AC Hotel Arlington National Landing

I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again.

There's no complimentary breakfast, the kitchen staff was rude,I booked for two days, front desk was at my door the next morning asking why haven't I left, I had to remind them on how to do their job and read the registration, I doubt if I'll return.

The location of the AC Hotel in Washington was very good. We stayed there for one night, and the room was nice, clean, and quiet. the hotel seemed very busy, and the staff didn’t pay much attention to the guests. They just gave us the key and that was it. Also, the garage parking was very expensive.

My room very nice. Toilet had to flush twice every time, that may have been a 10th floor problem. Staff wonderful at check in and check out. Friendly food staff as well. Gym was very nice, space for stretches, machines and free weights as well. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Great Breakfast - great hotel for business travel

The hotel itself is incredibly well maintained, having an upscale feeling of luxury. Including the room, which was immaculately clean and fresh. Everything about it was perfect. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service. It made our travel experience so much smoother and stress free. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

Stayed at the AC Marriott in Arlington and really enjoyed it. The service was excellent—friendly and helpful staff from check-in to checkout. The room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel near DC, and everything was spotless. The location is a huge plus: just minutes from DC without the crazy downtown prices. Perfect if you want easy access to the city but a clean, quiet place to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast is horrible with little to no good options.No spinach or Salmon options..I literally am in love with the hotel and always make it my business to stay when I come to town.The whole staff is A1 and should be awarded for the impeccable service provided..But that breakfast needs some serious work.

Very nice hotel, easy walk to the metro. Staff were very friendly. Nice location very close to Arlington Cemetery, Pentagon Plaza, and a very easy trip into DC.

Breakfast buffer is limited but everything is very high quality and tastefull. Eggs are only to order for example, but you get a proper nice and special egg sandwhich not the scoop unlimed reheated scrambled eggs in normal buffets. Excellent procutto (melts on your tongue), very nice chia seed and overnight oats.

This property is well located, newly renovated and the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there’s a nice bar/lounge and a decent restaurant. I’d stay here again.

Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc).

Lovely hotel. Fully remodeled. Very nice areas to congregate inside and outside. Room spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and interactive. Hotel is in a safe area with many restaurants, walking trails, and a metro stop within a few blocks.

Clean room, great customer service. And everything in the room we got worked excellent. Breakfast is good, overall my experience was great and would come back here if I were to take another trip to Washington!

For a 3-night stay, and considering the price that was paid, this was extremely disappointing. Parking was also poorly explained, with unclear directions to the garage and unexpected additional nightly fees. We contacted Expedia, and once they intervened, things began to improve. We were moved to a better room with no odor or carpet, though it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The next morning, we spoke with the manager, Muhammad, who completely turned the experience around. He was attentive, professional, and made it a priority to resolve our concerns and ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant. Overall, a rough start but a much better finish thanks to Muhammad’s outstanding customer service.

The staff was so kind in holding my personal items until my room was ready. They found a cup to put my flowers in water and used their fridge to hold my salmon pasta. May seem small but the level of hospitality was huge for me.

We ended up staying here by accident because of flight cancellations but I can tell you the next time I'm in Washington. It won't be an accident if I stay there! The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean. The rooms are everything you need and the location is superb. Underground tunnel right to the Metro station 5-minute drive to the airport. What more do you need?

The only downside was the bathroom. While it was spacious and modern, the shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There was hair left in the shower from previous guests, which was disappointing.

Great room/space. But the A/C was loud, thr bathroom was tight, and the water pressure was very low in shower. Also, In-Room Dining is not what it’s advertised to be. You order, then go downstairs to the bar and pick it up.

I was told my room was clean and we could check in. The desk manager was very accommodating. First there were not enough towels and no washcloths. We waited for awhile and went to desk. They assured us towels were coming from the laundry. I washed with a hand towel. That night when we got into bed there was medicine on the sheets and whiskers when someone had shaved in the bed. We slept there and reported to manager. After a few minutes, he gave us another room since we were staying 4 nights. So we moved all of our things to 9th floor. It was cleaner. We stayed the remaining nights there.

This hotel is very cute! It was perfect for our purpose- hubby and wifey getaway. It’s not luxurious but it checks all the boxes. There are a ton of great dining options nearby. Staff was very courteous and attentive. I didn’t rate it excellent because I feel it lack warmth and coziness. It has a minimalist style that left me feeling a little cold. That being said, I would stay here again. The price point is well set.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times before. Usually a decent stay and I’m in and out so I don’t expect much. This time I stayed for a week because of the holiday. Everyday I woke up not knowing if the hot water in the sink or shower would work. Also, the water would spit out of the shower head intermittently. Had to call the front desk multiple times for the tech to come. Would resolve for a moment but eventually would become a problem again. You would think that with the constant issue, they would change my room to one with consistent hot water and a shower head that works, but nothing was done. I even let them know this had been an issue multiple times. Lack of customer service and basic amenities that I would expect from a Marriot hotel.

On a cold winter day, I checked in and the temperature was 68. That evening the water was barely warm enough to shower. In the morning the temperature in the room was 56° even though the thermometer was set at 80°.

