    We booked two nights here for a show and the location is great, loads of things to do around here. However, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, carpets full of stains, bathroom and kitchen area looked old and worn, and shower had lukewarm water, but we didn't care because the price was low. There was a rumbling from the floor below and our floor was vibrating and we couldnt sleep. I went down at 4am, no one was there. I called the number 800 number at the desk and they tried calling the property and they told them i had to wait until 10am. I went in the morning and waited 45 minutes for someone. When she finally came, i explained what happened and she just said they would take care of it. I had to ask multiple times before she finally told me it was a fan that was on all night in the floor below me. I requested another room, she said no because they didn't have anything despite them still selling rooms online. She was very rude and I had to leave with the hopes that they would leave the fan off like they said. They did leave it off and the 2nd night was fine, but they refused to switch me rooms for my peace of mind and then denied compensation for the 1st night's inconvenience. i have 9 years experience in hotel management so I know sometimes there is not a lot you can do about the condition of the hotel, but customer service is completely in their control and unfortunately they have one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    Unfortunately, one night of our stay it sounded almost like someone was bouncing a basketball around the room for 3-4 hours straight. When we went to ask the front desk, they were not there. When we went to the room, it turns out it was unattended children. Kind of uncomfortable but we're aware that has to be a rare situation.

    It took three trips to get the key card to work not sure why. The attendent at the desk did his best to accomodate. Some of the lighting in the room did not work and upon looking at the sconce by the bed there was dust and gime that was truely visble with missing switch. The microwave belonged in a musem and made terrible noise when opperated. The free breakfast was not good especially the coffee that looked and tasted weak. The room was damp from humidity and not very comfortabe temperatue wise.

    I have stayed at many Extended Stays throughout the country so I was very well aware of the 2 star rating however I have never experienced the offensive smell coming from the carpet, the dead bug cementary within the light fixture and shocking visible when the light was turned on, the numerous brown specks on the mattress which I not even going to guess as to what that was and the homeless camping out at the side entrance. Needless to say we did not stay, but when I demanded my 4 night reservation be canceled I was essentially told no. I had to call Expedia and if it weren’t for the agent practically threatening the guy at the front, I was going to be charged the first night when we stayed literally 5 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend the extra couple of dollars and stay somewhere safe

    But my stay ended up being pretty good. The staff was friendly, especially Charmaine. I was worried because i read bad reviews mentioning her, but she was an absolute delight, we had playful banter as i walked through the lobby, and she was to be super helpful and a hard worker. She even made sure I had a muffin for breakfast 😋 When i first showed up the plays seemed sketchy, because people were partying pretty loud in their rooms. I was worried i wouldnt get any sleep, but as soon as i got inside my room I couldnt hear the other guests. The hallways did reek of weed, but i couldn't smell it once i was in my room. It did smell a little like old wet laundry, but some lysol took care of that. I also had a little issue with my key working on the door. But once again Charmaine was more than happy to help us fix the issue. The room was pretty clean, i even checked the bed for bugs or stains, and didnt find any. I accidentally left out food over night and never saw 1 bug. The place was overall clean, friendly, and a great stay for the price. I would definitely come back.

    Desk staff demanded paperwork for service animal. I of course quoted the ADA law and refused. We were forced to changevrooms on second night due to my Service dog. Tv service was terrible. Kept going in and out. Night stand broken. Had a drawer missing. No remote fir second TV in Suite. Card reader to enter back door was sketchy. Might work after 10 attempts. Feet turned black after walking on carpet a few times. If i had the money to get another hotel we would have left. I just couldnt afford to go to another Hotel and wait for a refund. Will be contacting Expedia to dispute what we were charged...

    Waited for over 15 minutes for staff to come to desk so I could check in. I will say that she was very friendly when she did get there though. Room had distinct smell that reminded me of a nursing home. Fridge had rust all over the outside and looked dated and not the cleanest, which matched the rest of the room, if I'm being honest. Property was reasonably quiet, and safe. Stay wasn't really bad, but with other available options, I wouldn't plan to return either.

    The room was never cleaned since I checked in 12/26. I was locked out of the room for 2 day because of mechanical door issues and no one seen to take it serious. I didn't have access to my work laptop, my meds, my clothes, and my puppy was accidentally locked in the room while I was putting dog food in the vehicle. I was given another room and had to move all of my item by myself. No one even tried to assist. I think a full refund should be in order.

    I understand sometimes you get what you pay for… but no ice machine, stains and rhinestones on bed comforter. The room smelled horrendous. There was roach traps throughout the room. If it wasn’t that I drove all day and already paid for it with the money that I had I would have left. I was exhausted and literally needed sleep.

    I booked this room three days in advance, however, when I arrived for check in I was told no rooms were available and nothing could be done by the front staff, then shortly after someone else came and found 1 room. The service was absolutely horrible and we almost left before someone else decided to help us get the room I booked literally 3 days before. There was also a fire alarm going off at 6:30am on the property. This was not worth the price I paid for this dingy peoperty.

    The room wasn't what I booked. The sheets were dirty, had hair, and cigarette burns. There was staining that looked like old blood. I reached out to Expedia Customer Service to try and rectify the situation and they could not get the front desk to answer... I think they slipped away to partake in whatever drinking and brawling (literally) was happening outside. I used the deadbolt, latch, and put my suitcase in front of the door because I was that scared. I tried taking a shower the next morning (because of the conditions of the beds) and there was no hot water. At least that helped wake me up after a night of no sleep. Next time, I will sleep in my car in front of my friend's house. That seems way more safe than this place.

    The staff was very friendly but the website said breakfast was served and it was a granola bar and coffee and on our 2nd day tgey were even out of those. There was never any hot water for our showers only luke wdarm and the table leg was broke so when we leaned it fell and dumped all of our lunch on the floor.

    Room smelled like something was burnt there and like cigarettes. They are non smoking rooms. I was told we could check out if we wanted when I was asking to move to another room. Not the friendliest staff.
