Easy check-in, clean room, nice tub and shower w/ mat, air conditioner and mini refrigerator worked fine, and great cable TV.

Breakfast is great!

It's a pity I couldn't stay there any longer than I did. It's a really nice place!

Motel is in total disrepair. Drapes had holes in them, screen on windows was broken and half way off, hole in bathroom ceiling with subway wrappers stuffed in it but the fridge was big and the bed was comfy.

This is the only review I’ve ever written and it’s because it was so bad. I had 2 bed queen room, the room was dirty, holes in comforter and the tv didn’t work. I told the front desk and she said she’d move me to a different room. It was a smaller room with one bed and smelled of cleaner so bad there was no way anyone should stay in it. The front desk told me all the rooms were like that. I asked for a refund at this point. They refused, moved me to another room which again was dirty, and smaller than I paid for. Their breakfast was a couple little muffins in plastic wrap with water downed coffee and no coffee in rooms. When I went to check out at 7am the morning person was obviously sleeping in the back and was rude and put out because I wanted to check out. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over 20 years. Yes, it’s cheap but I would at least expect something clean. I was afraid to get under the blankets so I slept with a coat over me all night. You’re better off at a Motel 6 at least they are going to be clean.

Motel ran down took 30 min to find someone to help check in at the front desk. Paid online with no problem but took forever to find someone to come to the font desk.

The room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. We showed up 2hrs early & the front desk allowed us to check in early which was phenomenal. Easy to get to. A few fast food options close by, with Arby’s literally right next door… when it comes to breakfast it’s literally just oatmeal packets and bread lol. But I definitely would stay here again!

This place is not that nice but adequate

I really appreciated the air conditioning, price is very affordable and fair. I liked that you need your room card to enter the building after 10pm. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in your room. Staff had a great customer service. Room was cleaned and pretty stocked up with towels/toilet paper. Definitely would come back again!

This place is a pit, worst condition and facility upkeep. While the sheets were clean, i was concerned about sleeping there.

Worst hotel ever so dirty we ended up leaving and not even staying the night the bed was not changed from the previous reservation and it was very obvious due to stains and private part hair I killed 2 bugs on bathroom counter as I was washing my face MIGHT BE A CHEAPER HOTEL YES BUT NOT OK AT ALL NOT RECOMMEND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE SO YOU CAN FEEL SAFE AND SLEEP WITHOUT CATCHING SOMETHING OR TAKING SOMETHING HOME. I Lots more to say but no time.

the people were quite rude/unhelpful/unqualified and they had a curfew? i paid for the room i should be able to use it how i like. also she made a disrespectful comment on how "people like me"

Condom on floor in my bathroom. HDMI cable ripped out of the back of TV. Wifi doesn't work.

Our stay was okay. The place seemed clean but it was a bit run down and needs some paint and a good floor scrubbing to clean it up. The coffee was good but not much for breakfast, just some bread and oatmeal packets.

me and two teen daughters arrived after midnight after the Morgan Wallen Concert in Seattle. the door was locked with a sign reading to use key card at other entrance or to check in ring bell. after ringing bell and waiting minutes to have someone come to the front desk the guy just pointed at the door telling me to use the other entrance after I yelled through the closed door that I needed to check in he again pointed at the door to a different sign reading no vacancy, having to yell through the door again since he still had not come around the check in desk I told him that we had a reservation, the guy disappeared behind the wall for about 5 mins only to return and do all his computer check in while we were still outside in a shady neighborhood with a homeless man wondering the parking lot. He finally let us inside after appox a total of ten mins just to berate us about having 3 people instead of 2. will not stay here again

The hotel refused to honor my reservation. They claimed not to have it, even though I had a confirmation number and it was already paid. I was inroute when I found out about this and had to turn around and drive over 2 hours to get back home. This experience was so mentally, emotionally and financially overwhelming.

