    Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby bar was nice. Bartender Bill was very friendly and accommodating. Outside patio area was very relaxing and was fun to sit there with a drink and enjoy it at the end of a long day.

    A neat and clean facility to stay for the night. The hotel is a very short walkable distance to Crystal City metro station, if you want to go to DC. There are some good restaurants nearby on an adjacent street. Being on the main road, the facility did feel secure.

    Friendly staff, clean room and property. Location and airport pickup/drop were also very convenient. Room was a little stale and I couldn’t open the windows for ventilation. But otherwise excellent accommodation.

    I was informed that breakfast was included daily, then on our first morning I found out it’s not. The pice for anything food or drink wise is disgustingly overpriced. The cleaning staff doesn’t speak English, so the language barrier was a problem.

    Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and attentive UNTIL I reached out with a problem. They never responded. I was texted by management twice asking me how my stay was going and if i need anything to let Najoua know. Well, i let Najoua know and Najoua never got back with me. The issue was never solved and i was VERY unhappy about maintenance coming in my room to work on my bathroom vent without me knowing about it first. I never asked anyine to come work on my bathroom. While i was gone all day they came in and never told me. I knew because the duct tape was gone and the vent fan was running in the bathroom. That was unprofessional and an invasion of my privacy. In addition i could not find a switch to turn the vent fan off. No one responded to my message. I had to put up with that sound until i left. I wont be coming back.

    Staff rude from the moment I came in hotel he was just not helpful talk over you wouldn’t let you complete you own sentence before he speaks over you made other guests upset I will never stay here again not even worth it tube had a rust spot in the middle of it water pressure terrible and over wouldn’t go back in my opinion

    Breakfast was $28 a person. Parking $48 a night. Elevator goes to the 8th floor but the room I rent is on the 9th floor. This includes a flight of stairs carrying my own luggage and my wife luggage because they don't have anyone to help you with your luggage. The night staff lady was not in the best mood and showed disinterest in anything I discussed. Finally later I was moved to a room on the second floor did not have to walk up the stairs unless I wanted to go to the garage then I had to walk down a flight of stairs and coming back to the hotel I walked up a flight of stairs I am 80 my wife is 90 this sucks.

    The room was fine, it was just very basic and the air felt a little stuffy despite turning the AC on. We were only there for a short overnight prior to a flight out of Reagan so it didn’t bother us too much. I liked that there was an airport shuttle and it’s a very short 5 minute trip from the hotel to the airport.

    I got there at 10:30 pm and they did not have a room for me. They did see my reservation but did not have a room because they were overbooked. They did book and transport me to another hotel in a different city. New hotel did not have an airport shuttle and I had to pay for an Uber the next morning. My visit with my daughter could not happen because I was in a different city and was too far from her apartment. Very, very disappointing

    When you first enter the parking garage, the aesthetic can best be described as “urban survival documentary.” If you know, you know. Not exactly the welcoming vibe you expect after paying hotel prices. The room itself? Basic. Clean, yes. Spectacular? Absolutely not. It gave “we tried” energy. The lobby, however, is nicely set up — which is adorable considering you won’t actually be sleeping much to enjoy the rest of the stay. If you’re someone who enjoys the soothing sounds of jackhammers in the middle of the night, this is your paradise. The noise level is unreal. And the beds? Imagine sleeping directly on determination and concrete. Firm doesn’t even begin to cover it. Don’t bother asking for extra pillows — housekeeping clocks out like Cinderella and apparently takes all comfort with them. To be fair, if you’re staying one night, you’ll survive. But anything longer than that? I wouldn’t suggest it unless sleep, accessibility, and basic comfort are low on your priority list.

    Wonderful hotel and staff. Very pleasant lobby and dining area. On site snacks available. On site bar and food, did not have opportunity to see what was available but plenty of people there morning/night. Parking deck is connected with separate building access. Our room was Large 2 queen/double suite with separate sitting area with sofa. Room was very spacious and clean. No noise issues on the 2nd floor. Great stay, great rate.

