Property was a good location and staff was nice.

They all where very sweet they baked cookies for us they knew are names and made are beds and made sure we had everything we needed. They deserve a big clap from everyone that stays there we love them

Very clean room. Breakfast included. Convenient location close to restaurants. The hot water temperature seems to exceed a "safe" temperature. It's almost "scalding" which is dangerous for toddlers and senior citizens like myself. One additional observation from someone who recently had double total hip replacement, there are no grab bars on the showers walls to prevent a fall. It's difficult existing the shower without something to grab.

Most comfortable bed I ever had away from my home. Breakfast was great. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool wall are dirty you can right your name in there. Noone was ever present at the desk. They shut my keys off a day early and it took 25 minutes to find someone. The hotel smells like curry on the first floor

My husband would probably leave 5 stars because they had free cookies in the lobby. Housekeeping was supposed to come every 3rd day but gave us fresh towels every day which was very nice considering most hotels do not do that unless asked.

Breakfast was great. Room 208 smelled of urine. Tile floors needed some mopping as well as the sticky elevator floor. Staff needs to be proactive rather than relying on guests to report issues. Clock in lobby was an hour off. I liked the room except for the pungent odor of urine especially in the bathroom.

This was the dirtiest and most unkept hotel stay I've ever had. I will not book this hotel brand again. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and sticky. The trash can on our floor was full and had a full trash bag open outside it, which smelled horrible. It stayed there for a whole night and into the next day. The ceilings were stained, the sofa cushions had bad stains on both sides, there were big crumbs on the floor, there was a huge, dried splash of something on the artwork above the desk, there was mold on the wall on both sides of the A/C unit, the bathroom floors were not clean, the door was falling apart at the bottom, the coffee maker in the room was full of white and blue mold that I swiped with my finger, there were lots of damaged areas on the walls and doors. The beds were fine, but overall it felt gross and I will not go back to a Country Inn and Suites again. I have pictures of everything if anyone needs to see them.

Clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff . With the indoor pool and fitness center it's your best bet for a enjoyable stay.

Good place to stay when visiting Anderson University. Unfortunately we did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom. Of all things to be missing that was pretty odd. I didn’t notice until the following morning after check in, and I didn’t get to tell anyone at the front desk because there was no one at the front desk. Other than that it was a good stay.

Room 310 The bathroom was incomplete repair construction. There is a 2x4 nailed above the toilet with measurements written on it, spackled walls unpainted from water damage. I paid full price for a damaged room.

Needed to ask front desk for hair dryer and shower soap. A few trips to front desk was necessary.

The room was nice and clean but the toilet did not flush well at all and the sink was backing up. On another note the breakfast was terrible. We ended up going out to get breakfast. Other than waffles the hot food tasted nasty.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. The staff at front desk and housekeeping were all really friendly. I felt safe and I had a restful sleep. My room was very clean. There were many dining options near the hotel in walking distance which made this very convenient. There were lots of parking in well lit area. I enjoyed eating breakfast at this hotel which had choices of hot or cold breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

The hallways and stairwells were not clean. The sink in the bathroom had brown crud around the drain. The shower chair (accessible room) had black growth around the bottom of the legs. When checking out, I wanted a receipt, and the person working said it was emailed to me. He was only half awake and making no effort to provide what I wanted. We have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites. This is the only one we have had issues with.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The bathroom wall had too much paint flaking off the walls. We stayed there 5 nights they should have given us a better room. Not sure if I would stay here again. The workers there were nice and professional but our room should have been more professional

Dishonest with charges

There was a mistake when booking with Expedia and I was charged for 2 rooms. The girl at desk realized the mistake, took the extra pair of keys and canceled for that room. The hotel had very few people that night. My refund was never applied back to my account and Rxpedia talked to manager next day and he refused to give refund on room that I no longer had key access to. I usually stay here when in town but never again.

Good hotel. Only gripe was we found a pair of dirty underwear in the b8ble drawer. Pretty gross but reported it to the front desk and after about 15 minutes she came and took them. Other tganbtgst tge hotel was fine. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. We thought about checking out the pool but the extremely blue water made us reconcider.

Nice property and clean. Good value for the money. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was about average for a motel breakfast. I heard minimal noise from the street and otber rooms. Microwave and frig in room. Friendly checkin, but no one there at check out. Things to improve on: shower diverter did not work 100% so not as much shower stream as should be, hard bed, don't like them putting a hundred dollar hold on credit card for "incidentals".

Friendly staff! Room was mostly comfortable aside from it feeling humid even with a/c running. Bathroom faucet handle was difficult to turn on & off, which will be reported to maintenance.

