First room was disgusting. Smelled like an ashtray and the ceiling was down in the bathroom. They moved us upstairs, no elevator, to a room that was at least presentable. Shower handle was broken and there were stains on the bed spread. The night auditor was great when we checked in. He apologized for the first room and got us in the second one but apologized again for putting us up a floor, no more on the first floor. The 2 ladies in the morning at check out were rude. They were more interested in smoking then helping my wife with check out and were bothered by her asking for a receipt. Our first and last visit to this property.

Conveniently located off interstate. Pleasant staff. Comfortable king bed. Good breakfast. Found a comb on a dirty sheet in fold up sofa

Our room waa filthy. Garbage were full and the toilet was dirty. We immediately got our money back and left
- 5/5
Clean room, ample hot breakfast, friendly staff.
- 1/5
The neighboring room made noise all night and had their car in front of our room window working on it. Recmvving the engine. Shining lights in our window all night. Yelling, cussing and just being loud.
- 4.5/5
Archdale is a nice town, the hotel clerk recommended a good restaurant where we ate dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was just ok
- 1.5/5
Breakfast was okay I was told it had a pool and hot tub; pool was closed no hot tub; dirty; would have went somewhere else if I hadn't already prepaid
- 3/5
Location The carpet needs to be shampooed. The hallway and room had a “dirty carpet” smell.
- 3/5
Definitely needs a remodel and upgrade. Inside is rough. Bathrooms have cracked tubs, no sink or tub stoppers, all broken. The laundry closet was loose. The Curtians didnt have their attachments to control and move them.
- 2/5
The staff was great but many things happened that would make me not recommend it. My door knob continually fell off. The card keys get erased just by being next to electronics or other cards. The toilets stop up about ever 4th flush. Most the time I just took it and did it myself cuz no one was around. I asked for house keeping to come and they semi cleaned. Took out the trash. Made bed but not new linens and didn’t wipe down counters. All the above

- 2/5
Loud parking lot, doors slamming early
- 2.5/5
It was in a good location for what I needed . Friendly staff at the front desk. I had to tighten the comode seat. It was ready to fall off. Also, the coffee pot was nasty. It had something coming out of it, like flakes of something. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned.
- 5/5
Staff super friendly and room was as clean as I’ve seen any room. Hotel a little dated but the friendliness for makes up for it. Would and will stay here again in the future!
- 5/5
Clean room Great service TV was a little old but we didn't really use anyways
- 5/5

It was very good for the best rate. We were pleased with the free breakfast and the fitness room. It was limited in size and equiptment but was fine for us. We were pleased with our short stay there and would stay there again.