    The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, shuttle drivers were outstanding! Kind, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was awesome! Food was off the chain! The cooks and waitress were kind, polite. We had a waitress named Bethlehem and she was extraordinary! Great customer service she gave us with a smile each time. Bethlehem is one of a kind, we didn’t expect that over and beyond service she gave to us. I thank the Lord for her because they way she made us feel made us feel like we were welcomed and at home.

    Hotel was decently priced and close to all downtown DC attractions (10-15 minutes). Hotel was a bit outdated - the paint in the tub was rusted out which was the main disappointment of the room.     I booked the hotel because it was close to a different hotel where I was attending a conference. Front desk lady was great checking us in! The downside was the heater in the room. Thermostat on the wall was basically not working according to what I was setting. It was blowing hot air even turned off and at 74 degrees it was blowing cold air. I had a soar throat from day one of staying there. My throat burned because of the dry air.

    The elevator was dirty . The next morning it was still dirty. The manager was rude . She said I had to be 21 older to get a hotel but when I booked it online they seen my age which was weird . Than food delivery can’t come upstairs. You have to go all the way down to go get your food which is crazy . No free breakfast. I’m give it 6/10 they could do better . And there no free parking at all. Which is also outrageous. You have to pay 75$ deposit each day you stay

    During my stay at this hotel, I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. When I asked a few simple questions, the receptionist was unprofessional and rude, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is a key part of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately this was lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue to improve future guests’ experiences.

Beds are super comfy. Convenient shuttle to and from airport. My advice eat somewhere else than the hotel. Breakfast is not included in the price and it’s rather pricey I thought. Give it a solid B+

    The staff was helpful. Room was not ready for early checkin but was able to drop off our luggage then we went out for lunch and some exploring. Room worked well. The shuttle to and from National Airport was outstanding, driver was very couteous and helpful. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. And, the walk to the Crystal City Metro stop was very close. We would definitely stay here again.

    The room was clean and well equipped, with both a microwave and refrigerator. The shower was spacious, the water pressure was strong, and the little touches, like adequate shelf space for toiletries and the little footrest, made for an enhanced experience I sometimes can't even find at four-star hotels. It was comfortable to work from my room, and the shuttle to the airport was a welcome amenity. Highly recommend!

    The room was nice enough and the staff friendly but the positivity stops there. Prices in the bar/restaurant were WAY overpriced! You can walk a block or two to a couple of dozen better restaurants for less. $50 a day for parking is insane, especially given the fact that anyone can walk into the garage and leave with your car as you do not need a room key to exit. And then there is the nonstop smell of marijuana. While it is legal in Virginia, it is NOT legal to smoke in public and certainly NOT legal to smoke in a hotel.

    Front desk service at the time off my arrival was poor, Najoua was the receptionist at the time. Guest needs to feel welcome when they trust to stay at a facility because guest have many other options. During the night, I kept on hearing a constant knocking whenever outside gets windy, the sound of a galvanize material hitting on something. Also, it would have been great to welcome each guest with atleast one bottle of drinking water or place a bottle in their room. Finally, the shuttle bus was smelling like cigarette.

    Disclose that on-site parking is a costly extra ($48/night), breakfast is not included. Improve breakfast food offerings and cleanliness of food preparation. If there is a noise complaint from a guest, do not disclose to the rowdy noisemakers which guest made the complaint! Fix the broken elevator near the parking garage.

    I had to call front desk twice regarding the noise on the fourth floor. My room was next to unsupervised kids that were loud past 11:30pm. Nothing was done, my husband had to step out and handle it! Overall the room was clean and the hotel itself was clean. And the ladies that helped us check out were amazing. This is the only reason I am giving two stars. I don’t think I will be staying at this location again

    My stay was disappointing due to misinformation and rude staff. The listing mentioned self-parking but didn’t note it wasn’t free. Coffee was said to be available at 6 AM, but staff said 7 AM. I was told I’d earn loyalty points, but they only apply to direct bookings. Breakfast details weren’t clear, and a staff member claiming to be the food manager spoke to me rudely in front of my family. Overall, we felt disrespected and unwelcome.

