The room assigned to us was not ready at all. We had to contact front office to get another room.

Toilets were not working, there were NO fresh towels. It was infested with big tree roaches. There was absolutely NO amenities whatsoever including no coffee, or pool. The staff tried to be positive with what they had, but it was not a great experience.

The price was good for last minute decision. The first room was horrible inside, the walls were dirty, had a bad smell. The second room I didnt even see the inside but my husband declined and asked again to change the room. The third room was better , much cleaner. Ice machine was out of order.

I stayed in a room where the lights fixtures didn’t work and they allowed me to stay in a room for two days without a toilet top and they really made me stick my hand inside the jus to flush. Very ghetto and unprofessional

The guy at the front desk was dealing with an irate customer, and it was able to stay calm, cool and collected, even though he only had bad news for the customer but he took care of me and they let me leave so they can continue their business. I thought that was very professional of them since I was a lady and the guy was screaming at front desk, but they got me out of there quickly. The only issue was that there was a red blood stain on the sheets on the bed. We just threw them off to the side.

This place is gross- go somewhere else. Homeless encampment right behind motel. Dirty room, had to keep shoes on, even in the shower. If I hadn’t been forced to pay at check in , we would have left after the 1st night. ( stayed 2) room was never serviced as their policy states. Pets are supposed to stay free, I had to pay $100 deposit that the clerk said would be refunded if there was no damage, so far no refund. We got up early and were gone all day until late so the dog was never there other than to sleep, our dog is a golden doodle and doesn’t even shed. There was absolutely no damage. We left at 6 am because I couldn’t stand it anymore. Also, very loud area at night. Only positive is it was close to where we needed to be.

My son got attacked w his GF walking a to get food there.3 males neat him up pretty bad needing stitches in his forehead and also his eye got beat in. This was from Christmas Eve. They were going to have her fam member pick them up next day and don't dnt make it back in time for that to happen on the 25th. They also stole his cell phone.

Room felt neglected. The matress was about six inches thick, no shampoo, no coffee maker, no iron. Door did not fully seal, you could see daylight around the shut door.

When I got there I was told I would have an upstairs room when I had requested a downstairs room days earlier on my reservation because I can't climb stairs. He found one and it was a dump and had the audacity to charge me a $25 deposit I was told I would get back in 24 hours and have not. It went from a pending post to a posted post and now they say it will take 3-4 days. The tv didn't work. The couch sunk all the way in when I sat in it and I barely got out of it. There was damage to the furniture and walls and one of the light fixtures had no bulb or cover. One of the pics shows water damage and what looks like mold. I wish i would have booked elsewhere.

Where do I start oh yes the bed felt like it was broken or like it was about to, tv didn't work, bathroom door didn't have a handle, toilet wouldn't flush, then there was a big dead roach in the shower 😳 I know you get what you paid for but they should at least have essential things in better conditions..

The floor was pealing back, vanity light going out, toilet bowl without the lid on back and it was loose on the floor, saw a water roach, shower head coming out of the wall. Fire shower heads coming out of the ceiling

Was quoted price of 102 and some change and chose pay at property. I was charged 128.33 for the room. For that price I could have stayed some where nicer.

Best Motel 6 ever. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, even had a cushy chair with an ottoman. Definitely recommend.

They need to remodeled the building is old the rooms are also old it look bad and they smelled humid....i won't be back...

The staff was attentive but I had someone try to get into my room in the middle of the night. I was there alone and god knows what could have happened to me if they had succeeded. All bedsheets are stained and dirty, some rooms have broken appliances or not even have the appliances at all. The bathroom was ridiculously dirty. This location needs to either be closed down or renovated.

People on the next room were drunk and so loud at midnight. Them apparently they left because house keeping came in at 4 am and was vacuuming and kept hitting the wall!!

Convenient to where I needed to be. There were no food options on the property, but something close by. The bed was ok.