I was originally going to give it a firm 3 star, but the longer I stayed the worse it got. The fridge was unlevel, and the toilet was pretty much unusable. On the last day I found some kind of bug in the room on one of their lamps. The worst part about all of this, was that there was no one to tell these problems about. They have maybe one desk clerk that speaks English. The others made it very obvious that they just don't speak it. They were only able to grasp very simple English at best. When I went to check out, the procedure was to put the keycard in a fishbowl with no attendant. They didnt even give me a receipt. I'll never stay at a country inn again, and Ill make sure to check my bags when i get home for these bugs that I found on the 5th floor of a hotel building (pictures provided).

It was a good place to stay good people

Everything was clean. Breakfast was good, hot, and full. Staff were all friendly.

We chose this place because of the offer on Hotel.com check in was fine, staff was very polite. Our room wasn't bad it wasn't great either. There was a musty smell in the room and stains on the floor we sprayed some perfume and kept our shoes on when we were walking the floor. A pool is available but when we tried to go in we couldn't get in that was frustrating. Plenty of restaurants to eat at and a movie theater close.

Stuffy dirty room. Air filters caked w diet. Took an hour of cleaning hair out of bathroom, food and bits of trash from around the pull out sofa and bed frame as well as stained cushions with food splatters on the wall and across a chair. 4 trips to front desk to get enough towels , ANY toilet paper and adequate bedding for the very wornout pullout bed. The woman staffing the front desk was lovely and very helpful. Pool decking also dirty beyond a days worth of cleaning. Had to ask the idle breakfast attendant to wipe grease and crumbs off a table to sit at.

The body was in the shower was not filled prior to our arrival, so I had to get out of the shower and go inform the front desk. When I made the front desk aware of this issue they just handed me a couple bars of soap. No one from housekeeping came to refill it.

1.The Toilet set to Low. 2.The Bed was too hard, pillows to soft 3.The Room was outdated, Paint peeling off bathroom door, Dirt, and Grime in corners of floor Trim. Dirt by Refrigerator. 4. Both Key entry Card was deactivated. Had to go back to front desk to reactivate. 5. Only one elevator for entire building. Guest and House Keeping used the same elevator. This made using the elevator a slow process.

Everything was just a bit run down and stained (shower curtains, carpet, ceilings, etc). Its in a super convenient and safe location and is cheaper (rightfully so) than most surrounding hotels. There was construction next door that was loud.

It was an overall good stay, The only problem we really had was Every drink machine on every floor was Out Of Order, So that was very frustrating & the handle on the toilet was way too hard to push down to flush lol Other than that a good stay!!

Ugh. They are aware of the problems. Smokers. And staff was not aware af their own rules. Broken toilet seat . Just was not what expected from a Radisson property.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Room cleanliness was excellent and the bed comfortable. The only disappointment was the internet was not working and there is considerable road noise, especially late evening hours. Several restaurant choices within walking distance and very easy access to I-85.

When we arrived, police were questioning someone in the room adjacent to us. We had several dirty/stained towels in our room and there was a very large hole in the wall in the bathroom. We heard sirens and road noise frequently in the room and the fan set to high and TV on was not enough to drown out our extremely noisy neighbors. There are worse hotels out there but this one is certainly not worth the price (roughly 120/night).

Close and easy to get to

Stay was during hurricane recovery operations so that may excuse some of the issues but hotel is aging badly. Room we were given had not been cleaned and toilet was filthy, hair in beds, stained sheets, etc. Arrived late so only one person on staff who attempted to help us but couldn’t give a different room because most were booked for recovery (although they remained unoccupied)

Staff was very professional and friendly. The room itself had extreme water stains on the ceiling tiles, and the air was very damp and musty. Our clothes were damp just from being in the room. Carpet was damp to the touch. We were not able to adjust the air conditioning, there’s definitely an air quality problem

I believe that this hotel is being refurbished. The outside looks very, very nice. The inside isn't bad, but I thought it might have shown a little bit more than I anticipated.

A good and quiet and convenient place to stay right off the interstate 85.

This is my second stay here. The staff at check in have been so nice and helpful. The rooms have been very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a variety for most everyone.

It was quiet and the pool being open late was really nice. Although, we were told they could provide a fan for the room and upon arrival, it turns out they could not. They photo was kind of deceiving, we though we were getting a walk in shower and that was not the case. The bed was incredibly hard, my back hurt for days afterwards. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were helpful for the most part. Although we didn't get housekeeping during the 3 day stay, so fresh linen wasn't offered.

