We needed a simple one-night stay and this motel offered us what we needed for a very affordable price. Nestled away from the busy highway, it offered us a quiet stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very good. We were able to adjust the comfort level of the air conditioning, and it would turn off once cooling was made, then it would be quiet until it would need to cool the air. The staff was very efficient in checking us in. The only wish we had would be to have scrambled eggs or something like that for the continental breakfast, but the waffles were good!

We stayed for one night and the bathroom need an upgrade.

This place needs to be reported to the health authorities. We arrived to find the room not cleaned at all,a dirty pair of u dear and 1 sock on the bathroom floor garbages still full and the floors had not been cleaned in weeks. So much dirt under the chair. Went to the front desk to report it and the cleaners admitted they had not cleaned it. When we went back to the room afterwards,the garbage was emptied,clean towels but that was it. It stunk of pot. The next morning we had breakfast and left for the day. When we got back late that night to find overflowing garbage from that mornings breakfast when we got up to our room, it had not been cleaned. We called the front desk who told us they wouldn’t clean the room because we complained earlier. This place is terrible and should be shut down.

The first room we were assigned had cleaning cloths on the bathroom floor and the staff immediately transferred us to a different room. Breakfast was basicly cold cereals, toast items and waffles ( no proteins). The coffe was good. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, we felt safe, and eating establishments were close-by.

The place in general was pretty rundown. Did the trick just to have a place to sleep for the night. But there were a lot of little things, stains all over the carpet… outlets that didn’t work..

Clean and comfortable, functional for my stay. Nothing extraordinary, but it was a one night stopover for me. The room was clean with no issues and the staff was friendly enough. Little pricey, but that was as much because of the area as the hotel itself.

I was traveling for work, only chose this hotel due to the fact they had a hot tub. Was looking forward to soaking after work. The hot tub does not exist, it was completely cemented over. Very disappointed. Front desk staff were rude and and very unprofessional.

Public areas, such as lobby, hallways, and elevator, were filthy. Carpets ripped and stained, needed vacuumed, and just gross to walk on. Breakfast was mediocre in offerings. Made me sick on 1st day. Didn’t eat there again. Room was clean though. Seemed to be the cleanest spot we could find. Pool was unavailable due to repair but didn’t see anyone working on it. Not much to offer. Won’t be back.

There were literal cockroaches in the room and when brought to the staff and front desks attention, they dismissed it and totally gave no reproach or attempted response of care.. The HVAC filter was soo dirty snd nasty it put a stench in the air,.. there was LITERALLY BLOOD splayed on the wall!! The pool has never been working or available even though its advertised as such! have stayed several evenings when in town, but this stay was the last. Never again..

My room had a missing security lock and the bathroom floor was covered in water in the morning because of a water leak in the ceiling. I had to convince myself it was water from the tub and not the toilet. I won’t stay here again.

Rooms were good, if a little beat up. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. But it did what I needed, so it was good.

The first room 315 had a very loud bathroom fan and the bathroom light did not work. The room they moved me to the fan was noise, but the lights work.

Checked in to our room and there was a massive mold patch above the shower. We were able to get a new room but aside from mold, it wasn’t much better. Cracked tile, gross carpet, dark room just make for an okay stay. You get what you pay for I guess.

And yes if you want pictures i have them. So disgusting do not bring your family here. Lady at front desk say cant doing anything about , you book third party. Expedia i like my money back and i will give you the picture of proof

Its fine for the quick business trip. The room was only to sleep in. The AC was cold. Had some ants in the room so every tickle i felt while in bed my mind assumed was an ant even though it wasnt. Did the online check in and then the front desk wanted me to do everything again because they didnt know they had online check in?!?! Only reason i use it is it in so close to were im working for the weekend and the price is the cheapest within the 15 minutes to the job site...

The hotel was clean but needed floor tile and door repair in the bathroom. Some of the lights didn't work in the 1st two rooms. The receptionist graciously moved us till we got a room where all the lights worked. The breakfast was very basic with cereal, toast, juice and coffee. But the price was right. We asked the desk clerk to change the tv station from Fox News. Everyon in the breakfast rokm thanked me. The next morning it was back on Fox News. A different quest asked for it to be changed. There have been other complaints regarding the Fox News. They might want to listen to the majority of their guest's preferences.

