We only stayed overnight as part of a longer driving trip. It was my wife and I, along with our two small dogs. They gave us a room on the first floor, which was great. There was a side door to take our dogs out, but you can't come back in that way, so we had to come back in through the lobby every time. That was a bit annoying. The room was clean and comfortable, with the exception of the pillows. They are very small, which we're not used to. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we were already in for the night, and I didn't feel like calling the front desk to ask for standard pillows. The pillows provided were very uncomfortable. Why does a modern hotel not provide standard pillows? Lastly, our room did not have a shower curtain or a bath mat, so I had to walk down to the front desk in the morning to ask for these things, which is really weird. The overall experience wasn't bad, as the hotel really is nice and clean. It just could have been better with a bit more effort.

Staff was friendly and polite. Hotel areas and room were clean. Breakfast area was kept clean and well attended while guests were using it. Parking lot was clean. Internet didn't work with a VPN so I wasn't able to use it. I don't use public wifi without one, as a precaution, so that kinda sucked. Could do with steam ventilation for bathrooms.

Nice area location. Close to alot of options to dine. Hallways smelled like wet dog, bathroom was very small, and the beds were squeaky.

After we were turned away from our reservation at Best Western for having a cat (and they claim to be pet friendly) we ended up at this place and it was wonderful!! They are truly pet friendly. It was very clean. Staff was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great which is one of the reasons we always stay there when we are in Ashville. The location is good for us also. Staff has always been nice.

Chose this hotel for the pet friendly rooms. Front desk lady was excellent…friendly and helpful. There are two outside pet areas with waste bag disposal. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay again.

The property had an electrical issue which caused the elevators to be out & no lighting in the parking area. We weren’t notified in advance of this issue and my elderly father had a hard time getting to his room due to the elevator outage. The beds were very uncomfortable and feels like the springs are popping out. The pillows were old and bunched up. The overnight stay was less than desirable.

Good stay for the money. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Neighbor came in late and cranked their TV up loud was the only complaint, but the front desk took care of it.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, although they needed more tables and chairs for eating. Breakfast consists of biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, and waffels.

Breakfast service did not keep up with diners. Coffee was cold and ran out.

Easy check in. Staff accommodating for a few delayed arrivals in our party. The one elevator was quite busy. No clear signage to stairs which we would have utilized. OK breakfast. Coffee kind of weak. Very clean staff was on any problems immediately. Good location for dining

Breakfast was hot and varied day to day with different waffle flavors and meat choices. Jacuzzi was clean in room. A bit humid and could use an exhaust fan though!

Check in was seamless, I booked the suite with the jetted tub. Upon entering the room ( 414 ) I noticed that it seemed old / not well maintenanced. The ceiling has water damage, the tub had rust & the sheets & pillows had stains on them as if their washer / dryers were old and didn’t work well. I had to request all new linen & towels but the icing on the cake was the roach I spotted in the bathroom ! I contemplated changing hotels but I already stayed one night & only had one more night to go in which I wasn’t going to be in my hotel most of the time anyway. I moved all my stuff to the room above on the 5th floor ( 515 ). That room was significant cleaner ! I’m not sure why they didn’t put us in a room that was better kept in the first place !

The room was clean. I had everything I needed. The staff members were so nice. Due to icy conditions, I needed to add a night to my stay. The staff members were having trouble doing so. The staff needs a bit more training. The issue was resolved after a phone call to management. I was able to keep the same room. All and all, I would recommend this hotel.

Overall, the stay was good. The breakfast, facilities, and mattresses were all fine. However, the bathtub was clogged, which made showering very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Aside from that issue, everything else was okay.

The room was great! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that the curtains actually kept enough light out to sleep in a little bit. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff was nice. This is a great location for visiting Biltmore as well as the NC Arboretum.

Bed is as hard as a rock. Wouldn't stay here if proximity wasn't as convenient to a job site. Price is a bit much for area and comfort, $10/more a night is much more comfortable at the hilton or Hampton Inn.

Easy in and out. Across from outlets if you wanted, dollar tree down the road, and Chick-fil-A across the street. Rooms seem updated. Super soft pillows. Friendly staff. Slow elevator. Didn't get to use all amenities as only one night for Leanne Morgan show and many birthday parties and sports kids using pool area.

Need new beds. And room was small to be a double room. And the bathroom was super small.

The staff was nice. However, our room had a terrible mildew smell, crumbs on the sofa. Had our room changed. Hall smelled bad. Poor breakfast selection. Pool visibly dirty.

