Great location with a number of dining, shopping and entertainment options within an easy walk, and more by car. Decent Continental breakfast that included waffles and eggs. Broken elevator. People hanging out with their plastic bags of belongings in front of the stairwell door on level 3. Took a few promptings before management finally got them to leave - they seemed harmless but it's not a good look and you never know if one might try to push into the door behind you.

The first room smelled like smoke and had mold all around the tub and toilet the room was very smelly and just stains everywhere even on the wall but the receptionist was great he immediately moved us to a new room after our concerns the smell was much better but the quality of the hotel is terrible don’t recommend staying here also there was a bullet in our room on the floor so therefore I know it wasn’t cleaned correctly

Loved this stay it was cool. No gym . Light breakfast. Its cool if you tryna travel mid and not be all fancy. I enjoyed the staff was cool and was there for my needs. I would stay here again because im more of a budget traveler fridge microwave everything came in handy

Super clean, quiet, convenient. Daytime staffers cordial and helpful. Nighttime staffer needs some training (it's called the Hospitality Industry).

Overall it was average. Bathtub needs renovation, bedsheets needs to be washed properly. Escalator out of service needs to be repaired.

It was loud. The a/c -fan would not stay on. The mattress was absolutely terrible and staff was not helpful at all.

Location and value. The breakfast was okay and well laid out. Although I had reserved an interior room, when checking in, the desk clerk asked if first floor was okay and of course I said yes. Seems like only the top floor has interior rooms so keep that in mind when choosing a room. It ended up working out for the best as I was just steps away from my car. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Uneasiness due to people meandering around the parking lot.

Room was clean and enough sun connections. The staff was friendly and breakfast decent. Waffles, cereal, breads, yogurt coffee and tea. It was in a safe convenient area and close to some shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was the typical hotel fare but did its job. I would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I must say that it would be very nice if we could control the heating and cooling ourselves,but overall everything was fine.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The entire staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-organized, and everything was working perfectly. The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared. In addition, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

There was items left over from another guest in the room and also I killed 3 bugs. 2 were spiders. The door to the room was incredibly hard to open and close. Not to mention you could hear any and everything through the walls as well. Tv in the room was horrible quality. Speaker and picture issues. Breakfast wasn’t at all worth it.

Though the room was okay, I did have an issue with someone knocking on my door, and eventually having to call the cops for help with this. I would have appreciated more help from the staff at the front desk with this situation, whereas I was kind of left to wait for the cops and handle the situation myself.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The hotel is older, but has had updates. It was clean. I don't like outdoor room access because of the noise from parking lots. I prefer to have the fan on all night to drown out noise, but the system won't allow it.

My wife and I were visiting from Tokyo. The location was great, and the staff were great and always nice and pleasant. The continental breakfast was unremarkable at best. Our room (king bed) was clean and adequate for our rate, but I had an issue with the iron. It left rust spots on my white Polo shirt, and the drain in the tub was clogged and took 15-20 minutes to drain. There was "ALWAYS" a loud marijuana smell coming from other rooms, and I saw what appeared to be sex workers more than once. I will not stay there again.

We stayed for the weekend for Shaky Knees music festival - we weren’t being very picky! Overall, the stay was very easy and quiet. The room did smell like weed when we arrived but it wasn’t unbearable so we just stayed in the room. We did also find a roach in the bathtub upon arrival, but again, the room wasn’t bad enough to deal with switching around because everything else was fine. Beds were comfy and the staff was super nice. Not much for big breakfast but perfect to me as it was waffles, some hard boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal and coffee&juices.

Customer service was great , the young lady was really polite and helpful . We checked in and the room smelled horrible, we couldn’t even breathe so i ask to be moved and she did gave us a different room but it smelled as well , not as bad but still had that weird smell to the room . I will definitely not be staying at this particular hotel ever again .

The room was sold as non-smoking. The smell smoke was unmistakable even though they tried to mask it with a unappealing deodorizer.

Found two cockroaches in the room. One the first night, which we killed and decided not to make a big deal about. On our second night we found another, in the pillow case. We had to check out the following morning anyways so we just packed at that point and decided to take a quick (and uncomfortable) nap. Made a complaint but haven’t gotten any feedback yet.

Pool was closed didn’t accept cards for vending machines. House keeping doesn’t provide service on weekends. Strange men hanging around the parking harassing woman whom stay at hotel. Manger did say something to the guys thankful for that.

It was clean. AC did not work in room but they quickly moved us to another room which slightly smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was ok but no protein available everything was carb based. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was decent we felt safe.

