Stay away from this filthy hotel. Probably the owner and staff doesnt even know what hygiene means! Their bathroom floor is flooding, the room is stinky. Never again

Property was cost effective but basic functionality was lacking - damaged shower handles, only one towel, only one room cleaning over a four day trip and a single towel over a tile area between sink, toilet and shower which led to a wet area challenge.

The mattress was okay, good location. The room and bathroom were not very clean. The tub took over an hour to drain and filled up with whatever was clogging the pipe. There were black hairs in the tub and sheets. The blankets were thin and had cigarette burns and the sheets had stains. The room smelled like cigarettes, but that might be because the doors do not seal closed.

This is not a business-suitable hotel. It is a low-cost motel, not up to date, run down and aesthetically unpleasing, exterior entrance door to every room (feels insecure), still using bed covers that are not clearly laundered linens (on top), loud in-room air conditioning units, etc. I paid almost $200 due to sold-out conditions in the area and last-minute booking due to air travel issues.

There was no place in the room to hang an article of clothing. No bar with hangers, no hooks. The tub was so slippery I couldn't stand confidently, so my shower was terrible. There were no tissues and no place to USB port to plug in my charger. And one of the drawers under the microwave held the used towels from a previous guest. All in all, a terrible experience.

The front desk and staff were incredibly rude. When asked why there wasn't waffles for breakfast I was met with no direct answer and and anger.. When I asked anything ßtaff responded in anger and annoyance.

Half the lights in the room didn't work, there was no bath towel to dry yourself with after a shower.

Gentlemen at checkin was unprofessional and unethical. I checked on the possibility of an early check in the day before and was told it was $30. Upon showing up and mentioning early check in the gentlemen told me it was $40 "today". When I proceeded to ask if I could just leave my luggage he found me a room. This interaction is the basis for my low overall rating. The lady at check out was friendly - the guy at check in needs to be replaced.

This place is awful!! Forget a 2 star! Bed linens are stained, no cover on the bed. Place is in disrepair. Its clean however, if you can call it that.

The place is a dump with roaches. I was turning in a remote that did not work and they got mad at me. I told him about roaches in the room and he started arguing. Worse he sprayed my room when I was out and I got sick with congestion. Very unhealthy and disappointing place.

For none smoking room , it definitely smell like someone’s been smoking when I walked in first time. I looked around the whole room and found cigarette butts in the shower drain. Being so disappointed I was already so tired and hungry. I just removed them from the drain and threw them outside trashcan I was too tired to fight it with the hotel rep.

Clean and had everything I needed little microwave and the fridge which I didn’t use but definitely will next time. Super affordable when you’re looking to save some coin.

Charged $100 cash deposit for the room kept referring to "him" even though her name is on the wall as manager. Charged $25 more cash because of temporary ID. Threw us out after I video the cash transaction (no receipt given) called the cops and then kept the $25 ID fee.

You get what you pay for I guess Everything was broken. Ice Machine was broken, Toilet was leaking and had to wait to flush it, AC leaked water onto the floor. Room was rather small.

I like that the check-in was smooth and easy That the night shift receptionist is very ignorant. She locked my rook card key when I went out to eat after work. Got back and I went to the front office to the receptionist, she said I had only paid for 1 night, after I tried explaining and showing to her that I had booked until Sunday which was 2 days. She decided that being ignorant was more important to her and kicked me and my wife out of the property. I had to call the cops to get my things back from my room. Uneducated receptionist that chooses to be ignorant.

Ok property, value for money .if you are just going for few hours and to sleep ,not a bad option.

Rude and unprofessional

There was no food. It was all gone when we got there, before ending time, staff wouldn’t refill and had extreme attitude when we weren’t happy about that.

No microwave, when they brought one it sounded like a jet plane taking off. Shower worked poorly. Skimpy breakfast and staff didn’t seem to care about replenishing bread which was the only bread thing offered other than waffle maker, no fruit but did have juice.

