Location is great i if you're staying more than one night room was dirty, found someone else's dirty sock right between the fridge and desk, floors weren't swept, no toilet paper, not enough towels for the 4 people in the reservation, the place is literally falling apart in places, bathroom floor was sticky, breakfast was crap (BTW it's not free when you're paying for the room it's just not an admitted extra charge) and the breakfast area was absolutely filthy, arriving halfway through the breakfast period found everything empty: both cereal, yogurt, syrup. Either show up at 630 or don't expect to eat, I guess. Even if you get in at like midnight
- 3.5/5
Location, trolley service, price The smell was horrible like cheap incense, very limited breakfast, hotel guests smoking pot and being sexually explicit in pool.

The hotel has definitely gone downhill over the past year.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice. Good space for the night. Close to stadiums and some bars, six flags.
- 2.5/5
No toilet paper in room. Window in room didn’t close all the way. Sink drained slowly. Pillow cases on inside out.
- 2.5/5
The breakfast was not that great The breakfast was not as good as it could have been. It didn’t have eggs or sausage. It only had waffle making and no cereal.

No questions asked or issues about traveling with dogs. Horrible customer service, mold growining in the shower. What looked like piss on the pillow and blankets upon first arrival to the room. They did have waffles for breakfast so thats a plus.. but literally, just waffles. No other form of hot foods, but it was also a very cheaply priced room and i fid not see any signs of unwanted bug activities either!
- 1.5/5
Not handicapped accessible
- 2/5
Roomed smell like smoke. Breakfast options were small and terrible. Water seeped out of the shower from the cracks of the door and flooded the bathroom
- 4/5
Awesome location. Bed was old and not the most comfy. Lots of trash outside rooms in hallway during the whole stay. Would stay here again for the price and convenience. Breakfast was limited.
- 2/5
My daughter and I stayed for five days. I thought because it was behind six flags it would be a nice hotel to stay in. Was I wrong. The room was clean. But the hall smelled like weed. It comes through your vent as well. The room across the hall was loud every night. Smoking weed and yelling until 6am until they checked out. The AC was loud to were you couldn't hear the TV unless you blasted it. The water dropping from the upstairs AC kept me woke nightly hitting the window seal. The lamps had no bulbs and didn't work. The microwave didn't have the glass part in it. If I had somewhere else to go I would have. But you get what you pay for.

The room was gross. Shower wasn’t clean, light fixture broken, no iron or ironing board in room. We booked this room for a week and I checked out after 1 night.

Nothing Everything Was a Lie Including The Bed!!! Paid for a King and Got a Queen The Ceiling Is Falling in water Stains Everywhere Dirty Linen in The Halls in The Same Place The Whole Stay Weed Smell all over the place including the office etc.etc.
- 4/5
I have stayed there before so I knew it was a good place to stay
- 0.5/5
The room was dirty. We found roaches. We have pictures and a video. There was dried buggers on the wall. The floor was FILTY. The beds were not comfortable and there was no covers only sheets, I wish they would have told us that we could have brought covers. The rooms and the hallway SMELLS TERRIBLE. There was people there with HUGE dogs and many pets. Strange people in the parking lot made it uncomfortable to park the rental. Over all I will NEVER stay there again no matter how close it is to Six Flags. This place was absolutely unacceptable. There were roaches everywhere, and the room was clearly not cleaned properly. The entire hotel had a bad, lingering smell that made it uncomfortable to even stay inside. Outside, there were strange people constantly lurking around, which made me feel very unsafe. The room itself was poorly maintained—there were no proper blankets, just thin bed sheets, and the walls had what looked like dried gunk or “buggers” stuck on them. Overall, it felt dirty, neglected, and not worth the money at all. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean grounds and a perfect location. The staff is very pleasant to deal with. Some rooms definitely need updates, but it’s a well-kept spot for the price
- 5/5
Muy buena localidad frente a six flags y muy limpio
- 2/5
People interested in your vehicle.
- 5/5
Breakfast was waffles, make your own. And cereal. Staff was helpful. Rooms were kind noisy with the doors around us opening and closing but quiet other wise. Parking is n/a as i didnt drive.
- 2/5
Parking was easy. Defi
- 3/5
Dirty around the edges and pretty noisy at times. Staff banged on my door 5 times between 10-11:30 when I had a 12pm checkout. Bed was comfy and pillows and tv were nice. Decent for the price, just don’t set expectations too high. I’d honestly stay again if the price was right.
- 3/5
Ample parking. Good location and clean rooms. However, the place need some serious upgrading. Room has a foul smell that i think comes from the AC. The curtain is stained some kind of liquid. Staff are friendly.
- 3/5
Very limited breakfast and the room was hot even when the ac was on the lowest temp
- 5/5
Seemed nice enough