The only thing that was worn or dirty was the hallway carpeting probably because they allow pets. Otherwise the facility was fine.

Very clean property, coffee and water out at all hours. Beautiful room, modern, and Ibloved the handicap shower. One of the better accessible designs.

Unfortunately, the bed was one of the hardest we’ve ever encountered, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. To add to the odd design choices, the bed was positioned directly next to the AC unit, despite ample space elsewhere. This placement made temperature control less effective and added to the overall discomfort. While the hotel had its merits, these issues significantly impacted our experience. Some thoughtful adjustments could make stays far more comfortable for future guests.

This was very convenient to places to eat and the arena in downtown Asheville. Beds were very comfortable and I even love the toiletries supplied by the hotel. Highly recommend it! The only thing I noticed was the hallway carpet was old. That is an easy fix and I keep hoping hotels stop using carpet as they are very hard and time consuming to keep clean.

The staff was kind and wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel is a great value and close to restaurants and shopping. But I really appreciated how accommodating and helpful everyone wants that I talked to there.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok, one morning there was no milk, oj or waffle mix to make waffles but there was sausage, gravy, eggs, etc. The bathroom in the was tiny. The room did have a good sized tv with local channels, the reg cable channels, hbo and showtime. For the most part, our stay was good. The concessions are expensive though.

Walkable to a bunch of stores so its very convenient.

Jacuzzi tub room, jets didn't work. Room seemed dingy. Bed was kind of hard. Nice area and the free breakfast was good. Our room card stopped working after the first day, had to go all the way back downstairs with a baby to get it reset. Person said it happens like 10 times a day. On the last day, the elevator broke. Hauling all our stuff down 3 flights of stairs to check out the next morning was not fun.

Other than the elevator being out of service, which did not concern me at all, the hotel looked fantastic.

It was close to the Biltmore.

The hotel is terrible dirty, very low quality breakfast, rock hard bread, old bread and dirty.

We had to contend with construction, that was not mentioned when booking the reservation.

I have stayed here many times and always been great. This time the water could have been hotter but was still good.

The pool area has not been properly maintained it was empty with dirt, trash, and an amenity that is included with the stay was not impressive. The breakfast menu was very limted with pretty much only one selection and nothing else.

Liked ɓreakfast, big room, convenience. Lack of hot water. We had no hot water in our jetted tub so could not use. Leaky toilet, had to flush toilet sometimes 3x, which we did not report anything until we checked out. Floor didnt look like it had been cleaned. Had some stuff on it. Carpet in hallways need cleaning or replaced. Staff was wonderful

The place was dirty and run down. The hallway and elevator were very dirty. There were signs that there was ice and vending on the floor but there wasn’t except for the1st floor.

Everything was in good shape except the exercise equipment needed repairs, also the TV was glitchy and pixelated on a lot of channels.

Another likeable location, rooms were pleasantly different with floor boards, great towels and excellent bedding.

The hotel looks very nice on the outside and is kept very clean. Our room was spotless.

123, next to the ballrooms, is beyond me. On the Friday night, a family reunion. Alls good because we had no plans the next day so the music and loudness was ok. However, on Saturday night, a 6 piece band started at 5pm and we had a 6:00 am flight on Sunday morning. We called front desk and asked them to close their door, which was right across ours, and they didn’t. My husband went to the front desk and had us moved at 8:30 when we couldn’t sleep or handle the noise right outside our door!

Everything was great. The usual for breakfast; eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I went to check out there was a sign saying the clerk had stepped away. I left the room keys on their mouse pad. Some places have a box to drop the keys in even when the person is there. Maybe they should look into that.

They "ran out of towels" when we needed replacements. The TV screen text was backwards! Only 1 washer and dryer. Only 1 luggage cart ever seen and it was little and was rarely seen. The elevator was raggedy. Would not stay here again

The fitness center was so dirty, no towels or wipes. The floor was foul. The stairwells were also very dirty, yes I know it is a stairwell but dead bugs and either a pill or candy. The woman who I had to ask to open th fitness center offered me her keys to do it. Will not come back

Perfect place to stay if you like the outlets and eating options around there. We ended up walking to the options and enjoyed the area. Other attractions are within a short drive as well.

The rooms should be cleaned more than every three days. We shouldn’t have to hunt down a maid for toilet paper They need body wash in the bathroom. No one uses soap anymore. But we did like the hotel. Just a few areas that need improvement

This hotel does not offer any housekeeping service so had to ask for clean towels and go to desk to pick them up. Satisfactory room & location.
