Cute decor and great location if you’re visiting Midtown/High Museum. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking as there are not a lot of options(I parked 3 blocks away for $20/night vs. $50/night valet).

Clean room and very polite and helpful staff. It is an older quaint hotel. Beautiful courtyard. Dining was more of a comfortable living room versus traditional tables and chairs. Food was good and great proportions.

Not great. The previous hotel we stayed at, The Georgian Terrace, had the same price as this one and was at least 3 times better than this hotel. This hotel is old, run down, under staffed, lines to check in, lines to valet park, not a single person to help with the bags for check in or check out. Overall, BAD experience. Not recommend.

Loved the courtyard. Perfect for after dinner drinks. It is beautifully maintained but the hallways could use more ventilation and lighting. Rooms are nice. I found the mattress to be too soft for my taste. The housekeeping didn't service my room even though I had asked the front desk to have it serviced. I was able to finally get them to do it after two days of no housekeeping and waiting for them to actually show up to the room (had to call the front desk again). For the price they charge, customer service (housekeeping or other) should be better.

The front desk lady comes across his tense when you check in at night. Also, there should be a lobby signs that say when the outside court is gonna be closed for the night. My room electricity went out. They accommodated me with a couple of drink vouchers, but that’s definitely something to check out for the future.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. BUT I am not fond of the steel and glass big box hotels. This place had romance and character. The courtyard was lovely, we ate at Palm Court twice and the food was excellent. And the room....just lovely with new bedding, black out shades and a wonderful shower with bath products. I read other reviews and I must correct people. First, there is late check out. You can check out up until noon. Second, there is a coffee bar. and the food is quite good. I felt so lucky to find this hidden gem in the concrete jungle of Atlanta. This place is worth a try. I simply loved it.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have ever had. And I travel a lot. It was carming and perfectly situated in midtown, but it was the people. From check in to the coffee barista to the dj cocktail hour, the courtyard breakfast, the speakeasy and jazz. Everyone felt welcome. If I wanted recommendations for anything, someone had the answer. I cannot imagine coming to Atlanta and not booking here in the future.

I want you to imagine the worst smell you’ve ever experienced. Like your dog ate pickled cabbage, vomited into the toilet bowl of a portapotty at a prison’s chili cookoff, ate the vomit, and then let one rip right into your face. Only it’s constant and never ending. It’s not a natural smell. It’s unholy, and it will haunt me until the end of my days. I’m not even joking. We had a suite on the third floor, and the smell hit us the second night, but we were only there for a short time that night. You can smell it in the hall by the elevator of the third floor, but our room was ground zero, or at least it felt that way. The next day, I could hear the maids talking about it in the hall. We left for the day, hoping it was a passing thing. That night we came back to our room, and it was so awful we couldn’t do it. I demanded to move, and they only had a room a 1/3 the size on the other side of the hotel. They promised the manager would call us because we were only staying at the hotel a few hours a night. Never heard a thing. BTW, the guy at the desk tried valiantly to pretend like he was surprised at the Stench, but he couldn’t do it, and he said “some days it’s worse than others.” But he couldn’t give us a refund. Never again. I am making a report with the health department.

Property was clean, staff very nice. Room was very roomy and clean. Was disappointed that the bar was out of beer, no bottles or draft. Found this hard to believe on a holiday weekend with two big college football games in town. Also our room (front of building had a lot of street noise, mostly low cars and motorcycles. The hotel was very nice besides these two things.

I loved Hotel Granada so much. It has a very charming southern feel. It’s not a very big hotel but I think it’s a good size. I didn’t get a chance to eat at their restaurant but the cafe in the lobby had some really good options. I don’t think they have room service which was a little disappointing but there’s so many good restaurants in the area and a While Foods down the street that you can walk to. I was working from the hotel and was able to take a short walk to get lunch. My experience with the staff was great, I didn’t have any issues checking in or with room. The bed was perfection for me, it felt like I was sleeping on my own mattress at home. My favorite thing is the bathroom though!! If I decide to become the black Anna Delvy, I think I’d move into the Hotel Granada, I absolutely would live there if I could. I’m not staying at any other hotels in ATL when I visit.