It was nothing fancy but it suited my needs. Decent location and easy parking. And it was nice and quiet.

a little dated but that's find given the price. maybe not hotel's fault, but water is marginal. Old pipes? Front desk friendly and easy check in. great price if you need an inexpensive stay.

The person at the front desk had a hard time. She seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I got charged for an additional guest. Even though I ordered the room for two guest.

Terrible showers and soap! But everything else seem pretty good.

The property is old and run down. They need to stop lying to people that they provide breakfast. Breakfast was two slices off dry bread, or one dry biscuit, or a sachet of quick oatmeal. No fruits, eggs, sausage or other protein was served. The fitted sheet on one of the bed was soiled so we had to sleep on one bed. This is the worse place I've ever stayed.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. It’s small and close to the freeway but very quiet.

Staff was great, room was clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor facing the head-in parking and main street out front. Very noisy. Hotel is old and worn but a good value for our needs

Service was good, the room was clean if quite worn. Bed was comfy, everything worked. The common and exterior areas were dirty and very worn, they area seems unsafe.

Always a pleasure to stay there and the staff is always so welcoming.

It took a long time to check in but the staff was very friendly and accommodating while figuring out the reservation problem. The only issue was the staff entering our room at 3:00 AM because they thought our water was turned on in the bathroom and was leaking in the room below us? We never even used the shower but it was very alarming that staff would enter our room in the middle of the night. I would not stay again because of that.

The place was super dated and the room was dingy. The carpet is stained and imut looks dirty. The staff lady was super nice, and very attentive.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room seemed simple, but clean and just fine for a quick, overnight stay.

The room smelled, there were holes in the door, walls, and curtain. The bathroom outlet didn’t work. The carpet was gross. It felt dirty and unsafe.

It was quiet and clean. What didn't I like? I left my cellphone charger in the room and I'm not convinced the person who later took my call about it, who was not the person who checked me in, took much effort to search for the charger and retrieve it for me, if that was possible.

Comfortable and convenient to all the locations we were visiting

They didn't have the propercroom avilable. It was booked as 2 queens, I got a room with one. Had to remove a mirror from the wall because drapes wer too small allowing light to reflect from the mirror into my eyes on the bed. There was a thorofare below my room for Lowes', lots of traffic very noisy. Requested room o 1st floor since I use a cane and they have no elevator, I had to climb 15 staitmrs to the second floor. They did move me to another 2nd floor room which was better but still had to navigate stairs. I will never go back to that hotel ever again. The bulk of the people really didn't seem to care. Wanted to take a bath but the rub stopper was broke and they didn't have a temporary stopper, and that was in the second room. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. It is a no star take your money we don't care hotel. Will never go back.

Staff very nice. Hotel needs better pillows, blankets and the bed spread has cigarette burns, towels need to be soft and no stains on them. On last night of stay a mouse ran across top of bed and on my husband's foot.

Bed and bedding comfortable. Room clean and quiet. If you're just looking for basics, this should be fine. Do bring a hair dryer if you use one - the one for our room was missing.

For the price, it was totally unsuitable. There was toilet paper stuck on the vent ceiling in the bathroom, the shower curtain was attached with 3 separate kinds of hangers, one of those kinds was probably the original which was very yellow and brittle (some broken) with age. The bathroom countertop was a older, fimica type surface that was no longer glued bown, the edge of which was wood and was water damaged with age. The desk chair was extreemely worn and could pass for being recovered from the trash. Breakfast consisted of toast, instant oatmeal, coffee and a hostess/little debbie type muffin. More a snack than a breakfast. Not that they were a problem for me,but the 'rules' posted about the rooms seemed overbearing, controlling and draconian. Hotel was not 'comfortable'. Was barely 'adaquate'.