The manager criminally and civilly harassed me because i booked on Expedia day by day and wasn't aware I had to come down to resign—I already paid for my room. He wouldn’t shake my hand—wouldn’t look me in my eyes and continued to make bogus and empty threats of calling the police—that in no way would be enforced because no crime occurred on my end. Only on the end of the manager of this property.

The room was very clean and the staff were great. The pool was closed for inspection, the flip lock on our room was broken, and the continental breakfast was not what you typically see at a Quality Inn. Cereal with milk was the only option.

Overall a good experience, but the room smelled like cigarettes and multiple people in the rooms around me would be smoking cigarettes or weed from their room window.

The place was clean and the location was great.

When I came back later that night, no one had cleaned the room—it was still in the same dirty condition. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I expect a proper response and action regarding this issue.

Only thing the breakfast was not that good of a choice

I chose this location because of certain key factors that were advertised, however NONE of my key factors were an option. 1. ROOM: Upon arrival, I was hoping to be able to get a nice room on the upper floor with a nice balcony walkway. However, upon arrival I was greeted by another unsatisfied customer leaving the lobby, and mentioned to me the elevator was not working. The front desk clerk explained to me there were a few upper rooms available, but had no idea when the elevator would be fixed. So I did settle for a first floor room, which by the way had wet carpets upon entry, and a bad mildew smell as well. 2. POOL: Another disappointment was the pool was closed the ENTIRE weekend. This was not mentioned to me upon booking, nor when I called the hotel to check on my reservation. My children were highly disappointed, so I did have to spend extra funds to take them to a public pool. 3. BREAKFAST: There were only continental breakfast options. When my wife and I looked at the property reviews before booking, there was high praise of the multiple breakfast options (including waffles) there was NO COOKED FOOD at all, only feral, some juice and a few bread items, highly disappointing.

1. Elijah (front desk clerk) was great! 2. I was in room 221. The toilet was wobbly. Other than that, my room was fine.

Checked into a room that someone smoked cigarettes in. We were however moved quickly and efficiently within 5 minutes. Front desk was quick.

This hotel must have a lot of families living there. Very noisy in parking lot. The hotel is conveniently located close to highway, and several restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

We booked a Wheel chair friendly room. The shower was nice and the room in the bathroom area was maneuverable, but they put the pull up bars under a shelf making it hard to use. The room was nothing special and rather outdated. We did appreciate the late 11am check out.

We liked the location of this hotel, but our room was very run-down compared to the photos on Hotels.com. The first room we were assigned to had such a horrible smell that I didn’t even step inside. I immediately went back to the front desk to request another room. The second room also had a musty smell and was very run-down, with worn-out furniture. I wish I had booked another hotel nearby, as the rate was not much different.

Good clean room, comfortable, breakfast area was a bit chaotic but this was to be expected with the hotel full of guests who had evaculated Florida due to the storms.

Later in the stay my daughter stepped on a tooth idk where it came from the. We discovered what looked like a fecal stain on the wall which has been submitted to Hitrls .com via email.

My room, 326, was excellent! Very clean and everything worked.

The property here is poorly maintained. The corner of exterior stairs are busted and rusty, you can see exterior ceiling on the walkways cracking. You can see the outside light through a gap in the front door. The pool exists but is closed off on weekends due to neglect or poor staffing to maintain. The pool was a main deciding factor in choosing this place and we could only use it once (on a Sunday) before it was closed off for the weekdays. They are in need of staffing as there's a sign up front when you check in that says rooms will not be cleaned daily due to shortness of staffing (but clean linen upon request). I can tell, that the owners are just collecting the money and putting in the bare minimum to maintain the building. What they did good was the room was clean when I got there, the toilet works if you hold down the flusher (but it's weak and takes a long time to refresh), they have a bathroom fan. Breakfast is decent (but don't expect the standard scrambled eggs, they have hardboiled eggs, though). The AC is strong and can turn the room into an Icebox. And lastly, The price was decent and we know what we're signing up for! This is not a deal, it was a trade off.

This was the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. Rooms were not cleaned including old Taco Bell in refrigerator and women’s undergarments in drawers. Bed had springs poking through and hard as a board. Loud people outside doors all through the night. Called front desk and they said they’d walk around but noise did not stop. Entire place smelled like weed and had prostitutes carrying massage tables.

Shower doesn't drain, not even after 30 minutes. Room was dimly lit, black carpet, a door that had been kicked in to much that it barely opened/closed. The A/C had NO controls for heat or air control, so use towels to moderate the freezing air flow into a room so small that the air will freeze out the person sleeping on the A/C side. Skeevy was the overall impression and definitely a Surprise for a supposed 4-star rating
