    The property was deplorable. The room itself was tolerable, but needs so much work. The hotel needs a total renovation. The elevator was not working, he wanted to put my 78 year old husband & me, 70 on the 3rd floor. They advertised breakfast at 6 am,but the office was closed at that time. No one answered the buzzer. Garbage overflowing in the common area.

    When I arrived, the police were there with blue lights blazing. The motel was in disrepair, not clean, and the Days Inn sign was still on the facility. There was a tiny temporary banner on the facility that said Rodeway. The building reeked of chemical odors, cleaners that were used to mask unpleasant odors and cigarette smoke. The reviews online were totally dishonest—a rating of 7 on a 1-10 scale with lots of praise for how wonderful it was. I paid extra to be able to cancel so that if I arrived and the facility was not good, I could go elsewhere, it the fine print said I had until 4 pm the date of my stay to cancel or i had to pay full price and forfeit that room and any refund. Parking lot was tiny, crowded and filled with vehicles that made it obvious this was not a desirable place to stay. Days Inn has never been a pleasant experience when I travel. I avoid them.

    The older air conditioner unit in my first room so so noisy that I could not sleep ( it was quite loud), I had arrived late and unpacked, well after midnight, and was given another room when I notified the desk the next morning: however, I should have been reimbursed for the miserable night but this was refused.

    Unfortunately, if I could give zero stars I would. The property is in disarray. The rooms were not clean, there’s no housekeeping service. You have to go to the front desk and beg for towels. We were there for High Point market and they canceled the shuttle service to take us to market so we had to pay to get there which was unexpected. The elevator did not work and the door to get in the building that is supposed to be locked and only accessible with your key was accessible whether you had a key or not. The front desk staff was apathetic and just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry, under new management. The odor in the hallways was musty and even rancid in the staircase. We were weary about staying at a Roadway Inn, but saw the reviews and thought it was going to be tolerable. It was not.

    In their defense property just changed hands. In desperate need of renovation. One of worst properties I’ve ever stayed at. Clean room but smelled musty. Outside door to upstairs in back which needs room key to open wouldn’t even close Security issue. Wyndham which had it as a Days Inn should be ashamed with they state it is in before turn in over to new owners last month. Would not stay here again

    The staff solution was for me to pay for an extended stay and they'd "change the sheets". She was beyond rude as she tries to gaslight me into believing it was a reaction to detergents...which wouldn't have been so infuriating if I wasn't actively bleeding in front of her, covered in sores. She then tried to tell me it was my fault. Clearly do not understand how bed bugs work. There was so much pest feces behind the night stand that the floor looked slick or sticky, and the baseboard was covered in bed bug feces. The mattress itself was stained brown. Yes, i took photos and yes I have videos. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

    Staff seemed courteous but overall the whole hotel could use deep cleaning. I stayed there 4 nights and the elevator was out of order all that time, I could understand one day but none days is not acceptable. In my bathroom the ceiling was falling apart, needs fixing, found 2 big beetles in my room, please clean under the couch. Also, the second exit out of hotel was blocked which made exiting difficult.

    Charged me $100 non-smoking deposit, then put me in a room with cigarette burns all over the counter, a cigarette butt floated up in the sink when I brushed my teeth, and the shower drain is quite clogged. When I called the front desk she basically said she would pass a note to the manager and that they try to walk through the rooms regularly. The rooms are absolutely disgusting, the photos on the website are 100% misleading. They need to do better!

    This hotel is an embarrassment to not only Days Inn but to their connection with Wyndham. The exterior door lock was broken when we arrived making it a potential unsafe situation. The room wasn’t very clean, the ironing board was disgusting, the bathroom faucet when I turned it on was gross rusty water. No amenities other than a bar of soap and a small shampoo. The tub valve leaked even when turned off. I talked to the gal at the front desk and she shrugged it off without even saying “I’m sorry” would never stay at Days Inn again if this is how they let their customers be treated. Just run a bulldozer thru this place and start over.

