I love that when we came in the lady that was working the front desk for checking and check out was incredibly friendly and the one who did the night shift was as well and even said happy birthday to my son. Breakfast was really good and the room was really clean. When we visit Austin again I hope the same stuff is there and we definitely will be staying there

The hotel was nice. I felt very safe and welcome. Everyone was quiet and we never had a problem with neighbors or noises. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with sticky pink spots on the counter (maybe from juice?) and hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, the flashing light on the fire alarm was on the ceiling and very bright and annoying. Kept myself, my husband and infant from sleeping well- I know the alarm is needed, but can we change how bright those lights are??also the bed was like a rock! Maybe if you’re into that, it’s good but was not great for us. Overall, it was nice, but sleep was more difficult than we would have hoped for.

Would like a discount or partial refund. The room and shower needed attention and loud noise coming from the above room. Property was ok but not the best experience, therefore would like a small refund.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Five stars for the front desk. The Pros: the staff at check in was great, the shower was hot with great water pressure, the layout of the room was efficient and well arranged, one of the better uses of space in a hotel room. The Cons: the walls were paper-thin. I could hear the people talking and watching tv in the adjacent room. I knew exactly when they went to sleep, went to the bathroom, and when they woke up and checked out. I could hear their conversations. They were not being excessively loud, just normal daily activities. It's just that the walls were SO THIN. I could also hear the person in the above room walking, showering, and every time the toilet flushed. Again, that person was not being loud, just doing normal activities. It's just that the walls have NO SOUND PROOFING. I stayed on a Monday night, so not a loud weekend. Just beware, bring earplugs -- or you will hear everything that your neighbors are doing at this hotel, and they will hear you!

The room was cleaned and the staffs were nice.

My girlfriend suffered extreme bed bug bites all over her body. After she realized the bites on her arms and legs we discovered dried blood in the pillow case and the sheets. We informed the management and they indicated that they would do something and they would contact pest control. They removed one night of our stay as we left the night before our checkout on Sunday as we could not stay one more night and we returned to Phoenix.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Upon arrival home, we realized my tablet had been inadvertently left in the room. When I called the first time I was told it hadnt been located but a note was being left for the morning manager. I called the next morning and was told the tablet had been located and locked up. My family member was able to go to the hotel and pick up the tablet for me.

Nice and clean hotel, convenient location, yet very quiet. Many dining options nearby. Kitchen in the room and free breakfast.

I liked how clean it was and the workers were so nice. I wish it had a hot tub. I also wished that the room had another mirror as the bathroom situation was a little tricky getting ready.

The most excellent breakfast, shout out to the amazing cook-Ms.Francisca…sweetest lady ever! It meant a lot to have her checking up on my 5 year old to see how he rated the food, which needless to say, he gave it a 2 thumps up! Cleanliness and comfort were 10/10!

This motel was the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. From friendly staff and management to soft comfortable beds. Clean and I felt safe and welcome. Great service! We found a small issue and reported it and it was resolved in a few hours. Never have I had that care and thoughtfulness. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Juan Lupe and Gema!

The hotel is excellent, and the rooms are clean. Their breakfast is superb, and they have a dedicated customer relations team. There’s ample parking space available, and the security is very good.

Had a great time in Round Rock even with the rain that came in on the 4th of July weekend. Staff was amazing and will definitely stay here again.

Great stay worth every penny

Had a four day stay and housekeeping never came even after 2 requests to front desk. Room also had a bad odor upon arrival.

We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament and I must say this place was excellent. The service was fantastic the front desk was so polite and we called at 10pm for extra pillows and the brought them to the room immediately. The breakfast was very good , good variety and attendant was very on top of keeping everything clean and restocked. Would highly recommended

conveniently next to highway 45, good restaurants are near by, Target and HEB are close. We arrived to the hotel in a freezing cold raining night. We found a good rating Vietnamese restaurant in the next shopping center. We had hot food and good rest for a night.

I like the welcoming lobby and the patio furniture in front of the hotel. It’s a great location to the highways that I most frequently travel. The lobby ladies bathroom needed attention.

The staff were excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. The walls are way too thin. I could hear conversations from the man in the room next to us. It kept me awake.