We were excited to try the restaurants on the first floor and went down at 9:30 PM. A staff member told us we could sit anywhere and that someone would come to take our order. We made it clear we wanted to order food and even went to the bar to confirm. They again told us to wait at the table, and someone would assist us shortly. After waiting 20 minutes, we asked another staff member if we could place our food order, only to be told it was now too late to order anything. We were extremely frustrated and had no choice but to order food for delivery. When our food arrived, we returned to the dining area to eat, and the staff apologized for the inconvenience and offered complimentary drinks. While we appreciated the gesture, the experience left us feeling like unwelcome guests, which put a damper on what was supposed to be an enjoyable stay.

This property was previously known as the Artmoor Hotel. I stayed there a lot of years ago, and now it has been purchased and/or the name changed to the Hotel Granada Midtown. If I had known that, I would’ve never gone back. There are danger, wet floor signs all over the motel, floor fans are blowing to prevent mold, there is no microwave in the rooms, small sleep and bath areas, no pantry to purchase goods, but snacks in your room priced at 6-7 dollars for a bag of chips, 4 bucks for a canned coke, 9 bucks for a chocolate bar!! These folks should be ashamed. With the let us sleep sign on the door, the housekeeping lady was literally banging on our door at 8:30 am, after we’d been at a concert until after 1 am. Mind you check out is 12:00!! So our alarm was set for 10:30. At 11:20 she was back at the door. We had some words and she left. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed, and I highly recommend you do not spend your money here. Online price says one thing, and you get there for them to charge you a 100.00 fee for incidentals, and it’s 50.00 per night just for your car to stay in parking, and you “HAVE” to use the valet service. Then they want a tip. The hotel staff said the valet is a third party, we don’t have anything to do with it. I let them know up front that I’d be leaving a detailed review and it wouldn’t be favorable! I assure you, if you stay here, it’ll be one of your worst stays anywhere. Do not believe other reviews!!

Stayed at the Granada for the Cowboy Carter show and I loved it! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself had a great ambiance and I love the Spanish aesthetic. Its location may be my favorite part, though. Right at the heart of Midtown, it’s very close to I75 and a lot of attractions in Atlanta. Would definitely recommend!

I have one complaint that the valet service was terrible. Waited over 20 minutes to retrieve my car every time. Other than that this hotel is amazing!! So cute and modern in a welcoming manner. The rooms are gorgeous and the hotel was extremely clean. Water pressure in the shower was so nice. Front desk staff was so sweet and helpful. The cafe and bar staff were so nice. The cleaning staff speaks no english but used Google Translate to communicate. The outdoor seating is comfy and convenient while you wait for the valet. Will be booking with Granada the next time I visit Atlanta.

The bad: We were greeted by a rude front desk attendant (Mary) who didn’t explain charges or amenities. She rolled her eyes at another guest while we waited and later chastised us for using an unlabeled “staff elevator.” Text message service was useless—we requested towels and sheets, got no reply, and were told the system doesn’t work. The website chat also doesn’t exist. Sheets weren’t changed during our 4-night stay despite stains, and we were told that’s “normal.” Pom Court restaurant closed early without notice, and courtyard service was slow with no host. May Peel gave us conflicting info—first saying it was closed, then opening late to cash in on the Beyoncé crowd. A valet employee insulted a guest within earshot. Front desk is hard to find, noise from the courtyard is loud at night, and we still haven’t received our receipt days after checkout. The good: The food at Pom Court was delicious, staff was kind once engaged, and May Peel service was excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. The hotel is beautiful, well-located, and has a great vibe. We might return if communication and professionalism improve.

Overall my stay at Hotel Granada was good. The property is absolutely beautiful and is in such a great location. I was also very happy to have housekeeping come on our second day even though we were only staying 2 nights. I think they could improve on price transparency. While checking in I was told they need a credit card to do a hold for incidentals. They never said how much but it looks like it is $100 per night so just be aware of that. The rooms are lacking a bit. There's only a very small mini fridge and no microwave.