    The hotel was ok for the price. The customer service was great but my reservation had to be changed due to hot water issues in the one I booked. The breakfast was just the bare minimum. And there was people across the hall fighting loudly late at night. The room was clean. The wi-fi and cable was out the last night there so I couldn’t drowned out the noise of the fighting couple.

    I'm a healthy, grown man. But there were 3 newer cars with some guys inside them and a few other heading a pretty heated argument. The driver didn't want to leave me there and I didn't want to go inside. So he took me to a Chili's. I have no idea what that was about and I didn't need to find out.

    The room itself was deteriorating. The bathroom doorknob was falling off. The locks on the main door were coming off the walls- very much made me feel unsafe. The blankets on the beds were more like sheets, extra thin. Cannot be called a blanket- we had to go buy blankets from the store. The bathroom condition was terrible. 2 tiny bottles of shampoo, 2 tiny soap bars. The towels were sized for toddlers- but barely. No grown adult can use these as bath towels and that’s all for the best as we had zero hot water- even after running the bath for over 15 mins- there was lukewarm water at best, and that’s being optimistic. The ceilings are discolored and peeling. The hair dryer is coming off the wall. The dryer itself is cracked and damaged - a hazard to use- nearly burnt myself trying. There is only one tiny trash can in the room and they do not come and empty that

    When we got there we were charged 100.00 for non smoking room that wasn't in the advertisement from Expedia and Days Inn. The facilities are horrible, breakfast was terrible, our room had a cockroach, bathtub wasn't that clean and there were hair around. The area looks like a guetto. DON'T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL! BEWARE!

    Tv was there but there were no channels. So there was nothing to wash, walls were dirty and the blankets were also dirty and had holes in them. I paid for a non smoking room. Once I got there, I was told that there was an extra $100 deposit for non smoking, or $50 for smoking. The walls were dirty, and the room smelled strong of cigarrettes. Will not be staying there again, Highly do not recommend.

    In general hall and room had not been cleaned. No soap or other toiletries were in the room. Bed sheet had a large red stain which was very obvious when covers were pulled back. The remote for the TV did not work. The front desk staff did have the sheets changed and tried to fix the remote. Tired from a long drive and having paid for my room and a $100 deposit I gave up when there was no soap since the front desk staff had taken a long time to respond to my two other issues. No one was at the desk when i checked out in the morning without a shower to lodge a complaint. I would like a refund but doubt i will get one. Very disappointed.

    Staff was rarely available, choosing instead to post a sign saying they would be back (no telling when). At one point doors were locked during breakfast hours. Housekeeping never came to my room during my 3 night stay. Coffee maker in the room was broken. Hotel grounds were dirty and unkept. It was apparent noone cared about the place anymore.

    Well where do I start! Tv did not work, brown water coming from faucet, floors were filthy, refrigerator had yellow water at bottom of it, faucet handle fell off sink, slamming doors all night, smells like moldy cigarettes, trash still in elevator all night! People were loud and rude. Feared for my life! Breakfast was not set up on time and I was thankful for that. Do not stay here EVER!! And that was just touching the surface of issues!!

    My stay was okay the room was clean and affordable. I made a reservation for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds but when I went to check in they were trying to tell me they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds after I reserved them ahead of time so after debating with the desk clerk he found smoking rooms available to accommodate my reservation so it worked out. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded to me. And as far as breakfast your better getting your own they don't restock the items so everyone can have an opportunity to eat the variety of options they provide, they start breakfast at 630-9am I went at 730 and they had no more cereal, no yogurts and only enough orange juice for a cup.

    Not somewhere i would ever stay again. Recently purchased by Wyndahm, The Days Inn was and still is in rough shape.There was money put into an updated camera system.. They It is extremely dirty and needs an expert cleaning an reconditioning. Service poor and under staffed and visibly failing under Wyndahm ownership at this current time.

