The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't arrive until 2am due to a late night flight arrival. We called ahead to tell them about our late arrival and front desk staff waited for us. We appreciated how close this hotel was to the airport, especially considering our late night flight. Due to not getting to sleep until late in the morning because of our late night flight and arrival, we all needed to sleep in or go back to sleep after breakfast. Staff was kind to give us a late check out of an hour to 12pm so that we could get sleep in at the Sleep Inn.

If you care about cleanliness, this is not a place for you. I had to go buy an air freshener because I couldn't sleep with the smell in the hotel, very dirty the hotel with a stinky smell. Not recommended, unless if there's not any other option. I don't really do reviews, but I had to this time.

During my stay, I had to replace my room key seven different times because it constantly deactivated. On top of that, the door was extremely difficult to open — you practically had to jiggle and force the key just to get into the room. It became a daily hassle and unnecessary inconvenience. Unfortunately, this experience put a damper on my birthday trip, although I still tried to make the best of it. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was very rude and disrespectful toward my guest. The way he spoke to him was extremely unprofessional, belittling, and unacceptable. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

The room smelled I waited over an hour for the airport shuttle my tv wasn't working I came down and asked for help the women behind the desk couldnt hear me because she had headphones the man on tbe couch in lobby told me hed come up i had to go backdown and ask for help because he never came the woman behing counter got rude with mesaid the man was eating hed be up when he was done hed been sitting in that lobby since i first arrived also breakfast consisted of 2cereals3 wrinkled tangerines some apples and 3 yogurts left in fridge at 745 am shuttled had to be called in am again although i had been told it ran every half hour

The facility is aged, while not dirty it feels like an 80s hotel. My toilet was loose, wobbly when you sit down. Many power sockets not functioning. Torn carpet areas. The amenities like hand cream were open, not encouraging Nice towels and solid wifi only 5 min from Airport with ample exterior parking.

The room key didn’t work the first time, went back to the front desk. I told her that I could hear the tv on in the room so more than likely occupied. She gave us a new key and said try again. Back up the elevator and still it didn’t work. Third time a new room. The carpets are old and dirty both in & out of the room. Breakfast area clean and sufficient stuff to pick from.

The hotel is physical in very poor condition and while not dirty it is worn out and smells old musty etc. not worth the low price and spend the extra $ to stay at a closer airport hotel in better condition

No good. Do yourself a favor and find an extra $20 and stay elsewhere. Chicken wing bones on the floor in the hallway, loud guests in the hallway at midnight. The worst - A broken door lock on my room. Bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned. Shuttle took way too long for pickup and driver blasted the music - Had to yell over it to ask for it to be turned down. Will never stay here again!

No had to call twice to ask about the shuttle,room was ok. Supposed to be a non smoking room but my husband said it smelled like smoke to him. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee and juice watered down that it did not taste like it was supposed to. Of the three things to choice from a song sauce only take one Really a yogurt , or breakfast thing you heat up or a hostess danish thing. Only had out two bananas and some apples and when they were gone by 630 am the front desk put out a few oranges and that was it . Had two containers of dry cereal that were not full and maybe had two bowls in each.

However, there were several ongoing issues that made the stay frustrating. The outlets in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to charge devices. The fridge and freezer were also not functioning well, which was an inconvenience during our stay. Even more concerning, the fire alarm was beeping every minute for multiple straight days and was never properly addressed even after asking multiple times, making it very hard to relax or sleep. There were also consistent problems with basic service. Our key card had to be reactivated every single day, which became a daily inconvenience. Housekeeping was lacking as well—trash was not taken out during our entire stay unless specifically requested, and even getting fresh towels required asking more than once. Breakfast was very limited and disappointing. The only options available were cereal and frozen sandwiches that you had to heat up yourself. Overall, while the hotel has a good location and seems clean at first glance, the lack of maintenance, poor amenities, and inconsistent service made the experience disappointing.

There was supposed to be a breakfast and there was nothing. The reviews and the advertisement in the app say there is a breakfast and there was none wall sockets outlets. Light switches were cracked. The phone will not hold a charge due to the electrical outlets being loose.

Wouldn’t bother with the breakfast, it was tragic. The shuttle to the airport is useful, but make sure to ask them when it’s leaving exactly, as I’d missed it by a few minutes and had to wait another half hour. Room could have been cleaner.

