clean room and very quiet

Everything was overall pretty good the only problem we had was toilet wouldnt flush properly and the pool couldve been a bit cleaner but everything else was great! I’d definitely go back and recommend

New well maintained hotel. Very clean. Eliminated in room coffee makers in favor of central Costa coffee made on demand. Good but prefer having in-room option. Definitely recommend. Food options within walking distance.

We upgraded our hotel stay to the Holiday Inn so we could be slightly closer to the concert venue. It was in the perfect spot and had everything you may need right nearby. My husband and I were respectfully greeted on arrival. We had a comfortable night's sleep and a warm good-bye from the staff in the morning!

This hotel was a pleasant and budget-friendly option for my weekend getaway. The only thing I didn’t like was the microwave stopping working the last night. The cold water was very low. But other than that, it was a nice stay. I will definitely book again.

Where were in town, overnight, for a wedding. Room was clean, good size, and quiet. Breakfast was good, area was good.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building is a bit old and showing some wear on carpets and walls. Not a ton of amenities but a decent breakfast bar. Good place to stop if on a road trip.

Hotel is centrally located to a lot of restaurants, shopping and only about 10 minutes from Clemson.

Definitely enjoyed my stay will be making another reservation for next time.

It was a decent stay. The hotel walls are super thin. I stayed on the 1st floor you could hear traffic, snoring from other rooms, and footsteps from above. It was decent shelter but not a place for rest. The breakfast was decent.

The majority of the staff were very nice & helpful! Having traveled a great deal, I exhaustively studied reviews of all surrounding hotels & chose this one & was very glad I did. I felt safe & secure. The hotel was comfortable & cozy, the food & drinks were very good. I will stay again.

My wife and I stayed here one night as a stopover on a two-day road trip. We wanted a basic, inexpensive place. This Holiday Inn Express was much better than we expected. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated, and everything was top notch. There was a surprisingly good Mexican restaurant next door, and the hotel breakfast in the morning was sufficient to hold us until lunch.

The lobby could use a little updating as far as decor. It felt like an assisted living facility.

The older lady at the front desk with tattoos on her hands wasn't very friendly. I felt somewhat unwelcomed due to her. She looked at me as if I didn't belong there. The hotel is aging. Also, even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping knocked at my door and hour before checkout to ask if I was leaving. That shouldn't have happened!!!! The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good but I will not stay here again.

I liked everything

Was dirty, hair on both beds, hair on floor in bathrooms. Dried urine on the base of the toilets. Would not be refunded my money from hotel or expedia. I left and got a different hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Property was clean. Great location. Bilkis was exceptional at the front desk. There is a strong smell of sewage the permeates the bathroom. Also when you first come in the air was off so the room didn’t smell fresh. At one point during the night we could also smell a skunk-like smell or something was burning.

Clean, convenient, safe. Beds are comfortable. For the rate charged this place offers everything that’s important to me in a hotel stay. Definitely would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at the property for one night, as we traveled back home. The room was wonderfully clean, the beds comfortable, and the front desk staff was warm and accommodating. I noticed that the hotel even offered board games to play with friends or family.

Everyone was very pleasant & helpful at the check in desk. Also the ladies cleaning rhe rooms were very nice & greeted us as we walked by. Very pleasant environment! We will be back!

Location to our core purpose was great, breakfast was great. Upon arrival the bathroom toilet wasn't clean, you could see rings in the bowl. Then we found out there's a problem with the shower doors alignment which prevented a seal, water went every where.

Mexican Restaurant nextdoor was great and there were a lot of other dining options nearby that were convenient before getting on the road.

Could hear next room having sex, excessive stomping from room above and the next door room alarm going off could hear like yr was my room. Incidental fee is 100.00 crazy!!

A great stay during a family trip to Anderson. Clean & modern, friendly staff, easy on/off to I-85 & a straight ride to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. I also liked that there were eateries like Wild Wings & Cracker Barrel in the complex. Will definitely stay here again.

