The room was great!! The room was was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and nice. Rooftop bar was nice.We will definitely stay here again!!

Loved the room clean and enough space. My neighbors, complained of noise but clearly noise was somewhere else, because I heard it also.

Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.

The rooms need some updating as well as carpet throughout. Our blackout shade did not work and the cabinet door covering fridge was broken and wouldn’t close

The location was good. One of the reasons we booked here was the roof top bar however it wasn’t open on the night we stayed. When we asked for a drink at 22.02 we were told the bar closed at 22.00.

This is a great location for visiting Augusta. Right downtown. Plenty of bars/restaurants in walking distance. Starbucks and CVS are a 5 min. drive. Easy to get to any location around the CSRA.

Rooms are sparse, other than shampoo and conditioner there were no toiletries so plan accordingly. Everyone who worked there was lovely but the space was a bit shabby and depressing and there was a bit of a musty odor in the hallway.

I'm a big fan of the Hyatt House concept! I especially like the gym with the Peleton bike and the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Overall ok. I really didn’t like being put in handicap room when we don’t have any disabilities. There were several weird spots in the room such as the sink faucet was installed too close to the mirror so it would not turn all the way on. The barn door wouldn’t stay closed or locked. It was also installed with horrible trimming looking like it was incomplete. For a newer building the caulking in the shower was either never there or worn out. But staff was nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. The main negative was the endless train whistle noises almost every hour throughout the night. Made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

I ordered a BLT from the kitchen while visiting the bar on the roof. When the food arrived, the bartender told me she was just made aware the cook had just told her that they were out of tomatoes. She said the cook had to throw them all away. Fine, I realize things happen. But, what struck me as odd is that rather than tell me at the time, they just brought me the BLT minus the T and said she discounted it. I would have rather the cook told her at the time the order was entered that he/she was out of tomatoes and prompt the bartender to come to my table and ask if I would like something else. Instead, since I was very hungry from my drive during the day, I ate it. I think there is a learning experience to be had here for the staff. Thanks! (PS: The bartender, the staff in the lobby, downstairs were all friendly). The room was clean, the lobby staff was great.

This hotel was AWEFUL! Definitely not worth the money we paid per night. It’s more like “motel” status. The room wasn’t clean. We didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to use my cell to call the hotel in order to get a toilet paper roll. The mirror in the bathroom had something in black on it, creeped me out. And sleeping in a room next to the elevator was awful. The staff was rude when we first arrived about having to wait exactly until 3pm to check in. They were just sitting around downstairs on their phones. Construction outside the hotel was terrible. I probably should have booked the river front hotel instead.

Nice maintained property in a good area with lots of shops and food choices however it should be noted that many of these shops were closed as the area is undergoing major road construction and it doesn't look like it will be finished any time soon. I would check with the hotel before booking a room and ask if the construction is done. As of April 2026 it is a long way off from being finished.

I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon.

Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta.

They were short staffed in the kitchen and bar.I was told that they only had 1 cook in the kitchen and she had been there since 4AM. The bar tender went to the kitchen to help the which left the bar shorthanded.

The kitchen was equipped with dinning ware and cookware. There was a few essential things to make a simple dish with burner eyes, mini fridge, and sink.

We really expected a little more personalized experience from a Hyatt Property, especially for the cost. Realistically not worth it...

Staff was super friendly. Room fit our needs. Breakfast was good. The upstairs bar was a bit dingey/dirty appearing. Because of the air outside, the air quality inside suffered and smelled like old hot dog socks.

Well maintained clean in the heart of downtown Augusta short walk to everything. Great breakfast buffet with omelets to order even salmon and lox. Would recommend.

The hospitality of the front desk wasn’t really good. A different points the front desk person left the front and was in the front of the hotel smoking. overall, I didn’t like any of my experiences with the front desk.

This was Down Town Augusta GA! :) Not what you would expect from a long drive!

We requested early checkin and understand there are no guarantees. We arrived around 1pm and the staff member at the desk didn't greet me. I greeted her, asked her about room availability and she very sharply said no rooms until 3 and very quickly went back to her cell phone. The breakfast as free but underwhelming in quality and taste.

Sorry, but you really shouldn't stay here. The area is not good. The hotel is OK so that is unfortunate. There are much nicer areas quite close. I would go there instead.

The staff were so nice! They genuinely seemed to care if everything was going well for us. The bathroom was really nice and felt very fancy. The room was pretty quiet and couldn’t hear any noise from the hall or other rooms. I would stay there again for sure.

Stayed in on New Year’s Eve with my family, and it was GREAT!!! Room was clean and the staff were very friendly! Both bars were open (rooftop&lobby) so me and my wife were able to enjoy some cocktails on New Year’s Eve without worrying about driving!

Staff was very nice. My room had a wet smell to it but the bathroom was neat, clean & up to date.

The toilet was wobbly and the sink did not drain well. When I told them about it, they said maintenance would take a look. When I got back to my room that evening everything was still the same. Also, they took my took my room key when I checked out and I was unable to get to my car on the 2nd floor parking garage. I had to ask someone that worked there to help me get to the 2nd level parking garage. I never had to give up my key before. I also was told that they could not give me a receipt. I told them that I also had parking charges. She said the receipt would only show the parking charges. I have never had these issues when I have stayed here before. I always received a receipt when asked with all charges. Now I have a $30 incidental, $96.56 room and a $126.56 room charge on my card. I think next time I’m in Augusta, GA, I will stay somewhere else.