Affordable My twin daughters and I checked in (and the man that checked us in was very kind)…. But once we got up to our room, we noticed that there was only one set of towels for 3 people. We have had a long travel and wanted to take a shower. So I went back downstairs to ask for two more set of towels, and there was a different man with a red dot on his forehead downstairs. When I asked for the towels, the man said no, to come back after 5:30 to ask the housekeeper. So I let him know we needed to take a shower, but he was on his cell phone and told me no again. I walked around to the housekeeping room and grabbed two towels. He comes around and yells at me “YOU THIEF DONT TAKE THE TOWELS”…. I reminded him that we paid our money to be here and we needed towels… he literally kept yelling really loud that I needed to wait and that he will call his boss”. So, I told him that his boss was very kind to me when I checked in and I asked him to please definitely call him because I’d like to talk with him asap… then he tells me “NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL HE COMES IN TOMORROW “ … this hotel doesn’t have a pool, doesn’t have hair dryers, the toilet paper wasn’t stocked in the room. We’ve only been here for a few hours, but it’s already been an awful experience. Will never stay here again.

Nothing The property is poorly maintained and the building needs serious repairs and renovation. The entire place smelled like smoke and you can tell the hotel accommodates mostly transient people. I couldn’t stay for few hours, I booked elsewhere for the night.

When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby had an unpleasant smell. The first room we were given smelled like cigarettes and had ashes, so we had to ask for another room. The bedsheets were torn and stained. I had to go to the front desk to ask for new ones. At first they gave me pillowcases instead of sheets, and I had to go back again before they finally gave me proper ones.The shower also had mold. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Room was clean but old & very tired. HVAC worked well but twin beds not the King we paid for. No hand soap, no bathroom glasses/ paper cups. The breakfast, glowingly reviewed by others was: a juice and coffee machine and a choice of 2 dry cereals or oatmeal. Grand total of 2 apples offered as fruit! The free shuttle back to the airport took a wait of 70 minutes, despite frequent pleas to the desk person! Way overpriced for what you get.

No airport shuttle. Late night check in and we encountered a man in his underwear purchasing vending snacks. Clerk took no notice. Asked for a toothbrush/toothpaste because of missed flight, looked at us like we were crazy. HVAC screeched so much, had to turn it off and suffer. Nothing nearby to eat, NOTHING.

There Wes’s a bug in the shower, my hydro flask bottle was stole from my room, I’m almost positive, because it wasn’t in my suitcase when I came back home, there breakfast was pitiful, and their machinery was broken. Will not be returning ever again.

I have traveled all over the world and I must say by far this is the absolute worst hotel experience. Every time I arrived to the hotel, my key card didn’t work, so I made it all the way to the room, to turn around and go back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. The shuttle service to the airport was never on time & one day they told me to expect the shuttle at the airport at 3:30p as I was using it as a way to get back-and-forth to the MARTA. I stood outside in 35° temps and wind from 3:10 until 3:40. I called the hotel back & found out that the shuttle service driver was “delayed” (with no further explanation) & wouldn’t arrive until 4 PM. So, for an hour I waited in the freezing cold while watching people come after me & leave before me because it seems as though other hotels stayed on their scheduled time route. THEN came the worst part. The heat in my room stopped working on the 30° night. I was told to let it run longer because the heat would kick in (I did it, but knew that wasn’t true). My room felt like an icebox. I opened the door to the hallway (at least 15° warmer), so I propped my door open for over 30 minutes to let the hallway heat warm my room. I went down to the front desk & she told me she had to check with her manager, wait 30 minutes & she’ll call my room. 35 minutes later, nothing. I call the front desk, she already had an answer- a space heater: Totally Unacceptable! Then told me fully booked (didn’t seem that way). I was furious & done! Never Again!

It was difficult to find the airport shuttle at the airport. No one told me that it only wet to domestic terminal. I had to get a separate shuttle from the international terminal to get to the domestic terminal in order to the hotel shuttle. This was never explained to me... even when I inquired.

