the location of the hotel was perfect for our venue. the Bed was so comfortable. staff was nice. The restaurant was so good. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby alaways smelled nice. The hotel was super clean. The water pressure was pathetic!!!!!!! Our fist room the door did not lock and it took multiple attempts to get someone to come check on it. Asking for another room was like asking someone to cut their fingers off.

Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Room was very well appointed, clean and very quiet; the only thing I heard was low level traffic noise that was not intrusive. The location is excellent: directly across the street from the Fox Theater and an easy 2 minute walk to the North Avenue MARTA station. The staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfasts at the Bistro were very good. Didn't use the parking so no comment there. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location, clean rooms. Poor view from our room, and the bed was completely worn out. Don’t stay in a double queen room be use according to the front desk staff they all have the same roof and side of building view with no sunlight. Felt like we were in a prison cell. $45 per night to park which comparatively was cheap for midtown.

Everything about this place was STELLAR! First off as soon as we checked in staff were very friendly and inviting. The room (although it was a handicapped-service room) it was well appointed. Linen was great hot shower and the bathroom lighting best for makeup application. I will say the parking deck was bit challenging but once you get hang of driving in circle for few minutes. I was impressed by the staff checking in and out. The hotel is the closest to the Fox. We initially booked Courtyard Downtown but 24 hours prior to travel we found out it was Courtyard Midtown is where we should book. Well I jumped on Expedia app and chatted with Rhea who helped me cancel and I booked correctly. Both Courtyard Marriott Midtown and Expedia exceeded my expectations full stop!

I booked with Expedia as I usually do. We'll this time was a disaster. The hotel itself was nice and that's about it.. I checked my card for something and saw that I had 3 different charges for my one night stay. I asked the clerk and she couldn't help. I called the hr 3 times and still no help. So I reached out to Expedia and they hung up on me...so at this point I am confused and madd! Make it make since!!!!!!!

I got charged for a stay that was supposed to be canceled by hotels.com.please reverse the charges. I never checked in or stayed. I booked another hotel and was told that hotels.com would handle the cancelation of the marriott. This did not happen.

I really loved this hotel! They let me check in early (9 am!) and the room was so quiet. I slept so well. I would absolutely book this again. Loved how close it was to the MARTA train, too.

Love this place! Fox night 8 times per year, always get a great view of Fox and PT. Rooms are great, plenty of room, great staff, easy parking, check in and check out. Not much on food and drink at hotel but soooo many great choices within walking distance. 5Stars for us!

Staff was very friendly, a girl in the counter even gave me some recommendations as my first time in the city and where to eat. I had coffee and tea as well, with a coffee pot that actually worked. I didn't have hand soap, but I asked for it and in the evening I had it in the bathroom. They don't have a really good breakfast service, so I preferred to go outside instead. The bar is nice, but I saw just one waiter/bartender the times I was there, so it took some time for things to arrive.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was the perfect location for walkable nightlife, situated a block from a transit line to the airport, and walkable to Georgia Tech. My room was spotless, bed was very comfortable and decorated very posh. Staff greeted me every time I came and went. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

The hotel shares the parking with the fox theater and the people that stay at the hotel have nowhere to park which is unacceptable, the room ac/heating unit would not warm the room up it stayed 70 degrees and it is already 30 degrees outside, there is not a microwave in the room, the amenities were underwelling, there were no luggage carrier available, the staff was not helpful, having to pay for parking is crazy as well, the only people that were great was Ashley, the manager that answered my question about the parking, and the cleaning staff and this guy that helped me put my luggage in my car

I was also charged $90 for 2 days of parking, even though the page says parking garage available doesn’t tell you unless you open ALL the tabs that you have to pay per night $47

As usual the room was perfect for my needs. But as I look at future dates it seems that Cortyard is either no longer working with Hotels.com or they are planning much more luxurious amenities since the one night stay is over $700 . June. Won’t be staying here anymore if these prices are sccurate.

I really liked the room even though it was hard to figure out at first. The only complaint I have is that my room was absolutely freezing no matter how high I had the heat. I had to put both duvets together to be warm but that barely worked. Other than that, it was great.

The location of the CY Marriott Midtown is excellent. Close to good restaurants and activities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were instrumental in getting us to our event when Uber stood us up, and Arlene at Starbucks was extremely gracious in the mornings.

