Hallways smelled like somebody burnt food while cooking. Someone on the hallway was telling all night. I know ppl use these rooms for a real house but common courtesy goes a long ways.

The linen was clean. I reserved two rooms. One double for my kids and one queen for me and my husband. Upon the first room in which I my kids would occupy smelled like smoke. We asked to be moved to different rooms, and I stated that I wanted rooms close together, which wasn't close enough for me. But we were moved to different rooms which smelled like smoke or mildew as well. I would not be returning to that hotel again. Wouldn't recommend it as well.

After a long drive, my room wasn't ready. There was a bug on the bed. Not going to book again!

Rude and disrespectful front desk staff “Jaqueen” made my stay miserable and I won’t ever stay in an Extended Stay again after how she behaved.

The staff was also incredibly rude, and though they had promised me a refund multiple times, the next day they conveniently changed their minds. So not only is this hotel disgusting, but its also run by incompetent jerks. A must miss. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else. Even sleeping in your car is better- trust me, that's what I did and I was much more comfortable than in this garbage place.

My experience here was terrible. They gave me a room key to someone else’s room when I walked into what I thought was my room. There was a man pleasuring himself in the most weirdest way possible the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed and especially the room that they supposedly said was mine. The smell coming from that room was disgusting. I can’t even describe what that man was doing to himself.

Parking is great the parking lot is lit and safe. Definitely a lot to do near by. Staff is amazing and understanding as well as prompt with all concerns and ideas. Definitely pleased with this property in more ways than one.

was not greeted pleasantly by the hotel manager. He mumbled under his breath. I did not understand a single word he said, until he made it clear that there was no single beds available. I said that I would pay the difference to get a double bed without letting me know he put me in supposedly the last available single bed on the first floor 123, I opened the door to this room, and the smell immediately filled my nostrils. It was not a pleasing scent! It smelledso bad it was old filthy carpet that was not vacuumed before my stay. My one key cash was taken for this disgusting room, my friend quickly notice that the AC wasnt working this was on one of the few days recently that Atlanta was 80° weather bathroom had two filthy drains There was endless amounts of BEDBUGS the manager laughed admitting to, he refused to change our room/refund stating we ahouldve came an hour ago we didnt sleep due to the bugs and left the early

The beds where very hard and uncomfortable. The facility also had a bug infestation, seen multiple roaches in the bathroom and behind the refrigerator. No extra sheets or blankets where available, The room was fairly clean. This wouldn't be on my list of returning again for the price of the room.

Extremely relaxing and clean....drove in solo all the way from Cleveland OH and comfort was right at the top of the list; this property hit everything on my checklist except for breakfast. It was limited but still satisfactory; I've been to Atlanta quite a few times so I wasn't pressed about hotel breakfast; I knew where to go for good grub. Will definitely stay here again.

Bad customer service

Despite my daughter having official DMV paperwork to replace a stolen purse/ID, the General Manager was inflexible and lacked empathy. We were restricted to only a one-night extension because she lacked a physical ID card. Although Simone was wonderful, the management’s heartless handling of our situation ensures I won’t be returning. Key Improvements

Was only here for a night but the room was clean, the tv was nice, and that crisp A/C helped me sleep through the night. In a nice area and a great value in my opinon! Staff was friendly, there's also a mall and tons of food options around.

The "Breakfast" consisted of bagged muffins, granola bars, and make-your-own oatmeal. No fruit, eggs, bacon, waffle, etc. Don't advertise "Breakfast Included" if this is your definition of Breakfast.

I would like to say that this establishment went above and beyond for me and my family a big high five to Simone and Todd-the manager, for great service and compassion for their guest. If anyone is looking for a hotel that is above any place we have stayed thus far then this extended stay America is the one to see. Once again thank you guys for everything!

Was given first floor because we had 2 kids, but the person they above us was moving g a lot a heavy, had to take my trash to trash room to get towels had to go to Fri t desk.

If they would invest in airing out the hallways and cleaning properly it would be a great location ! The lobby smells great lol!

My room was switched at the last minute, and the air conditioning unit did not work. I reserved the room for two nights, but had to leave after the first not due to uncomfortable circumstances. The staff only compensated me for one day. The staff was defensive when the matter was brought to their attention. Staff should listen and respond professionally.

The stay was amazing! The staff is absolutely SUPERB!! They are friendly, caring and very quick with answers or concerns. I would stay here every time I visit Sandy Springs!! You should come for your amazing stay. Thank you especially to Mrs. Edith and Mrs. Simone!! :)

This place is disgusting!!!! Soon as you walk into the building, it smells like a pack of Marlboro cigarettes... First sign 🛑 to turn around, I was so tired from my ✈️ flight I just wanted to sleep 😴. I should have asked to see the room before checking in. The room was disgusting the carpet was filthy, cigarette burns all over the carpet. Room smell like cigarette ashes and moldy. Some type of fluids all over the bed skirt. The lining on the bed had oil stains on it. The front rep offered me another room. It didn't get better it was worse. I couldn't do it I went to the front counter and asked for a refund. My refund was returned in 3 days.font book this place unless you desperately wanting staph infection.

