    The room was very clean and well-maintained. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the mattress, which is something I always pay attention to when traveling. The only issue I noticed was that the hallway carpet could have been cleaned a little better. Also, the pillows were much too soft for my preference. It would be nice if the hotel offered firmer pillow options for guests who need more support. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and clean accommodations. staff was very helpful and engaging from the front desk, room attendant s and kitchen staff. The only issue I had was that the carpet in the hallway could be a little bit more clear buy, other than that the room was really clean, even the mattress was clean. One other thing is those pillows they are too soft they should invest in some firm pillows also.

    It’s a nice hotel. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds but honestly it’s not a very warm feeling welcome. Some of the staff seem like they don’t want to be there. The lady at the front desk late late Saturday night was kinda rude.

    I loved this hotel ! Very contemporary and convenient! The property is great and well maintained. The continental breakfast was the best ! Huge selections of scones, muffins, waffle bar, grits etc! I loved the pool the large outdoor chess pieces and games for kids ! The beds were huge and cozy and the staff was truly kind and amazing ! Very clean and conveniently located near great dinning and shopping!

I’ve never seen a Hampton Inn with this particular flooring… It’s like commercial tile) Beds meh The entire building along with our suite in desperate need of updating.     We stayed at this Hampton for 2 nights. At check-in we were told we were upgraded to a suite! The suite was wonderful and clean. Unfortunately we found out that night that it was very noisy due to it being on the same side as the interstate. The next morning we requested a room change, and Hope (the front desk person) was very accommodating. She put us in another suite in a quieter area of the hotel. Our 2nd night of sleep was much better than the previous night. Breakfasts had a lot of variety. Overall it was a good experience, and I will request next time to have a room away from the interstate upon booking!

    I checked in on Friday for the weekend only find out the clerk Marcus didn’t check me in. I was locked out of my room after returning from a day out with friends because he checked me in under another name. Of course I was frantic because I’m I had my work laptop and credentials in the room ( I’m federal government employee). The manager on duty did sort it out because this shouldn’t have happened to anyone.

    We arrived late at night hoping to sleep and rest after a long trip, and the room was filthy. There was hair in the sink, on the pillows, and on the sheets and a lot of it. The sheets were clearly dirty. It looked like they hadn’t been washed and were just put back on the bed. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room wasn’t working. Since it was late and we were exhausted, we left it as it was and continued our trip the next day. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have photos of everything to prove what I am talking about.

    my wife and I both came down with severe Covid two days prior to coming to your hotel. I tried everything I could to cancel the reservation and let them know that my wife was in the hospital and I was considering checking myself in. There was no way the hotel would accept my request to cancel the reservation. I have no idea how much I’ll be charged for a stay that I didn’t use.

    Water went out at noon and was told will be back on quickly. I finally checked out early that afternoon because no water- no toilets- nothing. Have tried since check-out to get refund given they didn’t get water back until 11am the next day per their email. No response.

    The hotel had a water pipe break on Sunday afternoon and they told us that there would be no repairs started until after 8:00 AM on Monday. This meant no ability to flush the toilet or take a shower. I get it that things break, but clearly they were not prepared with an emergency action plan other than a gallon of distilled water and 4 bottles of drinking water. If the hotel is going to operate 365 days a year, they must be prepared 365 days a year! Buy a service contract that assures service 365 days a year, not just business hours between Monday and Friday.

    I was surprised to see the desk area in my room had a cat 5 Ethernet cable sitting there. But it was not connected. Instead, right under that desk is the room wifi router, which is more than100 times stronger that it needs to be for people that want to use wifi. ( I never do) And when sitting at that desk, it is less than 18 inches from the persons knees. Each of the two sources of radiation are far beyond the extreme range, especially for night time sleeping. The Building Biology Institute specifies less than 100µw/m2. Peak levels above 300,000µw/m2 were measured18" from the router, and more than 50,000µw/m2 coming from the cell tower. The staff, as for most of the general public, knew nothing about this topic. In fact one of them said they were concerned that there were "dead spots" in the wifi coverage. The percentage of the public that is becoming hypersensitive to this increases all the time, but most would not connect a poor night's sleep, and other symptoms to this radiation that cannot be sensed as it damages the human body in multiple vectors.

