sign off of the door by 9 am - so only that one issue . But front desk staff were very nice

The biggest issue I had with this property was the false impression of parking. The only available parking is valet parking. I choose this hotel with the sole intention of being able to park the rental vehicle I used at my own convenience. Being able to leave and return at my own leisure. The hotel staffing the night of check in were crude and unaccommodating with any other free parking in the area and was very unforthcoming with information. I was unhappy coming back to the hotel every night due to knowing I had to ask for permission to park the car I was paying for. This set up is a serious money grab and unfair to patrons who are looking to have a great family vacation and are on a budget. The site and Expedia stated there was parking available this is false information and should be changed to valet only parking as that is all that is available. The room itself acceptable as it was cleaned to the minimal standards but having to ask every day for more wash clothes for a 4 day stay is absurd. The room comes with 2 wash clothes and 5 towels. I will not be staying here again as I was severely unhappy with the blatant lie for parking. If I would have known, I would not have rented a vehicle for my stay.

Two adults- stayed four nights. Excellent room, bed, staff and easily walkable to Disneyland. No issues, but it's $35/day for parking a car. Breakfast was good but mostly the same every day. A hidden gem in right next door at the Hilton where they have/share a restaurant with happy hour and dinner options.

The property itself is nice. I did feel that the white/cream floor tiles in the main lobby and rooms felt a bit sterile and almost hospital like. Our room was on the first floor and I don't recommend that at all. We were next to and across from the gym and guest laundry and main lobby. Pretty noisy at times. And the housekeeping staff was vacumming the floors at 11pm at night. Not good. The breakfast was pretty decent and many options, but I do wish the bacon was thicker and the eggs weren't powdered scrambled eggs. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Good hotel

ALL staff were so kind and genuine. Our flight was late and they kept our bags safe so we could walk around and also wait in the lobby. Millie was an absolute gem and gets to know the guests. I thought there was an issue with the AC (there wasn’t) but the staff was quick to check. Definitely going to stay here again.

Only one elevator was working the entire 6 days of our stay, which was not enough for the crowd. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor and could take the stairs; unfortunately they are at either end of the hotel, not in the center. The biggest letdown for us was breakfast. The breakfast area seems quite large, until the crowd arrives. Like the one working elevator, it is not enough to handle the capacity, and this is a slower season. During breakfast, the food area is cramped and guests do not know where to go. It was loud and chaotic, and more often than not there were items that were out. From the pancake machine breaking and food trays being empty, it was lackluster. Cinnamon rolls and bacon were gone most of the time; the kitchen refills only a handful at a time, and then they are immediately grabbed. Bananas were spotted once in our 6 days, but they were never refilled. Even danishes, a basic breakfast item, were nonexistent. There were dry banana nut muffins as a consolation prize.

A nice comfy bed and sofa, plenty of lighting. The only negative for me was the noise from the Interstate freeway. If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. The whole stay though in all was very good.

Parking is expensive at $40 per day. Longer walk to Disney than others, but cheaper nightly cost.

A nice room in size and cleanliness. A negative for the room is our bathroom only had one ceiling light which made it difficult to see; I also prefer just a shower not a tub shower with a curtain. Breakfast was well organized. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Staff was great and friendly, clean lobby , the kids loved the pool and breakfast, has a small “convenient store” in lobby, rooms were clean and spacious, convenient laundry room with quick wash/dry cycles, walkable distance to food and Disneyland but off of main road for quietness and privacy. Great place for family to stay during a trip to Disneyland.

Overall the room was very clean and nice, but there wasnt enough usb or any c outlets, the walls were paper thin ao alweping was not easy, it was so bad i could hear every conversation from next door, they played their tv all night long, and then left their alarm.on after checkout amd woke us up because the walls are so thin I thought it was out alarm. Food was decent at best. But it was clean and a 13 min walk to the park. But if you are looking for anymore this probably iamt your hotel.

Stayed for the weekend to visit the theme parks. Very convenient location to walk a few blocks instead of dealing with theme park parking.

Great 3day stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean breakfast was good and the walk to the parks wasn’t bad either. Also felt very safe in this hotel. Some noise from the freeway but very tolerable. I would stay here again.

The valet parking was so quick and efficient We ended up getting checked into our room very early in the morning It was so quick which meant we could go to the park and park the car early The room was spotless and a great size for a family of 5

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and well maintained. The walk to Disneyland was reasonable. The pool was nice. The breakfast is carb heavy, but a nice way to start the day. The internet, including the tv service, was choppy so that was a minor (very minor) drawback. On the whole, a nice place to stay!

Employees were very nice. Great customer service. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great variety. Very close to Disneyland and DCA. It was really not a bad of a walk even after being at the parks til midnight. We would stay here again.

I liked the close proximity to Disneyland. My room was on the side of the highway, so there were a few times I could hear cars go by. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was so convenient, helped us get to Disney faster.

Close to Disney property was clean. I have been at a few Holiday Inn and they have more and better options on breakfast. Not to happy with what they had to offer on Breakfast