My wife and I booked a room for Friday through Hotel.com and it was $8176. We decided to stay another night and it was the same price through Hotel.com. She went to get our key and the hotel owner said and I quote..."if you want to stay another Night in need $20 cash, otherwise you have to get out between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm". Unscrupulous business tactics and SMH

Dirty Bathroom. Light in the shower area would not work card reader for the door kept rejecting the card. It was a roof over my head.

Once it did, it had to be forced open. So don't stay in 216. The water pressure in toilet was nearly non existent. To flush, the handle must be held down. There was a roach on the counter of the sink.The continental breakfast offered no fruit or water.

The room was mostly clean, found some empty grocery bags in the dresser drawer and there was mud or something on the wall behind the bathroom door. There is a closet/cupboard that blocks part of the bathroom doorway-Maybe they could cut a section off the back of it to snug it up against the wall more. The Continental Breakfast had day old bagels and no fruit was offered, but the waffle maker was a hit.

My flight was delayed and anticipating possible cancellations if I would get there too late, I called them in advance before boarding and beg them to not cancel my reservation. That I was going to make very late at night but that I still needed the room. The person who took my call told me that he was going to add a note. That there was no need to worry. While I was flying they called at 11 pm and because I didn't pickup the call, they cancelled my reservation. The lady who talked to me was extremely rude and even yelled at me saying that it was 3 am. And I said that I called before. She didn't care. I had to sleep in my rental car. Do not trust their staff.

They were very accommodating in the room that was given as I had enormous luggage I had to bring. My room was very clean , the bedding was very clean and the bed itself was very comfortable. I felt safe here and the property is entirely secured by cameras. It’s an older nostalgic property undergoing a renovation. You can see how much time and hard work has already been put into it. The staff were so very kind and accommodating. The price was right for my needs. It takes time to make things happen so if you can appreciate the great qualities of the staff who work so hard to fulfill their duties then I would hope you would give this hotel some consideration .

My first few stays had been very good and i would have definitely recommended to others. But after this last stay, they put me and my pregnant girlfriend in a rundown room, infested with roaches. Then to top it off the morning of checkout my girlfriend had been getting sick all morning due to morning sickness and when i asked for a late checkout they wanted to charge me almost half the rooms rate for an extra hour.

ZERO stars if it was an option. There was a huge puddle in the middle of the room upon entry which I had to clean up after almost slipping. The TVs do not work… read that in other reviews and it is true. Last straw was the incredibly rude owner. I was told at check in that I could extend my stay as long as before 11AM. I was so tired and against my better judgement I booked another day at around 9:30AM. The horrific owner told me that I had to check out and come back at 3pm (even though I booked the exact same room). I questioned why and he said I could stay for $25. I said that’s outrageous and this is not the way to do business to which he boldly replied “I don’t care”. I continued to disagree and he said “now it’s $30”. So after the owner tried to extort me I decided to go elsewhere as this place is the worst place I have ever been.

Great and quiet

The room itself was fine nothing fancy, but it was clean and good enough for a short stay. The only downside is that the surrounding area seemed a little unsafe from what I observed, though nothing major happened during my time there. Overall, if you're looking for a place with warm hospitality and great service, this is a solid option.

The 3 day stay was nice. There was one issue with the heater not working and once i notified the front desk they privided me with the vacant room next door and there were no other issues after that. Check out went smooth and i was given my deposit back immediately.

Staff were nice. Hot water was difficult to obtain and the fridge door kept opening. The toilet seat and shower curtains need to be changed. The area is quiet and everyone I met was sociable.

Worst stay ever. The place is in terrible condition and I belive they shouldn't do business. Travelers beware.

Nothing spent 4hrs there trying to get the front desk lady to answer the phone to guest services. Still waiting on my refund like promised. Have yet to receive it. It was dirty, had bed bugs, left over food in the microwave, rat feces in the air vents, the door was broke and unable to lock, sheets were dirty.

it basically a crack head motel, the water pressure was terrible. the AC barely worked. the door to the room was hard to open.

The room had a few bugs problems, old microwave, bad accessible bathroom since I can’t reach the towel from the top of the racking. No ramp outside.