The staff was extremely nice and they do offer a light carry and go breakfast. Free parking and the area seemed to be safe with many dining and shopping options within a 10-15 minute drive. The room itself smelled old. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter and the toilet seat had not been cleaned. I also noticed the pool was out of order. The room was extremely dark..the hotel should invest in better lighting. There were not any bugs that I saw which is a plus. I’m still glad I was only there for one night. I likely would not stay there again.

It was dirty and in need of repairs. We were given one towel each to last the 4 days we were there. The floor had sticky stains on the carpet and the building in general was dirty. Our bathroom door did not close all the way. Really wanted to check out right away but it was nonrefundable stay. Lesson learned.

Disappointing is the word. The hotel room was not clean when it comes to carpet my son got hives while there and it has been so bad that I had to shorten my trip and come back. Just bread and butter for breakfast, no water in the swimming pool. I have never seen such a bad hotel. Please don’t go if you kids

There were a plethora of ants so getting a restful sleep was impossible. The floor to the elevator was filthy for three days. The faulty fire alarm kept going off without any reasons and i had to explain over and over that i dont smoke so the faulty alarm could be a bigger problem but nobody was listening.

The hotel itself could use a little TLC, but all the wonderful, kind staff who go above and beyond to help with any and all special requests make up for any short comings in the property. They were especially kind and helpful to our special-needs daughter.

It was amazing.The customer service was great easy check in and the room / rooms were very clean and very comfortable I had a hard time waking my grand baby up lol he loved the room and hotel. We will be back there to stay well worth the experience.

When asked for my room was changed to a quieter location. I liked that for the short stay there were no unnecessary daily changes of towels, soap bars, no intrusion. Fresh food supermarket at walking distance. Plenty of parking. Quiet. There is a swimming pool, which was closed, but also not promised. No plastic recycle, as negative. Simple place, but neat, and the price was right.

Suspicious car outside my window first night, cops were called. Looks like there's attempts to open window from the outside. My sandals were stolen. Anonymously outside my door after bringing it up to front desk. Relocated after first night. Awful time trying to get a refund!

Extremely unimpressed with the the hotel I understand it's a super 8 so I wasn't expecting much but even my small expectations werent met our first room smelled like smoke and had burn holes in the bedding also the Jacuzzi tub was broken and missing parts... Got moved to a new room with no Jacuzzi tub (that's fine not a big deal) but the lights were basically falling off the wall and the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was gonna fall apart as well as the covers in this room also having burn holes in them and to top it all off the pool was shut down and the breakfast was a joke

THE STAY WAS OK. THE TV DIDN'T WORK HAD TO CALL ROOM SERVICE TO GET ANOTHER CONTROL. THREE TOWELS IS NOT ENOUGH,THE SOAP IS SO SMALL YOU CAN'T FIND IT. NO SHAMPOO. BREAKFAST IS GETTING WORST. WE LEFT AFTER ONE NITE OF A TWO NITE PREPAID TRIP.HOW CAN YOU MAKE THIS UP.

I paid for 2 nites.After one nite,we realized that there was a large hole in the comforter/TV and treadmill in gymn did not work.Internet in room did not work.We asked for a refund for our second nite because we were checking out one day early.We were told that could not be done because their rate was 92 and we had paid 82 through Expedia.They could have offered us 82 dollars but there was no intention on their part to make it good.

Great stay, it was clean and everyone was friendly. Front desk was great and Management. Breakfast could use an update, maybe waffles and syrup. We couldnt have asked for a better stay. Affordable so that was a plus for our family. Thank you!

Lady was not at front desk to check anyone in me and another guy was standing there for at least 10 minutes got to the room the bathroom light flickering and barley stayed on and it was a whole in the ceiling and a red stain on carpet it was cup marks on the night stand like it never got cleaned the night before

Room was not cleaned. When I asked about it I was told we had to bring our dirty wet towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. When I questioned it I was told “you get what you pay for… this is a one star motel” by the front desk night person. I could not believe she said this to me. Would give it negative stars if possible. What a waste of money! Would like a refund if possible. Oh, and what they call breakfast was just pathetic. Stayed there one night last year and pool was “under construction”… a year later and pool is still “under construction”. Would never stay there again!

