    The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was a little hard however. Breakfast was nice, but challenging during a busy Sunday morning. The surprise expense of parking covered by a third party I did not like. I do not like parking via QR code so now another group will have my information to sell. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and major roads.

    Location close to interstate,Clean, nice size room and the pullout couch was comfortable for my teen daughter her wanted her separate space away from her father and I . Staff very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful! When I return, I will stay here. Breakfast was good. Nothing, everything was awesome aside from paying extra cost for parking per day.

    We had to switch rooms twice because the first was filthy and the sofa bed was broken. The wind room was the wrong size. Breakfast was out of most options. They did not do a military rate upon check in.

    The room was great. Had just the right amount of space to comfortably fit 4 people. The stool in the middle of the room when you walked in seems to have stains on it from something and the door to the bathroom was a sliding door, but it did not have a stopping mechanism on the rail to keep the handle from hitting the inner door frame. There was a visible mark where the door handle hits it over and over. Also if you are not paying attention you could catch your fingers in there and smash them as the door had some weight to it and slid with ease.

    I was kind of nervous after reading the reviews, but I'm glad that we decided to stay at this hotel. It's a nice hotel the staff was friendly and helpful the room was very spacious for my family of six it was very clean. Breakfast was good for my kids. only thing I dislike is you have to pay for parking.

    I liked the room layout and the sofa bed. It would be even better if they had an USB charging outlet. The breakfast was very good, with oatmeal and various toppings, spinach quiche, sausage muffin etc. The area is not very walkable but it is possible to get to the nearest Marta station on foot.

Staff were professional and asked if I am a Bonvoy member so my points could be added for my stay. One of the elevators was broken so it definitely delayed guests going up and down the property. The water pressure in the shower is not the best. The bathroom sink drains slow. My fridge did not keep my items cold.

    Sugar ants were in the room. Not a huge deal, but not great. Ample parking but you have to pay $10 per night using a QR code. I don't mind paying for parking but the QR code was a pain. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Overall, we felt it was a very safe area.

    There was not enough towels for 5 people and when calling down to the front desk I was told that there was housing on each floor, to find ours and ask for additional but we would need to provide towel to recv more towels. Only 2 towels were already in room. Only 1 elevator worked. There were times we had to go up 6 flights of stairs due to wait time to use elevator.

    Very close to a Costco - fantastic breakfast. The woman working to keep the breakfast running was awesome and just SO kind. I wish I caught her name so I could actually compliment her. Really nice. They charge $10 a day for parking and their sign still says your vehicle is at your own risk. So you’re paying extra for the luxury of parking at the hotel itself…you know…like every other hotel includes. They charged $20 upon check in and just said it would be refunded after check out, but it’s been several days and it has not yet been refunded. The pool was closed and one of the two elevators was out of commission which meant everyone, guests and staff alike, had to wait for one elevator unless they wanted to carry their bags up and down flights of stairs. Bathrooms do not lock in the rooms.

    Overall, this hotel did exactly what I needed it to do -- provide a clean and safe environment to sleep. But there were little things that we saw that made us question some things. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were really nice. We had a party of three and it offered a pretty comfortable sleep. Everything was clean when we arrived and fully stocked. The woes I have: Parking is $10 a day. This isn't a luxury hotel with a parking garage or gate to keep my car in so to ensure it was safe...it's just a regular parking lot. Also, they need to fix the elevator. There were two and one was out. The one that was working sounded and felt like it was barely working. Guests, staff and housekeeping were using the one elevator so naturally it took a good 10 minutes before an elevator came. We were on a higher floor and opted for the stairs almost every time.

    The pool doesn't open until Memorial day. They should tell people when they book instead of advertising the pool like you can use it. We came for spring break with kids and that is one thing we looked for when booking. The water doesn't get hot it was warm the whole trip. The outlets doesn't work in the room area but works great in the bathroom. The rooms where clean, found a couple of strands of hair in the bathroom and on towels. But the up keep of the room was in good condition. The beds are very hard. But the couch was perfect. Breakfast was good. A good variety, sausage, bacon, quiche, cereal and waffles. Overall it's a good hotel. The staff was great and polite. Just call and ask about pool before booking.