The trash in our room wasn't taken out before we arrived. Front desk staff immediately took care of it once I notified them.

Check in was quick and professional - the room was clean and quiet and the shower was hot and the pressure was great - the breakfast area was clean and there was plenty of choices - a Mexican restaurant was a walk across the parking lot away

Our room was good and clean. Fine and would be a 4 star review if it wasn’t for the breakfast. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. “Omelette” was dry and overcooked, only 1 type of instant oatmeal loaded with sugar, had to ask for more sausage to be put out. The pancake machine was out of service and only a small sign telling you this, which I missed. When I asked the girl she just pointed at the sign. No apology or said anything. Seemed annoyed when I asked for her to refill the buffet. Evident she hates her job. We spent the night at 2 Holiday Inns on our trip and it is evident you are trying to cut corners on the breakfast to reduce your costs. It shows in the quality. I think I’ll try Hampton Inn on the next trip. Send someone to stay at an Embassy Suite for a lesson on how to make breakfast and treat your guests.

If there was any complaint it would be minor - the elevator made clunky sounds.

After waking up with itchy, red welts, I inspected the bed and found unmistakable signs of an infestation—tiny black spots and even a few live bugs. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and only offered to switch me to another room without an apology or assurance that the problem would be addressed. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service completely ruined my stay. I ended up leaving early, unable to trust that any other room in the hotel would be safe. I also spent days worrying about bringing bed bugs home with me. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I urge management to take this issue seriously and ensure proper pest control measures are implemented.

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel and our room was like new. Super clean and lovely. Comfortable king sized bed and a very nice breakfast. Coffee was delicious!

The suite was very small. The door stuck for the bathroom. They were doing construction, which was not bothersome but, they should have put that on the web page. The price I paid for the room was too much for the size of the room, condition of the room and due to the construction.

The room was very clean, bathroom smelled as if they cleaned it with Clorox which was a plus for me… because I know if Clorox is involved bathroom is definitely CLEAN! Bed was very comfortable… and A/C worked great, room was so cold perfect to relax and go to sleep…. and we can’t leave out breakfast which was really good!! The cinnamon warm rolls🔥 All around GREAT experience!!

Holiday Inn Express offering the simply comforts of home while being on the road. Spacious king size suite with flat screen tv, mini refrigerator/microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom was well lit with ample amount of towels and offering Dove brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Overall room was clean, tastefully decorated but not real soundproof as we could hear the guests above us walking around and another guest coughing next door. Thankfully we travel with a fan and that took care of that minor inconvenience. Additional amenities come in the likes of an outdoor pool, which we enjoyed, a gazebo, small workout area, business center and availability to a washer/dryer. No pool towels were available outdoors nor a sign suggesting if they are available at the main desk. We made do without them. Breakfast was a complete spread of different hot items, cold cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged and baked pastries, coffee and juices. The warm cinnamon rolls are to die for and the pancake machine is an interesting take on freshly made pancakes. Tastes pretty good too. Check-in was a breeze, staff personable and location to freeway access and restaurants a plus.

This was my first time staying at this location. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was clean. The common areas were clean. All of the employees were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, more than just continental breakfast. In the evenings and at night, the hotel was quiet.

This was a really nice hotel. The check-in went very well, the room and bed were great and the breakfast was delicious. It was also next to a Mexican Restaurant and a gas station so it was a very convenient stay to get ready for the next day.

I was charged another 100 dollars after I already paid what I thought was the fee. Then we didn’t have enough towels for everyone and hotel front desk said we only were supposed to have 4 people in the room but I clearly booked for 4 adults and 2 children which was what I thought the queen suite was for

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower would not fully turn on. When u lift the nozzle for the shower half of the water still runs into the tub which lowers the water pressure. I don’t know if this can be fixed but it would be great if it could be fixed.
