Loved our stay. It was perfect for our little family!

Great customer and clean facilities. Expensive.

Just ok No staff at front desk upon arrival at 3:30 waited 5 minutes before she appeared. Room not ready - didn't get room until 3:45 (was told it would be ready at 3). Room AC set at 71 and did not change when the thermostat was adjusted. 2 of 3 lights in the bedroom did not work. Clock did not work

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable rooms . Staff was courteous and helpful. Another flawless customer service experience.

An electric kettle would be great. Also, hotel should probably invest in some new pillows. All the pillows were coming apart.

Great place to stay . Always consistent. I’ve stay here several times in the last four months and always a great experience. Very clean rooms and common areas. Nice gym and also lots of dining options close by several in walking distance.

No stove only a microwave but fully equipped to cook lol.full fridge. Thought there would be a kuerig but a tiny drip coffee maker and you could only use there coffee in it. Tea bag style coffee . Housekeeping was suppose to come on 2nd day of stay but did not. Make sure you call if you need them. I really have no complaints.

Airport shuttle was great & very convenient!

Great location. Very clean rooms and common areas. The hotel was quiet I barely heard anyone closing doors or in the hallways so getting some rest was easy. Staff was great . This was a ten day stay and everything was great. Location was convenient with easy access to the interstate and dining options. Many dining options to choose from close to the property. Some are walking distance. Grocery stores are close by along with a planet fitness 2 miles away.

The room was large, well-maintained, and very bright and well-lit for a hotel room.

The staff were absolutely amazing. For a pet accepted hotel, the place smelled and looked very clean. Pet owners were very courteous with their animals. The continental breakfast was IFFY. We had toast, milk, juice and cereal for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here multiple times when we’re vacationing in the area, and love it. It’s always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Our kids love the indoor pool. Rooms are big and the pullout couch is perfect for families of 5. We will be back!

Giant bin of trash greeted us off the elevator at night. Overflowing onto the floor. Asked for non down pillows due to allergies said maybe and never heard back. Beds were incredibly squeaky and noisy

The room was huge with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes. Comfortable beds and very clean.

The staff was courteous. The dishes were not clean and the room was noisy. There was a dog crying and barking in the next room.

Location. They accommodated families with pets and were exceptionally friendly all around. There was a miscommunication at checking regarding the doorknob hang tag and whether the room would be cleaned.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we checked in and had some issues with the front desk understanding our reservation as it was done through Booking. Our initial room reeked of a strong dog odor and as I have a sensitivity to animals, the front desk was quick to relocate us to a much cleaner room, no questions asked. The new room was very comfortable and clean. We love Home2 suites and is one of our favorite places to stay.

Very convenient location.

Our room was great. Shower was great. My only negative was the coffee creamer in my room was spoiled and chunky. The refrigerator occasionally made noise but it wasn't awful. The staff was great.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was close to many restaurants and stores. Smoker section right by the entrance.

The lobby and check in was nice. Once we got into the room it was a huge disappointment. Room was not clean, disgusting “prints” on the bed frame, smears on the mirror, dishwasher had dishes in it. The bathroom was the worst, little hairs in the shower. Black marks on the bed sheets. Such a disappointment for Home2.

A little more costly than other Home2suites we have stayed at. Breakfast was subpar.

Location and staff Door was hard to open and close, due to it would get stuck. The ac unit was broken and extremely loud, therefore we had to sleep with it off, which caused it to be extremely hot in our room.

The workers were nice but our bathroom was dirty and I had to clean the shower bc of all the hair. Also, our top sheets were dirty. When we were leaving, the tables in the main area had food on them (no one was eating there at that time).

Very good stay. My only concern is there is very limited grassy areas for our dogs to do their business in. Hotel is pretty well landlocked by nearby businesses. Good selection of nearby restaurants.

Very comfortable beds. Clean, quiet, good breakfasts. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Pool was too cold to swim, but great gym and option for outdoor grilling. (Didn't use)

Beautiful mountain view. Booked thru Hotels.com & room did NOT have a tub as advertised. Best to call hotel directly to confirm requests.

The bed frames were obviously broken. Whenever you moved it made a really loud sound not normal in both beds.

Handicap parking should be on the right side of the entrance door which would provide easier access to lobby and rooms than where it is to the left of the outdoor dining area

Wonderful staff and facility!

Also when we came in to check in there was a group milling around the checkout desk and everyone just turned and stared as we came in. It made us very uncomfortable.

Opening and closing of Bathroom door is extremely difficult and painful

Close to the airport. We waited over an hour to check on as Hilton was experiencing computer system issues.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The pool was nice but too cold for us. That was the only "complaint".

Amazing stay and the cleanest hotel I've been to yet. Nice and informative people who work there. Will definitely stay there again.

I checked in late in the evening and wanted to take a shower and sleep so i could leave at 7am. The water pressure was very low in the shower but that point, not much i could do. I think the shuttle driver was manning the front desk because when i told him about the water situation, he basically said "sorry about that". Then the receptionist came, i told her the situation. She said she couldnt do anything either. I ended up leaving.

