I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong smoke odor as soon as I walked in, which made it very uncomfortable. In addition, the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the cleanliness and smell of the room did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Yes everything was good

Wasnt able to finish my review and it posted. I was incorrectly charged mulitple charges and its been almost a week and some are still reflecting on my account. Jade has been very helpful in rectifying this. I dont like that they can change your card and it stays on file to continue to be charged. I was charged room fee, Deposit and then deposit was refunded. Then had almost 10 other charges in random amounts charged. I now am having to close my card because of this. Very inconvenient and was told the girl who checked me in thought she charged me wrong so that is why i had more charges. Does not seem that is why. Other than that. The stay was fine, bed was comfortable and room clean.

we will more than likely stay there again because of the location (near family). that said, i sure wish we were not put at the rear of the property, but closer to the front and on the bottom floor, which is easier for petz. i also feel like the price could have been a bit less, as the furniture, bed, etc, was older.

The staff were rude, the neighbors are up all night making noise even after complaints to office, tv didnt work on arrival. Just a absolute mess.

Not elegant by any means, but the staff is great and it has what you need. Beds are firm.

The room was clean and everything worked well. My only complaint was the STRONG smell of Marijuana as soon as we walked into the room. That wasn't what I wanted my teenage daughter walking into. We were in Dallas for an AAU tournament, so we left our luggage in the car to make sure it didn't smell. We left the door open for about an hour to let the room air out. Outside of that. I have no other complaints. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

Clean room, kitchen stocked for cooking, excellent staff, across from mall, numerous local restaurants available,many within walking distance. Selling point really is the staff. Very efficient housekeeping staff as well.

Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. A little run down needs a few repairs. Only problem was someone was trying to enter the room while I was in the shower moving the lock from the top. I assumed it was house keeping because the lady said she thought I checked out which I don't understand because it was 8am, check out is at 11am. Maybe just a misunderstanding but it was kind of scary. Other than that nice place.

The studio designed very well with small space. You have almost anything you need there. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!

It took 15 minutes for the water to get warm each morning and night when I showered. I have yet to receive my $100 security deposit returned to my credit card even though I did not use the kitchen at all and put all my trash in the garbage cans provided. Would not recommend.

The first unit was perfect! Seemed cleaner and more updated. But when we had to extend we ended up in a smoking unit and it was not as updated. I went to work every day smelling like I smoked a pack of cigarettes. Other than that, it was quiet.

Otherwise, the next time I am in Arlington, this is going to be my to go place

The lady that is checking, everybody out in the morning is the most disgusting human being I've ever met in my life. She treats everyone like their trash. She mocks them and laughs in their face and she is a terrible terrible employee. You should get rid of her immediately that is my opinion, and actually effect.

Overall, the room was nice and the grounds were nice. The bathroom needs some accommodations to keep people safe. I slipped in the bathtub and hit my head on the side of the tub. There were no grab bars and the bathtub was slick to stand in. I let the folks know at the office after I fell and then the next day when I checked out and explained to them how slippery that bathtub was.

I specifically asked for a 1st floor room as I am disabled. I confirmed via phone that one was reserved for me. However, when I got there, there were only 2nd fl rooms available. This was VERY difficult for me!

Nice quiet area within 5 minutes of all the shopping and dining anyone could want. The staff was fantastic.

Didn’t stay. We tried three rooms and all reeked of pot. And they wouldn’t refund our money. Will not stay there ever.

The bed linens and towels were clean. Walls were not very clean and probably could have been. Bathroom sink was slow draining but not an issue as the kitchenette sink worked fine. It is what you expect from a motel, but could have been a little cleaner

Asked for first floor non-smoking assessable room because I’m not able to climb stairs. Only accessible room was a smoking room per clerk at check-in. Also the assessable rooms have safe showers with safety bars, the regular rooms do not have any bars in the bathroom for safety nor any tub mats. The tubs are very slippery. I’ve almost slipped twice now. The floors are dirty and must not ever be mopped or cleaned properly- the bottoms of our feet were black if we dared to take off our shoes. Chipped paint and dirty caulk in the kitchen area is unsightly and unappealing. Beds are hard, can feel the springs- had to buy a mattress topper to make it through the last night. Great location, but may want to look at other rooms in the area.

I asked for a non-smoking room, because I have asthma. I didn't want a room that you know that people smoked in before. I paid for early check-in (5:30 a.m.,/6:00 a.m ), after waiting and sleeping in my car until it was time to get the room. I got a room smelling like marijuana everyday it was smelling for the air conditioner. I just basically slept there after getting off work. Sincerely.

I like the location, as it is close to a business that does bowling and other fun activities, plus fuelling stations and restaurants are not to far away to fill up your vehicle and enjoy a nice hot meal. What I dislike, is the room wreaks of cigarette odor as I walked in, as I thought that the room I've been provided is a "non smoking" room.. plus there's no shampoo or conditioner amenities, but been provided with a "studio 6" bar soap only. Neighbors are very noisy, and kept me up till 3 in the morning..

The hotel was a relative bargain and extremely functional, but lacked any charm or amenities, though this is by design All in all it suited our purpose for a quick trip and a place to sleep on an added note, the hotel is very dog friendly and only charges $10 per night for the pet fee.