The photos online were completely misleading. The pool that looked inviting in the pictures is now filled with grass — yes, actual grass. The room itself was in poor condition: the bathtub was dirty and had hair in it, the molding was falling off the wall, and there was no outlet cover on some of the electrical outlets, which felt unsafe. The towels were stained and didn’t feel clean at all. Overall, this motel was not only uncomfortable, but also felt unsanitary and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here. The pictures do not reflect reality, and I truly regret booking this place.

We checked in & got our keys.. went to the room and almost immediately turned around and walked out. There were dead bugs all over the floor. Brown stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the comforter and the room smelled like mildew. Went back to the front desk, let them know and they moved us to a different room… the smell of mildew almost knocked us out. Went back to the front desk and they refunded our money. Front desk attendant was very nice but the place is not.

I do not believe this property is a true "Motel 6" property because it's old and dirty. The pictures on the site must have been taken after a remodel many years ago. It no longer looks like that. The facility old and dirty. and

It was reasonably clean but there was a lot of damage in the room. Furniture was broken, bathroom door had been punched in on both sides and slide lock was missing. Service was polite. No breakfast, no reg coffee only decaf. No coffee in room. Internet was so slow it timed out before connecting. Shower water pressure was lousy. If you are looking for a reasonable price to sleep this will fit the bill. The room was clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable, too hard for me but would probably be great for someone else.

Firstly the property looks nothing like the pictures. My first night the staff came on to me which I’m single so I didnt think anything of it the next day another staff member forced me out of the room prior to check out literally unlocked the door and tried to walk in although I paid for the next day they insisted that I needed to sit in the lobby for 4 hours to wait on check in unless I pay them an extra 35 fee several other customers come in some were allowed hours past check out to pay for the next day but not me . Once 2:00 pm hit she finally checked me into the room I had already booked and paid for the night before. Now I understand that business is business however I witnessed her giving several other customers the opportunity to go to their room while forcing me to sit in the office for hours as to punish me for the other staff member flirting with me which is ridiculous. Lastly I never received my 25 deposit back. After staying 1 night in a room with no door lock and the second night in a room in the back of the hotel as a punishment I am never coming here again. I have never experienced such bullying and harassment as a paying customer ridiculous!

The stay was good. Convenient location. Butnew furniture is definitely needed, drawers were all of the rails and didn't have handles. Shower handle was broken.

This place is so nasty, something was biting me,the toilet was running over from the bottom, the sink was stoped up, there was nasty stuff from the nose all over one wall..i was scared to touch anything.i have pictures too.i have never ever stayed in a place like this, please if you dont want bedbugs dont stay here. Will call the city...

Maybe this location, Arlington Texas on Pleasant Ridge rd is going out of business but respect and decorum should still be there if youre taking my money. As I'm working I am asked how much longer I will be sitting here. Not a single person has been in the lobby since ive been sitting here.

Motel is outdated and has many things falling apart. Shower/tub faucet was missing pieces and non-slip mat was stained. Main sink had cigarette butts in the drain, but no plug. Stairs were crumbling. Clerks were never at the desk.

My stay at motel 6 was good for the most part. The issues that i had the tv is an older model plasma tv so most of the stations are not on there. The fridge was freezing up so it was dropping water, the microwave did not get my food hot at all not sure why. It was quiet other than that. They need to upgrade their tvs. No motels or hotels should still have old tvs.. for price they charging for rooms

The only thing is I wasn’t aware that they were going to charge a deposit along with the price of the rooms. I went through Expedia to book the room. I’m supposed to get the deposits back on both rooms. A week later I still haven’t received the deposits back. This was done by the property not by Expedia. When do I get my deposits back???! Not sure who to contact about this.

I had no problems with anything except the staff when I was checking out. I gave them a cash at check in that is required for damages deposit. They refused to give me my cash deposit back because I cut my finger and got a drop of blood smaller than a nickel on the comforter! That is outrageous. They basically stole my deposit from me because it was cash. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY HERE.

The motel is attempting to make improvements, but it is not a safe motel for traveling females. The room smelled also the lobby. The bed spread had burn holes, light fixtures were missing covers, light switch had a huge hole and anything could have crawled under the door because of a door gap.

