My first night there the power went out and was out for hours then the parking was taken over by the business next door they have roaches and housekeeping comes in your room while your sleeping not a safe place to stay I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone a 0 out of 10

I arrived on Thursday 4/23 afternoon. There were maybe five other cars in the entire place! My room was pretty shabby.I didn't expect 5 star accommodations! I needed a cheap room for a couple of days. My breaking point was the BUGS! Couldn't do it.. Good people, ok accommodations, get rid of the pests and a decent place to stay for cheap.

Pool was closed so cant really say much about the pool. Hotel seemed kind of run down but the staff were helpful while there. We did run into an issue during the night and tried to call the desk but it rang once and hung up each time. Parking was kind of an issue because the hotel shared space with a bar so people going to the bar were using the hotel parking. Area didnt seem like a really safe area as both nights we were here there was a guy who on the first night was dressed only missing sneakers who kept coming up to us asking for money and cigarettes and the second night was half dressed and kept coming up to us and bar patrons asking for money and cigarettes and wouldn't leave until bar security came outside. The toilet was running the whole time we were here and the room it's self seemed like it could use some updating. One of the lights in the bathroom area was also cracked and not working.

I didn't like anything because I was charged 270 dollars for never staying at this location I have contacted customer service and spoke briefly to a representative who stated that someone would contact me soon no one has tried to contact me to rectify the transaction and refund me in full this place is a scam and I'm going to report them taking monies from my account and for charging me when I. never stayed at a facility is called fraudulent activity and a scam. Thanks The elevator didn't work for the elderly and handicapped.this is a code violation and a half cold policy violation as well plus. Being lied to and tricked being scammed out of two hundred and seventy dollars.This is not professional. This is not how you conduct business. Light above saint didn't work mold in the bathroom. Shower felt like I was gonna fall through it. Dirt in the floor sheets were dirty needs new pillowcases. The floor felt dingy tV remote didn't work fully.

I would NEVER return there ever again! The only reason that I stayed was that I prepaid and my money was nonrefundable. I would have rather drove 4 hours a day to attend my conference than stay there. Pay more money to stay elsewhere, not here.

Very friendly staff, clean breakfast area, bed was soft and room was clean. Very convenient location. I will stay again. They cleaned my room everyday which was very nice. Thank you Only have 1 trolly for guest was inconvenient, elevator didn't work sometimes. Bathroom needs a little bit of a update. But it was clean. The tv didn't work at first I guess the wifi wasn't strong enough, they came right away and tried to fix the problem. Not enough light in the room or enough outlets. No plug for the tub to take a soak.

The beds were respectively comfortable. The woman at the front desk was kind and professional. “The breakfast” were pieces of bread spread out on a napkin on the counter with yellow water that’s supposed to look like orange juice stirring in a clear machine. Very little else was included. The ghetto rap party in the unit next to me (that sounded like there were 10 people inside) lasted until 8 AM the next morning when I had to leave. I got zero hours of sleep. The hot water apparently runs out in the morning, so I had to take a cold shower the first morning until I found out that the hot water return at night. So two out of three nights I stayed I took showers at night. Very annoying, but not a huge problem. The electronic key stopped working two or three times so I had to go to the front desk and get new ones each time. The rooms are very dark and drabby. I could tell my room had considerable use over the years. There was also a faint, moldy smell. As a past property manager and real estate agent, it really feels as if the owners either lack the knowledge or plainly do not care about their guests having a pleasant stay.

Black mold, literally had human crap on the wall, door didn’t shut had to be switched to 4 different room at 11pm at night in the cold because key cards wouldn’t work.

Dirty and stank

It was not ok. We didn’t have much of a choice because we had reserved online and couldn’t get our money back. It took 30 mins to get someone to the window to check in at 8:30. Then the toilet was stopped up and had to change rooms, they also took another $100 for “Deposit” when you check in. If it’s cash you get it back when you check out but if it’s card it takes a week or two. There was dog feces everywhere, even on the stairs. The only thing for breakfast was a couple pieces of bread and cereal. No plates and On the last day there wasn’t even bowls for the cereal. On the 2nd day we didn’t have water when we were trying to get dressed for the day. The smell Of marijuana was overwhelming, although there was a sign that said no marijuana. They were doing some work on one of the rooms so there was loud noises and mud and holes. The ice machines around the building didn’t work. There was one inside that dropped Ice, but there wasn’t a scoop for it. I’m assuming the pool was closed because it was green, slimy and filthy. There is a sports bar in the same parking lot. Every time you order something it was different though. I ordered nachos 2 days in a row and what came on them was completely different than the day before. Same for the tacos. I give it 1 star because we had a roof over our heads and ac/heater and most of the time water. Besides that it was nowhere I would recommend or stay again.

There was a ton of thick red mud everywhere on the side walk and in the parking lot. I almost fell getting out of the car and it didn’t get any better. They made no attempt to clean it up and it had not been raining for days. Don’t know where it was coming from but it’s a health hazard.