As always the room was clean and commodious. I was concerned that the parking garage would be full when I wanted to park, but I was able to find a good space each time I was there. I hope that it will be the same when there is a more popular show at The Fox.

I overall really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager Kaeon was very helpful when we encountered an issue upon check-in. The hotel doesn’t have room service, but there is a restaurant on the first floor. I would give it five stars but our room was halfway cleaned the first day and didn’t get cleaned until after 4 pm the second day. Only one bed was made and the toilet wasn’t cleaned either.

Parking in the parking deck, $45 on top of our already pricier rooms. This felt like a last minute nickel-dime tactic. The room was not stocked for 2 guests despite being a double queen room, no creamer- only one regular coffee pod. The space was clean and linens were nice. Showers were nice. My main lasting disappointment is with the front desk clerk on check in. She seemed irritated with the sight of guests, she was not very pleasant with my question about parking, and the hotels.com site registered my rooms under my name and also my husbands- this is an average mix-up that I do not blame Marriott or hotels for, however I do not like the attitude that I was given when I was asking about the 2 different $50 fees- instead of my $50 fee being on one transaction I was charged two $50 fees as if I had made 2 transactions. My receipt from hotels.com was for 2 rooms under 1 transaction, but again, on arrival these appeared as 2 separate transactions. The clerk working the desk seemed to feel that I was incompetent or that she was without any concern or information to offer me. She was quite dismissive. I would stay again, but want to leave an honest review. This was a family trip that we have been looking forward to and anyone hates for staff to make guests feel like they are an inconvenience. I work in healthcare and am in service to our patients and 46 employees daily, I do understand. I hope she was only having a rough afternoon and this was an isolated event.

The check in was good until my husband went to take a shower and almost fell because they tub was so slippery had to call the front desk twice the sent someone up with a stopper for the tub. We check out the bill was about $365.42 but when I look at my card account they had charged me $365.42 plus $90.00. I called 3 days ago and left a message with the billing department but no one was returned my call

This hotel was everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. The front desk staff was super friendly. Nolan was who helped us and he was amazing. The parking is connected to the property in a safe garage. The rooms were exceptionally clean. No dust, the bathroom was mold free, and the furniture was in mint condition. I can’t say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a west facing window and the view and sunsets were great. I loved the beds were a decent height and not so high. I'm really short, under 5', and I keep a folding step stool in my car for those hotels with extra high beds. I didn't have to use my stool. The outdoor seating in the restaurant was a really nice place to eat, relax, and people watch.

Honestly this hotel is overpriced and inconvenient. I hated how the parking garage and ticketing was setup. The beds were sooooo uncomfortable, my back still hurts. The staff was rude and acted like they didn’t care. We didn’t have a working phone in the room. WiFi was not explained at check in and staff was rude when I had to go to the Lobby to ask then it was cut off at midnight the day of checkout. Honestly we stayed at a cheap Days Inn the night before in Morrrow and had a better bed and more friendly and helpful staff. I do not recommend this place! The only good thing was their restaurant.

I called again to report the issue, but nothing was done after that. So, I ended up spending my entire one-night stay without a working TV, which was especially frustrating as I was hoping to unwind. After returning home, I called the hotel to discuss the issue and hopefully speak with a manager. However, I’ve been bounced around from department to department with no resolution or follow-up. It’s extremely disappointing that no one seems willing to take responsibility or even offer a simple apology.

My card was overcharged by nearly $600 during my stay. I was told no managers were available each day I went to ask the front desk for help. I was given an email to email 2 separate managers and both of the emails bounced. The hotel doesn't know how this happened and has been unhelpful in the resolution. The rooms were just barely cleaned and very small. For as much as you pay for reservations here there is no complimentary anything, not even breakfast. Not worth the headache or the stay.

The only 3 things I hope they change but even if they don’t we will be back. The first thing is that you can hear everything and everyone that is in the hallway but it wasn’t too terrible, 2 if we didn’t push on the door to ensure it was closed all the way it would get stuck so if anyone was walking in the hallway and touched the door or the person next door opened theirs, ours actually shut and it gave us a small heart attack but once we figured it out it was fine, and lastly, the parking. I personally don’t understand why or how it makes sense to pay for the hotel and have to pay for parking daily, it just didn’t sit right with me. But all in all it was a great experience, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating when we asked for late checkout due to flight times. I would honestly give a 10/10 rating because the service was awesome and everyone was super friendly.

