I travel frequently through Asheville and this is one of my favorite stays.

We were very pleased with our stay. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and loved the location. We liked that it was not in downtown but yet convenient enough to areas of interest.

Very clean from room, to breakfast area, work out and pool area. All staff was excellent from front desk, cleaners to breakfast staff. All pleasant to deal with. Stay here every time we visit. Pool area and hot tub well maintained. No complaints. Great place to stay. Only suggestions would be to have a freezer in the room with mini fridge, a microwave in each room and the faucets in bathroom replaced. Very odd choice of bathroom faucet.

Great place to stay with the kids who absolutely loved the indoor heated pool, hot tub and breakfast. The staff were helpful and kind. All around, a great experience!

The TV actually included TCM (a rarity). Breakfast was poor hotel food. :-( Very limited options. Wish there were more offerings or, even better, a hotel dining room. We opted to go to a normal breakfast restaurant with more options. Would have liked to control room fan. It didn't work through unit or wall thermostat.

Funny you ask about the HOT TUB I will assume you already know it was not HOT but warm like a child's pool that's warm due to pee. Oh, Yea I do not eat BROWN EGGS and really in my years 51 years of cooking I do not know many people that do. DO you like BROWN of in some case blackish omelets?

This Hampton Inn is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Check in was flawless with a friendly & knowledgeable staff. The workout area and pool are very nice. The breakfast was actually very good as well.

This place should be 5+ stars. Manager Jessica Bell went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Hot tub was so relaxing and great atmosphere where the fire pit was. Staff was very friendly too!

My room was very clean and spacious. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. In my opinion. The hot tub could’ve been a little warmer, but I’m used to very hot water. My stay here was absolutely fabulous and I will stay there when I go back to Asheville.

Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was hair, a dry dirty washcloth, and dirty feet prints in the shower. I reported this to the manager who then moved us to the room directly next to the room we were in. It smelled of urine. The manager said they could come in and spray fragrance. The smell was so strong that it even kept me awake at night. I was actually worried if it was sanitary to stay but traveling alone with kids I was afraid to go out at dark and find a new hotel. The pool, fireplace, and breakfast were nice.

Everything was great except for the beds. We had 2 queen beds and both mattresses lacked support on the inside positions. They should be rotated or replaced, room 301.

The breakfast was average for most hotels in the area. The price was very high but I understand for that area it would be. The staff was helpful and friendly and the whole hotel is very clean. We had an iron that was dripping water very badly and when we called the front desk about it they were up at our room with a brand new iron within minutes. Good Job!

Their policy is to clean your room and provide clean towels after 2 nite stay .When we returned to our room after the 2 day stay ,the room had not been cleaned nor did we have any clean towels and the trash was still in the cans .I. reported this to the manager ,Jessica Bell that day and since we are not members of the Hampton points system she stated that she could not credit our bill I would need to go thru Expedia ,as I had reserved this hotel and paid thru Expedia .

This Hampton Inn was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was close to the highway and a few minutes from downtown Asheville and other attractions. We were happy with our stay.

The staff and rooms were excellent and quiet. The only issue is that the sign indicating location of the hotel entrance is at the bottom of a hill and is completely hidden from view by overgrown trees and shrubs from the south. There is no way to see the sign.

If you like dogs, have a dog, and are not allergic to dogs, then this is the hotel for you. Because everyone but us had a dog. Big dogs, small dogs, all sorts of dogs.

I’ve lost my work pager. They have not found it yet from last week Thursday, but they’ve been very nice. They try to check for it. They have not found it yet so trying to reach out to them again to see if they can find it cause I need it.

The overall stay was great…some cleanliness issues with house keeping but it was rectified quickly! Staff were ver pleasant and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Pool is open from 8 am - 10 which doesn’t happen most places and breakfast is from 6-10! Nice workout room, didn’t try it but looked nice! Oh and coffee and tea available all day long!!

5 Stars: This Hampton Inn is beautiful - immaculate and very well maintained inside, including the room, bathroom, pool, hot tub, and dining area. The exterior is beautifully landscaped. Parking was plentiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff were also very good. Very highly recommend this hotel, and we will certainly stay here the next time we are in Asheville.

The pool and hot tub were always clean with towels available. The breakfast was a pluss with hotels pulling away from this it elevates the need to find a breakfast area.

We loved the hot tub and swimming pool. The fire feature with outdoor seeting is very nice in the evenings to unwind. That was very nice. They offered a very good breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shops and places to eat. Will stay there again on our way to Nashville.

We had a great experience

We came to Asheville NC to visit the Biltmore Estate. The hotel was a 15 minute drive away. Our room and the bathroom was spacious and nicely clean. The desk clerk was friendly and directed us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. We soaked in the hot tub just before bedtime and slept like babes. Breakfast was hot with lots of variety.

The property was clean and the pool and hot tub are great! I abhorred the sink in the bathroom- it is set at an angle and water goes everywhere! Not a functional design whatsoever.

We felt welcomed and comfortable from walking in until leaving. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub much of our time. They stayed on top of coffee and hot water (tea and hot chocolate) at all times. Friendly front staff and housekeeping. Our room was very comfortable. Refill water station was a nice perk for us so we didn’t have to run to the store to buy water. Close food options or downtown is less than a 10 min drive.

I booked this room 2 months ago. I was out in a room that had a shower that because it was apparently an ADAroom had a shower that allowed water to cover the bathroom floor when used. I have never had a hotel room like this ever and I have stayed in rooms that were accessible before. To top it off the shower was dirty and had black mold around the drain. I have stayed here before and never had a room like this. I should have been informed on check I about this style of bathroom as it was myself and my daughter staying here. Horrible experience having to mop the floorwith towels after trying to take a shower. Unbelievable that I would get a room like this. The front desk person at checkout blamed it on my using a 3rd party to book this which was you, Hotels.com. Next time I’ll book with someone else. Thanks Hotels.com for ruining our stay here in ASHEVILLE a place that needs visitors right now!

The hotel was clean, considering it was housing some of the displaced residents of Asheville due to Hurricane Helene and some of the workers. This was totally unexpected but we should have known better. The people were nice and cordial considering their situations.

It's hard to get tour buses in and out with our going over curbs with cars parked the way they do unless you put cones out for us so now car's park there?🚍🚍👍

The main reason we stay is the pool. We have 3 young kids and that is the biggest selling point of a hotel. Went to check in and the pool was closed due to damage. I get that can be out of their control, but we were offered no discount or anything to for this issue. Even though they have signs everywhere about how they will do everything to make your stay 100%. The best they could offer was driving down the road to a sister hotel for their pool. Im not having my family of 5 undress, dress, undress, ect numerous times, then having to jump across Tunnel Rd to head back. An inconvenience like this should have been addressed with a discount or something. Instead i was left with 3 young kids so disappointed they didnt get to swim, and that was the only thing they looked forward too. We were in town for work, and this was their highlight of the trip. A hotel that cant care for their guests will not get repeat customers. We will find a new place to stay for our many trips to Asheville.

I did not check in due to Helene. I cancelled the reservation and the Inn refused to refund my money. A terrible experience overall. I will be writing the BBB about what has occurred in the hopes that my experience will not happen to others.

Nowhere in the booking information was this stated. The young man at the desk was pleasant and apologized but we were turned away and ended up driving back home. We are senior citizens who don’t like to drive at night. That is why we like to stay in Asheville when we are going to a play or performance that ends after dark.