The guy at the front desk was friendly. We checked in and I had booked for 2 nights, but didn’t stay. The whole room was gross and then We found bedbugs crawling all over the pillows and beds. Expedia tried but We couldn’t get a refund.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant the smoke alarm went off for a good amount of time. Then at 4am the room next to ours had police officers surrounding the place banging on the door calling for the woman to come out this went on for a half hour causing us to get very little rest. The lady whi seemed to be the manager was beyond rude and seemed to be put our to be working.

Was very quiet. Breakfast was a non starter.

Killed a roach within 5 minutes of being in the room. Heat didn't work. TV/mini fridge/microwave only worked if you plugged your phone in to an outlet across the room from it. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was an empty coffee pot, bread/English muffin with no butter or jam, and vanilla mini muffins

I will don’t care I was clean didn’t like the smell if it was the cleaner or if somebody was smoking something they shouldn’t have been nice hot water. Bed was a little firm but OK easy to check in and check out.

We stayed April 11th, departed the 12th. Reserved a room with a king bed. The room was unclean, poorly furnished and in dire need of refurbishing. It had a queen bed and it also needed to be replaced. Bedding appered to be clean, but was stained. Over priced in my opinion for the quality of the room. This is a place i would not refer as a good place to stay.

The desk and dresser had paint peeling off of it where someone had painted over the wood which made them both sticky, terrible pillows, and the “black out” curtains had so many worn out spots in it that I woke up at 348 in the morning and thought the sun was out already.

If you want to save money. Great place. Location, to close to main road. Bright light shining through curtains. Mattress hard. Broken toilet seat. Clerk at desk was nice. Door only had one lock. Went to different hotel second night.

Only half the hotel has wifi. They should not be able to advertise that they have wifi if only the rooms close to the center get it.

The front desk lady was really nice! The motel was kinda shabby. But the workers there were great. And for a pet its $40 bucks and they have to be a service animal. Its needs to be renovated and its kind of expensive there.

Modest place, clean, service was good. Loud part of town, busy intersection, plenty of truck traffic late and early. However, convenient location for local business, a couple walkable restaurants, small casino, especially if you utilize the Auburn airport.

I had booked a room on the App that was ADA and had two beds. I was given a room that was one King bed and non ADA. They didn't know how I could have booked that category online. Aparently should not have been able to do that. This place is an absolute dump and smelled bad. Guess you get what you pay for. I did not stay there, I went elsewhere.

I couldn't stand the smell. They must put a cup full of Pinesole in the laundry. I had to buy freeze to drown out the smell. Someone knocked on our door at 6am and we looked outside no one. Creepy.

They are not honest people. they didn’t refund my deposit and kept my $20. No damages were done to the room. owner was really rude. Management was not polite and was being disrespectful. management blaming Expedia for wrong details on reservation and i was being charged an extra fee, when not needed to.

The bathroom door had had a hole in it. There was a single roach in the bathroom trust if there’s one there’s more. I will not be going back there. Oh there was a cigarette burn in the blanket and the blanket was coming apart.

We arrived at 4 am for check in and the one man staff was spraying for bed bugs and the place stunk of the bed bug spray which created all of us to have a headache the room we stayed in was dirty with stains on the bed and everything was broken, the outlets were falling out of the wall and the lights barely worked.

Quiet and friendly staff.

We had a bed to crash and sleep on after driving over 600 miles through the night. The Employee let us check in early which was greatly appreciated and he was very helpful with our tv that didn't want to work. We got a room with 2 queens only because it was cheaper then the king. One of the bedspreads had several burn spots on it. Items showed major wear and usage. But the worst part was the cleaning product smell. When we first arrived in the room, it smelled so strongly that it made my husband throw up. Later when we got in bed the bedding smelled strongly of bleach. While that tells me things are sanitized but someone needs to ease up or vent the room better. For last minute plans for a night it served it's purpose but it also seemed 100.00 was way too high to pay for what we got.

The room was good, they had no coffee machine in the room, however, they did have it downstairs. Price seemed OK, staff was friendly. The carpet was old. The location was good, no elevator for second floor, but all in all it was pretty good.