- 5/5
Front front desk workers are very helpful and nice. If there isn’t any issues, they will definitely do what they can to solve them.
- 2/5
Curtains dirty; office chair dirty; phone dirty; weird smell in the hotel - good thing this smrll was not in the room; staff friendly, breakfast good. Looks like property management not into keeping hotel clean, because of location; i stayed in other 2-star hotels, but never ever curtains, window and furniture were in such unclean condition. Good thing it was kind of dark in the room, not every corner was visible. So happy that bathroom inside was in good condition, except door. Well.... we survived...
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 3/5
Room had a musky smell.
- 1/5
The front desk staff was horrible & the toilet in our room was clogged when we came in and the staff didn’t even try to help us. We had both just got out of the motorcycle accident & was hoping for a nice stay but it wasn’t. The staff needs to be more on top of things & things need to be taken care of.
- 2/5
marijuana smell in elevator, strong cigarette smell in non smoking rooms, unclean beds with hair all over sheets.
- 3/5
Smelled of weed, lobby, hallways and our room. so much for smoke free. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal and apples and yogurt.
- 1/5
It was an absolute dump hole - comforter had burn holes
- 1/5
Killed a roach in the bathroom
- 1/5
Honestly, I’d love to have my money back. I was going to switch hotels nearby but every hotel near the stadium was sold out so me and my wife were kind of just stuck where we were at.
- 2/5
Dirty, small beds, thin sheets super small selection for breakfast, no coffee creamer. Odd smell. Shower door didn’t seal so you end up with puddle of water on floor. Only one operating elevator so be prepared to wait. Will not stay again.
- 3/5
Oder in the rooms. Hotel is old. Lobby needs remolding. Location is good.
- 3/5
I've stayed here before. No frills, no complaints. Close to all the sports happenings in Arrington TX
- 1/5
Staff never cleaned the room. Had to ask for towels. Rooms very old and one elevator worked… sort of.
- 1/5
It literally smells SO BAD!!! Everywhere. Also the staff is not very friendly. The breakfast is literally just waffles. I literally got so sick from staying there because I’m pretty sure my room had mold. Also, several roaches in my room. Oh my goodness, an actually scarring experience.
- 2/5
Random people knocking at night and early morning. bathroom had strong bleach smell and lobby/hallways has strong odor
- 2/5
My experience may not be everyone's. The original room I was given had not been cleaned so the provided me with another room. The beds are quite comfortable, its not conducive for work because there were several wifi connections and I wasn't able to use my travel router. The noise level was high along with the marijuana smells. Breakfast is very basic and the foot traffic made me very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
The linens hadn’t been changed and had obvious, new, food stains. I asked that they change the linens, they only changed the sheets and told me they didn’t have any more blankets or comforters so I had to do without. They just tossed the old cover on the ground in the corner acting sullen like I was the problem. The unit was not clean either. The elevator made loud noises all night. This place is a hell hole.
- 2/5
I found cockroaches an 2 room this is terrible. Also no shampoo and no one clean the room
- 3/5
Good to the pets.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
. I finally received them last day before checkout. The breakfast.. smh i had cranberry juice only. Repairs to carpet and flooring is needing anf update. No one of the days housekeeping came to even empty the trash. If felt like moving all my work equipment i would have requested a refund and changed hotels. The face they right by Six zFlags, i thought the service would've been better. They will NOT GET MY SERVICES AGAIN. OH!! Horld up. We didn't have water for hour's one day.. cant flush the toilet. Shower etc..