    My main problem with this stay was that the hotel seemed understaffed and ill-equipped to handle guests or problems that may arise. Our pull-out sofa bed was broken, and when we realized this close to midnight, the only solution was to move us to a different room, which meant my family of 6 had to re-pack all of the luggage we had just unpacked and relocate. I asked the night-shift manager if we could just stay put and get a cot, and he said no. I asked him if we could keep our room and just send a couple of our family members to the new room to sleep, rather than packing up and moving everything, and he said no to that as well; bear in mind, both rooms were going to have to be cleaned at this point anyway. Additionally, there was only one working elevator, which made moving up and down multiple floors a nightmare during the busy times of the day. The hotel only had one employee working continental breakfast, and so everything offered ran out long before breakfast was supposed to end.

    This is my second stay at this hotel and idk if it was because there were more people there this trip but the the water didn’t get nearly as hot as it did back in December! Also I would prefer to not stay right outside the elevator simply because it was so much going on! Other than that the staff is always nice and professional. The rooms are clean! The beds are comfy and your fitness center was nice!

    The bear was the best part of the stay. Everything. The elevators were slow. There was no hot water in room 517. The water pressure was terrible. The set up of the room was confusing and not spacious whatsoever. The breakfast was messy and food was everywhere. Nothing was clean.

    Very clean , easy check in . I was able to check in early Room location was Very, Noisy. In the middle of the night can hear knocking all through the night as if someone was trying to break in . Asked about it the next day, staff say they could not disclosed but had an incident. This made me uncomfortable even though we stayed for one night.

    You could hear almost every door on the floor slam close all day and night. The couch inside of the room was not clean at all. There were dried up stains all over the carpet inside my room. The towels on the counter inside of the bathroom were dirty upon arrival to the hotel. Staff did not clean my room on the second day of my stay. There is only two elevators in the hotel and one was out of service. It took 15 minutes for the elevator to get to the 3rd floor. I will not be returning.

    I’m simply impressed. Wonderful hotel. I was blown away by the modern nature of my room. I enjoyed my walk in shower and the ambient lighting in the bathroom. I have stayed in a Springhill suites before, but this has made me want to always stay in one. Very clean. Very modern. Very nice breakfast.

    Our toilet clogged at about 10:30 one night and we went to the front desk to get a plunger to take care of it and they said they didn't even know where one was so our only toilet was out of service all night until the next day when maintenance came in around 11:00. Unacceptable if you ask me

    We had a great stay at this hotel. Great staff, super clean, breakfast every day was really good. The workout area was nice. The only few issues (which were very minor) were the slow elevators, and I had to keep asking for bath towels because we have 6 in our family and only 3 towels were provided each day. We would stay there again. Huge plus was Costco right next to the hotel.

    This hotel has the best breakfast! It is so yummy with something for everyone. The hotel also smells amazing! We used the gym while we were there & it was amazing! They even had headphones to use! Great hotel! Everyone that works there is so kind & helpful also!!

    I did not like having a broken TV for my entire stay. Maintenance looked at the TV on day 1 but I was told it could not be fixed. I also did not like having maid service even after requesting for my trash to be emptied. We had to request towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, tissue on day 3 due to lack of maid service.

    We got there and it was packed, but the front desk attendant welcomed everyone that came in with a smile and took care of all of us with patience and care. The service/kitchen staff were great. Very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was 4 of us, my husband and my two boys. We had a king bed and a pull out couch. They were comfortable. The pool was clean even though we couldn’t use it, still too cold. I traveled with my service animal, they were super nice to her and respectful. I would stay here again. We were down for the Braves game. Great restaurants around and the mall super close. Thank you for making our short trip a pleasurable one.

    Nice clean hotel with a decent breakfast. It took 15 minutes to get hot water but finally did work. Also the TV was barely audible even at the highest volume setting. The other issue was noise. The doors closing are extremely loud and will wake you from a dead sleep.