5/9/25-I stayed here. The hotel is outdated compared to other hotels, but smells nice. Breakfast only consisted of cereal,bagels, juice and coffee. The place advertised a pool but it was out of service this was not mentioned when I booked. In our room the carpet was not clean and there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. It looked like a vent fan was supposed to be there but had been removed. Also the microwave was unplugged. When I plugged it up to use it, it would not turn on. You have to turn the light switch on by the door in order for the power to work for the outlet. Front staff told me to find the worker on the floor and she was super nice and came to assist me.The staff was super friendly and helpful. For the money it will get you thru.

Bad experience, would look elsewhere. Advertised with a pool, closed when we got there. Front staff was rude and asked if we wanted to cancel our reservation after we already got there. Fire alarm then immediately went off. Had to ask for pillow cases after getting another pillow since there were only three in the room (after manager approval). Loose parts in the shower. Fan in bathroom was noisy and on its last leg. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close right, multiple things plugged into a single outlet strip which looked like a hazard and then other outlets didn’t work. All in all, staff wasn’t help and rude. Room was subpar. Amenities were not as advertised.

For just one night it wasn’t bad, there were some things that well they don’t have that a more expensive hotel has, but just for a place to stay it wasn’t bad! Overall a 3.7

I live over an hour away but work in naperville. I was working until 10:30 p.m. and checking in right afterwards. My wife booked a room for me online. I had to be back at work at 6:00 a.m. and was very tired. I had just gotten to sleep and the fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. and again at 4:30 a.m., absolutely ridiculous! I got almost no sleep and will never stay at that hotel again. The hotel manager said the first 2:00 a.m. fire alarm was from a microwave that caught on fire. He said the 4:30 a.m. fire alarm was from someone taking a shower and open the door, which I have a very hard time believing. The place was not clean and it was not comfortable. I have requested a refund for this horrible stay.

Coffee maker inside burnt out, but since room was just a few feet from the breakfast bar, I just went there and had a cup or two various times. Slightly better vacuuming and more detail on cleaning everything in between the bathroom tiles recommended for the next guest. for my use, though, it was fine. Hotel needs an overhaul. We have stayed here before and the first floor was quite nice. We were on the third floor this time. Rugs were dirty. Elevator was dirty. Pool is never in service. Breakfast was a joke. Cereal or a mini bagel. Coffee machine makes disgusting coffee. Have stayed before but this time was likely the last time.

I am not one for writing bad reviews but this stay needed one to be written. I was double charged for this room on the second day I was there. Still fighting this double charge now. The hotel deleted my reservation by mistake locking me out of my room. The fire alarms went off multiple nights while I was there. I found a dirty pillow in my room on the first night. When I asked housekeeping for a new one they pretended to acknowledge me, took the dirty pillow I found and never brought me a new one. Arguably one of the roughest stays I have had anywhere.

Our stay was fine, a quiet place and well located. I don't know what it will be like in winter because I was cold (in autumn) but when I tried to turn on the heating it smelled like burning and I couldn't turn it on because smoke was coming out.

I stayed a few nights ago and immediately noticed things that didn’t make the stay to comfortable or convenient. The fridge had a constant clicking sound that never stopped, I asked about it and their response was that they could change my room but they are all like this because of a voltage issue. Fairly certain this was a problem with the unit itself. The room was okay but definitely needs an update. In the halls and the elevator someone spilt coffee and I left for the whole day and came back and nobody had cleaned them yet. By the morning of my check out the elevator was still not mopped. Also room service came by and dropped off towels but did not make the beds, not to mention there were stains on the towels and they were wet. This place could be better if the maintenance and cleaning was done right. That’s why I have to leave a 2 star review.

It was ok people obviously living here and people around the property not exactly good characters. Towles are not soft kind of rough. Tiny toilets and elevator that looks like it could break at any moment. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

As hotels go, it did the trick - just needed a bed to get some sleep. The pool looked like it hadn't been operational for some time. It was empty with an "out of order" sign on the door. Otherwise, hotel was clean and quiet. Best part was the water pressure in the shower. I felt great after my exfoliation!

Coffee pot in room still had water in it from last person who stayed. Room was clean but it was so loud above us and outside the room at all hours of the night. It was hard to sleep. Maybe had we had a different room it would have been better.