- 2/5
Very unsanitary
- 1/5
Wasn't clean at all.
- 3/5
We arrived early, and there was a $40 early check-in fee whether or not our room was ready. Another problem was that a conference was in town and they did not anticipate the volume at breakfast. Waffle irons were not on, and supplies and food were not ready by 6:30am. What they did get right was that the staff was very helpful and resolved issues that they could take care of. They provided us wash towels, shampoo, and replacement bulbs for the room. They even stored our luggage while we waited to check in. Rooms were sufficient and the beds were ok for someone that only had 4 to 5 hours available to sleep due to our schedule. If you want to go to Six Flags over Texas on the cheap and want to walk from your hotel, this is an ideal location, but just the location is where the "ideal" ends. Just know the quality will be average to sub-par and the facility will be a bit dated.
- 1/5
Very heavy cleansing smell when you walked into the hotel, someone was smoking pot on the 3rd floor which we reported to front desk. Room was not very clean.
- 1/5
Neither of the two rooms were clean. Cabinets broken, reeked of cigarette smoke, hairs all over the bathroom floor. The mirror in one room looked like it had dried semen on it. Needless to say, we did not stay. We canceled and refunded our room immediately.
- 3/5
Worn out furnishings. TV not working. Food choices sparse. Staff friendly
- 4/5
Price was right
- 3/5
Noises on floor above my room kept me awake past 3 am . I complained to the front desk and she said she could not hear anything, but I don't think she ever checked on it.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. Room was 2 stars though.
- 4/5
Used the hotel one night while in town for a Dallas Cowboy game. I just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was just fine for my needs. A no frills hotel. Staff was great at check in and check out. I’d have no problem booking hotel again for my next Cowboys game.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and room was clean
- 2/5
Staff was amazing and very helpful! However the hotel was almost bad enough that I wanted to check out and stay somewhere else. The rooms and hotel had too much of a chemical smell .. the floors were sticky and table tops full of streaks. This hotel has a great location but wasn’t clean enough to just fully relax
- 5/5
Yes the room was super clean. The staff was accommodating
- 2/5
No wash cloths. A hotel with no wash cloths does NOT make sense! The rooms/building are old and need renovation. Too few channels on TV. TV was too small. Floor of shower was permanently stained. Wall in restroom was patched. Absolutely will NOT stay there again!
- 3/5
Only thing wrong the maids did not clean our room and breakfast could be better
- 1/5
The hotel was very out dated. The furniture was wore out. When i took a shower there was barley shampoo and no conditioner. My blow dryer was broken. Went to the front desk and they gave me a key to the acroom from to use the hair dryer. But it was falli g off the wall. I should have spent the extra miney and stayed at a different hotel. Will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Roaches continental breakfast awful
- 2/5
Not a good value for the price we paid.
- 1/5
if you just need a place to lay your head down. This is perfect. Sheets had stains, there was no comforter just a thin blanket. Mildew smell in bathroom. Complimentary breakfast includes waffles and cereal.
- 1/5
Refrigerator was extremely noisy Bathroom was falling apart Bed comforter has blood stains
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very safe
- 3/5
The staff was great at check-in. The room however stinks like weed you can smell weed in the hallway. The smoke detector is not even in the room, the wires are hanging out of the ceiling. The bathroom stinks worse than the room. There’s two big brown stains on the white comforter on the bed. I expected better.
- 5/5
It was very clean and the staff were super nice. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast options as there wasn’t much to choose from but other than that it was very nice. It’s right across the street from six flags which was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Great place to stay for events!
- 2/5
Hotel had a strange bug killer spray smell which gave me an immediate headache! They need to clean the place. Looks unswept and unkept! Parking lot had people hanging out and broke down cars. Breakfast was waffles, old cereals, and coffee only! Definitely was hoping for meat and eggs. No food allowed upstairs. Flyer at the front desk offers hotel points for good reviews. I booked off the reviews that I now know to be false for points. Toilet seat was missing the screws. I definitely won’t be back!
- 2/5
The bathroom door didn’t close,
- 2/5
Nothing about this hotel was good. At one time we left our room, not realizing that the automatic lock malfunction leaving our stuff completely unsecured all day.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Great stay for game