This was our first time in Augusta, and the front desk team(David and others whose names we did not learn) gave us great recommendations on restaurants in town and amenities available at the hotel. The breakfast offered great variety. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel in Augusta!

This property is very nice. There's plenty of free parking on the road, so we didn't use the parking garage. The staff was friendly and we checked in without a hitch. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

This gem was an amazing experience! I enjoyed the location and services. Every staff member, my girlfriend and I crossed paths with were professional, friendly, and highly exceeded our expectations. The free continental breakfast was also top tier for me. The set up, the omelette bar, and various amount of meal options. Overall outstanding stay, with great amenities and accommodations.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. This was a Family Reunion stay for our visit. All the staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

Check in and out process was quick and everyone was very nice. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The rooftop bar and grill was my favorite part!

I did not receive my bill when I check out on the 24 September 2025 and I haven’t seen one in my email. That’s the only problem I have.

I booked the room on a last minute business trip extension. They gave me a king suite with a full kitchen. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Augusta and walkable to many dining & shopping options.

The location was great, parking was very easy. The process of check in and check out very fast. Breakfast food was excellent. The room was very spacious and the bathroom very clean. If I need to come to this town again, I will definitely stay here.

The property was Nice located in downtown area convenience for walking, the only thing I didn't like is you had to pay for parking in the Hotel's parking Garage I believe if you have gest at your hotel you shouldn't charge them to park there!

The property is a bit worn down, but the room was clean. Their use and choice of air freshener is unfortunate. as soon as I walked into the room my eyes watered and I stuffed right up.

I loved the hotel overall and found the location convenient but felt like it was overpriced for the area. There are many abandoned buildings as well as a few homeless sleeping in doorways. I didn’t feel unsafe but did question why I paid a premium for the location after getting there.

This property was near everything downtown, and really cool places to eat. We ate at a sushi place called Sole, and also a pizza joint that were unique and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly with questions and suggested places to go.

Helpful and friendly staff, the lobby was small and underwhelming. The rooftop bar/restaurant was nice. Not many snacks available for purchase (when the restaurant is not open). The room was a little small considering the price. The exercise room is 24 hours and has excellent equipment. The building is relatively new, however is showing sings of wear and tear. Overall it was a nice experience and I would consider staying there again, however I thought there would be more of a "wow" factor to this hotel.

I always love staying at the Hyatt! I love the spacious suites, very quiet and easy parking in the parking deck. There’s always plenty of parking and i like how I can park close to the lobby entrance. The property is also very secure. You need to use your room key to access the floors. And the gym is nice too and has all the equipment I need. I love that check out is at noon instead of 11am. And lastly, with it being downtown off Broad Street you can quickly get to North Augusta, Washington Road, South Augusta and the interstates. Always an enjoyable stay when I stay at the Hyatt!

I had a very nice experience with staff, and the location was very close to shops and entertainment. I mustn't forget the breakfast menu was delicious as well. I would encourage travelers in the area to stop in.

I checked in shortly after midnight and went straight to my room. I was using the bathroom and the phone started ringing so I went to it but then it stopped, not sure who it was or why I would have a call so late as it didn’t ring again until I was in the bathroom the next morning when it happened again. By the time I got to the phone, it quit ringing again so it was kind of annoying. Another thing, I could hear some other room’s tv throughout the night so it was difficult to sleep. Other than that, the room was nice and spacious. Kitchen frig only semi-cooled my drink.

My trip was amazing I was in town for a concert. My room was nice and clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and Michel’le was a few rooms down from us and we got to meet her before the concert and the ladies of Changing Faces stayed there as well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt House. It was very secure and the candy at check in desk is delicious too. We also had a nice view and we were on the fifth floor.

The staff at this hotel are all terrific. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and wantibg to make your stay perfect. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was nice to stay downtown and have a chance to see that part of Augusta. It's clearly in need of some investment, but has great potential and some small busi esses are making their case for a revitalized downtown.

From the room to the bar everything was outstanding ! The roof top bar was amazing ! The room was large and roomy ! Alexis was a great bartender a lot of knowledge ! Great personality! The other bartender was awesome as well I just forgot her name . Front desk was outstanding but again forgot her name ! Great location! Breakfast was super good! I will return!

The staff were nice and professional. A major drawback is that the walls were very thin. I could clearly hear the TV and phone calls in a room next to me, as well as someone coughing and vomiting in the room on the other side of me. I’ve not had this much audibility in any hotel stay prior to my stay here.

To walk in and see a smiling face such as David was refreshing! His energy exudes that he loves him job. Excellent customer service! With that said…..the TVs need to be upgraded. It was very disappointing that the tv’s are old and I could not watch Netflix, HULU, etc. Also the heat and air system is pretty loud when it kicks on, which kept me awake most of the night.

Everyone was very nice, the omlet was super good. Only problem the card i held reservation was charged not the one I gave them and asked it to be used the night we got there. The lady at the desk when i check in Wednesday night said it wouldn't charge my debit but it did. The super nuce lady at checkout was supposed to see about getting us refunded from debit and put on charge card. Need help still no refund.

Rented at the roof top for the roof top view just for it to be closed and also questioned by management because she assumed I was throwing a party because of my serving trays I was bringing into the building. Advised me my stay was only for resting which made me feel uncomfortable.
