When I come to Atlanta I've always stayed at the Fairfield I preferred Marriott brand hotels, the paid parking is so expensive for me and then the incidental charges were a surprise charges which made the stay okay. All charges should be up front at the time of bookig

Holes in drywall peeling in bathroom, very slow elevators, toilets flush very inefficiently, and staff clearly seem to have numerous family members congregating and utilizing the dining area in the mornings to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as well

Staff was very very nice and helpful. Beds could have been better and breakfast was not great compared to other hotel breakfasts we’ve had in the past. Do wish there could have been a pool but that was on me for not noticing there wasn’t one when booking.

Nice hotel, its old and you can tell many renovations have taken place to bring it up to speed. Would be nice to have a outside area to sit as the lobby is the only gathering place. Other than that its OK not bad.

The one thing I can say positive about this stay was that the breakfast and Serena the breakfast person was the best part of it. The shuttle drivers also did a very good job.

We arrived after 12:00 p.m. and was surprised that a packaged ham and cheese sandwich, bag of chips and two waters cost over $17. Also, even though we had reserved and paid for a king bed room we instead received a room with two beds. When I asked why I was told that no king rooms were available. The free streaming on the tv was a plus

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the extra blanket that was in the closet, one of us gets cold very easily. The breakfast was the best we’ve seen in a hotel. It was quite extensive and the quality of food was excellent. There were many choices and it was very good.

Got up too early for breakfast. Shuttle was on time and dtiver courteous.

My bathroom had tore shower curtains and one lady at the front desk who worked the evening shift was very unfriendly.

Was happy with the stay and the breakfast was delicious! Staff i didn't have a reason to interact with but housekeeping was polite and helpful.

The location is convenient being close to Atlanta Airport and it operates a free shuttle service every 30mins. There is a well equipped gym and a full buffet breakfast. The staff are very friendly and supportive always welcoming. The mini store was limited in good hot food and charges daily for parking.

Clean room. Safe and convenient distance to airport. Loved the smell as soon as I walked in. Aroma was relaxing and enjoyed a good nights sleep. Only negative was there was no body wash in the bottles.

Airport shuttle was not at the stop. I waited 10 minutes or so. I called the hotel front desk 3 separate times and got no answer. One of the other hotel shuttles took me to this hotel as it was 2 am and I had no idea what else to do.

Front Desk staff talking on a call loses Customer Focus. Restaurant you promote have needs help. Wheels Up sounds right as if belly up, because I not see it taking offf. Quality of food is missing and all else is as if from a high school cafeteria with high priced canned beers. If Customers going to be stranded with no other place to go, see Country Inn North for lobby ideas. Appearance is definitely in need of improvement.

The shuttle pickup from the airport took over one hour from the time we called the hotel at 9:30 pm. We waited in extremely cold weather. The shuttle driver was very unfriendly and drove at reckless high speed to the hotel.

Did not get to bed until 1 am and had to get up early for flight.

The room was clean. They gave us a handicap room for wheelchairs which we didn’t request, so the shower was a bit slippery if you’re standing in it. Also we were on the first floor next to the parking lot so it was hard to keep the light out of the room at night even with the curtains closed. We will stay there again, but request a room in an upper floor.

Easy chek-in checkout, comfortable rooms and good spread for breakfast. The only complaint is that they charge too much for parking onsite for the customers who have already paid premium price to stay in the room.

The staff was very nice. It was quite, long and public areas were clean as well as the shuttle service. Rooms smelled of smoke . Not their fault but someone was clearly smoking illegal in the room next to me or something.

The stay itself was great, but the front desk interaction was not professional. While checking us in, the employee carried on a side conversation with another staff member and made negative comments about another customer. It was uncomfortable and not appropriate during check-in.

The lady when I checked in and out was outstanding and very accommodating. I loved how the parking lot was accessible by the room key. The room was very clean. Even though I didn’t use the shuttle, it was available. I didn’t like that there was no exterior door to access the hotel from the side where I was staying.