I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and was pretty bad. I had the green tomatoe dish which was rubbery. The short rib swimming bland frozen veggies and the meat had no flavor and Caesar salad lettuce was so wet it made the croutons and cheese crips gummy. The morning of my check out a uniformed housekeeper knocked on my door at 950 and just said housekeeping and stared at me and kept looking back out into the hallway as if someone was there. I asked her, isn’t check out 12pm, and she did respond to my question. I read her nonverbal response as she was insisting I leave. I said I would be packed up in 10 minutes. I was leaving the room at 1000 and there was no one working in the hallways on my floor. No cart nothing. When I checked out at the front desk I informed the clerk about the checkout time and they confirmed it was 12 PM. I also informed them about nobody showing up for the television. They said they would let inform the general manager about the problems.

This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Granada & we love it! You will feel as though you have traveled to Spain as you enter the adorable & comfortable courtyard. The decor is lovely. The staff is warm & friendly. I did not give 5 stars for service ONLY because we were misinformed about the availably of an EV charger (we were told there was one, but there is not - the ones close by were restricted to residents of the neighboring apartment). This put quite a kink in our plans. I would recommend staying here, especially if you have time for a cocktail/mocktail at the bar or courtyard.

It was a wonderful stay, although it rained the entire time, so we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful courtyard, which was a big draw to this property (no fault of the hotel!). The rooms are nice, and ours was spacious. There is very little closet space, especially for hanging items. Since it is an old hotel, the ceilings are low and the bathrooms are a little tight. Not a huge problem, but important to note, especially if you have a big and tall partner like mine. The room also didn't have any information about the hotel or amenities on the property, not even a notepad! It seemed a smidge odd, but maybe something that was overlooked in our room. The speakeasy, May Peel, was nice, and the first-floor bar was delightful. It was difficult getting service in the restaurant, so we opted for dining off-property. The front desk staff were super nice! Very cute place!

I checked in and declined the $50 valet parking, found the “cheaper” parking nearby (‘only’ $22/day) (with no help from gal at front desk). My room on 4th floor was not easy to get to-small hallways with many turns…enter and it’s ok-but notice the windows are very high- need to tiptoe to look out them-and note the full length mirror is in a corner by table and bed-so you can’t possibly stand in front to see (this annoyed me more in the following days) now I needed sleep-but when I turned off TV - the A/C was rattling. Sounded like there was a marble deep in the grill. managed 5 hours of shuteye by burying my head in pillows. I get up at 5:30am- no coffee machine in room-go to lobby -tell woman at desk about A/c. Noise. She will have guys take a look later. I actually asked if this was their last room available cuz it was not impressive-and she said they were 100% booked! On a Sunday ! Well, good for them- but if they can’t fix that A/c noise I’m gonna need another room. I wait till 6:15 for a cup of coffee. It was the worst tasting coffee! Needed to get to hospital so…. Upon my return late that night they said they fixed A/C. Another night with head under pillow. In the a.m. they were so unhelpful with relocating me- even after I told them hubby is a hotel guy and I’d writing about this-(the correct action would be offer me a better room- ok-running out of space =STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Room was big and very clean, but we were a few doors down from by the elevator and so it dinged very loudly all night long. Hard to sleep. Hard pillows and overly mushy bed. Check-in staff were not very friendly. Had an Expedia VIP benefit that allowed late checkout, but they still wanted to charge me $50. Valet was understaffed so super slow - no one there when I arrived, and my car sat there for an hour. When we left, it took 15 mins, but that was because the attendant kindly got our car ahead of others. Valet is separate from hotel, but hotel is responsible still. Location of hotel is safe, but very little around there. 10 mins walk to Whole Foods, High Museum, some restaurants, but a dull area. Nice coffee shop, bar, and gym in hotel. Be aware: ADA room shower head is only 5 feet high.

This boutique hotel blends style, comfort, and character in all the right ways—but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional front desk team. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. Whether it was a thoughtful recommendation, a quick solution, or just a friendly smile, the staff made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. In a city full of options, Granada stands out for its personalized service and boutique charm. I’ll definitely be returning—and recommending it to everyone I know.