Please do not stay here ever unless you're a junkie hooker homeless or amongst the likes. How there wasn't bugs was shocking. Mini fridge broken leaked water. The phone was smashed up. The door had to be kicked open, guess that's a plus for how sketchy it was the pictures do NOT show what the rooms are like and is VERY MISLEADING. The dead bolt on the main door would NOT lock. Lampshades covered in strange spots, walls had marks or holes/drywall covering them. Bathroom Im SURPRISED the toilet worked! The seat was half off! The toilet not properly secured! The bathroom door would NOT SHUT the part where the lock would lock was BROKEN OFF the AC was missing the front vent and knob while also being dented up like crazy! Again DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU'RE HOMELESS AND NEED A PLACE TO REST FOR THE NIGHT AND EVEN THEN THE STREETS MAY STILL BE BETTER

I was checked in before i even got here i wad literally in the air on a plane when a check in was done. Took more time to straighten it out than just checking in. The room waa supposedly vacant but we had to get another room because that one wasnt available... highly suspect if you ask me. Property isnt in the greatest of shapes either... toilet wasnt on properly it would rock back and forth I felt aorry for the people below us, the furnishings look and have the stability of a 2nd store or hand me down type deal... its not great. Will never opt this Motel not Hotel EVERE again.

This was easily the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy and in shabby condition. Dirty bed linens and two, very suspect towels. There was a microwave but the glass door was shattered. The property is littered with broken refrigerators, ice makers and other various broken equipment. I don’t expect much from a discount rate motel, but this was far below even the lowest of expectations.

The room was actually cold when I checked in. Perhaps saving a little money on air-conditioning when it’s not needed might permit coffee makers in the room. Bad enough that there’s no daily service which I can live without, but I need my coffee!

Worst place I ever stayed. Window broken, faucet fell off, and place smelled horrible. We had a two night stay and left after 1.

It was horrible the curtain was broken the room smelled like cigarettes there was no microwave the coffee pot was broken the mini refrigerator was rusted the door was banged up as if it was kicked and punched and the tv was stuck on one channel DO NOT GO HERE and the people who stay here they will eavesdrop through the Ac And window rude people don’t waste your money here it was a horrible experience for us don’t believe what you see you on their websites the rooms don’t look that nice it smelled like weed everywhere..

Staff Told me to go talk to the guest with me about a fee to pay before I check in, I come back inside to be told we cannot stay there? But I already booked and paid for the room in advance—and they still wanted the extra fee to be paid. I couldn’t get my money back and was not told in advance about this. I also was not aware that the guest with me had any lingering “fees or issues” with the place. I would like a refund since I had no idea that was going to happen and I’m short on cash. If I would have been aware about that situation I would not have tried to book a room there. I have stayed there since and didn’t have any issues last time. So I was confused and taken back when we were told to then get off of the property.

Door didn't lock from the inside, there was hair in the bathtub, and there was a man sitting naked in his car touching himself while staring at me upon arrival.

I stayed here and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. When we got into to the room it smelled strange. Then I went to wash my hands and the faucet broke off. I called downstairs we changed to another room next-door. That room smelled funny. Then the lights didn’t work. So they moved us to a third room and that room smelled funny. There was some disgusting red stain on the sheets and comforter so we had to have them replaced. in the bathroom the door was broken and the toilet was rock rocking back-and-forth. The refrigerator was dirty and the chair at the desk was broken so when I went to sit on it I almost broke my neck. I asked for my money back which I still believe I deserved and they refused . When I got home got sick and I swear to you it is because of the state of that room that I was sick. So I never had a chance in the state that I was feeling to fight farther for my money so I am here now telling all of you not to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was terrible they had absolutely nothing the only light at the end of this dark tunnel was the sweet woman who worked the front desk and the nice man that worked the desk at night they were very kind and very helpful but you can only help so much when it’s that bad . I travel a lot and this hands down was the worst experience I had ever had. If they had done the right thing and given my money back I would have been nicer. I deserve a refund. So if you want a hotel who cares about your feelings or your experience

It was fine. Nothing bad, nothing great. Served our needs for a place to sleep before flying out the next morning. Room was clean. Smelled stale. Not sure if the AC worked out not. It wouldn't turn on when I tried, but at one point in the morning it turned on. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

It was terrible and false advertising. How do all the rooms at a non-smoking hotel smell like cigarettes? I don’t understand that. I tried multiple rooms and still had the fear of waking up and smelling like cigarettes the next day. The manager is very difficult to reach for if you have any problems. They said I can’t get a refund on anything despite how miserable I was. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. Oh, there was blood on the wall by the tv. I didn’t know what that was about. It might be closer to downtown but it’s not worth it.