Staff at the front has no clue about their services or rooms. We booked 2 rooms with the jetted tubs. One room the AC was broken in and it was HOT, and the motor smelt burnt and the jets didn't work in the tub. Finally got them to change the room (at the same time another guest was complaining of no AC in their room as well), just to discover the in other room we had the toilet didn't flush at all. The new room they'd given the AC only partially worked in, and was still hot, and the fold out bed couch had what looked like dried blood stains. The manager was rude and snippy. Their pool was closed in the heat of summer. The flooring was coming apart in the rooms. No ac or lighting in the buildings made the whole building hot. And the "safe secure locked 24/7" doors to the buildings were not closed and locked. Literally anyone could walk in. None of the vending options worked and their continental breakfast was stale, hard bread and an out of order juice machine. I have videos of the doors not working but this review wont let me share videos. Just pictures. Even the door to the room didn't work right and the staff had to consistently fix it just to let us in.

    I made my reservation online. The representation online was not what you got when you arrived. It was filthy the swimming pool was not even open and that was one of the main reasons.     Check in was fine no problem, room was fine for our say as .only a 2 day stay. However pool was closed for inspection, not open for either day (we rebooked for exactly that reason) so disappointed to say the least. Next the advertised breakfast was a laugh.     Rented this due to location to nc zoo. 12 & 11 yr old grandchildren. Found at check-in the pool has been unusable for weeks. Motel smelled terrible especially the hallway. There was used gum stuck to one of the headboards of the bed. Took forever for mini fridge to get cold. Shower control was wabbling when you turned on shower. Would not recommend. We checked out early and only stayed one night

    On internet given 3.5 rating should be a zero. Internet indicated pet friendly and gave a quote of $70 for non-smoking room. At check-in, told must use smoking room because of pet, added pet fee of $25, a deposit of $50, for total of $145.56. First room A/C didn’t work. The first and second room reeked of smoking so bad we couldn’t sleep and I had to clean my CPAP at home several times to remove the stench of smoking. I can’t believe a motel like this bares the name of Days Inn. I have never stayed in a motel or hotel, foreign or domestic, as bad as this Days Inn. I haven’t received my deposit as of this writing.

    Terrible, waste of money. I could've stayed in my car. I would've been more comfortable. The lobby was the cleanest part of the place. The covers and sheets had stains all over them, used wash clothes in bathroom. Walls are dirty, actually the outside was more presentable then the inside. You would think as much as they charge, they would upkeep the place much better.

    Disgusting and run down. Not all like pictured or described. If I could give it zero stars I would. They charged us a second time after asking us if we had a reservation in which we replied yes we’ve already paid. We have yet to receive our money back that was supposed to have been reversed 2 days ago. customer service was great through the process though and made it right but the hotel has not yet

    This location was very convenient for commuting to the High Point market. Its interiors are tired, but my room was clean. The "breakfast" room was dreary and offerings minimal. I only drank the coffee, which was fine. It's a clean budget stay in the area.

    I did not like anything. There was no WIFI. TV did not work. Floor had not been cleaned including bathroom floor. Stunk ,with cigarettes smell. no coffee in the room. Could not work because of no wifi. Only nice thing the front desk person that checked me in. It is an outdated dump, bedspreads full of cigarette burns. Room was AWFUL. I am not pleased with using expedia and will think twice before using their service.