I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights and had to leave the hotel the very next morning. The entire hotel smelled like urine. The elevator was filthy, Both rooms weren't turned over at all the beds weren't made the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them in 1 room. The tv's in both rooms did not work, Both showers had mold and one of the showers the showerhead was hang from the wall. The was actual dirt on the walls of one room as well. I waited for a manager from9pm Thursday evening until 11am the next morning before we just could not take it anymore. There is no way that this hotel has the reviews it had based on the appearance of this hotel and the staff was super defensive, irate and downright rude. This is the absolute worst stay I have ever experienced in my life. I also plan to post the video to support the conditions I stated

And more than half of being electrical outlets in my hotel room did not work. One of the USB outlets in the hotel room did not work. There was no soap in the room in the bathroom was disgusting and even had mold on the walls. One customer came down recording of riches in their room. The manager of duty was very rude to you despite the fact that he had photos of the roaches on his phone. They would not even discount the room. They did provide a shuttle, but not only was it 10 minutes late. It was also very crowded. The driver was not concerned at all that the bus was significantly overcrowded.

This hotel is deplorable. The common areas are nasty including the bathroom. Our room had multiple broken items, there was an odor in the hallway, and our room smelt like smoke. We didn’t have enough towels and when asked they said they couldn’t provide us with any because they were booked. The staff is disrespectful and the owners don’t care about thee customers.

It was a nice hotel for the price. The hotel shuttle service is a shared service with other south airport hotels. It is very regular every half hour. The shower is hot with good pressure, ac is in window unit that works well. Breakfast is nothing special.

Very disappointing stay. The property had zero sense of hospitality from the moment we arrived. The entire place smelled strongly of cat urine, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there were roaches in the room. This is a serious cleanliness and maintenance issue that should be addressed immediately. I would not recommend staying here until these problems are resolved.

Unfortunately, the pictures online do not match the actual hotel. I felt like I was catfished. There was a lot of water damage. The furniture was old and dingy. The bedding was damaged. The light in the shower didn't work. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. There were stains on the wall and ceiling, there wasn't an iron or ironing board in our room, and an ironing board wasn't available at all. There was also a mildew smell in the hallway. Lastly, we did not receive any housekeeping service the whole time we were there. We had take out our own trash, clean the bathroom, make up our bed, and go to the front desk to get fresh bath linens and bed linens. This location needs a fresh start. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with high standards for lodging.

From the bad smell in the hallway, to garbage left in our room at check in, to the hang tape from the ceiling, not all the vanity lights not working, leaking fridge as well as the tub and not to mention how many times our room key didn’t work and we had to constantly take it back down to the front desk to reactivate it. After waiting for another room, staff and I could not get the TV to work in that room either, so I went back to the original room. All of this was very disappointing after a long drive. I asked the staff for an adjustment in the cost of the room, but they said they could not do anything without Booking.com. So I’m asking Booking.com for an adjustment in the cost of the room..

I stayed at the Sleep Inn near the airport in College Park, GA, and had a very frightening experience. At approximately 9:00 AM, while I was still inside my room, a hotel employee attempted to enter my room without knocking or announcing himself. The only thing that prevented him from fully entering was the secondary/double lock on the door. The door was partially opened during this attempt. When confronted, the employee stated he was checking to see whether the room was going to check out. I later reported the incident to the front desk and was told the employee was “new and didn’t know any better.” As a female traveler who was supposed to be staying alone, this incident made me feel extremely unsafe. Entering an occupied room without knocking or permission is unacceptable and a serious breach of guest safety. I will be reporting this incident to Choice Hotels corporate. I strongly urge other travelers—especially women traveling alone—to use caution when considering this property.

Airport shuttle was not helpful. Wouldn't help with my luggage. Did not ask what airline I needed to be dropped off at. Needed wheelchair assistance so had to be dropped off at a designated gate, but he refused. Had to struggle with 2 suitcases across the airport to United Airlines. Had severe back pains because of the excessive walking.

Not close to the international airport, shuttle was very difficult to find and when we did, we had to wait an hour. We had to get an uber. When we got there, staff was unfriendly. The rooms were so incredibly dirty. I’ve never stayed a such a filthy place and we have stayed in many developing countries in poor areas. This was the absolute worst. We would have been better off sleeping in the airport.

