    I don’t like that they don’t tell you online , that when you get there you will need to pay a deposit. I was caught off guard with that. Plus I don’t like staying at a hotel that doesn’t allow smoking in the rooms. The room I booked was a king. Yet they gave me a double bed and the head boards looked HORRIBLE, as if only tweakers stay there. No ice machine. The pool was closed and locked the entire time. I won’t go back there.

    Upon arrival, I was immediately confronted with what felt like a sliding security deposit fee. It was initially presented as $100 and only dropped to $50 after roughly five minutes of intense negotiation. I also noticed that the lobby was closed to guests at all times. All transactions and customer interactions had to be handled through the night window, and guests were not allowed into the lobby at any point. Because I have significant knee issues, I specifically requested a first-floor room. I was surprised when the owner, who appears to be on-site regularly, assigned me a room on the third floor instead. When I expressed confusion, I was told to “be quiet and listen.” Not wanting to create further conflict or risk additional surprise charges, I complied. The owner explained that there was no first floor and assured me that the third-floor location would not be a problem because an elevator was available. After considering my options, I accepted the room and hoped for the best. Initially, the elevator worked perfectly, and I was relieved. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived. Around 10:00 PM, I went to get ice from the only ice machine on the ground floor. I took the stairs down, fully expecting to use the elevator on the way back up.     The air conditioning is not working there was opened food in a dirty refrigerator the whole experience was horrible we got a room to specifically get out of the heat and to boot they took the deposit off my card, usually they put it on pos and it goes back the next day but this time they took it off my card, I’m not happy

    The maintenance guy was nice and welcoming. Their pools were actually working and open to use. Also, AC worked well and kept the room nice and cool.     Everything was great however I was put off the last morning when the employee who saw me all week come get breakfast 2 waffles 2 person reservation one cup of coffee 2 bananas and I was told i wasnt allowed the last day to take food to my room I explained it was obvious I was only getting for the two people I payed for and we were in a handicapped room my husband struggles so I bring our breakfast to him. We spent a week there spent cash daily on consessions on top of our fees we paid for the week we spoke with the owner told him we loved our stay and intended on returning for a three week stay within another week. The night prior to the breakfast the same employee seemed hesitant when I bought a bottle water he tried to give one out of the bag when I asked for the cold one I seen in the refrigerator he was hesitant upon my 3rd mention he obliged. We were respectful of all property rules cleaned all trash out of our room upon departure left property to smoke and was constantly in manners of gratitude even spent extra money buying multiple pepsi’s sprites, and candy during our daily stay making sure your company was payed and shown appreciation only to not be able to take my disabled husband the breakfast we paid for to the room we paid for on our last morning, I was humiliated during this altercation when I spilled waffle mix due to the button getting stuck when I asked for a cloth and offered to clean it myself he got loud and belittled me. Didnt leave intended healthy tip.

    Really one of the worst places myself and my husband have ever stayed at. The bathroom door looked like somebody had tried to knock it down; the headboard was all torn up; the comforter looked liked somebody had dropped cigarettes ashes, which caused it to burn right through. There were stains on the sofa. At night, you could hear the loud closing and opening of doors.

    The photos are completely misleading. The room was filthy, everything smelled like smoke, and the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. The bathroom door didn’t close, the lights didn’t work, and the smell was awful. It felt more like a shelter for questionable individuals than a hotel. They even tried to charge extra for our 2-year-old child! If we hadn’t arrived so late, we would’ve left immediately. This was the worst night in a hotel I’ve ever had in my life! The reviews are clearly fake — you can easily find much better places for the same price. Stay far away from this place! There were cockroaches!!! Breakfast? A joke: dry cereal, one jar of jam and one jar of jelly — for everyone. That’s it.

    We got to the front desk at 11:02. They told us we were late checking out and they were not going to return our $100 cash deposit. If we checked out at that minute they would only return $25.00. We took the room another night so the $75 they were going to keep anyways wouldn’t be for nothing. We were 2 minutes late. It was outrageous. There were no towels in our room; you had to ask for some. Also no phones in the rooms. The bed was very nice. The remote control to the TV didn’t work.     IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!! Please don’t stay here it’s so horrible it’s non refundable and you have to put a 100 dollar deposit. For the price that I paid it’s not even worth it that room with 2 beds wasn’t worth 70 dollars but I had to stay I couldn’t get my money back. They have a super 8 right next door stay there I wish I would have. They don’t clean it’s filthy the door in the restroom was broken the lights didn’t work the ac wasn’t great EVERYTHING was bad.