Rooms are clean ,towels were stained , the exterior is dirty and not maintained, the pictures of the property shows a pool and they don’t have it, is covered with dirt, this misguided at the time of the reservation.

It was inexpensive, so that was good, but I booked this room at the last minute without really checking it out. No breakfast, no coffee, room really could use some repair (especially in bathroom), and no room amenities if you like those. The second night I had to call 911 at 1am because a woman guest was yelling and slamming doors for a long time.

There was BLOOD on my sheets upon checking in. The room was filthy, from top to bottom. Rusty showers handles, no soap in the shower and the TV didn't work. The front desk guy was very rude and smelled awful. He moved our rooms but didn't offer any sort of discount or even an apology. He knocked on the door and then just came in the room without waiting for us to acknowledge him hardly to "inspect" and didn't act at all surprised by how gross it was. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a 5 star experience from a Motel 6 but this was unacceptable. There were some questionable Individuals pacing the sidewalk outside our room hollering until almost 3 am and they wouldn't do anything about that either. It was a terrible experience. They also charged my husband a $25 fee upon checking in, which we haven't received back and we have No idea what it is for as the check in person didnt say anything about it to us.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The smoke detector in my room went off because of shower steam. Then a member of staff came to the door. I came to the door from the shower dripping wet and with only a towel around my bottom parts. The staff member flung the door to the room open - while I am standing there half naked - and said I had to leave the door open for 5-10 minutes. The alarm continued for at least 20 minutes, and at no point did the staff express understanding that their equipment did not function correctly or express apology for this experience. I have never dealt with such rude and uncaring staff before anywhere on earth. Avoid this terrible hotel.

The front desk agent was rude. The hotel was dirty, the bathroom was literally falling apart. The ac unit was loud and the buttons were broken. The bed and towels were stained. The stairs needed to be repaired. Part of the bed was missing. Walls had brown smudges everywhere.

Checking in was simple and I was attended just fine but the room itself was in need of major upgrades. The bottom of the toilet seat would leak with every flush, there was rust in the bathtub and I doubt the room itself had been cleaned out properly as the fridge had thawed out ice inside. The bathroom floors looked dirty and when the air conditioner was blowing, it smelled like urine. I just turned it off, didn't use their tub to shower and tried to make it work because it was late to look elsewhere. I recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a more comfortable night for resting.

Room smelt of Marijuana bad. Dont know if it was from prior night or room next door. They wouldnt move me because hotel was "full".

What is shown on these pictures is not what this hotel looks like. Walls was dirty, bathroom walls molding and wall was coming off and no triming on the door so flies came in. I really want to leave as soon i got there but no refunds.

The property was right off the highway and close to dining and shopping. The floors were new, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The bed covering had holes. Broken furniture in plain sight on the outside of the property. Walked past a water jug that set on the stairs for three days.

The room has stains on the walls. The bathroom has spots all over the tub which look like blood. The towels have brown stains on them. The shower has the hand bar missing with open holes where the bar should be. Smells like smoke. Room 212. Im afraid to even try the mattress at this point.

Only thing I liked, I didn’t see any roaches but you get what you pay for. This room has so much water damage, room was seriously in need of upgrades. So glad we took our own bedding. Poor desk chair needed to be in the trash. Like, why keep it if it’s peeling apart? Oh & me not having key access to my room was REALLY fun. I was told several times it would be fixed & was denied an option to switch rooms after I suggested it. I had to borrow the master key to get in my room which I had to turn in to them & then ask for it again when I needed to get back in. They ask for a deposit & will literally go check to room to make sure it meets their standards to give you the deposit back. Seriously, what are you looking for? Yes, I left the room in the immaculate poor condition you gave it to me in. It was a joke. All smiles as they know crap the conditions the place is in. NEVER again.