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was also quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Room was nice but air conditioner didn’t work well. There was trash in the parking area which needed cleaning up. Other than that room was nice and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again. As I know the air in all the rooms couldn’t be broken and there will not always be trash. Hopefully not was a baby diaper so pretty nasty.
- 3/5
I liked that the front desk was helpful. The trolley ride was a great transportation. Although we weren’t able to use the hotel pass, $12 a person was not a bad price for round trip. When I checked in I was in a rush so I didn’t notice the mold until the next morning.
- 1/5
Room got us high from stony odor of bleach we think. Wasted $96 and very dissatisfied. Ended up leaving and sleeping elsewhere due to the hotel all together
- 4/5
The swimming pool was great. what I didnt like was the comings and goings of the other guest the doors were ioud.
- 1/5
I arrived after a very long 6 hour drive from San Antonio with my daughter. When I went to check in I was told that there was a mistake and my room was unavailable as they had over-booked. I didn't understand due to me having prepaid for this stay in MARCH of 2025! I explained that since I was never notified by email, phone or any other means I would be staying there. The woman at the desk attempted again to deny me, at which point she reached out to a manager who I overhead tell her to "just give her a room". The room I was given was dark, dirty, the bathroom door did not close and the toilet didn't properly flush. I will NOT be staying at this location again.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I liked that we were able to check in as soon as we arrived
- 5/5
It was good, everyone was nice. Everything was clean and the breakfast was really good. Not just a bagel and ok like most places. It was great selection.
- 2/5
Well first of all the outside of the building was dirty and full of trash. Once you walk in the hotel you see stains on the floor. As soon as I opened the door to the room I got a strong cigarette smell even tho I had reserved a non-smoking room. The floors were very sticky and the room had stains everywhere! Bedsheets were dirty as well. Went down to ask for towels and was told they didn't have any(only got 2 towels in the room). Honestly book a room somewhere else, they have way nicer hotels around the area.
- 1/5
This place was Beyond Disgusting!!! We checked in and our first room, had BUGS Everywhere!! They switched our room, and it was Bug free, that I Saw anyway, but was Disgusting!! Sheets were Dirty, looked like the shower had NeVeR been cleaned, you couldn't even see in the mirror through the Filth, AnD 😱 The window came Completely open, No Screen, No Protection of Any Kind!!! Breakfast was a JokE!! And with the Roaches I saw I. There, We Left and Did NoT come back!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
- 2/5
Booking was canceled, even though I had never canceled it. We had no problem rebooking though. Then we get up to the room and we find a hair clip under the covers in one of the queen beds. I call to the front desk, the guy basically calls me a liar and says that each room is cleaned every day. Well this room wasn’t, buddy!! I never complain about rooms, even when they are bad, but this was a little too far. Needless to say, my cousin and I used the blankets we brought down here with to use as covers.
- 1/5
Cracks in the wall, window woudlnt close, roaches on property, loud vents i had no control over, no plugs by the bed, door is hard to open/close, drawers broken and missing, no Iron
- 1/5
Terrible experience I would never book this hotel again. Being that it’s right across from Six Flags I expected it to be more professional but I was wrong. The hallways stank, carpet looks dirty, breakfast is only waffle maker, cereal, apple, juices, and coffee for $400+ for two nights the breakfast should’ve been more than just that. Fitness gym sucks was only a bike, a treadmill, a bench and a few weights so small that only 4-5 people can be in at a time. Then, they deactivated my key card 4 hours before my check out time at 11am. Just terrible, please safe your money don’t book here.
- 3/5
Older hotel, lobby always smelled like marijuana. We stayed 2 nights, and were disappointed breakfast ended at 9:30 on weekends, and were generally disappointed with the food offered at breakfast, and coffee tasted like freeze dried instant coffee.
- 3/5
Room was dirty and in poor shape. When taking a shower water leaked through the shower door and got all over the floor. Sheets were not clean, baseboard was peeling off the wall, and the air conditioner was noisy.
- 3/5
Definitely not as many accomodations as other hotels I've stayed at and the breakfast was a joke
- 3/5
Shower was good. Tv didn't work good.
- 2/5
Roach in room. shower was dirty. shower door seal was loose, water all over floor. Don't recommend.
- 4/5
It was ok.
- 3/5
Bathroom needed a little more help with cleaning and the shower door leaked all over the floor so I think they needed a towel mat and the body wash was not in a convenient place.
- 5/5
It’s an older property, but not too bad for the price, I was there for a concert. Staff was great. It’s right in front of Six Flags, and a walkable distance to Globe Life field.
- 3/5