Super CUTE & CHARMING! Loved the property!!!! We had great weather that just added to the all around great atmosphere, experience, & GT college visit! Definitely a must stay when in the area! Really friendly staff was a ! The courtyard was a fantastic space for your morning coffee or evening cocktail! I could go on and on…

What a great hotel! The building is a charming Spanish-colonial style place with a gorgeous courtyard and beautiful interiors. Staff were warm and friendly, and the MARTA train is extremely convenient. My only nit to pick is the complimentary water- the provided water is canned flavored and sweetened sparkling water instead of just plain still water. I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Atlanta.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Staff members go above and beyond to make you welcome. Highly recommend Hotel Granada!!

Service was top notch from the moment I arrived at the property. Room was clean and spacious. Small accents like decor and affordable mini bar a plus. Received a room upgrade and free drinks via Expedia VIP status. On property bar and breakfast cafe great as well. Very convenient location walkable to restaurants. I won’t stay anywhere else if here in town for business.

Hotel Granada provides a quiet sanctuary in the center of Midtown Atlanta. We could easily walk to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Colony Square and the High Museum. The staff is superior, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and both the rooms and common areas are lovely. The breakfast we had in the courtyard was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the cocktails in the bar were excellent. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch in the morning. The barista bar with pastries was also a nice option for a quick breakfast.

Disappointing, we were placed adjacent to the courtyard restaurant/bar where they allowed people to party loudly until 1:45 am. The flow of the guest room was wonky with furniture placement not making sense. $50 vallet parking was under staffed so it took 15 minutes to park.

Parking situation was Terrible. Paid for valet but had to wait an extended amount of time to have your vehicle brought to you and had to park in the street to drop it back off. My car sat in the street for several hours.

Probably, no most definitely, the cleanest, nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful courtyard, nicest staff, wonderful valet service, and all the amenities you could possibly want. Will definitely stay there several times when I’m in Atlanta. Photos do NOT do this hotel justice!!!!

What a beautiful and unique hotel! The staff were top notch, everyone was unbelievably kind. Walkable to a ton of dining, a Whole Foods, and the MARTA. It has a beautiful courtyard where you can choose to dine from their food selections or bring outside food in, or get delivery. The room was beautiful and clean and very spacious. I personally found the bed a little too firm for me, but my family was fine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay again.

The General Manager on the property was super attentive to the individual guests. He went out of his way to make sure guests were seen and cared for. The valet team parking cars were helpful and prompt. The property was an older building but very clean and comfortable. The seating areas in the lobby and on the patios were inviting and provided lots of seating options for gatherings or work spots.

Love the attention to detail of this boutique hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Its a downtown space so as long as you arent someone with tons of lugguage, you will be fine. Wish I had stayed long enough to enjoy the speak easy on the bottom floor.

The newly renovated hotel is nice and the rooms are well done but noise is an issue. First, there was music in the courtyard until 10:30 pm one night and then walls are not sound proof and I could hear someone talking until late in the evening and lots of banging doors in the hallway at night and in the morning. I won’t be staying here again.

What a luxurious night! You can tell someone thought through every detail of this hotel -- it was super stylish and comfortable, the drinks from the bar were delicious, and our room had a great shower (and plush robe!). We especially enjoyed sitting out in the lovely courtyard with fairy lights strung up at night. Would stay again.

Beautiful bathroom, cute rooms, very modern and new with historical vibes and prices aren’t too crazy. Love the speakeasy in the basement. Don’t like that the only parking available is valet for $50 a night. It really put a damper on the experience especially since extras like breakfast weren’t included as well.

My only suggestion is that they have someone ready to assist guests with their bags. I was by myself and I had a lot of stuff to carry. The workers kinda just stood around and let me fend for myself. Other than that the hotel is super nice, very clean, and had the perfect aesthetics for my photoshoot.

We had a king room with a courtyard view. There was just only one wardrobe for storage, so a dresser would have been welcomed. But it was only a weekend and living out of our suitcases was no big deal. The shower had hot water and they provided nice toiletries. The best part was honestly the staff. They were so friendly and always welcoming. We even had an issue with valet and were inconvenienced because of it and the valet manager Richelle went above and beyond to make it right. If I had to complain about something it would be that they could use some more staff. Even though they were super friendly, we often waited a long time for drinks downstairs at the courtyard restaurant and valet was overwhelmed at times. But that’s pretty typical of everywhere in today’s economy and it certainly wouldn’t keep me from going back. So yes, we will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone needing an Atlanta hotel.