The room was clean beds were not that comfortable. we were on the 4th floor and the outside street noise was like the windows were open. the windows actually had mold no them when we opened the blinds. For the cost of the nights we stayed there I think there is better options in the area.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy on my wallet. We came into town for the weekend and this was perfect. The kiddos even got to enjoy the indoor pool one evening. Staff was helpful and extremely nice.

We rented a suite and is was not as big as I thought it was going to be also. Also the bathroom is too small. Only one person can be in the bathroom at one time. Also the breakfast was a contenial. They should state that online. Will never stay there again.

Picked this one because it's so close to restaurants & the highway. Worked out nicely.

The pillowcase on my bed was not clean. I could smell the perfume on it from the previous guest. There was something gooey left in the bathroom sink. Luckily I had my Clorox wipes to clean it down. I was a little disappointed for the amount of money that was spent for one night.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and we loved there were dinning options around us we could walk to. It was a great choice to stay at for the Clemson game.

ONLY HAD PARKING FOR ABOUT 12 CARS. WAS AFRAID TOM MOVE CAR TO GO EAT BECAUSE WERE AFRAID THERE WOULD BE NO PARKING WHEN WE RETURNED GOT TAR ON MY SHOES TRYING TO GET IN FRONT ENTRANCE TO CHECK IN THINGS INSIDE WERE FINE

The property needs maintenance in the hallways, elevators were gross, and rooms were in need of remodeling. Knobs missing off dressers. Bathrooms were too small and only had one sink. The shower doors won't stay closed. Stains on the couches. Loose wiring laying out around the A/C unit. Trash and bottles around parking lot.

Staff was very helpful with a special request for 1st floor room. Hotel clean 👌! We were happy with our one night stay!

When we arrived late in the evening; we were greeted by a very friendly woman (sorry, I forgot her name). The stay was nice. Entryway very clean. The pool looked inviting but was too cold! I thought it was a heated pool; we left very quickly. I would have liked to have enjoyed that pool more. The trim was clean; the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The outside was clean and safe. Would definitely stay again.

Checking was awesome! The staff was phenomenal and friendly and helpful! However, with that being said, the room nobody had cleaned but it looked like it was clean so I had to change rooms. There was an empty beer bottle on the side of the bed in the new room. My key wouldn't work when I went up to the room! I had to go back down to the elevator and the staff activated it. However I was tired and I didn't want to go up and down from the lobby to my room on the 5th floor but I had no choice. It was quiet and it was nice and it was easy to get the room. Overall I did not have a bad experience

First room we were put in was not cleaned. Dry blood all over bathroom door handle, on door and door frame. They moved us to another room and it smelled horrible. Smelled like cat urine. Horrible! Unfortunately they said they had no other rooms to put us in. The elevators were filthy dirty. They never mopped the floors in the elevator the whole time there. Stainless steel were all finger printed up. Bathroom door in our room was dirty you could just see the dirty on it. Paint chipping in the bathroom and big hunk of carpet was cut out at the entrance to our room. It just was not nice at all. They didn’t even offer a discount. I will never stay at another Choice hotel.

It was a bit far from the university however the staff was polite and professional and tended to our requests on a few items that looked up. Very nice people. Clean hotel.

Check in was about 20 mins whereas the guest next to me took under 2 minutes. Not sure why as they found my reservation right away and mine was prepaid with the same card I had with me. They were two agents. Seemed they kept confusing my card with someone else's card as I heard them repeatedly say " no, that is his". They explained the cars reader was down but the guest next to me had no issues with his transaction. They finally arrived at the correct card to get it processed but still wasn't able to give me my keys and let me go up, they seemed to still be a bit confused. Eventually, I was able to go to my room

I booked this property for Friday night and then again for Saturday night. I went to an event during the day. The woman at the desk ALLOWED SOMEONE ELSE TO CHECK ME OUT AND GAVE MY ROOM AWAY!!!

Went down for breakfast no coffee, went back 30 minutes later still no coffee. Two workers behind desk talking, 30 minutes still no coffee made. Also no one was keeping breakfast put out.finally was able to get coffee around 9:30. They have a staffing problem

I booked my room a few months in advance with two queen beds. When I arrived, I had a sofa bed & a king bed. I was told they couldn’t assign rooms until the morning I arrived & that was all they had. No adult wants to sleep on a sofa bed with springs sticking in them. One lady was nice about it but another one was very ugly & short with me.

Even though this hotel was right next to I-85 my room was very quiet and I couldn't hear any of the traffic. There was a bass tournement going on and they were very quiet in the hotel. They did take up most of the parking available but no one went without a spot.