Shuttle service to airport, restaurants, excellent 24 hours. No rental car needed. Comfortable large room.

I love the spacious clean rooms and the small kitchen. Parking is very easy and free

I like the friendliness of the staff and how clean the hotel room was for us. We were very pleased. The breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent.

Our room was one of the cleanness we have ever stayed. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast was great with lots of food choices. Would recommend and defiantly stay again.

LOVE this chain of hotels, fantastic when traveling with family. Free laundry is such a plus, arrived at 2am due to flight delay and were able to purchase things in the lobby to heat in the microwave as nothing was open and we were starving! My favorite thing is 24hr coffee in the lobby. Great gym, nice pool, all in all HIGHLY recommend!

Spacious rooms located near everything. Room was late to be cleaned, however once we got to our room it was a lovely stay.

There are plenty of restaurants near this hotel. You also have a Walmart and Target nearby if you need to pick up something you forgot or ran out of.Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast options were good. I do wish there were pork sausage patties offered instead of the plant based and chicken ones. Staff is friendly and everything is kept clean.

We had a great stay

Bathroom "pocket" doors did not fully close. One of the two elevators was inoperative. Hot breakfast was very mediocre.

Breakfast was also late every day and when you'd you would back the food is gone. So what is the point in staying here? Plenty of other much better hotels nearby.

We enjoyed our stay, but had to give it 4 stars this visit. The TV in our room wasn't working and I called the front desk who stated they would get maintenance to come look at it. The only reason this was an issue is because my youngest son has autism and wanted to watch I show before bed.

Casual atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It was extremely clean, the staff was personable, (even though we arrived at the property late at night), the rooms were large and quiet, beds comfortable, breakfast was truly delicious and well done. We used the airport shuttle and were pleased with the service there as well. The only minor complaint is that the trashcan in the breakfast area filled up quickly and needed attention but no staff was around to change the bag.

Oh my goodness where to start, this place was one of the best places we have ever stayed in our travels. The room was superb. And had everything we could have possibly needed even if we would have stayed longer. The view was absolutely incredible! Situated right in the mountains it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is the first time we ever ever stayed at Home2 suites, but I will look for that as an option from now on because the rooms were so great. So close to the airport I am sure this would be a phenomenal place for someone who needed a nice place to relax in between trips or if you are staying in Asheville for a while. We travel quite often and this is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. A+ rating all the way.

Everything was great! The only complaint I would have is my husband almost slipped in the shower. Later on that night my daughter warned me that the tub is slippery for me to be careful... As I just stepped in the tub I almost slipped... I would recommend to put a towel down to stand on before getting in other than that everything good !!

My family needed a hotel room in the middle of the night and booked our stay through hotels.com. I contacted the front desk to let the hotel know we'd be arriving at around 1am and Megan at the front desk could not have been more wonderful!!! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we would absolutely stay again!!!

We had an excellent stay here on our way to Myrtle Beach. We were traveling with toddlers so the spacious room was perfect for them to play. The desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful!

The property was very convenient to the airport and all the food and shopping that we needed on this trip. Room was clean and well made, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Two issues - the hot water was unpredictable - sometimes good and hot, sometimes luke warm at best.

Very clean, friendly staff at the front counter, breakfast was good, pool was well maintained. Overall I'd recommend this hotel but I do need to note that the bathroom door was very hard to open and close. It was a pocket door which I am familiar with how to use but it kept sticking. Hopefully not an issue in all rooms.

Tile around swimming pool VERY slippery and dangerous!! Pool Water was chilly but slippery conditions a hazard even walking slowly.

We were very impressed. The bed was wonderful! Super clean! Definitely stay here again.

Contemporary, comfortable, and tidy. A wide variety of breakfast opportunities to satisfy all ages. All around great folks from check-in to environmental services, who made us feel very welcome! Only one total exposure comment- the heated indoor swimming pool was a bit on the cool side (but did not bother any kids there).

Told us they would put us on a non-pet floor but we heard a dog barking in a room and requested another room. The second room was unacceptable as both beds were broken and creaked when you moved on the bed. We had to be moved to another room. Not a good experience

This is probably one of the nicest and people friendly hotels. There always very staff. This hotel smells great and is in excellent condition, the staff is always keeping up with cleanliness.

Loved this property as a stopping point on our road trip. They were accommodating with our lab and pet friendly. Room and hotel were very clean and updated. Our kids loved getting to watch the airplanes take off and land from our room window. Pool area was nice and clean as well. Pool was a little chilly but our kids didn’t seem to mind once they were in for a while.

We were made to wait fir 3 hours. The lady at front desk was of no help. Kept on telling us no room is available. We had paid fully for the room.

This property is not far from the airport. It is near so many different stores and restaurants. There is an Oliver garden next door to the hotel. The room was clean and stuff was friendly. An hour after we checked in I got a text to see if there was anything I needed and ask how the room was.