The property is well kept very clean. I don’t like it do not have much parking no ice machine staff is horrible . Very noisy not to mention the 100.00 deposit that was suppose to be refunded at check out that they do not mention online . Only to find out refund of the deposit will be issued 3 to five days . Staff stated it will be refunded immediately and was not

During my 4-night stay, the kitchen was useful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast provided each morning was a great addition, making the start of my day much easier.

The dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Black mold, stains and hair on the towels and sheets. The heat didn’t work on top of that and emitted a strong burning smell if turned on. I can’t speak for others but this was the worst night I’ve ever had in a motel.

The room was not very clean in the bathroom there was garbage from the previous guesped there were cockroaches and the bed mattress seems to have been in use for 30 years as it leaned towards only one side of the bed.

To make up for all this, Edith and Simone and one more guy (forgot his name) make your stay worthwhile. They attend to you with a smile and are willing to go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Pray you don't get the grumpy guy because you will check out right at check in. Wish they mentioned on the booking site that the breakfast is "to go" option so you book from an informed point. Overall, if the place was overhauled, it is in a good location and neighborhood.

I had an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience at this establishment. The interior is outdated, with old, malfunctioning utilities and a general feeling of neglect. The carpets were filthy and sticky, making the environment feel unhygienic. The switches and electrical outlets appear unsafe and are in dire need of an upgrade. The entire place had a foul smell, which only added to the discomfort. Unfortunately, the condition of this place left me feeling more like I was in a refugee camp or a homeless shelter rather than a welcoming space. This place is in serious need of improvements to ensure safety and cleanliness.

The cleaning staff and front desk staff were very professional and polite. The property is kept clean, though some details could use a little closer attention, such as the sinks and bathtub having mold in the drains/stoppers, but at least the underneath of the beds was clean, which is not done next door. The property is overall fairly quiet, though the noise insulation between floors and around the door could be better, but not as bad as other places I've stayed. I was a bit annoyed being woken at 8AM on a friday by the lawn crew, though. I wish they started a little later, so I could have gotten more rest before my trip home. There is plenty of parking, and it seems that most people don't have cars to park there because there are not many cars in the lot. I was able to park where I could see my car from my window every time. The parking lot is kept clean. The windows are easier to open than next door, and open vertically which is much easier, however only one window had a screen, and the curtains had holes in them that let light through. Overall, my favorite ESA property so far. I just wish they had rooms with a queen and a sleeper sofa so we could stay when we bring the kids.

Siri make me wait for hours. I didn’t even get the room because they say I have to pay hundred dollar deposit I offer $50 I had and I am sick disabled person they didn’t do exceptional. They let me sleep in the car.

Positives: 1. The whole staff was professional and helpful. I get very annoyed at reviews that give poor ratings because the staff “looks different from you.” Just because some cultures are direct doesn’t mean they are “horrible,” or “unprofessional.” I found that the staff from all three shifts (saw three different people) were helpful and willing to assist when I had questions. They hang in the back because they have to monitor the laundry and are multi-tasking, but they come out when you need them. I found Ms. Edith to be particularly helpful. I also noticed her sweeping around the property when other janitorial staff was not available. She gave me a great overview of the facilities, so I knew what to expect, and was very pleasant and accommodating. Improvements: 1. Trash was very full over the weekend and piling up, seems they need more staff to keep this in check with the weekend stays. However, the rest of the time it was cleaned every morning, and housekeeping was there every day working hard. 2. While the staff was not an issue, some of the people checked in is another story. There seemed to be some groups going back and forth at all hours of the night (past 10:00 pm) and while there is laundry onsite, I couldn’t make out why

Having just been on a trip to NYC, I was expecting at least equal conditions for the higher price. The room was big, but not as clean and maintained as expected. .

Common areas look like they need a new paint. All the hotel smells like cigarettes. The room that I was in had holes on the wall and roaches in the pillows. I asked from another room and they didn’t have anything available so I checked out. The only good thing about this place was Edith she helped me get my refund and deposit back. Definitely wont be coming back.

The first room we were given at the property was unclean as the bed was not made at all, no linens in the restroom, and looked as though no one had visited the room. The gentlemen at the front kindly changed our rooms, when we arrived at the second one this was in nearly worse condition. It was as though someone simply made the bed and left. The floors were dirty to the point we had to have shoes on all times till we went to bed, mysterious sticky substance on the desk, and were missing a trash can.

Miss Edith at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. She is very much an asset to your company.

Rooms on the second floor had roaches I thought I was seeing things then behind the bed boom brown house roaches ! Due to travel and time I got a room switch I wanted to switch hotels but I prayed and got a roach free room but I was freezing . Even in carribbean countries the AC don't pump in the hallways it was brick city , some may like it but I caught a sinus infection days later.