    Phone didn't work in the room. The bath tub was slippery when my wife got in the shower she slipped and fell. When I talked to front desk they said tub are supposed to be slippery. They said manager will be in in the morning the next morning they said he is hardly there he will not be back until the 20th. Customers service 0. My wife has a burse on her thigh from falling. I got in the shower and it was slippery I wash it down with hot water and a towel to clean it and be able to shower without falling. Still don't have not received a call from management

    This is in a very unsafe and sketchy neighborhood. The people that run it is very nice but due to the amount of homeless/drug addicts hanging around it, feels very unsafe. It smells really bad like cigarettes even with the window open... Carpet was grossly stained. I wouldn't recommend especially if you're staying alone as a woman.

    Daily check 11am checkout 3pm in or $20fee not disclosed until i checked out and requested my deposit! I had 20 left of the original 100 and was told that even though i booked 2 of my nights all at once i still had to check out EACH DAY and then come back AFTER 3PM to check in all over again?..???     The rooms in the Pictures are clean. The property is Nasty, dirty rooms, smell of Urine and Feces, blood stains on the carpet, and roaches. Went to three rooms and third one was supposed to be an improvement. I left immediately and they would not refund my money. Filing a report with Code Enforcement, Expedia asked that they give me a refund and I was ripped of for $296.00; will no longer use Expedia for having this type of hotel on their site, this is deception and fraud. I immediately checked in to HourGlass Hotel, it was more and Expedia gave me a voucher for $76.00; the rest of the week I went home to my apartment and drove 560 miles round trip and had to wake up at 3am to get to work at 8am.

    On the outside, you can see it's not the newest of places but looked like it should be okay. Desk was really friendly and nice. Now let's talk about the room. Room was in disrepair with no working bathroom door (pocket door stuck in wall), shower had non stop running faucet and not just a drip but very slow flow and a broken shower head holder, Bed was medium firm and not new, headboard was shredded like a dog scratched it up, and fabric chair was stained with large wet spot staining. The hallways smell like weed. Breakfast was two choices of kids cereal, bread slices, gallon of milk and gallon of Sunny D. Coffee was what i chose (weak). Price was almost the lowest offered. If you just need a roof for a night and on a budget, maybe consider that may be why things are not as well kept but they seemed to try with what they had. I've seen worse for more money. Even with all this, the staff made me feel like it wasn't so bad when i left.

    Management purposely removed lightbulbs from light fixtures rooms were not clean sheets. I don’t think they changed it and vitamin terrible and I’m amazed whyhotel.com keep referring this hotel to people the standard by four and I am intending to call the health department to have an inspection on this property.

    Let's start at the very beginning ...I called at 2 am to check there was opening for a late night check-in as I was traveling cross country and needed a quick place to sleep & shower and check out in just a few hours. Upon arrival, let me be clear, the night auditor/front desk representative was very nice, very helpful & welcoming. HE WAS THE ONLY UPSIDE TO THIS ENTIRE bug infested, rundown, filthy, stained & stinky establishment. The outside appearance is deceiving. Cleaned pool, exterior is painted. That's where the good ends. All the carpets in halls and rooms, heavily stained, filthy, not vacuumed, and pungent odor. The walls haven't been wiped down in this building in years, our air conditioner in the room was not only off but broken, and no thermostat. The desk chair looks like it was hauled out of dumpster and wheeled into the room. Gum stuck to it, rips in the fabric, the faux leather stripped off, headboards on both beds looks like Wolverine had a field day and ripped them apart! Bathroom towels, not only stained, but not cleaned. Bathmats stained, and both beds had consistently placed long hairs intertwined into the blankets!!! The surfaces were all unwiped and layers of just old film on everything. It’s quite obvious no one wet wipes anything in these rooms. Or vacuums, or cleans up stains. I have never refused a room before. I did today twice. And the kicker??? I spent a total of 24 minutes in between 2 rooms when I finally just drove away and the manager was no