This place is in horrible condition, smells musky, paint peeling from all the doors, curtains filled with holes, paint peeling from bath tub. The dining area was dirty and unsanitary. I skipped breakfast cause I could chance eating as this is definitely the worse hotel I have every booked on hotels.com

The stay didn’t happen. Upon arrival for check in, they asked my name and said that my prepaid reservation was canceled. I was not able to get a refund or stay at this place.

The shower is rusty and the bedsheets had holds allover. The night lamps are rusty and very old.

Appearance is misleading and not up to date. Policies are not transparent and vague listed on Expedia in reference of $100.00 cash deposit. I paid ahead of time and within half an hour arrived at location to be happily greeted about there’s a deposit from rep. I stated i was not informed of this I would like a refund and she stated “You’re not the first it happens all the time”. So they know people are being misled but refuse to disclose this important information and take people’s hard earned money for free in exchange for nothing. Who knows how much free money they have collected. I was not comfortable or felt that it was worth it to have an additional $100.00 tied up with a raggedy establishment. I wanted budget friendly and decent this is not what this was. Because I did not want to pay deposit I lost my money because apparently it is no refund but I was not told it would be an additional fee of a security deposit. This is not okay and they are scammers because once you pay Expedia the hotel gets paid and it’s not right. I will be disputing this because I did not receive services for charges that I was took for. I want everyone to be aware and call and drive by hotels before paying ahead.

The bed was made the tub was dirty and had hair in it and wouldn't drain the fridge had a smell it it that was outside of this world I only reason it finished my stay it was late and I had worked 12 hours

We were given a room that reaked of urine,the walls were marked and bruised, stains all over the carpet, after bringing to attention, the attendant seemed more concerned if we turned on the lights in the room and were we sure we wanted another room? We were given the room next door...it had a mild smell of bug spray but we tolerated it .the AC was off so it took about 90mins for the room to cool down...the Room was pretty beat up.tge toilet fill valve ran all night. Breakfast downstairs had 4 slices of white bread,Luke warm coffee,no spoons,no lids for cups...the whole experience was a disappointment especially for a Wyndham property.

Room smelled musty, mold like stuff on ceiling In bathroom shower, the paint was chipping off inside shower. When you turn the water on black, dirty looking water would come out from behind the knobs. Overall, the worst condition room I've ever stayed that.

Everything was very run down which we would have managed with but when we got to our room, there was a huge stain on the bed sheets, bugs in the bed/room. The bathroom had all been painted including the acutal bath and this was all peeling and cracking. Outside tyhe whole place smelt of urine. On going to the outside pool it was green and mouldy and filled with numerous insects dead and alive as well as levaes etc. The room was not fit to sleep in and the pool was not fit to use. Instead we immediately checked out and left the property, losing our money and preferring to pay for a second hotel. I would not even allow my dog to stay.

My experience was very bad, the rooms had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was full of mold, that's when I arrived at the room they gave me, they gave me another one that had people, the keys to the rooms don't even work, the pool is green, and they say on their website that it has everything they offer, the breakfast is just bread and coffee. I would not recommend that hotel at all and I would not stay in one of them again because for me they are very dirty and you are paying money, it is not free.

This property was well maintained and service was good.

This room and hotel were one of the worse stays or experience I had. Upon check-in I immediately asked for another room because of the condition. The tub was peeling badly with visible mold underneath. We saw three roaches appear in disappear within a span of 10 mins. After seeing the second room with a worst condition, I asked for a refund. I was told to leave the room and wait for a decision in the morning. Never got in contact with the manager. The night clerk said the manager would be there in the morning. When I returned in the morning, I was told the manager wouldn't be back for two weeks. I was given a card to contact the manager however it was the number to the hotel. Which would not be of use if he isn't there.

The room was filthy. We begged for them to clean it for two days. The final straw was when we seen that the pool was a green swamp. They refused to any of the money we payed for the four nights we booked, However Expedia customer service stepped up and paid for the next hotel stay. Thanks Expedia!!! You guys saved my vacation.

It was a nice stay and I did enjoy the comfortable bed. The rooms were not the cleanest. The property was poorly maintained, full trash bins. Not a bad experience but the place could use some upkeep.

I wanted to look at the room because I have small kids and it was very nasty had dead bugs and cracks all in the tub then I went to another hotel and they still charged me for one night when I didn’t even stay there the staff lady went and messed up the room as if I stayed the night there I would never book with them ever again and the pictures they’re advertising is not what the hotel looked like !!!!

DISGUSTING. Cockroaches. Mold. Smell of wet carpet and marijuana. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and didn’t even stay for the first night. We left and booked another hotel nearby for our trip. Staff tried to offer two other rooms and was very nice, but those rooms were equally nasty and disgusting. We have a child that has allergies and couldn’t risk an allergic reaction to such filth.