    Housekeeping never came to clean my room, during my entire stay. I couldn’t get clean towels because the front desk stated they had no clean towels in the entire hotel and had to “check rooms” to find clean ones. Parking is paid, which is ridiculous for the price paid and the lack of housekeeping and amenity services.

    Because I booked to a third party, your hotel would not allow me to change from 1 king to 2 queen beds. I had just booked the rest of my family at Home2 by Hilton, down the street and they gave me no hazzle but changed with a smile on their faces and no additional charges. I booked through a 3rd party also for the 3 rooms at Home2. Your manager and the clerk started to lecture me about why they could not do it. I don't want a lecture when I come to a hotel. It is either yes or no and give me the key since I had already paid.

    Heads up that parking is NOT included in the price of your stay. Clean room and spacious bathroom but the walls are very thin so be aware that you will hear everything going on around you. The doors are really heavy so it echos throughout the halls everytime someone opens and closes them. Only one elevator was working at the time so we took the stairs.

    Honestly I’ve experienced far better at Marriott Hotels. The breakfast was limited the chafing dishes were empty half hour before closing time every day. They also placed us in a disabled room when we paid for a regular room and blamed us for choosing the wrong room.

    This hotel was extremely clean and in a great area. Those that I spoke to at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The room I stayed in was exceptional but the only con was that it was on the first floor by the exit which kept me up throughout the night. If it wasn’t for that, I would definitely the stay 5 stars

    After I checked into the hotel, i discovered my room had no air. no heater, no AC. I contacted management and i was told nothing can be done until morning. With two toddlers and a freezing temperature, i had no choice but to relocate my family to a different hotel and demand for a refund. I had a terrible experience.

    Overall the stay was good just a few concerns. The breakfast was amazing and free! There were some concerns about the elevator. Only one worked and the other took forever. At one point it wouldnt open on our floor and we had to go back down and all the way back up. Also, our room was out of soap in the shower on the first night so we used the bar soap. We requested soap and it took the next day to get it to us.

    Its located in very clise proximity to shopping malls. The location was nice due to it being located in what seemed like a business sector. Also, they serve breakfast, which i mussed but I did have coffee from the lobby.

    The room was very dirty. Bed was not made. Towels had hair and marks from dirty hands being wiped on them. Bathroom was very dirty and not cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock and moved anytime you rolled over. The incidental fee was $250 which was not expected and ridiculous. Great value for the area but you pay for what you get clearly.

    My family of 4 adults, 1 child, had to make an unexpected emergency trip to the Atlanta area for a funeral. We needed a single room for everyone, and this more than met our needs. Hotel staff was super friendly. Facility looks fairly new, and is in a nice area. Only complaint would be that the configuration of the room put the bathroom directly in the middle of the room, and it did not have a lockable door. Minor inconvenience, but might be useful information for another family considering the same scenario we faced.

    Hotel staff was friendly and approachable. Perfect location for our visits purpose but it was a plus to have the mall and restaurants within a short drive. Train station was few blocks a way we used to get to downtown ATL.... only a stones through pun intended to Stone Mountain Park... had a great time there.

    You have to pay for parking. Parking lot is dark. Hotel room was dark but it was somewhat clean. Tape was left on the bathroom ceiling when someone thought they were taping up the smoke detector. House keeping didn’t see. Looked nasty. I would not stay here again

    The front desk personnel were barely polite and not helpful at all with check in. It is not acceptable, too, for guests to not be told until they arrive at the property that there will be a mandatory parking fee to be paid to another vendor. Never have I encountered this situation, and I have stayed in multiple other Atlanta area hotels. I will not be returning to this location, although I normally prefer Springhill Suites.

    The property is very nice. Convenient and easy parking. The breakfast was great. The pillows and room itself were comfortable and had everything needed. My into it complaint was the noise. It was near interstate/highway and very loud all nite long near the window. It was also very loud in the hallway and above us. So we did not get very much peaceful rest all nite. Made for a very long drive home. Other than that- I would definitely consider staying again. I will just take a fan or noise machine to be prepared.
