Out room was clean and is what we needed. The AC was kinda wonky. We tried to lower the temperature and it wouldn't go.

A good sized “small” fridge and microwave came with the room. It was clean. Location location LOCATION!!! Trains all day and all night, planes, drag racing, people doing donuts, and a hwy on two sides of the place, people chatting it up loudly in the parking lot. Unsafe! Side door doesn’t lock. You can just pull it open. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Eggs were strange, cheap meats were chosen like ground pork, chorizo, smoked sausage cut up. Also had steamed rice, and soupy oatmeal. Nothing else hot. Coffee was ok. Rooms were small and I PAID FOR TWO QUEEN ROOM, and they were DOUBLES, NOT QUEENS. Beds were hard, you couldn’t control the temperature in the room. So it got really warm at night. Bathroom had no safety bar to hold onto in the shower, it was slippery, shower and toilet were in one room and it was tiny. One inch gap at the bottom of door, bright security light outside window that you couldn’t open more than an inch. Also charged me an EXTRA 100.00 at check in for incidentals (refundable) PLUS PAID IN FULL. I have a video of the side door just opening without a key card.

Clean room, fast check in and plenty of parking

I took a chance and I did not regret it, I truly enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and professional, the place was clean, and I slept like a baby!!

The only down side was the trains from 10:15 to 10:30 at night. About 6 went by or a really long one. But I like trains and if it was day time I would have been excited.

This is overall a great hotel for a short stay. It's obvious it has been updated/remodeled within the past couple years and that they have tried really hard to make it a very welcoming place. The only minor complaints I'd say are the bathroom was VERY small, like barely able to open the door to get to the toilet and shower and sink was on the outside of the bathroom and only a single sink. As I mentioned, minor inconvenience that still works, just poor design. The other minor things would be very little equipment in the small workout room. Last the breakfast was fairly limited choices with lots of customers and were out of both of the main choices Eggs and meet at one point with several people waiting. On a positive note, front desk friendly, coffee machine was great and free cookie appreciated! Decorating in the lobby looked great! We loved the way the room was painted and decorated, cooling unit and fan helped keep it extra quiet in the room and comfortable and the bed was perfect! Overall we would definitely return for a short stay, convient to the mall and the Fieldhouse basketball facility. Highly recommend!

The only issues were 1) the bathtub had a bubble in the floor making the shower very slippery and possibly hazardous. It was from installing the bathtub incorrectly most likely. 2) The screws holding the dead bolt to the door frame were practically falling out of the door frame. I spoke to management about both these and she gave the impression that the screws would be fixed upon our check out but the bathtub would not get fixed until a remodel was needed. When I suggested some tub mats or sticky things that give the tub floor traction and make it less slippery she gave the impression that corporate would not okay an install because “they’re tacky, and unprofessional”. We will be staying there again. It was a great experience all around.

Love this hotel and always recommend to visitors.

I appreciated having security onsite in their parking lot. I didn't have to worry about leaving a few things in my car overnight.

Loved the convenient location. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff. Went to have breakfast and nothing was stocked. There was one attendant that was running around that could have used some assistance. No hot items. Asked to stock the eggs, sausages and french toast. She brought 3 pieces of french toast and went to do something else. No tea, so I went to the tea station at the front desk...and nothing was stocked. The front desk reception was on her phone when I asked for help. She opened the drawer under the tea station counter (stocked with tea), gave me one tea bag, closed the drawer and walked back to her station...back on her phone. A little frustrated, so I stocked the station for her. Moral of this story? Get your breakfast early before everything runs out.

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. It was a quiet property and the breakfast was great, with a nice selection of food. We would stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was very disappointing as most of my family didn’t even get to eat or had to settle for what was left. Went down at 9am with 30 minutes left and they were out of eggs, most of the bakery items, no milk for the cereal, and nothing in the small fridge as far as yogurt or anything else. Two of my daughters just ate rice because they don’t eat oatmeal and there was nothing else to choose from. If you say breakfast is from a certain time until a certain time, you should work MUCH harder in having it stocked for your guests. This is our second time staying here and we now won’t be coming back.

This IHG is doing afforable beautifully. The staff is remarkable - friendly, professional, and helpful above and beyond. Our king room with dining area was GIANT and had a ton of outlets and places to store things. It was very clean and the bed was comfy. And free breakfast to boot??Would absolutely stay again - it's a fantastic deal!

What stood out to me. A smile when we came in the door. We booked our room through Expedia. It was an easy process. Walked into our room and had a fresh clean smell in the air very comfortable. Best part was when i left.