Having a consistent and dependable shuttle was a plus. The clean smell in hall ways was a nice touch. In the room the heater smell was a little too strong but pleasant not dirty or musty smelling. Bathtub needs stains removed or replaced. The unexpected pleasure was the breakfast assortment! so much variety of fresh and just cooked foods. My personal favorite was the crustless quiche. Thank you for providing a relaxing environment for new comers to the area.

Near Convention Center, food nearby. Easy check in. Secure parking. Clean. Breakfast was good. Toilet needed repair, curtains wouldn't close allowing a spotlight to shine into our room. Going down early, 4:30 AM to lobby for a quiet place to study, music was very loud and TV was loud. I asked for it to be turned down or allow me to sit in the board room, but was told it was the ambiance, turned down slightly, couldn't use the board room. I suggest some soft and quiet music in lobby. Not like there were a lot of people in the lobby at 4:30 AM!

We could park our car at the motel. The room was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time. When we returned from our trip we waited for the shuttle back to the motel where our car was parked for over an hour in chilly conditions. Despite two calls to the motel saying that the shuttle was on schedule and should arrive at any moment, it did not come. A shuttle from another motel, after noticing that we had been waiting for some time, offered to take us to Fairfield. When we arrived via the other shuttle, the Fairfield shuttle was in front of the motel.

Once we landed, I called the hotel to ask if a shuttle was still on its way to the airport (it was almost 1am at this point) and I was told in no uncertain terms that there were no rooms and if I came on the shuttle, I would be turned away. She did not care that I had a reservation, told me they had not taken any money (though Hotels.com certainly had) and that "you don't get a room until you actually show up". I replied that's why you charge the customer in advance, as most hotels do! Unbelievable and certainly will not give them or any Fairfield Inn business if I can help it.

Hotel was great, but getting there was a real chore.

The room was in good condition but different to what I had booked on line. It was missing a bed in the suite and there was nothing else available apparently. The 2 desk attendents did not realy care. The site stated all fee and taxes included but an other 20.00$ conciergerie fee was mandatory before getting the room key. Not nice.

The Place was fine EXCEPT the tub did not drain so I was standing in 2 inches of dirty water at the end of my shower. Not what I wanted when it was late and I was tired. I reported it to the front desk that night and the next morning. I did not want anyone to fix it while I was there (I arrived late and left early) but I did expect the front desk to be more apologetic. There response was like it happened everyday. Uncool

The rooms were clean and the amenities were fine. The carpet made it difficult to roll our suitcases on. My shoulders now ache.

The staff that service our room Mae sure we had clean towels and they were very pleasant. The breakfast looked inviting, although I only had coffee ( had my own breakfast), which was good. The staff was pleasant and answered questions appropriately.

The $18 daily parking charge was deeply hidden in the information section of the agreement. It must be included in the total final charges if your website is truthful and not misleading

More importantly, there was a safety concern in the bathroom. The grab bar in the shower was installed vertically. My husband slipped while trying to hold it with wet hands and fell. Thankfully, he wasn’t seriously injured, but it could have been worse. We suggested at checkout that the hotel consider installing horizontal or angled grab bars for better grip and safety. However, the front desk staff simply said it wasn’t their responsibility and didn’t offer to pass the message to management. There was also no concern shown for my husband’s fall, which was disappointing. We weren’t asking for anything — just hoping our feedback could help prevent similar accidents. I sincerely hope the hotel takes guest safety and feedback more seriously in the future.

The front desk person was very unprofessional, poorly dressed (not wearing a bra & not good). She was rude and seemed put out and she had to work. It was very late so we were tired. The room was NOT, but as I stated it was very late and we had an early flight or we would have tried to find a cleaner and more inviting place to stay. Definitely will not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed.

Few weeks ago I stayed at another Marriott and the $$ was refunded to my debit card two days after my check out. I hate having to chase this.

The property charges $18 for parking which is a hidden fee. Additionally, the property is old. It has an old floor unit for an air conditioner a remote control that really doesn’t work well and the halls smell funny.