The hotel charges a $45 parking fee, while other nearby hotels charge between $18 and $21. As a result, we had to park our car outside, which made our stay at this hotel challenging. Additionally, our room was not ready when we checked in at 5:00 PM, despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM. I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

I booked the two queen room well in advance however when I reached I was told that there was overbooking and no room with two queen beds was available for us. We were given a suite with a king bed and a sofa (it wasn't a pull out sofa as they told us). Though it had more space, my daughter had to sleep on the sofa and she was not too happy about it. The three stars is only for the inconvenience.

Upon arrival there was a long line for check-in. I understand it was later in the evening, but perhaps more than one person should be staffed when there is a huge event in town like a Beyonce concert? This person was obviously overwhelmed because I was assigned TWO different rooms that were already occupied. After a very long and stressful day, this was not how I wanted it to end.

It was a great location and modern hotel. What was lacking was, well everything. The chair in my room had a skid mark on it. I couldn’t believe it. We arrived at 11 p.m. and couldn’t even get a bottle of water. None in the room and none for sale. They had a nice jug of fruit infused water at entrance, but ran out of cups. There were no sheets/comforter/pillows for the sofa bed, no iron, and no service.

Due to a mechanical issue , keys for rooms were not working . We had to be escorted to elevators and rooms the entire stay. A very bad inconvenience. Unacceptable at the price we paid

The key cards were not working. Someone from the front desk had to walk put you on the elevator and take you to your room, with every entrance. The staff was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would recommend after key cards issues are fixed.

We stayed for the weekend to visit Atlanta with our grandchildren. The hotel was nice and clean. Our only complaint was there was water alreadybin the in room coffee pot, that was just icky.

One thing I did not like is the few of the staff was not responsive. The blanket and sheets were missing for the sofa bed and when I asked for it they could have at least brought to the room. I had to collect it in the middle of the night

Excellent place to stay! Loved how close it was to the Fox, the rooms were dark, and cold! The only thing I thought could be better was the hallways - they were a bit stuffy and had “old” smell to them.

Door to room had clearly been broken into. The door frame was damaged so badly that you could see light between the door frame and the wall. Cabinet door for refrigerator was also broken, only intact by one screw. No iron, had to get one from housekeeping who took one from another room. Front desk was notified (very nice) and said they would notify engineering. This is our second time at this hotel, the first time was great. Room 702 needs work…a lot

the beds were extremely soft and so were the pillows. i slept on the floor 2 of the 4 days just so my back would not hurt in the morning. for almost $200/night i would of expected more. very disappointed.

When I checked in, the guy was distracted doing other things. Didn’t explain parking process or cost. Barely spoke with me. Wasn’t welcoming. The guy at the desk the next day was apologetic and very helpful and kind. Room was very clean.

We had a very fine stay in Atlanta, but due to an illness we needed to extend our stay one day. The staff was terrific in accommodating us and allowing us to remain in the same room. This is why we choose to return to The Courtyard for our trips to Atlanta.

I really enjoyed my weekend stay. I drove into Atlanta to attend a church service and to shop for my online boutique. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within a three-block radius. The staff was extremely helpful; I forgot my toothbrush, and they provided one for me. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, and all of the toiletries were useful.

Went to the Fox Theater for a concert and this hotel was literally across the street. Staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Extremely disappointed in having to pay for parking and breakfast. These are 2 things I’ve been offered for FREE at just as nice and MUCH LESS expensive hotels. The room was not nice enough to charge for parking and not include breakfast.

This hotel was great! Can't beat the convenient location for Fox Theater Atlanta (just steps away from the entrance). The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The check in and check out is superb. The room is comfortable and convenient to all amenities of downtown Atlanta. The parking situation for guests is not good. In fact it is horrible especially on weekends when there is an event at The Fox. The owners of the parking garage and the managers of the parking service need to do a better job of considering hotel patrons who have prepaid parking. On weekends when the shows have a matinee and even g performance, hotel guests have about 2.5 hour window to get a car into the garage. I would be delighted to speak with the garage management about a solution.

Very comfortable. Staff friendly & professional. The a la carte for breakfast I wasn't expecting prior to arrival. The food but was expensive but delicious. Thanks for the Starbucks coffee.