The 1st room we were given we couldn't walk into because the smell of weed knocked us down. The 2nd room they gave us also smelled like weed AMD the toliet was leaking into the kitchen area. We went back to the front desk a 3rd time and were told "you got a smoking room, its going to smell like that", my reply to her was, "I'M a smoker and I KNOW the difference in a cigarette and weed". Also, broke down cars in the parking lot and just overall and uneasy feeling of UNSAFE!!!!

We arrived late and the front desk attendant, who was asleep when we arrived, ignored the Expedia reservation confirmation I showed him, which was for two nights in a non-smoking room. He gave us a smoking room for one night, so we were awakened the next morning by a call from a different front desk person demanding that we check out immediately. She was very accommodating when I explained the situation and extended our reservation for the second day. I wouldn’t stay there again, though; there seem to be a lot of other options in the area.

They didn't have any rooms with two beds as I requested online. They only had king beds available at the time. So, I asked could they call you guys (hotels.com) and cancel the reservation for me. They said no I have to call to cancel the reservation myself. So, I didn't stay at Studio 6.

For the price, the stay was nice. Location was very good. Room amenities were okay. I was promised a room cleaning that never came and my room phone did not work which I identified to the management but no resolution came of it.

Whoever the chic was who came to the office to help the guy check me in needs to take a class on talking to people,and how to do a better job on being in management.supervisors need to do a better job of checking rooms.I say it because, the room they gave me was dirty i wouldn't use anything in the bathroom not even the toilet,and the floors looked dirty as if they just mop over dirt and half way clean the rm

The price was okay considering how late we booked. The staff were also helpful and polite. However, the room was in a poor state. When we entered the room assigned to us, we were nearly choked by the stench of cigarettes from the room.

Room was decent, had a towel rack that was hanging in by one side but other than that room was what we paid for.

The room smelled like sewerage water, there toilet did not flush well had to flush 3-4 times before water would go down. the interior was also horrible the doors were falling apart. Just overall horrible for the price we payed.

The only complaints we had were: bed was uncomfortable, hot water ran out quick, and the sheets had stains. The AC worked well. Room was clean, and did it’s job for the price. Restroom was clean and worked well.

This is my second time staying at this location, and for the price and convenience, I would definitely return. My only issue was that some of the outlets felt loose, making it difficult to keep my laptop and phone charger plugged in. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again because of the great price, convenient location, and cleanliness.

The beds where to furm and there was no toilet paper or shampoo barley a bar of used soap.

The beds were clean and comfortable. But the floor was no carpet, that’s fine, but it was dirty. I wore white socks, walking around on the floor and by the end of the evening they were black on the bottom from dirt. The sink in the bathroom, The porcelain has been repaired many many times and it looks disgusting.

I stayed in Studio 6 for my normal 2 days to reset my work clock I am a truck driver and I need a quiet place to get proper rest and the on site laundry gives me the opportunity to clean my clothes before I go back on the road. My stay is always great. And so is the staff.

You could never take a hot shower only warm. The air didn’t work at night unless it’s on 60 then it leaked water very bad. Only plus was being able to some what cook.

My stay at Studio 6 was excellent the staff was very nice the accommodations were clean property was well maintained plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance I would recommend a stay there.

Rooms are cheap but the rooms smell like animal pee and cigarettes. Had to drown the room in my perfume to even mask it for just a little while. Flies and mosquitoes all in the room. They tried stealing my watch, the front desk guy tried to argue and say it wasn’t there when I know for a fact it was, after threatening to call the cops he knew exactly where it was. Never going here again.. don’t care how cheap it is! DONT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES IN THE ROOM!! really don’t bring them at all and if you have them don’t bring it to this place! People walking around looking to break into cars. Not a safe place!

Just checked in at Studio 6 Arlington Tx. The staff is always Top notch I'm always greeted with courtesy and the rooms are always clean and quiet , would highly recommend staying here.

The morning front desk lady (Kristy) is rude and unprofessional. All the employees love that motel like its a 5 star. They have bugs in the roos, our toilet stayed stopped up. Weirdos walk the parking lot all times of night. The cleaning crew dont speak English and does a horrible job cleaning. They dont use any disinfectant. There is no emergency maintenance so if you have a maintenance issue after 5pm your just SOL

It was excellent, comfortable, clean, enough plugs for my tech...they even had a toaster...omg! That was great. I always take sandwich stuff for my trips, so being able to toast my bread for my sandwiches...golden.

The 2 bedroom kitchenette was clean and quiet. The sheets were nice. The location was around a lot of eating places and we quiet. No random people roaming the parking lot and that made me feel safe because my roo was on the first floor.

Parking is tight and not a lot of spaces. Convenient location.

The rooms were extremely clean. I was actually very surprised by how immaculate they were. They are also very well equipped with everything you need down to every spoon bowl pot pan everything with a little two burner stove and refrigerator in order to have every amenity needed to maintain your own kitchen, however, I was very, very disappointed very rude and unprofessional. Their staff was. I really wanted to have nothing but good things to say, but I just Can’t ignore how rude lady at the front desk close to me during check out the following day when we were trying to rent a room for the second night stay.

So I would have rated this just a bit more but there was of course just a few small issues. The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world but I figured with being in a motel. My maid issue was just the Walls. My god the walls were paper thin. Every bang on the wall, every door slam, every muffled conversation we had heard. Wasn't very pleasant waking up in the early hours of the morning to banging. Not bad, just thin walls.