I really loved this Hotel... I was so comfortable and felt at ease and was able to sleep.. that's hard for me when traveling.. The only thing was the bathroom .. It's time for a upgrade.. The discoloration of the tub and the air vent was full and I mean full of dust and mold... it triggered my asthma but it was ok.. But other than that I will definitely book here again

However, the hotel itself appears to be aging and would greatly benefit from some renovations. I was also quite surprised to find that there is no restaurant on the premises.

This place had roaches and stains on the carpet and sheets. Other bugs in the room. Place is old and not clean well kept water stains on the ceiling and paint peeling on walls and bath tub. Shower was leaking and maintaining said that is just a general problem they have that couldn’t be fixed.Even staff did not want to be bothered with checking us out and told me to leave the keys on the counter and just go.

I had to clean the coffee pot in the room before I could make coffee. Somebody left a teabag inside and it was a mess.

I had a dirty room when I first arrived that also had ants crawling on the dresser. After driving 6 hours I expected more from this hotel. I was then accommodated with a better room but, due to the initial shock from the first room I was ready to get out of there!

The property was near the airport which made it easy to drop off my rental car and make it to the airport on time!

Staff was not friendly, she faucet would not allow me to run a bath, it was stuck on only shower and the entire plumbing work for the shower tub was loose in the wall and not attached. The refrigerator was barely cold enough to keep things from spoiling.

I liked almost everything about the property except having to pay $18 per day for parking in the hotel parking lot. This makes no sense. If I’m already paying for my room at the hotel, and the parking lot in right outside on the same grounds as the hotel, then why would they make pay for parking? Ripping off the customers again. Greed. Someone needs to look into this issue and put a stop to it immediately.

Pleasant staff and easy location. Room was clean. Not many walkable options for dining. Overall we felt safe and comfortable.

The room was descent in size and clean. The shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious. The tv was pretty descent in size. The breakfast was above average for a chain hotel. The staff was attentive and helpful. I was very satisfied with this. The only negative I would say is having to pay to park.

Very convenient for us when we travel. Close to airport and we can leave the car in their parking.

It was a nice area

The hotel itself was clean BUT it was obvious the beed had not been changed. Make up on the comforter & evidence wrinkles in the sheets was made by human beings. Thank God I brought Lysol Spray. Give new towels each day or least check to see if needed. Swap them out. Did not happen my 4 day stay. I had to raid the housekeeping cart myself. Just tidy up.

Our stay was great. The cleaning lady was a bit remiss in not doing everything properly , refilling items, emptying trash but otherwise it was good.

Toilet in the room was running constantly and wet from condensation. All else was fine.

Quietness

They first gave a room on 3rd floor but the room was flooded and the carpet were slushy. They switched the room but it was troubling going so many back and forth all international travel bags. Beds were too soft for my back.

The person who checked us in seemed like she would have preferred to be anywhere other than working the front desk. When asked where we might get a bite to eat, she failed to mention the hotel next door. Instead, we took an Uber to a different hotel (and had a nice meal there). No one seemed to be able to explain how to get onto their WiFi system from a Windows laptop. I figured that one out myself, eventually. When I asked to speak to the manager (to report that the airport shuttle area did not include the hotel's name on its list of hotels served, necessitating yet another phone call, which at least was answered this time), I was told there was no manager on duty. Bottom-line, an okay place to stay if you don't have any other alternative. But not up to the typical Fairfield standard.

The area

Great over night stay. The location of the hotel was not far from the airport, hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was satisfying.

In summary, this hotel stay was not a pleasant experience and I plan to never stay there again.

Everything was great except the ice bucket wasn't cleaned up. There were 2 cups in it. There was a new clear bag, so i was able to get ice.

The staff and the property were great. Breakfast had many many choices.

My room was never cleaned during my 3day stay. I left early every day and returned late in the evening daily and no one cleaned the room. The privacy sign was not on the door knob. I would not visit this establishment again.

Hotel was great and friendly. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food. Rooms were clean and staff freindely. The only call out was the cleaning service came into our room twice before chevk out time. They knocked and walked on while we were inside the room. Not cool at all. I would understand if it was after check out time but this was before chack out time.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to the airport. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced, and the shuttle service runs 24/7.