The hotel has got some updates done to it but the haulways and walls are dark and dingy. Elavator is small and needs work done to it doesnt seem very reliable. Outside grounds are unkept and plain. Hotel is right next to the train tracks and is very loud throughout the day and night no real good attractions by it. Homeless people seem to linger around the hotel all hours of the day or nite. Be weary of housekeeping taking your deposit of $100.00 as they took mine said my 10pound male chorkee peed on the bed so they kept my deposit even though i asured them he didnt they must be mistaken they sent me a picture of a sheet that had a faint could barley see 3inch spot on it that looked like a old coffee or tea mark. Either way no way it costed $100 to treat and wash sheet if there is a place on here ill upload there picture of it. No pool,spa,hottub or any thing at this property to do for fun or entertainment. For what the nitely rate of this place is there are much more accommodating, entertaining, location to attractions and eating that are much more of a better establishment than this place and some of them are even less in a nightly rate as well and they don't need to go ahead and steal your deposit.

Room looked great. Beds and pillows were great!!! Microwave worked. Could use a bigger refrigerator. Since we were out of electricity where I lived this was a great stay. We were warm and ate.

Long answer: For the total price, continental breakfast, safe feeling/reviews of the area, and it only being a one night stay it was good enough for us. We got a regular room with a king bed which was good but surprisingly small, no big deal. However we felt the shower didn’t look super great so we didn’t want to use it. And the breakfast had good variety for the most part but not great if you got the eggs and meat.

I can kind of understand if the hotel was fully booked but it wasn’t and I checked in quite early so literally any other room would have been available. I mentioned this to staff as I checked out and they just smiled and laughed and said I should have requested a higher floor. To me they should know their own hotel enough to know that room is noisy and not to put anyone there unless they have to. Won’t stay again.

Ran out of hot water. All they did was say sorry and tell us the room next to us did, too. No price adjustment. Hot water should be a reasonable expectation in a hotel. They didn't seem to care.

The room was ok but bath is super tiny. Although there was a train track and constant trains, the noise wasn’t too bad. The breakfast service is horrible. Their breakfast consist of eggs, floating, and butter, chorizo, rice, bacon, bits, and thanks for tacos, but nothing like a normal breakfast. They had 2 cereals but not diabetic friendly. We had booked a trip there in December, but cancelled it due to the breakfast. It wasn’t horrible but for the price we pay it wasn’t great.

Let me first start by saying I used my OneKey cash to get the room for only $25 and I was still disappointed in the property of that price. Hot water didn’t work in the shower. Hot tub that’s advertised? Broken. Breakfast? Watery eggs and overcooked sausage. Tv? No local sports. Front desk staff? “Sorry for you poor experience” said with with zero emotion.

Easy parking, friendly staff quick check in and out

So they put me on the north side heavy traffic noise. Shower was scary the drain didn't work I was standing in 3 inches of water after a 5 minute shower. No grab bars to hold on too. My bedside lamp just strobes couldn't use it either. No coffee pot, no ice bucket you had to go get one. Key card didn't work twice. Paid 500.00 for 2 nights what a waste of money..on the plush side the bed was comfy and breakfast was ok..same thing every day

We came into town for the Russ concert and the whole hotel was booked with fans! It was so fun to see everyone and to see how well staff handled it all :) the beds were super comfortable too if I ever come here for a concert again this is where I'll be staying ❤️

This property is a good stay. The staff were responsive. We only stayed one night and the hotel was clean, the rooms were clean. Parking lot was easy to access and the parking was close to the building. The area around the hotel is busy commercial, right by a small airport. There were a few places to eat within a close drive. A good hotel room.

It was not a good choice for us. It was very close to a noisy road. Usually the AC has a fan only setting we can use for white noise. This place did not so I had trouble sleeping. We left early and canceled our second night there.

Rooms were small but clean. Was good for the one night we stayed a I'm very picky about the hotels I stay and this was a good one.

Decent hotel, clean room but construction in the lobby was noisy. Not a big issue but non functional ac wasn’t great. We will likely stay again but ask about the ac first.

There was a back gate open to the property, I saw someone riding a BMX bike around the parking lot with a backpack and going out the back gate. I know this sounds a little paranoid but it's a reality of car break-ins. There was a security guard on duty though and that eased my apprehension a little.

The stay was very good but the hallway noise was obvious.

The hotel was clean, quiet and close to the event we were attending. My ONLY slight criticism is that they add a $100 deposit fee at the time of check in that I wasn’t aware of (it was credited back the same day we checked out but still due to my budgeting it did limit us on what we could do that night).

The staff were wonderful, but the hotel needs a little work. Our room had clearly been smoked in, it stunk so bad. We asked for an additional sheet and blanket and were told we couldn’t get additional bedding due to hotel policy. And the breakfast was terrible. Both days were actually quite bad. No coffee in the rooms, only one washcloth provided per day, and you have to ask for an ice bucket. Not my favorite hotel.