We chose this hotel to stay at during the Marine Corps Marathon and their check-in staff was IMPECCABLE. Accommmodating, helpful, and flexible with late shuttle buses, late check-outs, etc. WE WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU for a wonderful experience for my friends and I!

I was very disappointed that they wouldn't give us complimentary Coffee in the Morning, People at the Front desk in the morning shift were really rude to me and our guests.

Finding the parking of the hotel was a bit confusing at first, after that going in checking in and getting the room was easy the staff since day one were alway phenomenal can not complain, did had an issue while first going to get into the room key cards were not working had to go back and forth to the lobby. secondly th day after my first night I noticed old blood stains on th sheets, I brought it up to the staffs attention and they quickly apologized and got me into a new room. during my last day the fire alarm kept going on and off which was a bit concerning, The AC of the room could be a bit better at night it tended to get hot regardless even after having the AC on for a while

The hotel was amazing far as decor and convenience for options of restaurants. However the hotel restaurant menu needs more selections. The hotel should not be charging guests to park especially daily purchase. It would’ve been awesome to have a pool at this location. Other than that I give hotel 5 stars.

This is a really nice location. The staff is really nice very clean. My only caveat is if you’re going to have open parking garage access the elevators need to be room key protect protected. I didn’t like the fact that anybody could just go up to any floor from the garage without having to scan their room key for access.

The room was comfortable, but twice as big as it should’ve been and very poorly lit. It is very convenient to the airport. Pick ups were on time I got a glass of wine with tax and tip ended up costing me almost $27. Really??? Seriously? Just an average wine.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! After our flight got canceled, we quickly booked through Expedia, and within 5 minutes, the hotel had given us our room number. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stressful day so much easier. The room was beautiful, super clean, and felt freshly renovated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing too! Overall, 10/10 experience. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I’ll definitely be back—next time to visit the pandas at the zoo!

I stayed here in Jan 2024 and since then the hotel has been beautifully renovated. The staff remain friendly and helpful. Easy access to the Metro, which is one of the reasons I selected the hotel. The cost for daily parking was more than I wanted to pay, but there was a much cheaper public parking lot a short walk away.

However, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. Upon arriving in our room, I noticed the thermostat read 66°F, but the room felt unusually warm. I reported this to the front desk, and an engineer was promptly sent up. He was courteous and professional, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. My guests and I would have preferred to move to another room, as it seemed the unit may have been nearing the end of its life. We decided to enjoy drinks and small bites at the hotel, and again, Ruth provided excellent service. That said, the menu felt limited, and the drinks didn’t quite match their price point in terms of quality. The most disruptive part of our stay was the fire alarm testing between 10 AM and noon. Being awakened by a blaring alarm was extremely unpleasant, especially without prior notice. Additionally, our room lacked an ironing board, which made it difficult to prepare for work. Having an iron without a board was an unexpected inconvenience. While the staff truly shined, I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest experiences. Cream and sugar,in the lobby, but no coffee. Informed, you have to buy coffee somewhere else in the hotel, and then bring it back to the lobby to add the cream and sugar. Sort of missing the mark in terms of basic hotel hospitality.

The state was nice. I chose a room that was kind of looking at the roof so that was a bit different but not necessarily bad. My only issue was that I had to switch rooms because of the air not working and I had to kinda do a bit of a runaround for a ironing board, but that wasn’t even the worst because the customer service at the front desk was exceptional. The only thing that was a little challenging was the $45 for parking that was a lot but other than that, no complaints.

I consider myself a hotel connoisseur of a sort. I couldn’t wrap my head around why the hotel room wasn’t more expensive? It’s a breath of fresh air to have a hotel room at a reasonable price that’s modern clean and staff is friendly. The bar area is the icing on the cake, it extends out to the most comfortable lounging area I’ve seen in this area ever. Keep up the good work.

First and foremost I would have to say I wanted to gatekeep this location but I have to share with the people if you are looking to go to DC but not stay in DC this hotel is prefect for you when I say 10 out 10 the rooms are spacious parking is only 45$ a night and the beds were too comfortable they have a cafe and spanish inspired resturant on site the location for my trip was A1 its so close all the DC attractions like The DC bull pen 15 mins flat and really close to Balian Spa so definately book your stay.

So many issues not sure we’re to start. First our reservation was not held our room was overbooked , had to settle with lesser grade and partial refund was denied. Then the airport shuttle advertised did not mention the working hours , of course both our flight in/out were outside the window so had to pay for uber twice. Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay even when we asked for it. Need to buy water stay away from hotel it’s 7$ a piece

The hotel was very nice; pleasant staff and check in/out was simple.

My sister and I were in town for a Celebration of Life Service. We were able to check-in early due to the services was at 11:00am. The staff was very sympathetic. Upon returning from the repass we had an amazing gesture some fruits, ballon’s and a sympathy card signed by the staff. This made our day. The over all experience was great and will be visiting this location again. Thank you to the entire staff.

The hotel itself served our need when we had a weather-related flight cancellation. We had a hard time with the shuttle from the airport. It runs on a long cycle and was full the first time it passed our terminal, leaving us waiting even longer to get to the hotel. The next driver allowed standing passengers. We made sure to allow plenty of time in the morning to return to the airport.