I had to be in Austin for three days for training for work. I had previously stayed at a hotel close to the training center for the first weekend of training that was disgusting, I was pleasantly surprised at this property! It was clean, smelled clean, spacious, and had increased security measures which I appreciate. The gym was also clean and smelled nice, was well stocked with towels and sanitizer wipes. I will certainly stay here again when in Austin for training. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean, room was spacious and well appointed, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but not many options so it was repetitive after four nights. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive. The refrigerator in our kitchenette wasn't running when we checked in (breaker was off), but was remedied within 20 minutes of notifying the front desk. The next morning when we discovered the shower head wasn't functioning properly, maintenance replaced it within 20 minutes. Things happen, but a company's response to mishaps is what sets them apart and this company's response was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were so spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were given ideas for dinner outings. I did not make it to breakfast but heard from friends it was very good. I left an expensive apple quick charger and cable in the room on the night stand. I only stayed one night and had only a back pack with change of clothes. I realized fairly quick after leaving that I left it in the room. I left multiple messages and no one ever responded. They told me before even looking that it probably wasn't there. They said they would only return my call if something was found. I KNOW I left it in the room. Kind of a bummer.

I've stayed at many of the properties in the Round Rock 35/45 area for work, and so far this one seemed to have the best room for the price, and safest parking lot. The front desk person Gem was very professional and helpful.

We loved the hotel but the breakfast wasn't that good...

Staff was great and very accommodating! The front desk, when asked where I could fill my travel cup with ice water, offered and filled it for me! The only thing that I didn’t like was there was a very strong food/onion smell in my room.

The manager and assistant manager along with 2 other employees were very nice and worked with me the best they could. Hotels.com had misleading pictures on the room I had paid for. But the hotel staff were able to fix it and I appreciate them.

Cute room and very clean, updated. Large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink with disposal, sofa, desk, coffee maker and washer and dryer available. This place is nice! Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I could see where there was room for improvement was the laundry room. The dryers didn’t drive very well and they were very loud where they can improve. I would suggest they get frontloading new washers and dryers in there. And the other thing would be related to the free breakfast in the morning they should extend the time till 10 AM rather than 9:30 AM and serve eggs and bacon also.

Quiet, clean, nice knowledgeable staff, love the gym and pool and breakfast.

Staff (Blake and Isabel especially) were very friendly and will accommodate your stay to make it pleasant and comfortable. The laundry room is an extra amenity that is nice if you are staying days at a time, but the washer and dryers need to be upgraded. Fair price $1.50 for wash and dry, $3.00 for one load. Unfortunately, dryers have to be ran 2-3 times before your load is dry. All in all we will stay here again if needed.

I was given the wrong room, and checked out at 6pm but the hotel didn’t check me out until the next day. They also have poor customer service, and blamed Expedia. No receipt was given when I checked out. Terrible experience!

We had a quick overnight stay, but the whole family agreed that we'd definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The room was super clean, spacious, and the closet organization was a surprising plus.

This was a great hotel for our family. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Our one issue was that the carpet was wet near the air conditioning unit. I think it was leeking.

The property and service was good. Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available upon arrival. I booked this room because my spouse had surgery and we wanted to stay near the hospital. He needed the larger bed to accommodate him. We were given the double bed room option instead.

Very clean, new hotel. I did have a problem with the shower, when I reported it they upgraded me to a larger room, and discounted the rates because of my inconvienence. Staff nice, Breakfast was good also especially the Texas shaped waffles!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff was very polite and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will be staying here every time I come to Round Rock. Very pleased!

I particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my meals just like at home. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel also features excellent facilities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool, and laundry facilities, all of which were well-maintained and easily accessible. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available. Great location, clean, and competent staff.

The hotel is mostly by itself. There is one sports bar that you can walk to. There are lots of restaurants across the freeway, and 100s of restaurants to drive to within a few freeway exits.

Great stay! Lovely clean apartment, with a nice kitchen, with wonderful sized fridge, stove top, microwave said coffee maker. A dining table. Beautiful large walkin shower. Very quiet, breakfast was nice.

We were so impressed with this establishment, will be staying here again.

Second time we’ve stayed for multiple nights. Fell in love with the place on our first trip. Second trip was the same. Nice, clean hotel with a decent breakfast. The staff are all wonderful. Everyone is nice and polite. Very helpful.