This property was newly renovated. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. In fact I slept better at the hotel than I do at home. The highway was close by however we did not hear any highway traffic. Although the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Went to a 3 day special event at Emerald Downs, this hotel is nearby. Lots of shopping and restaurants to drive to, a few within walking distance. Will stay here again if we go back to Auburn.

Good stay. Room was nice, but dog in room across from us barked incessantly when owners left. Decent breakfast but ends too early for me (9AM). There is a little coffee kiosk in the lobby 24/7. Chose this place due to expense in Seattle. However, traveling back and forth took lots of time with lots of traffic. Train ran by on our side of building but not noisy if window is closed.

This was our second time at this hotel. Consistently clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. Great value. Feels like a much more expensive place.

The room could have been cleaner. When I see obvious things it makes me question the things I can't see. There were hairs in a few very obvious spots, one stuck to the sheer window curtain, one in the shower stuck to that curtain. Was the curtain cleaned? Couldn't tell you. Which makes me wonder if the carpet was vacuumed, or the remote wiped off.

Terrible smell in the room and when we asked for another room they said that they were told not to rent the one they gave us but there weren’t any other 2-queen rooms available. They called after we had gone to bed and said there was one available after all due to a cancellation but since our daughter was asleep already, we didn’t move. We had had a reservation so I’m not sure why to “unrentable” room was given to us and a better one saved for people who hadn’t arrived yet.

Asked for a handicapped /wheelchair accessible room. There was nothing to hold the door open and the metal lip in the room was high and difficult to get the wheelchair over. There was a tub in the bathroom so unable to use it. One of the carts to get the luggage into the room was so big and unmanageable. Made it too difficute for a 76 year old man to manage without extreme difficulty.

We stayed for a basketball tournament, so there were kids and teen boys running all over the place during their down rim

Surprisingly, well-staffed, CLEAN, easy parking, nice breakfast, good price. And a GREAT large tv that worked with our Roku. This place was a fabulous find.

Front desk and breakfast area staff very friendly and helpful. There's a nice vibe here. Room is clean and doesn't smell strongly of cleaning product, which is getting harder to find. Unfortunately, I just wanted to kick back and watch some TV but the digital TV service was very hitchy, with pixilation and freezing. And I needed the room to be cooler than 72 degrees (thanks, perimenopause) but though I could set it to cooler the unit didn't actually kick on unless the temp went above 72. Maybe that's an eco-friendly thing? But regardless, it meant I didn't sleep well. I wish there was a fan at least, if it really won't go cooler than that. The thermostatically-controlled wall unit didn't have a setting for having the fan run constantly, which means that when it does kick on it's kinda noisy if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

Very clean. Front staff was very friendly. Simple but pretty rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but the train nearby literally shook the bed every time it went by, which was often. It wasn't too bad for me but might be bothersome for others. Wonderful Continental breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. Good variety in the drink machines and had decent snacks at the front desk.

This was a very nice hotel with great staff and comfortable beds. My only complaint would be that I couldn’t figure out the temperature controls and was very hot all night.

I've been in a rut of staying in places with very strong smelling cleaning products lately so this was such a pleasant change- just clean with no overpowering stink! The tv is a little complicated for me, I prefer a single remote.Also prefer an ac/ heater that I can just run the fan all night for some white noise which I couldn't figure out how to do. User error, perhaps. Moderate sound proofing to hallway. Good breakfast selection.

We came in late but it felt pretty secure. The staff was waiting for us. We left early in the morning so we didn't get to much of a chance to check things out.

Good location with restaurants within walking distance. Room was much cleaner than some of the other places we have stayed in. Only request is to extend the breakfast hours to at least 10 AM on weekends.

Staff was incredibly helpful

This isnthe first hotel ive stayed in that didnt smell like a hotel. It was CLEAN. Even the sheets and cover smelled like it was right out of the dryer. And the blanket on the bed was an actual thick comforter..not a flimsy coverlet like most hotels. I actually slept really well because of it. And i never get good hotel sleep. The breakfast had a good variety and i noticed that the staff was constantly attending it and checking on things. Every interaction with the staff was a very lovely conversation. The price was fantastic for what it offered. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The vanity for the vanity for the sink was very small so we weren't able to put out our "bathroom stuff" like we like to. The shower was great. The breakfast was so-so. No waffles. I appreciated they had a pot of rice, as most hotels I have found don't. The rest of the selection of breakfast was standard hotel stuff. The coffee was excellent, but the machine makes one cup at a time, so there was no way to "top off your cup" without brewing an entire cup. Also, no hot chocolate was offered, on a rainy cold morning and there were quite a few kids around. My son was disappointed about that. But all in all, it was a nice stay.