- 5/5

Super nice staff
- 1/5
This place is sooooo dirty. Smells like mold rooms are damp and stinky. Garbage on floors still on floor in the am. Over flowing garbage outside never taken care of the next day...mold on the wall. Do not stay here 😐
- 5/5
The staff are friendly and kind, and made up for some of the defects in the hotel. Definitely ok for one night
- 1/5
This hotel is a filthy dirty low class place to stay. I would much rather sleep in my car.
- 4/5
Did not care for breakfast.
- 2/5
There was mold. Large amounts of mold on a chair and carpet. Asked to be move. They were agreeable. Moved to a different room and found mold there as well. Would have gone to a different hotel. But, we were already locked into that one financially.
- 5/5
It was very clean and a very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Customer service is incredible. Definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
This was a stopping point on the way to the beach. We did not expect five stars - just a clean place to sleep and shower. This was not that place. Hallway and room carpet were very dirty. With the exception of the bed (which was quite comfortable) the furniture was old and falling apart. The TV stand/dresser unit was made of particle board and looked like it had been through a flood. Desk chair was broken. Toilet did not work.
- 2/5
Los cuartos necesitan ser remodelados, la alfombra tiene un poco de mal olor, uno de los muebles del cuarto estaba roto, y el inodoro no cumple con las especificaciones de la ley ADA por su altura.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 4/5
They should put on the website that the pool isn't open
- 4/5
Outdated, but it was clean. The pool was drained which was disappointing because I specifically booked a hotel with a pool as we were traveling in the middle of summer with kids.
- 5/5
Still no pool since Hurricane Helene but everything else was neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent.
- 1/5
I recently had one of the worst lodging experiences of my life—across three continents, I have never encountered such unacceptable conditions. The hotel I booked through Expedia was extremely dirty, with a strong and persistent smell of sewage. The toilet in the room was completely nonfunctional, and the carpets in both the room and stairwells were stained and filthy. Even worse, when I reported the issue, the only staff member at the front desk handed me a plunger and expected me to fix the blocked toilet myself. This level of service is outrageous and entirely unacceptable. Frustrated and disgusted, I checked out angrily at 10 p.m.—just one hour after checking in at 9 p.m. I had originally reserved the hotel for two nights, and this happened on both nights. A short time after I left, the receptionist called me and casually offered to refund me for just one night. This was an inadequate response to a deeply distressing situation. I had paid for two nights, endured appalling conditions both times, and ultimately had no place to stay. At that hour, I could not find another hotel, and I was forced to spend the night in my car with my son. Not only was the partial refund insufficient, but no meaningful apology or compensation was offered. Given the severe discomfort, emotional distress, and safety risk I experienced, I believe I was owed much more than a refund for one night. Some form of compensation or gesture of goodwill should have been offered as a basic form of….
- 4/5
What inhibits a higher rating is the dampness of the room & the fact that every carpeted area needs a deep cleaning (or replaced).
- 1/5
Was looking forward to this trip, thinking we would have an outside pool and hot tub- turns out, they haven’t had a hot tub in 15 years and the pool was under construction. Also, had to switch rooms twice because our windows on the ground floor didn’t lock. Literally never again.
- 4/5
The property was fine, but rugs in room was filthy. They need to be shampooed.
- 3/5
Bathroom had spiderwebs in the shower. Chair and carpet needs to be updated. Friendly staff great location to interstate and High Point University.
- 3/5
There was a strange smell in the halls and in the room as well. Another than that it was a decent stay.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean had a variety of food for the free breakfast
- 2/5
An emergency had to leave only stayed one night got a call had to leave early Saturday
- 3/5
Needs updating.
- 3/5
Not bad budget motel
- 4/5
Property in need of some updating, but overall good value for the money.
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff very friendly

Easy to get to from airport. Lots of options around property for food. Super friendly staff. Clean facilities. Only non-positive: missing drain covers in sink and tub

The friendliness
- 1/5
A day after my stay, my partner and I are covered in itchy rashes and bites. There’s no where else we could have gotten them. The room seemed barely cleaned and attended, now I am not wanting to stay at another Quality inn due to this experience. I am so disappointed and itchy and physically uncomfortable from the experience.
- 5/5
Definitely loved the service and location wise it felt safe
- 5/5
Easy acess. Places to eat nearby
- 3/5
No pool or hot tub as advertised. This is the main reason we booked this property.
- 4/5
Being older glad to have room on 1st floor and close to fro desk. Breakfast offerings were fine
- 5/5
Note: it has two stories with no elevator. If steps are a problem, insist on first floor or go elsewhere.
- 1/5
They had to move us four times. The first room they gave us had a window that would not close all the way and lock, and this was a first floor room. The second room had a crying baby. Next door and the man who was playing pornographic movies in his room with his door wide open so that everybody walking in and out of their rooms could hear. The third room had another window that would not close securely or lock, and we did end up spending the night in the fourth room.
- 5/5
Very comfortable staff helpful
- 4/5
Perfect for a night at an affordable price
- 5/5