The breakfast was less than expected. Only had waffles, apples and cereal to eat. The waffles were good. The apples were bruised and very dark and ugly. The cereal I didn't try, it wasn't appetizing. Usually places like this have yogurt, but there wasn't any. The drinks were good. The a/c was noisy, but it did cool. The walls must be thin because we could hear talking and the telephone ringing in our room. Definitely didn't like the drug smell. Not sure if you allow this, but we didn't like it. The refrigerator froze our drinks. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep on. The outlets were really loose for our chargers.
- 4/5
Room was clean good water pressure in shower beds were comfy
- 5/5
The scent this place had once the doors opened was amazing literally make you feel at home
- 1/5
Booked this hotel because it had a pool but come to find out it closed at 8 not 10 like normal places. The people above us stomped till about 3 in the morning and started again at 7. Breakfast was poor with some unattended kids playing with the waffle makers preventing other guests from using them. Also had a jack stolen out of the back of my truck.
- 2/5
Room wasnt properly cleaned, bed had to be remade, baseboards in bathroom was coming off the wall and Tv remove was sticky. Got kicked out of the pool because pool hours were not posted. Breakfast was minimal ( not much to choose from). Neighbors were loud, i tried to call from desk but the phone were not clear and front desk lady said sshe couldn't hear me so I gave up and hung up.
- 1/5
There was such an unpleasant smell that I decided to drive four hours home instead of sleeping there.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
All good
- 2/5
I can't believe that this property is apart of the Choice hotels franchise. The owner needs to Renovate the Entire Inside. The Outside will Fool visitors. The inside is BEYOND a Housekeeper/maintenance Duties.
- 1/5
Terrible my concert was canceled, the night before I called as soon as I found out which was after four. And they still decided to charge me that is so unprofessional of them and I’m just wanting everybody please do not do business with them because if something happens, they won’t care. I gave him enough time.
- 4/5
It was alright
- 2/5
I was initially given a room on the 2nd floor, that floor smelled pretty awful I could of been a room near mine with nasty guests..however my room had no water pressure, called front desk, he said it's normal since they were full..friends were also staying here, they had decent pressure.. my family had to shower in their room since the water was literally just dripping.. next morning we go again..he says he will send maintenence to fix it, calls back says it's ok.. no it was not ok, he ended up moving us rooms.. then all was well.. but no discount given, no nothing for the inconvenience..had our friends not been there it really would have sucked...
- 3/5
Staff was helpful, took care of a barking dog situation very quickly. Rooms was clean, but very small. The hotel is older and very much shows its age. Many things around the property were broken or damaged. My husband said the halls had a strange smell.
- 1/5
The pictures that are shown is not what the hotel looks like. There were fingernail clippings in the windowsill. There was a terrible odor. Do not recommend
- 3/5
Breakfast was okay. You had to ask for housekeeping. Only got towels once. No luggage carts were available at check out.
- 4/5
The bathroom was very small and shower tub would not drain properly.
- 4/5
My wife and I were in town for a Texas Rangers game. It was great that Sleep Inn offered a trolley service to and from the game!
- 5/5
Great stay! Easy & quick check in, everything was clean and cozy!
- 2/5
Don't understand English and the worst breakfast I've ever had
- 3/5
Nothing special one night motel type of place , the only good thing close to the stadiums walking distance .
- 1/5
Sheets and blanket is thin and rough, bed was uncomfortable. Towels were rough and itchy. Pool was dirty. Breakfast options extremely limited. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. The entire lobby, hall way, and room smelled and the air was heavy. And the staff deactivated our keys after the first night and we had to re/activate them. They didn’t tell us why this was done. The TV in the room is very very small. The Wi-Fi is slow and the parking lot is full of pot holes. The staff was polite.
- 2/5
The air conditioner in our room 218 was very loud and made a crackling noise all night long. Made it very hard to sleep
- 3/5
pros.... location was FANTASTIC. parking wasn't bad. and staff seemed helpful enough. hotel was clean and smelt good. cons... plumbing made noise, knocking in pipes. cheaply done bathroom. shower door opens into the shower and its hard to get in to it to see if water is hot enough. just seemed like a cheap hotel for the price that we paid. it was not cheap on cost. so the value for the money was certainly not there.
- 5/5
Clean room comfy bed and great price.
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
There was no blankets at all on the beds. There was only sheets and a duvet type cover. They didn't even have them in the closet. The whole hotel stinks. And the duvet cover that was on the bed was dirty and smelled like horrible body odor. The sheets did appear clean though. They also did not have any bottled water on the whole property.