Room was not clean, the window is very dirty that I can’t even see outside, the cupboard has mold, then the bedsheets has a stain, then the blanket is ripped, the curtain has a cigarette burnt, then the bathroom doesn’t look clean as well. Oh the most scary part is some bugs are in the room, the carpet doesn’t look clean

I needed a shuttle ride to the airport to pick up a package shuttle service brought me to the airport and back again that was wonderful I didn't wake up in time to get breakfast so I can't read it but I've read the other reviews and everyone seems to like it

It’s not as shown in the pictures. We requested a non-smoking room, and when we entered, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We asked for a room change for that reason, and the receptionist didn’t believe us. Although he gave us another room on the same floor, he went into the previous room to verify and even accompanied us to the second one to make sure it didn’t smell bad. When we entered, it didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, but it did smell damp. The curtains were torn, the bedspread was stained, and the toilet seat was burned by cigarettes. The only positive thing was that the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean enough to get through the night, since our flight was early and the location was perfect. Another positive detail is that they offer free and fast airport transportation.

I really don’t like to speak ill of any business, but this one was probably one of my worst encounter and I felt it as soon as I walk into the hotel. The young man behind the desk was pleasant enough, but the look and feel of the lobby area told me all I needed to know. I should have listened to the reviews, I had been warned. The look and SMELL of the rooms spoke very loudly of mold and mildew. I tried to talk myself through it. I even went and asked for air freshener but even that didn’t work. So I eventually went and checked out of the hotel (probably won’t get a refund) and booked some place else. All deals aren’t deals and trying to save some money could ultimately cost you comfort.

The shuttle is pointless and doesnt turn up, we were ready at 5.20am for the 5.30 shuttle. We asked for confirmation that it was due on time to be looked at in a clueless way and told it shouldnt be long 15mins later i asked if its on its way i was told 2mins. I then book an Uber as i can't wait any longer its now 20mins late. A futher 10mins passed as im getting into our Uber and the shuttle arrives. Just avoid this hotel. There are many other airport hotels at simiar rates locally there is no need to use this one.

Building seems slightly older than pictures show. Not bad though for the price- the AC and room electronics worked fine with many tv channels. Location is good to be close to airport and convenient to downtown for sight seeing.

I could have looked past all that but the worst part was that I was almost late to my flight because their shuttle was 30 mins late. I was informed at check in that shuttle starts at 5:00 am and I had a flight at 7:00 am. I came down at 4:50 am just like the night shift desk clerk told me to do. I waited until 5:25 before giving up and ordering an uber, but at the last second the shuttle did show and I had to pay my uber a cancellation fee because I needed to get to airport ASAP. 0/10. Avoid this dump

The rooms were clean, but the carpets in the elevator, and in the hallways of the property smell like cats. The main service was horrible. I waited all day for them to bring me clean towels. The service desk person had to bring me towels that breakfast was horrible. You had a choice of a waffle or Jimmy Dean croissant sandwich.

The staff was helpful, my room was clean, bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. I appreciate that the mattress was encased. Proximity to Ruby Tuesday's is a plus. It's not the most luxurious place. For the price, the airport shuttle, it is exactly what I needed. I will stay there again when in Atlanta.

The whole hotel had a dirty feeling. It looked like the rug hadn’t been vacuumed (or washed) in awhile. We kept having problems with our key card & was told that our ‘mobile phone was interrupting it.’ (Our neighbors 3 doors down didn’t have that problem as the woman was on her phone while she opened her door). The faucet leaked in the sink. Not just a little but a lot. We’ve been in a lot worse but we definitely won’t be going back to this place.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The location is also excellent — very convenient and well-connected. It was super easy to catch a bus to nearby malls and explore the area without any hassle. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta. If your breakfast expectations are high, this is not the place for you. Also if you require more than basic service, I would strongly suggest you go somewhere else. We need to reactivate our key cards and had to wait at the desk for almost 45 minutes for someone to come and service I need.

First before we even got there the guy called me and said they canceled my room and he was rude. So i called Expedia and rebooked the room at a hugger price. Before we get there he said we had to be there by midnight or theyd cancel again. I was like there is no way so he said well how late and i will put you down. He said just be sure to get here before 2am. We get there and it says we can check in up until 3am he just wanted to argue. The place was so dim lit and it smelled awful. Kept getting woke up around 5am with loud banging and talking. Every single morning. The place was just awful

From the start when we called the front desk from the airport to ask about the shuttle, we got a message saying the wireless customer was unavailable. We called the main line and they just said that was the front desk and there was nothing else they could do - maybe we should just take an uber (?!). We found where all the hotel shuttles were and another one was really nice and said they could drop us off too after their customers for their hotel :) Right when we walked into our hotel room, there was a kind of stuffy musty smell. It was cleaned, but not in the best condition - rusty shower, holes in the drapery, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The breakfast was ok - waffles, yogurt, frozen sandwich were the options. The people working there were kind and doing their job, but the property is just subpar.