We like the staff.
- 5/5
Beds were crazy comfortable and stood up to the heavy poundings I was steadily given out! Signed throbin Johnson!
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations, hallway carpet was a little worn.
- 5/5
To be fair, this is an older hotel but it was extremely clean. The Front desk staff was so nice and helpful and house keeping does a great job. Good free breakfast and coffee available all day long.
- 5/5
The Breakfast Buffet was terrific!
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
Got woken up by a fire alarm early in the morning, lobby/ staircase, were really dusty.. Was denied a request to check out early with refund considering the inconvenience… Total disappointment, quite frankly don’t really think they care about customers
- 2/5
We were visiting family. The hotel had a terrible smell. The floors felt wet and the room constantly smelled like mold, almost all the food was gone for breakfast at least an hour before it ended. We were really disappointed. This area was 2 hours from the hurricane. All the restaurants we visited were lovely but we would never tay here again.
- 4/5
For the price and location, it was perfect.
- 2/5
Arrived on a Friday afternoon for the High Point Family Weekend. Toilet had dried pee running down the front of it. We had to clean up many areas of the room that were dirty. Bathtub struggled to drain. Hallways were clearly not vacuumed in a few days. The kicker was when we found a cockroach in the room, in the morning. We immediately packed and moved to another hotel. All that said......the breakfast was fine. AND..when we informed the counter why we were leaving, they refunded our Saturday night reserved payment. So they did the right thing. I give a lot of credit for them doing that. They could have just kept the money, which is what I expected.
- 3/5
Okay for quick overnite stay. Not a high quality place. Below average. Linens laying in halls, etc. Other choices in the area would probably be in better condition.
- 1/5
If we weren’t so tired walking in I would have made a U turn and walked back out. The lobby was old and smelled musty. The check in went quick and we were given Room 107. Walked in the room and noticed the normal hotel musty smell. Cranked the AC, Got ready for bed then began to notice the sheets felt damp, counters and nightstands as well and then our socks were soaked from the carpet. If it wasn’t after 12 we would have packed up to change rooms. My daughter and I were both coughing all night- the next morning I picked up the invoice from the rug where it was slid under the door - IT WAS WET. I reported all this to the front desk and she made a note on my invoice for maintenance. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- 2/5
Bathroom tub would not drain. AC was broke and very loud in one room
- 1/5
Very old and dated. Found what we thought was a bed bug so left immediately. Stay somewhere else!
- 1/5
The entrance surrounded with homeless people. Bed bugs, roaches, ants, Dirty - stained towels and sheets Carpet sticky and dirty.
- 1/5
Staff were very nice breakfast was ok- expected for a hotel breakfast.
- 3/5
Door knob to our room was falling off.
- 1/5
I did t ecen stay i ended up leaving
- 2/5
The only thing good about this stay was the continental breakfast. The room was damp and musty, the floors were filthy and stained. The shower floor felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. You couldn't get the air conditioner regulated so the temp stayed at 68 degrees all night.
- 1/5
Although the hotel was "100% smoke-free inside", we were greeted by a cloud of smoke as the desk attendant was smoking right at the entrance. He was friendly enough as we signed the paperwork. The hotel decor was dated, and the carpet was worn and stained. In the room, the bathroom was clean enough, and the beds appeared clean as well. The room smelled musty, and my clothes this morning felt damp. It was obvious that the room carpet had not been vacuumed, as there were crumbs and an old hair tie. As we were getting ready for bed, the fire alarm went off, and we all had to evacuate. Two fire trucks came and all was fine; apparently one of the visitors set off the alarm by flat drying her hair?! During the night there was a lot of noise in the halls, and the room next door had a dog that kept barking. In addition, there was smoke smell during the night, so at least one room on the first floor was not adherring to the no smoking policy. The worst crime of all was that the room cost with taxes was $146.00
- 2/5
There are renovations that need to be done. Everything seemed very "worn." Stairwells were very dirty.
- 5/5
Overall satisfied
- 4/5
Alarm system activated twice during stay, no apparent reason.
- 4/5