    The hotel lobby was modern and comfortable. They had an outside area to sit with a fireplace and TV and a lit and beautiful clean pool with jets of water streaming into it. My room smelled clean and fresh, it didn't have a musty or disinfectant smell. The king bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and roomy. I appreciated where and how things were placed in the bathroom and the provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, as well as the large body lotion on the sink. This hotel stay was the best stay I've experienced in a very long time in every way. The friendly smiles and extra effort were greatly appreciated! I will definitely be staying again! TV to

    The location of the hotel is excellent. You're a few minutes from Downtown Augusta, the mall is nearby and turning right out of the hotel is a Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and on ramp for I-20. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. The breakfest is great hot and cold food. The Wi-Fi is great for working and the gym was very nice.

    I am a frequent flyer here. Hope was wonderful as always! I love it when she's there at my check in and check out. Marcus was great as well. They both were very helpful. I didn't rate it five stars because when I pulled back the covers on my bed there was hair in between the sheets and it was obvious that the sheets had not been washed and replaced. that is a bad look for a hotel like a Hampton-Hilton. Every guest deserves new bedding and whoever the housekeeper was skipped over replacing the sheets. I did get new sheets from front desk, but I shouldn't have to do that. I was in room 529 and for some reason I was not able to get a wifi signal. I spoke with a man at front desk who stated the router on that floor was working, but it did not reach to my room. I had to end up using my hotspot on my cell phone and had to use my data instead of the free wifi. And the last thing was a concern was that one of the staff serving breakfast was not friendly to guests. i've noticed that pretty often during my stays that some of them have bad attitudes when guests are requesting something. A lot of times it's around the 9:30 time frame, I get it that they are trying to wrap things up, but I still expect the staff to be kind and courteous to the guests if they are requesting anything or needing help with something. breakfast isn't techinically over until 10am. So please remind the kitchen staff of that their attitudes reflect the hotel also.

    Room was clean but there was a continuous smell of marijuana in the hallways, elevator and outside in parking lot at times as well. I stayed there 5 nights, but booked another hotel to extend my stay for work. I don't care what others do, but when it comes to smoking inside a hotel, that's a safety risk for everyone. If I smelled this, then the hotel staff should have as well and did something about it.

    The staff were excellent especially the young lady at the first desk. She was very welcoming she had such a sweet spirit the guy that was at the front desk at check out was also very nice. The lady that was over breakfast was amazing. She greeted everyone kept the everything very clean. She walked around making sure everyone was okay she also communicated well and served the tables and threw people plates away if they were finished. I will most definitely stay there again.

    The property itself is good, outside the parking lot and to get to hotel was sketchy. I would have felt better if there was security in parking lot. It was not safe to walk off property.     AMAZING! We were incredibly impressed with this Hampton. They laid out the best breakfast buffet we have ever had at a mid-range hotel chain, like OMG, cheese omelets, sausage, grits, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, bananas, muffins, waffles with all the toppings, cereal, and more!!! They had nice big showers and lots of soft towels. You add these amenities to the absolutely delightful staff, and the result is a near perfect stay!

    The pool area was beautiful and unique. Rooms were laid out great; bathroom was Great! The layout of the room was nice. Did not like that I was in a room close to a guest with dog(s).     We booked a room for 5 people. Knew it had 2 queen beds and assumed it had a pullout couch or room for a rollaway bed. Upon checking in, there was no couch and when we asked for a rollaway bed the staff was rude and the least helpful she could be. She said a rollaway bed wouldn’t fit in the room, and when I questioned why they would give us a room that only sleeps 4 when our reservation clearly indicated 5 people she said she couldn’t do anything about it. We got our stuff and left. Really disappointed and upset because we’d already paid for the room. Be nice if the hotel or Expedia gave us a refund??????

    Upon arrival on Friday evening, the stay commenced positively. The receptionist demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Subsequently, a smoke detector malfunctioned 6:00 AM Saturday morning (August 9) and lasted ALL day, necessitating the provision of an alternative. At 7:10 PM, I engaged in a conversation with the General Manager and was given another room at 8:00 PM that EVENING. I was advised to contact Hotel.Com Monday morning to initiate a refund for the day in question. Also, on Saturday morning, the individual responsible for serving breakfast exhibited rude behavior.

    Couple with 2 dogs. The pictures make it look more legit than it is. It’s in a rough and tumble area with lots of trash along the road and entering the hotel lot. Once inside, the place was decent. We had some confusion over the pet fee that was fixed before check out. The room feels wet, AC cools a corner of the room, and wall paper is peeling in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful. Over cooked eggs. Undercooked bacon. 17 other starch options. But it got the job done for the night.

The area around the hotel felt not safe. You had to drive through two hotels that look like trap dirty hotels. Glad to say nothing happened to our vehicle because i had concerns.