    We reserved a room here for the High Point Market (Fall 2023) we had to spend 3 nights here. I am truly traumatized by my experience at this Days Inn. And caution everyone who plans to stay here in the future.. Where do I start? How about the walk down the creepy outdoor walkway to our room only to walk in and see a big cockroach on the floor near the bed … yes floor…because there was no carpeting in the room. The room was less than basic. Later there was another cockroach seen in the bathroom. The sheets had burn holes and stains (see pictures). The room was less than basic .The very minimum was provided in it’s worse form. Broken lamps, pls sticky furniture, broken microwave, the paint and grouting in the bathroom looked like it was DIY’er by a 10 year old. Let it be noted that the room cost was $200 plus PER NIGHT! As I walked back to the lobby hoping to get some coffee (via sidewalk to the lobby) I saw plugged holes on the outside of other rooms. Also saw pots full of food being taken to one of the room perhaps the owners were residing in one of the rooms. The receptionist was told about the roach situation and she totally denied it and said she never heard about it before. On the way back to the room I saw there was a huge spider in the lobby (see pic). Perhaps it was enjoying the scent of Marijuana that was spread throughout the hallways I was so grossed out by now that I spent and hour in my car trying to figure out.....

    I had a mold issue in my king suite w/jacuzzi. I let the staff know as well as the manager , I was told I couldn’t change or receive credit for another room, even with photographs and proof. I Wouldn’t recommend!

    On the plus the room was large and clean. However, on the negative the hot water took about 5 minutes to heat up. Not exaggerating as I timed it. The tv reception was poor as well as that of the internet. The outside area didn’t look inviting. Plus on 2 occasions someone had use a rock to keep the secure door from locking. I removed the rock each time.

    Weirdly nice or new features directly contrast the age and wear on this location. For example a whirpool in the tub of my room but the fan in the bathroom didn't run. A well working and icy A/C unit but threadbare duvets. Nice new laminate flooring but ragged paneling in the bathroom. Overall pleased, but could use a room by room update.

    So... this property looks gross and there were people outside of this property hollering at anyone trying to go inside to take their money elsewhere... that this property notoriously double charges all their guests no matter how you pay (i was paying at the property)... not having extra funds on this jaunt out of town, we did not stay there at all. Also, I paid $9 extra for this reservation for the protection yall offer for satisfaction and all and when cancelling, questions and concerns were directed to the hotel and their managment company since that was the ONLY phone number in my confirmation email. Definitely not satisfied with the fact that with this protection i needed to file a claim online instead of talking with a real person to immediately rectify or take care of a situation when i did not have the time to wait for a reaponse... and still had to spend way more than planned on another room somewhere else.

    Reserved and payed for room before arriving got there they did not leave room we reserved open and tried to give us an out of order room. Got in room it was not cleaned from whoever stayed there last dirty socks on the floor . Last but not least cockroaches were crawling from behind the bathroom mirror

    No doors were locked. Marijuana smell everywhere. Someone was passed out in a room with room door open on the way to the office. Pictures were nothing like the room shown. I switched rooms once. It didn't get much better. The jet tub did not even work. The jet tub is why I booked the room. I wasn't expecting 4 star, but this was quite a bit worse than expected.

    When I arrived at the property to check in around 7:30 pm, They did not have my reservation!! after going back and forth and eventually the property manager had to call Travelocity and after waiting another half hour they managed to confirm it. Then when I went to my room there was no sheets on the bed and the manager could not believe it and came to the room and saw it with her own eyes and then brought back some sheets. Overall very dissatisfied and I wouldn't even pay $100 for this place let alone being charged $338!!

    I didn’t even check in. There were people doing drugs in front of their door. I parked for a second looking at how horrible the place looked and a homeless man walked up asking for money. The police were there and I was told there was animal bones getting removed. I would highly recommend never staying here.

    This location was a complete joke! First of all when I checked in I was taking completely by surprise by their deposit procedures for smoking and non smoking room..( I booked a non smoking) but they were going to charge me an additional 100 for a deposit which i didn't know until i got there..plus if I wanted to check in early it was an additional 25. The place was so ghetto!!! I opted to get a smoking room so i wouldn't have to pay the 100 i went in the first room and it was not clean..basically this place is horrible and needs to be shutdown!!

    We stayed overnight at the Innkeeper. We were amazingly surprised. I expected because of the low price, to be a roach motel. It was far from that. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled. We went for the continental breakfast the next morning....WOW! I was thinking cereal, danishes, etc. Much more! Keep up the good work!