We areived and checked in before going to dinner. We didnt go into our room until later in the night. The rooms dont have carpet so is solid floor. I can tell they hadnt swept because my kids walked around with socks and they endes up really dirty. We decided to take a shower and noticed that the shower door doesnt seal all the way so the water came outside of the shower into the toilet area. We had to had to use multiple towels to clean it. The lamp shades were dirty too. Good thing we only stayed 1 night. Only reason why we chose it was because it was near Sux Flags and it was a decent price.
- 3/5
At 6:30 am someone BANGED on the wall shaking the room. 5 minutes later there was another bang and then banging all down the hallway. Not okay
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy. Staff was nice. Clean room
- 5/5
Easy check in. Quiet building. Walking distance to Six Flags!
- 2/5
Damage on night stand. Coffee pot was missing basket. Tissue box was almost empty. Noises, music and banging all night.
- 5/5
Felt like home
- 3/5
Old and musty- they haven’t updated at all. Ceiling tiles had stains, not helpful staff with finding shuttles for game.
- 1/5
like offering eggs sausage bacon would be awesome.
- 5/5
Thank you so much
- 4/5
i like that it is close to the theme park. seemed difficult to get to without gps
- 4/5
Breakfast was minimal woth very limoted options and propert smelled of Marijuana

Perfect for our overnight stay. Check in was fast and easy. Front desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was good, they had us with the waffle maker! Location is very convenient
- 1/5
Very unclean room, blood and hair on sheets, hallway smelled of cigarettes bathroom unclean. did not stay on property.
- 5/5
Would stay again. Close for cowboys or rangers games