It was really dirty, old and beat up, I work in oilfield and this is by far the worse place I have been to.

Handicap room originally put in was fairly small and shower wasn’t great due to slippery floor and vent fan not working that caused more humidity in room, but staff was kind enough to switch our room to a larger room for last night there that was much better.

Key card wouldn’t work in first room so moved to another room. Struggled opening that door too. We should have asked for refund then and left.

The check in was great, the guy at the desk was fast and courteous. The issue is the hotel itself. This place needs a upgrade it's dated and you can tell were patch jobs were done, it's like they started to fix it up but ran out of money and left it as is. Price was ok at 430.00 for the F1 weekend and location is good as well as proximity to track. Check out day was a pain in the ass as I had staff knocking on the door at 10am even though check out was at 11. The staff made it seem like we were never going to leave, I even called front desk to advise we were leaving as scheduled but they still sent the maid and some Indian guy to bang on the door. Now thanx to the poor remodel at that place, I cut my finger on the security lock hardware on the door which was broken and sharp. I will now have to go get a tetanus shot thank to that and their staff that kept banging on the door day of check out

Well the homeless/drug addict lady sitting on the stairs going to the room was the 1st red flag. Management knew she was there too?? The room was old, everything was clean but looked old and dingy. The walls had god knows what on them. Went down to the pool just to check it out and the side wall was green. So we couldn’t swim there. This place is for the locals that need a place to sleep, drug users and all are welcome. Not a family place, not a clean place and it is worth every penny to stay down the street for $30 bucks more.

The picture in the description in no way resembles the room I got. It was a dump. There was a strong chemical smell in the room. The floors were sticky with multiple un-rinsed moppings. The sheet rock in the bathroom was “exploded” around the toilet paper holder. The toilet was not attached to the floor, but the A/C worked.

The immediate area inside and outside this property made me consider sacrificing my prepaid reservation and going to the La Quinta on the corner.

The hotel room is a total joke, a cook roach inside welcomed us, found a nom working refrigerator, a rusty water faucet, dirty towels, seriously a place run by careless owners. Took several pictures for proof. The only good is the franchise name. Poor quality once you see the rooms. Wife was very happy once we checked out. We didn’t even stay… they wouldn’t refund us as we were only needing to stay one night. It was very unsafe for 2 young women as there were tons of construction workers loitering outside the rooms. The room we went into was disgusting. The floors were sticky, the bedding was staying and gross and the air conditioning didn’t even work . When asked if we could get our money back as this was not a place we felt safe or comfortable in they refused and we ended up making a trip short and just driving back home 3.5 hours in the middle of a lightening storm at 10pm

Everything was good. My only complaints are that the beds are a bit too firm and the TV volume is capped and can barely be heard. Otherwise, it was a good and quite affordable.

I’ve only stayed here because the lady who works here is very sweet and accommodating. On the other hand the Indian guy is rude!I’ve never checked in with him but he was telling me I had to pay extra money up front as many times as I had stayed here NOBODY ONCE mentioned I had to pay extra money I asked for a refund (which he refused). I’m going to look into speaking to someone higher up because he says he is the “manager”. As a manager you should be RESPECTFUL

The hotel was dirty inside and out. Parking lot was filthy. Rooms was ran down with super worn down raggedy furniture. Even the walls were falling apart. Found a couple roaches. I am glad I had my own bedding because I would not been able to sleep.

The room was a mess when i arrived on my check in. It was a non-smoking room but you really smell the smoke when you're in the room. The security lock of the room was broken and I thought I could change my room but the vicinity was loud and realized the room will all be the same anyways so I had to leave.