This establishment was not worth the price of $500 for three nights, and the pictures are deceiving and false due to the pool not having water and filled with rocks roaches spotted in our room several times not being able to get clean towels when asked who were offered a refund but we had nowhere else to go because everything was completely booked and not offered a different room Due to them saying they were at full capacity which they were not because the parking lot was empty so don't stay here very unclean, broken items in the room do you like curtains, remotes, and doors?

At check-in I found that my Expedia booking had been cancelled, although it still showed on the Expedia app. I so had to get another room and pay around $30 extra for the day's rate compared to my original booking. The room itself was fine but the toilet flush would only work if you manually turned the water supply on and off.

What I didn't like were the bedbugs in the first room i attempted and the condom wrapper on the floor of the second. Like a bad movie. The staff were helpful and apologetic, but these are disqualifying flaws for me.

The first room we checked into, the ac didnt work and the water pressure was terrible. We called the front desk and the gentleman said he would be up to our room in 10 minutes to take a look at it. 45 minutes later he finally showed up. He said it was blowing out cool air so if anything changed to let him know when he come right back, he no sooner stepped out of the room and we had to call him back because it was doing the same thing. So my husband and I left for the day and when we got back to the hotel, we went to the front desk and they didn’t even know what was going on because it was a different gentleman there, so he went and put us in one room and he went and checked it and when he came back, he said no I’m gonna put you in a different room and then once we got to that room the AC did work the water pressure was 10x better. The room was not fully cleaned. The shower had tons of dirt and stuff all over the walls. The sheets and blankets were covered in what I’m hoping was just paint, and the remote control for the tv didn’t work. A lot of “sketchy” (for lack of a better word) people where wandering around the parking lot, giving an uneasy feeling.

The worst hotel we've stayed at. There were gnats in the room, the air conditioning condensation leaked all over the floor, the sink faucet didn't work. We had to pay a $50 deposit when we checked in and they would not take American Express but the sticker on the door said they did.

Absolutely disgusting. Aside from the mostly (not all) rude staff, there was a layer of dirt all over the floor. There was a dead roach on top of the AC and a spider crawling up the wall while I was brushing my teeth. Extremely loud neighbors - lot of riff raff staying there. The young paki cun* at the front desk was straight disrespectful and tried to keep my $25 deposit because I was 15 minutes late checking out. I stayed here in April 2022 and they tried to keep my deposit because I didn't go up to the front desk when I checked out. They are just shady pak scammers looking for excuses to steal your money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card co. to get it returned. Don't give them cash. Better yet, don't give them your $ at all. Spend an extra $10, $15, $20 a night and stay somewhere clean with a personable staff and no insects - dead or alive - in your room.

The website states checkout is at noon, but cleaning staff were at the door at 1055 waiting to clean the room. The room walls were thin and people outside the doors and other rooms can be heard easily. The staff was really nice and the area is convenient.

Gary the guy on duty working always has a attitude and never wants to assist with help…my room was dirty and had roaches crawling on walls and it took me about a hour to check in due to his attitude.

The room had a weird odor in it for starters. I could barely understand the guy at check in . Once we got to the room there was one little bar of soap but unlike other motels we have stayed at there was no shampoo or conditioners, I don’t even think there was bath towels. We ended up leaving at one o’clock in the morning since my wife was so uncomfortable. The bed did not even have a box spring it was a hard platform. All together it was not a good experience. A total waste of money since we were only there a couple of hours before we left.

You honestly get what you pay for. No available amenities on site. No operational vending machines. No coffee. Paint coming off walls in the room. Room smelled horrible. Had to have my key card re-activated two to three times a day. (Please NOTE...key card was no where near my phone or wallet with other cards.) I was not even given a receipt at check-in. We put air fresheners in the room all over. Customer service was no existent. This is a place I wish I would have brought my own bedding. No coffee maker or normal items in the room.

Woke up at 6 am to get ready and shower tub was like Tun was broken by the floor of the tub and a bathtub May was just stuck on to patch it bathroom crawling looked to been leaking at some point and not replaced there was a roach crawling behind the mirror and cob webs in the corners of the window seal 😳😠 never had these issues with prior stays but this one did me in for the price I paid