2 fire alarms during our stay. Our room was next to the lobby and every time someone used the wafffle maker I would her the beeps that it was done.
- 2/5
Was looking for a pet friendly hotel to go to my uncles funeral. Booked a room and paid prior to arrival. When checking in I was sprung with a $50 fee for my 14 year old Pekingese. I told the clerk that was not stated when booking and she said it was because I went through a third party. She wouldn’t waive the fee and I had no choice but to pay it. The carpet was filthy and the room stunk. Definitely will not stay there again and will pass this along to my dog lovers
- 5/5
It was a couple of things I like about my stay one of which when I first came in to check in I was greeted with friendly smile staff was super nice room was ok clean and breakfast was really nice overall pretty nice stay
- 5/5
Quick stay… hotel was good… fit our need… would stay there again.
- 3/5
No elevator
- 4/5
The rooms are quite out dated and need renovations. The rooms are dark and need better lighting. Despite the rooms needing updating, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious and well maintained. Good selection of hot and cold food. The free coffee 24/7 is a blessing!
- 4/5
Consistent with average price range travel options and actually at least comparable to higher priced properties
- 1/5
It was a very overpriced hotel. Dirty room and very bad odor. I called the front desk no one was there to assist. Not worth paying to stay here.
- 2/5
Pool is closed to guests!! This is summer time and my kids wanted to use the pool. Very disappointed
- 4/5
Did have slight drainage issues in the room.
- 3/5
Fire alarm went off at 1am first day and 8 am the next. I asked if they get charged by the fire department. I was told the guest pays for it. Either they happen to have a lot of guests doing inappropriate things or a faulty system.
- 1/5
Room had unpleasant smells. Floor was dirty. Food was decent. They did not honor our redeem points through hotels.com. pool was not usable.
- 2/5
Extremely noisy place. You hear everything going on around your room.
- 5/5
Everyone that worked there from front desk breakfast set up cleaners the manager even the cutomers. Was a good experience
- 5/5
It was peaceful. I would recommend the TV services provide a channel guide it was difficult to find shows during down time. Maybe provide instructions for accessing the extra HMDI ports to watch YouTube from a laptop through the hotel TV. The bagel toaster works on one half of the appliance may replace it. Employees were great to interact with and were able to answer my questions about the area since I wasn't familiar with it. Location was nice and convient too.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly!
- 1/5
This place is in terrible need of a remodel! Especially the common areas. Beware that there is no elevator either! I have knee injury so this was pretty terrible news when I arrived and we had second floor rooms. The rooms were ok- clean but the AC barely worked. The lobby and hallways reeled of weed smoke as well.
- 1/5
First night could not get no sleep due to the heater, making loud noise also no elevator in the hotel I am disability have a disability it was not able to continue climbing up the steps repeatedly
- 5/5
Easy to access from interstate. Several fast food places to choose from close by.
- 5/5
Very comfy and convenient for our college visit
- 2/5
Carpet in room was not clean and rail to go to second floor not secured into the wall well. Staff very nice.
- 4/5
Clean and good service
- 5/5
Our first night was not the best. We were there in St. Patrick’s Day weekend and a bar across the street and a block away had a live band. It sounded like someone was playing base outside our hotel window. It was a long night with not much sleep. However after speaking with the sales manager Jordan, he was so accommodating and moved our room for us. We couldn’t be more grateful for how understanding he was. We were able to enjoy a quiet nights sleep which was much needed to make our 6 hour drive back home. Thank you Jordan for all your help.
- 5/5
Nice. Check in. Only thing was a lot of construction guys at the smoking gazebo. Drinking and unwilling I guess .Went to another place. Overall not bad.
- 3/5
Cool for the most part until the fire alarm went off and interrupted my sleep.
- 3/5
Like the customer service, the place was clean, a little outdated with stain in the walls but overall was ok, the breakfast was ok, however we didn't sleep we could hear the slamming of doors everywhere
- 5/5
Friendly/courteous service.
- 4/5
Well kept property. Unfortunately the guest in the room left their TV on all night long way too loud. Not the fault of hotel or staff just bad luck