There were burn holes in the bedspread, a green stain on the blanket and hair in the sheets. If painting the fiberglass tub surround was an improvement, I'd hate to see what it looked like before. The paint was peeling, mold on the ceiling, particle board bubbling by the sink and it smelled like smoke. When I called to check availability, she told me $20 more than the online price. Maybe that was for a better room. For breakfast there was Frosted Flakes or Fruit Loops, Grandma's Cookies, coffee and orange juice. The bar in the parking lot liked to be the most appealing part of the property.

The property was dirty there was nothing nice about it. I got up I asked what time breakfast was they told me. I got downstairs with my grandson there was a container of stale cereal. When I asked the first I'm working there he said there's a breakfast that in a loaf of open bread. There was no sweetener for the coffee. I had dirty sheets when we pull the covers back only one lady working there and she had to call cleaning service to find the key which took about an hour then she had to get in the car with us and drive to the other side of the building. Could not even change the blankets because I didn't have any thank goodness we had bought some. I would have just went home but it was my grandchildren's birthday they share the same day and we had weekend tickets to six flags. This was the most disappointing stay up everything anywhere. The heater didn't even work. The bathroom was dirty. When you see the pictures online there is nothing that looks the same. I feel like it is false advertisement if you order breakfast and it looks absolutely nothing like it did. You have a dirty bed and heater doesn't work

The bathroom especially the shower was gross. Covered in hair. There was a plastic knife on the ground in the sleeping area, the fridge didn’t work and there was mold on one of the dust ruffles for the bed, looked like something was spilled down the bed onto the floor that we didn’t notice until our last night. We did not eat or drink on the beds so definitely not from us. Was wondering why I was so stuffy in the morning, I’m allergic to mold. Staff was nice.

Perfect location for our trip but the place was kinda run down, cracked tiles and boxes of supplies in lobby, only had juice and coffee, no breakfast, bathtub didn't drain and water wouldn't keep a constant temp. Bed was not bad but the sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes.

Wi-Fi connection in room was almost zero. Don’t believe the hype about breakfast. It’s a fraud. Bathtub drainage was poor. I regret staying at this hotel.

Very close to 6 Flags if that's what you need, but overall we were not impressed. Outside door entry. People hanging out on the walk ways, reeked of marijuana, showers were ice cold, tub enamel was fleeked off appearing dirty, and the bedding was old. My son didn't feel safe at all. We reserved a non-smoking room, but on check in was told it was a smoking room and if we needed to switch to non-smoking it would be a $10.56 upcharge! We also had to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the one night stay. Was told it could take 7-10 days to get that back in our account. Frustrating! We didn't even attempt breakfast because we were told it would be dry cereal, milk and white bread. YIKES. Definitely other hotels in the area that may be more accommodating. We just needed a quick sleep after a day at 6 Flags and it was definitely convenient for our purpose.

Nothing was unique the staff were mean and sarcastic they stuck me and my family in a room that smelled like mold and the Internet was horrible it's very over priced for the inconvenience ill never come again... And they asked for a $100 deposit when the room had already had its share of torcher I just hope I get my deposit back after this....

A $100 security deposit is ridiculous for rooms in such bad shape. The wise door to the building was kept open letting bugs in who and whatever else in all night. When I entered the lobby a couple was complaining that the ceiling in their room was falling in and warned me I should check my room before paying the deposit. I asked would that be okay and I was escortes to the suite I'd reserved and was immediately skeptical about how dark it was. Half the lights didn't work. Right in front of my on the TV stand was a puddle of water with pieces of the ceiling in it. The host made sure to stay by the door. The couch had a big dark stain on it that I could see from axross the room. The light in the sink part of the bathroom didn't work nor the the plugs in the room and the in the the spout the tub was chipped. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had the dirtyist room ever, the sink had rust on it. The shower was horrible, and the curtains wouldn't close. The pillows were not pillows. More like a rolled sheet in the pillow case.

Expedia rating and reviews were misleading in my opinion. The property was very run down, cluttered and dirty with very shoddy repair work where attempted at all. Almost no actual effort was made to clean the room, especially the bathroom. The windows in the room were filthy as well. Would definitely recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with higher standards for cleanliness and maintenance.

Looked old on the inside. Had to request a room change 3 times because of cleanliness issues. One of the front desk workers gave a little attitude when requesting room changes. Wouldn’t recommend if you have better options.

Pool closed, very smelly, breakfast included is just coffee with no food, no cleaning, bathroom a disaster, and the concierge on Friday 21/Jun morning very rude, I would never come back to this place.

Pool was out of service due to the sewer line construction that was being done which provided no access to the hotel. Breakfast was horrendous, cereal was available although no bowls or plastic ware to eat was, no coffee!

We stayed 5 nights and no attempts were made to clean the room or supply toiletries. We had to physically go to the reception and the receptionist casually placed the towels and toilet roll on my chest. The description says breakfast included but there was only coffee and waffle. The room has funny odour. It was just an Ok experience.