We loved the room we had, the only major complaint we had was that the train passed by every hour or so, including all night long. It was quite loud and woke us up multiple times. Maybe it wouldnt be as bad at another end of the building, just where we were it was very noisy. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel, service was very friendly and room felt clean and very roomy

Nice place. First time staying there. We visited from Juneau AK. I read the reviews before booking. If you come from a fairly quiet city, beware of the trains that come rumbling through. Didn’t really bother me, bothered my other half though.

Overlooked the freeway. Right near the train tracks. No USB outlets. Blackout drapes allow light in at the bottom. Mattresses weren't comfortable.

Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a nice property. The pictures do not match the hotel in person. Rooms are very run down. Issues with the remote. Issues with the AC. No one available to help. I do not recommend this hotel.

The locations bath was not disabled friendly. There are no bars in the bathtub nor on the wall near the toliet. It was not safe for me in that shower. The tub was to tall to step in. For safety there really needs to be a bar in the shower.

Spent the night after a power outage in our neighborhood. Our room was small but clean and updated. Front desk people were very friendly. Nice breakfast options.

The front desk staff were all amazing! I also loved the hot tub. Parking was easy and the front desk staff recommended a great local Mexican restaurant for me. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing!

This is my second stay and will certainly not be my last. First off, the housekeeping staff is phenomenal. We came back to a clean room with fresh towels each day of our stay. The coffee machine in the lobby is so wonderful. You get coffee house quality for free 24/7. The breakfast was filling and tasty with plenty of options. One day of our stay they had to open breakfast late because a staff member was ill or had an emergency, so another staff member came in on her day off to quickly get breakfast going. She did it with a smile and they kept breakfast open several hours later to make up for the time that it was closed. The front desk staff always smiles and greets guests as they enter. This is a top quality hotel for a reasonable price. Someone was constantly cleaning the grounds outside as well as inside. They go above and beyond to give guests a quality experience. The only suggestion I have for light sleepers is to bring a white noise machine. I don’t travel without mine, so if there was noise, I didn’t hear it. When not running the machine I could hear neighbors talking, and I played our tv very low for fear we would disturb someone. The beds were comfortable and each had four fluffy pillows. There are also phone charging jacks next to beds. I hope this helps anyone trying to decide if this is the hotel for you.

Great staff, clean spacious room, fantastic breakfast!

I feel like I got catfish by the good reviews… It was an old hotel with nonworking, remote controls and televisions, and everything in the gym was broken and had no weights. I would not recommend anyone stay there for the price.

I was comfortable good breakfast.

Arrived at 2:30 am very late, staff was very welcoming. Property was clean and looked very safe. We were a party of 6 , 2 bathrooms would have been much better. Breakfast was delicious and great selection. Attendant at breakfast was so friendly and was making sure there was plenty of food. Yes they are remodeling but workers were very thoughtful to make sure you went first.

Spent two nights for work training. Super clean place, and quiet. The parking felt safe and it's conveniently located. I didnt visit the breakfast so i cant comment on that. My one and only negative Ive got is there no coffee in the room.

We have two suggestions. Hot chocolate and a waffle station haha! Thanks for the great stay!

Great staff, good breakfast

If you are staying there, the only thing I found challenging was the road noise, if the rooms were close to the main road.

Very friendly staff. Easy access from major roads. Biggest plus is the breakfast. Very fresh and plenty of options for someone who can’t have dairy - fresh scrambled eggs, two meat choices, salsa, various bread choices, hot and cold cereal….

The staff when we checked in were not very friendly or welcoming, more like we were a bother. The room was very clean, beds are comfortable. A bit disappointed in the hot tub— the jets were definitely lacking power. The room next to us had their music up WAY too loud. I finally called the front desk at 1 am and they did follow through and call to ask them to turn it down. Really did appreciate that.

The property itself is clean and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was enjoyable. Unfortunately our car was broken into with the window smashed out. The hotel had it on camera and filed a police report for us prior to our awakening. It was clear this is a regular occurrence in the area and nothing would be done to try to find the criminals. Unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel is pretty rough. The adjacent property is some run down “quality inn” or something that looks like a drug den with addicts all around and using drugs out in the parking lot. It is necessary to walk by in order to access the few fast food joints nearby. Can’t say I was real surprised to find we’d been smashed and grabbed. The local law enforcement or DA in charge of prosecution of these crimes needs to step up. I will not be returning to the area. The hotel is basically fully fenced, maybe an electronic gate could help keep the guests belongings/cars safe in the parking lot overnight.

Our stay was great! The hotel is extremely nice, clean and upgraded. Parking is right outside the main doors and there is also a side entrance to the rooms. Free breakfast and 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Fully stocked vending machines on both floors. We will absolutely be returning!