    They didn't provide coffee or water after the breakfast was over. Then they charged $3.00 for the water. The tv would freeze for 5-10 minutes and come back and then sometimes you would have to turn the tv off and back on. By then your program was almost over. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was fine.

    Clean room but looking tired. Trash bag was laying across trash bin, not inside it. Only 2 tissues in Kleenex box. Replied to service staff about needing a new box but never received it. Room was not serviced the three days we were there. It is very convenient to the MCM shuttle though. Bagels and toast would have. Even nice to be provided race morning as other hotels in the vicinity did.

    I stayed in an accessible room with 1 queen bed and the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and supportive. My only complaint is that the "accessible" room did not have an ADA compliant toilet, but there were plenty of grab bars around the toilet and in the shower so this was not a major problem, but I recommended to the staff that they install an ADA toilet. I was impressed by the abundance of easily-accessible power outlets and USB charging points. WiFi was excellent. The room had a microwave, a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker, and they were all spotlessly clean. This hotel is only 3 short blocks from a Metro stop, and 1 stop away from the airport, which was very convenient.

    Some staff was great in the restaurant. But when we got there to check-in there was only one lady on desk who didn’t want to get off the phone with her friend while we stood there for 15 minutes no joke :/ Us and the guest around us were all taken back. I get it if no one is there and you’re bored, but she had so many customers in front of her and obviously did not want to do her job that night.

    I understand the commitment to being green. However if a guest requests multiple times to have the room serviced, it should be done. Having a clean room everyday was one of the main reasons I chose to stay at a hotel instead of an Airbnb. Staff was entirely unhelpful. WiFi was terrible, it didn’t work the entire time. With this experience I’ll never be returning to Hilton for any of my future stays.

    The location was noisy, with airplanes landing and traffic, and I did not sleep well. The AC shut off in the middle of the night and I had to get up and turn it back on. The mattress was not cushy and the sheets were thin and cheap-feeling. The bathtub porcelain lining had worn off in places and was blackened. If I was supposed to get a HHonors welcome gift, there was none. (I don't know if this was a hotel policy, but it was listed among the review prompts.) The airport shuttle was the reason I chose this hotel, and it was excellent. Also, I appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom and the digital clock on the nightstand. I'm groggy from lack of sleep as I write this, so it may sound harsh.

    Staff was excellent and the rooms were spacious and clean. The prices at the store were very high but I expected that. Shuttle bus was great and drivers were fantastic and easy to schedule them.

    Room was next to the elevator and ice machine. Woke up every time someone used either. This is by the airport so people are waking up at 4:00 am and doing this stuff.

    My wife and I had missed our flight back to Orlando that evening. We decided to book a room at the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle van picked us up without issue. We both were in wheelchairs and the driver was very friendly and helpful getting us and our chairs onboard. The short drive to the hotel he told us of several places to eat at that was close. We found a Mexican restaurant around the corner from the hotel and it was fantastic. Our room was very nice and clean. Even being next to the airport you could not hear any airplanes flying by. The hotel shuttles begin service at 4:30am and we were able to check out without any issues and make it over to our flight with plenty of time. Definitely staying here again when we are back in DC.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton garden inn but there are few things that I had a issue with 1st I didn’t really enjoy getting charged a 75 dollar incidental fee for each day you stay at the hotel I would’ve appreciated to know that before checking in also the fact the TVs in the room only have two streaming apps instead of a full arsenal of things on the tv other than that overall good stay

    Well, other than walking out to the parking garage to a full on death investigation it was okay. We went to walk out to our pickup truck on Sunday morning and there was a dead guy laying 10 feet in front of our truck. They were doing a full on investigation while we waited an hour to be able to get our truck out.
