I liked the location. It was close to where I needed to be for my nieces memorial. The beds were completely comfortable. I definitely should have asked what kind of mattress that was because I need one. What didn’t I like? Where should I start? Well checking in took forever and she was so nonchalant. Housekeeping had a better attitude than her. She told me what room number I was in but she didn’t tell me how to get to it. I never stayed at a hotel and not be told “Room ___ is around the corner, on the far left and it’s gonna be upstairs” I drove around looking for the room number in the dark smh. I had a 3 hour drive and we couldn’t even freshen up or take a shower. I was not stepping into that tub, it was disgusting. There were crack dogs and meth heads standing all outside all hours of the night drinking and things. The door in the bathroom looked like someone or something was locked in there and trying to escape. There were burn marks all over the counters and floors and it was supposed to be non-smoking. When I did use the sink to wash my face and stuff, the water did not get hot. It was ice cold.

Front Desk staff was really friendly Grown kids was running back and forward. You can also hear music being played way too loud all night long which felt like a night club. The walls was too thin and you can could also hear someone having sex. Some of the channels wasn’t working and Vending machines wasn’t working either for debit card

My bed was infested with roaches although it appeared to be clean and made up. The room had a roach infestation. Apart from that, the rooms looked renovated, modern and good looking for the price.

NOTHING Stunk to high hell of weed, ceiling screw from the likely gravity bong used to hot box the whole rom. Mattress was damp and sunken. Holes in the wall, missing fire alarm, poor ventilation, exposed 240V wiring, shoddy repairs on everything with peeling paint. Sink could barely drain. Free condom under the mattress, false advertising on the photos which do not reflect the quality of the motel itself. And the cream of the crop that kept me from returning, making me sleep in my car elsewhere to take photos of the place before I had to scram was when some drunk men decided to have a fist fight in the parking lot with a loose pitbull dog. Possibly had some firearms cause I heard a few pops on my way out.

I booked by accident at first looking at other hotels I reached out explaining what happened they said they would refund me the next day but never did , we decided to use the money we spent went to check the room out it didn’t have a door peep hole it smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room and the mattress had holes like someone had cut it open

The interiors of the rooms were pretty nice, newly renovated. The beds had soft sheets, there were nice lighting options. Very good black out curtains, which was very comforting on the first floor. AC worked great. Security cameras (hopefully working) right outside rooms. The gentleman working when we checked out was very kind! Price. Staff when checking in wasn't exactly rude, but definitely very unfriendly. AC was off when we entered the room, so it was VERY hot (Cooled off quick though). There was no fire alarm and wires were sticking out of the wall. There were black out curtains, but nothing else. So you either had to have the window completely blacked out or completely open, nothing in between to have natural light and some privacy. A minor detail, I know. Nothing the motel can control, but other guests were quite noisy throughout the night. I had people knocking on my door at nearly 11pm. Didn't feel like the safest stay, but at no fault of the motel itself.

The bed was super comfy..the t v. And cable were great..mini fridge. Microwave The shower wouldn't turn on. The mgr explained how to use the odd spout. They could told me that from the get go. I ended up taking a tub bath. Small roaches .I let the mgr know. Shady people coming in and out. They need to restrict the clientele. Outbound buses 12 min walk. Inbound bus none. Had to take ubers

Nothing The photos looked nothing like the actual hotel. As in, the color of the roof wasn’t even the same. The pictures made it look like a cute little inn in a nice area. However, when we arrived, the doors looked beaten in, the room looked like it had bed bugs, and the area made me feel afraid to leave the room. I immediately booked another hotel at an exorbitant price because I was too afraid to stay here. On top of all of that, the hotel charged me a $20 early check in fee (which they never mentioned upon check-in) on top of the cancellation fee, despite the fact that I was there for all of 5 minutes. They told me they at least reversed the $20, but that was a lie.

The condition of the hotel was not good even though it has been renovated. However, the shower was perfect.

Protistution going on. Random people in the parking lot at all hours of the night.Room was not very clean. Wall in bathroom was falling apart. Over all just felt dirty and couldn't wait to get home to shower. Also the price was ridiculous for a cheap motel.

The room was good a the beds were comfy. The location was super sketchy. We got to the room at 1230am and the next night at 1030 and there were questionable people hanging out in the parking lot drinking (throwing beer bottles over the fence) and in their cars. They just watched us walk to our room so it was just super uncomfortable.

This place is awful. It looks nothing like the pictures and has a taqueria attached to it with bars on the windows. They refused to refund us When we tried to cancel and get a refund because we felt unsafe and the hotel pulling false advertising. There management and employees are rude. They had hookers in the parking lot. Do not stay here.

Awful! The pictures online is nothing compared to the actual hotel. 😢 toilet didn’t work we had to add water just to flush.

They said the rooms were newly renovated. They also said it was nonsmoking but the room reeked of smoke. There were sketchy people walking all around the property. Stains on the bedding. We didn’t even stay. I felt very unsafe. We left and stayed at a different hotel.

Nothing like the pictures. It was clean however, the shower didn’t work (faucet coming off the wall), the tiles in the bathroom were stapled on the walls, the door looked like it had been broken down a few times. Friends of mine said they had bugs in their room, but I didn’t see them. Definitely not a place you’d hang around if you had down time.

If I could give it a zero I would. It was bugs all over. Prostitution and drug dealing as well. We couldn’t get our money back so we had to stay. I’m so glad to finally be away from that hotel because they definitely put the HOE in Hotel.

The iron didn’t work so I had to call down for one. The plug in the bathroom did not work. The hairdryer did not work. There was a stench of smoke in multiple rooms because we had to go from room to room until one was found to be acceptable. The parking lot is trashy and nasty. The grounds as a whole are terrible. The lobby is ugly. Huge mistake to stay there. Never again.

The staff is friendly and obviously they try to keep rooms clean. But definitely the management has to take care for pests, especially roaches.

Great space and bed. Good lighting. Cable was kinda bad reception on HBO. All the other channels were great. Had a little coffee machine and fridge in the room which was great for leftovers and morning brew. Very good Mexican restaurant right there.

Do not bother…the pillows, sheets and towels were all yellow and disgusting. The pics online make it appear somewhat cute and renovated but don’t be fooled. We asked if we could cancel and get a refund on the last day and they said no so we ended up paying for 2 hotels in Austin for 3 nights because I just couldn’t stay there. And this is the first negative review I’ve ever left but if I can help someone else avoid this hellhole then good.

I found lots of baby roaches in the bathroom. Our sink did not drain properly causing water to flood in seconds of the water running. The bathtub floor had a lot of cracks and the shower curtain rod was halfway broken off so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to spil onto floor. The sheets and blankets had plenty of little burn marks and gashes on them. The walls had plenty of shoddily patched up spots where someone had obviously done some sort of damage. Very run down place, just barely worth the low price we paid. If we had known the conditions of the room we would’ve probably stayed elsewhere.

The renovated room was unprofessionally done with holes on the wall and an unfinished bathroom. The bed squeaked like it belonged to the 1970s. And I felt very unsafe as if I was going to become missing. Just terrible! Don't let the pictures fool you.
