I need a refund. This place was destroyed but flooding. It is not open for business, full of mud. Disaster, so sad.

Lots of TV channels.good wifi.comfy beds.shower great.good location quiet ...trees.... no problem getting clean towels or New key card no charge. Pool.had food and snacks available for purchase. No actual food at breakfast. No yogurt or proteins or fruit. Floor not mopped in room.

Location is fine, I guess you get what you pay for. They should remove the "Breakfast included" from their advertising, there is none to talk about. The smell of Marijuana was overwhelming. Think someone is growing in one of the rooms.

Customer Service was Superb

Very clean safe and quiet. No homeless interaction. Absolutely no bugs. Staff very cool. The only issue is that they are very strict on the checkout time.

Jay (check-in)) and Anthony (check-out) were pleasant and helpful at the reception desk. Although this Super 8 had the typical breakfast fare there was a Waffle House a short walk across the street. The pool was small yet cute. The location was close to area attractions on the Blue Ridge Parkway and a short drive to downtown.

It is a good motel. We will be staying there again. For Asheville, NC, it is priced well. Parking is good. Right off the highway. Close to UNC Asheville.

We chose this hotel based off reviews we found online. Many of the reviews gave 10/10. This is not a 10/10. It was fine for one night stay. But there are many other hotel options in the area. Pick a different one.

The staff were so nice and sweet! The room that I was in has some bugs but the staff sprayed the room and it did helped. The manager was so sweet and he gave me a 20 percent off discount! And he did offered to put me in another room. I was just to tired to move in it. I would come back again just because the staff was very nice and helpful!

The area around it is not the best. I'd recommend extra caution as far as leaving items in your vehicle overnight.

Such a gem in an area where rooms can be very costly. The structure is an order motel but the rooms are updated and big. You have a microwave and a fridge. Big flat screen tv, huge clean room. Does NOT smell like smoke at all. NO smells. Bomb showers. Areas for your dogs. Really happy about this booking. Will be back.

My wife and I booked a non-smoking room for one night. When we first opened the door that night, we could definitely smell cigarette smoke. We didn't smell it on the sheets so we decided we wouldn't complain about it and just get up the next morning and get a shower to get the smell off of us. When we got up the next morning, there was no water to take a shower or brush our teeth let alone flush the toilet. Found out from the front desk that a water main had burst overnight and they wouldn't have water restored until lunchtime which was past our checkout time. When we went to checkout, I asked her would there be at least a partial refund. We were told that since we booked through Expedia, that we would have to take it up with them. What kind of answer is that? Will now take it up with Expedia and see if that helps. Super disappointed. Do not stay here.

It was close to good restaurants and the billy Graham cove which we attended a dinner/ concert event on Thursday evening.

This property is really cute. The room is extremely clean. I love that there's no carpet in the room. I never heard the people in the rooms next to us, it was very quiet. The staff was really nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our go to location when we visit Asheville as it is pet friendly and the guest service here is exceptional. We had a great experience and will be back again in the near future!!

Staff was so friendly. Easy check in and out. Rooms were clean and had what we needed for our two night stay. Nothing fancy but efficient and comfortable. Breakfast was supbar-- only packaged muffins, oatmeal and grits, coffee and juice. But nothing that wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Super 8 Biltmore is a good place to stay. The staff are nice, the maintenance man had to come until the toilet however; automatically state that a discount would be give for the inconvenience, & the atmosphere was peaceful.

They have an electric car charging station in the parking lot and it works well and no charge to use it for guests. The rooms were not as clean as they could be. Floors were rather dirty.

Check in was a breeze. The front office person was very professional.

The customer service was exceptional, and I am very appreciative of that. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, though. I never witnessed any of the housekeepers vacuum or mop the floors. I changed rooms once because of the dirty floors and dirty shower, but even the room I switched to had dirty floors and shower. I literally only saw the housekeepers change the linens, and cleaning rooms requires alot more than that. This hotel is in a good location, though, and dogs stay for free, so that was all a plus for me.

We got to the property very late our room had condensation throughout everything was wet and the room smelled like ammonia. The tub floor was slippery and moldy. The bathroom floor was soft almost like a hole was under the vinyl flooring. The sheets seemed clean on the bed the coffee pot in the room was dirty and had mold in the water reservoir. The a/c in the room only had 1 speed and was horribly loud all night. Thankfully the parking lot was well lit and there were cameras everywhere. The night clerk at the desk was nice checking us in behind the bullet proof glass. But we needed a place to sleep before continuing home so it served its purpose.

This property has been renovated since the last time we stayed about 6 years ago. Not too shabby, for a basic nights stay. Will def stay here again.

Nice area. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is a unique place with very helpful and friendly staff. It has a nice pool that was pretty busy. I loved that we could drive up to our door and not have to haul bags far. We also had a nice selection of places to eat close by.

We had a wonderful stay! 3 days, 3 nights. The room was clean, comfortable and we really appreciated that there was flooring rather than carpet. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. The location was perfect and felt like we were tucked away and secluded. We would definitely stay here again when back in Asheville!

Room was great! We did book a king room and then when we checked in and got to our room, someone’s stuff was already in there. We went back to the front desk and was told that there were no additional king rooms available and was given a room with two doubles. The room was clean and smelled nice. It was probably the nicest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The dog park was also very clean and a nice amenity for our fur baby. Over all, very impressed with what we got for the price and it’s close to downtown and a lot of restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly even after our stay when they called to let us know we left an item behind. Check in was easy, room was updated and clean and location was convenient to where we wanted to be in downtown Asheville.

This is typical Super 8 and is an adequate stop for a night or two. I missed it on our first pass-by, turned around and found it. Look close. The reception was super nice and when I needed a printer for business purposes, it was conveniently available. Once you find it, there's easy access to the Interstate. Several restaurants close by. If passing by again, I'll consider staying here again.

This old motel need a tear down and rebuild. Room was as clean as possible but it’s old and worn out.

It's very quaint 🙂 The man who checked us in was very nice and informative. Big plus was no charge for our little 9lb toy poodle.🐶