I requested the free shuttle transportation at 11:40pm and front desk told me they would be coming to the airport one more time before they stopped at midnight. I was assured one more round would be completed but they lied. I waited until 12:15am and when I call I was told I didnt listen to instructions properly. I then had to pay out of pocket to get there. This is after my flight was cancelled and I had to quickly book a overnight stay. Staff made this more stressful

I just needed a place to sleep before catching my re-scheduled flight. I chose Sleep Inn because it was close to the airport and the Hotels.com website said its free shuttle ran until midnight. Unfortunately, after I booked my room and called from the shuttle stop, I found out it doesn't run after 9pm and had to pay for a ride. The elevator carpet looks like it has never been vacuumed, and the window treatments are old, but the rest of the property and breakfast were okay. Caught shuttle to airport in the morning.

It has all of the basics: The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The ac was cool. the water was hot. The linens were white and clean. The tv worked. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below expectations. The hotel lacks even the most basic standards of cleanliness and service: • No daily cleaning service – Our room was not cleaned at all during the 5 nights stay !!! • Towels only changed on request – Not once were fresh towels provided proactively. • Trash bins left full – Housekeeping didn’t empty the bins daily, which quickly became unpleasant. • Public areas smell awful – There’s a persistent, foul odor in the hallways and lobby that makes walking through them uncomfortable. • Single elevator is smelly and poorly maintained – Using it was an unpleasant experience every time. • Unhelpful staff – The front desk and service staff were indifferent and unresponsive to concerns. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Towels in the rooms for 3 Days. The second room toilet seat was scratched up and disgusting. Furniture was SO ancient. Overall it was more than terrible. Never stay here. If the weather is terrible and you have the choice to sleep either in this hotel or the sidewalk, you should probably take your chances with the sidewalk. Chances are it’ll be cleaner and the little bugs will treat you better than their management. It was musty, disgusting, uncaring for their residents, quite frankly lazy,

It was a convenient place to stay before a flight at the Atlanta airport, and then again after our late arrival back. It was nice that you could park here instead of airport parking (10/day). Staff were generally nice. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked alright but was a little noisy. Some wear in the rooms. Hallway carpet and carpet in room just felt somehow dampish? The hallway smelt strongly of pot. Breakfast was just adequate. For the price it was alright.

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and often times distracted by his phone. He seemed to have an attitude any time he had to do anything to help. The property is old, run down, and dingy. I didn't even trust it enough to try the breakfast and that's usually a must for me. You're kind of in the middle of nowhere with nothing in walking distance, thankful I drove because when I went to do some laundry at night they had a coin laundry machine with no coins for it so I had to drive to a gas station. That was very inconvenient and unexpected. My first and last time staying there.

I think it was surreal that the very first impression for me was to try to open the door and the door lever fell, who knows how long it has been broken. The room smelled horrible, it seems like they didn’t even changed the shampoo, soap and conditioner from the last guest since they were half way and were clearly used. The room was dirty, the walls had like soda or alcohol splash stains. That poor elevator last supervision expired at the beginning of this year, the hotel shuttle was appreciated but God that poor van need some cleaning.

When booking here....it does not disclose the $100 deposit required to stay here .therefore, after booking online & paiying for one of my children to stay, he was told that he couldn't stay without an additional $100 deposit. We weren't aware of that, and he didn't have it, So i basically lost my $110 dollars !!!! This is unacceptable because it should be advertised as such on the website and certainly during booking!!

One, there were 2 adults and only received one room key. I asked for another key for 2 adult and the gentleman at front desk would not give me one. I don’t understand why. I’ve never experienced this before and thought it was weird. Secondly, the room smelled awful. I don’t know what kind of odor it was but it seemed like it was coming from the a/c unit. There was a dryer sheet in there that someone stuffed in the vent. Or it could’ve been the carpet. I’m not sure but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

It worked perfect as a one night stay kind of deal, it was a room with a bed and all of the amenities we needed. There were a few (barely noticeable) things that were dirty but it didn’t really impact our time here.