First off check in was eazy, after getting up to our room we noticed there was only two bath towels, no hand towels, no floor towel, no wash cloth, next the TV remote did not have a back to keep the batteries in it the telephone was missing the cord so you could not call the front desk also both lights to the left and right hand side that are on the wall above the nightstands were not plugged in and the one on the left hand side of the bed did not have a plug nowhere near it so I had to plug my cell phone up across the room next to the TV the TV is quite small compared to the size of the room but this is not that big of an issue, when we did take a shower the floor started flooding because of the way the door operates it swings in or out so there's nothing to keep water from getting on the floor not really my problem but just something I noticed also the shower head were squirting water out all around it where it screws on to the pipe, next morning I noticed a live roach in the bathroom, so now I'm a bit disgusted, my wife and I go down to get breakfast only to find out they have waffles two kinds of cereal one kind of yogurt and I did not see any oatmeal or grits or danishes eggs are sausage like they used to have I have stayed at this sleep inn in the past and that was the breakfast they used to have I understand cutting cost for the bottom line but at the end I could have paid the same price somewhere else and got a good breakfast!

Close to the stadiums very easy to catch highways

We had to be moved to a new room. Our original room on the bottom floor window did not shut and could be opened from the out side. Walls all had dirt or something on them. And drywall was missing in areas. Not a place I would bring my family. We stayed here on a last minute booking as a couple. Staff was nice. Major changes need to be made as far as the rooms and cleaning.

This was a decent place to stay for the price. It was clean and fairly close to what I needed. There are almost no sidewalks in the area which was not great after a show and rain at midnight. They've updated some things, but it is still a little older and the breakfast was very very basic. Overall though, I would stay here again if needed.

Room was dirty with stains on bedding. No bathroom fan that worked. Shower door had huge gap so water was everywhere. Shower floor looked like someone cleaned auto parts in it. Breakfast was old apples and a waffle maker. Won't be staying here again

I’m super picky about cleanliness of hotels, we wanted to be close to AT&T stadium and this hotel was perfect location and a value price. It was indeed very clean, and had great staff. Smaller room but very comfortable and all we needed. Will stay again.

Location is excellent and check in was easy. Our room had a broken shelf in the shower and our room smelled misty and damp. The linens and pillows did not smell clean.

This has to be the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The duvet had fresh blood stains on it. All of our towels were stained. The shower looked disgusting. My DIL did shower but with her sandals on. The weed smell in our hallway was overwhelming. I have never felt dirty leaving a hotel. Do not believe the "good" reviews. I don't know how anyone could give this hotel a good review.

Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. He was very accommodating. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was a bit dirty and leaked water all over the floor. There was only one small bar soap and could’ve given us more. Given the price for these accommodations, they can do much better.

Little dirty pool was fun good location construction though

Our shower didn't have hot water..We mentioned to the front desk..but still nobody came to fix the problem..

Great area to stay.

I don't know if it was another guest, or they were working on the property upstairs, but the noise from the 4th floor was incessant and annoying.

Staff willing to accomodate.

The floors in the room were sticky. You could see swipe marks on the tops of the furniture.

Close to six flags but breakfast was only waffles no eggs or meat. Iron board was broken. Bed slept well

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn and found my experience to be just okay. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness left much to be desired; the curtains in my room were ripped, and there was noticeable dust on the furniture. Breakfast options were quite limited, offering only waffles, apples, and cereal. Additionally, the front desk staff didn't come across as particularly welcoming. Overall, it was an average stay that could use some improvements in both cleanliness and service.

Room was not clean up

It was just a quick stay for a concert I was attending. So all I needed was a bed to sleep in.

Staff was courteous

They had the hallway and staircase AC units not on. Room AC units did cool down until early morning, so room was hot all night. Only 1 ice machine, elevators sound broken and breakfast was terrible. Just very basic.

Great

Staff not courteous, room and general condition was dirty. Room stinks. Not enough water in toilet for flushing a poop.

First room offered smelled like cigarette smoke the front desk person was more than willing to help us into another room. Was there for two nights and three days. Employees were kind. Was able to ask for more bath towels when needed. Breakfast was good just high in carbs but excellent for the price! I would stay here again! Was walking distance from globe life feild!

Easy check in, trolley stop right behind hotel. Breakfast was only waffles, but one waffle iron was in the shape of Texas so it's cool.