    The check in person was not helpful at all as we got to our room it was disgusting the chair at the desk was broken the lounge chair was filthy stained the headboard was pilling with all kinds of scratches then there where cockroaches I immediately called the front desk first said there was nothing he could do he just does check in I complained to move us to a clean room or refund my money back he asked ridiculous questions like if we messed up the bed we where there only 30 minutes the most he told me he will call back to let me know what he can do. I will never stay there nor recommend anyone to stay there and there is a bunch of meth heads outside smoking in the garage area

    I booked through hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel to check in the front desk lady said that I wasn't in the system and told me not to book my room 5 minutes before I arrive which I booked my room 2 days in advance after I give her the $100 deposit she then tells me I'm not allowed to have any visitors including my children which are 10 years old and 12 years old or that she would keep my deposit if I did at this point I already wanted a refund but I knew that was going to be really hard so I stayed my room was disgusting everything is old and dilapidated stained and ripped and has a funky smell this hotel desperately needs to be remodeled and new owners or staff employed there until this I will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel boasts about a continental breakfast which is another reason I stayed at this hotel the breakfast was Captain crunch with warm milk and two pieces of toast not much of a breakfast to me I barely even can give this hotel a one star and I don't know how they stay in business the way they conduct themselves also a warning they have a man employed by them that creeps around the buildings at night hides behind trash cans and walls to watch where you go or what you are doing and follows you all the way to your room this made me very uneasy as at first I thought the man was going to rob me after watching him for a while that's when I realized he worked for the hotel please don't stay at this hotel it is horrible

    The hotel was pretty down and mostly starting falling apart. The smell in the hallways was awful even though I booked a non-smoking room there were several smoking rooms available which spread the smell easily. The room itself was dirty even the bed sheet and pillows had spots from undefines stuff and also the bathroom towels were dirty. All in all regreting staying there and won't recommend it to people who want a proper room with common cleanliness.

    We really liked staying , it was comfortable and clean, and no noise, Only thing we didn’t like as soon as you enter it smells like weed, cigarettes. Also it shows they have Free Breakfast which THEY did not have nothing at all so it’s not true

    This place is horrible to stay at, they have no room service to change your bedding or bring you fresh towels or t.p.. Their is no phone in the rooms, the continental breakfasts is a joke, ceral, and toast they have horrible coffee. It's my 1st and last time I'll ever there.

    It smelled of pot and cigars. Homeless camped out in and around the facility. We were warned to park our cars in view of our room windows to keep an eye on them. There are lots of vehicle break ins adjacent to Rt 99 and 58.

    The hallway carpet very dirty and smelly , the smell of marijuana , the stairs to exit smell of urine… Rat droppings near the elevator, outside exiting , no bars of soap the wash or bath ourselves, no iron or towels in the room, had to go to the front to obtain one ….I really have think hard if I return to that location again 🤔🤔🤔

    I chose this place over a few others because of the reviews. I probably won't be staying here ever again. Everything was broken. The toilet didn't flush. The handle to the shower kept falling off. The carpets are Filthy. All night long people all around us sounded like they were fighting and or throwing things against the wall. The surrounding area does not feel safe at all. The sheets were clean and overall the room was decently clean but the bathroom was another story.... The front desk stuff were very accommodating and nice. Not much in the way of breakfast that is advertised.

    Poor communication and service. I accidentally booked for the same day when I meant to reserve it for the next night. I called immediately and was told by the front desk that he wasn’t able to make the change but could make the change manually when I got there to check in. I called when I was on my way and was told they gave away the room because we didn’t show the night before. They refused to give me any type of refund.

    Pretty typical for what you get for this price in this area. The good: Nice very large TV with good reception. Generous amount of shampoo and soap provided. Shower was comfortable. Bed was comfortable, though not exceptional. The pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The bad: Coffee maker in room, but no coffee or coffee cup?!? I used it anyway, since I had my own Starbucks Vias and a coffee cup. It worked, but leaked water onto the counter badly. Broken tile in backroom; not dangerous, just unsightly. Generally the facilities looked run down, though it is obvious that spot repairs have been done in places. Overall, I would stay there again if on a very tight budget.

    I checked in around 5pm to drop off luggage and then go event I was attending. The office person said towels would be delivered by housekeeping shortly. I didn’t wait around and just turned on the AC before leaving as room was hot and I left for my event. I arrived back to room around 10:30pm and room was still hot as AC was not working and no towels were delivered to room. I called front desk and they asked if I could come down for the towels. I did , they said that they couldn’t do anything right now for the AC as no maintenance person was available. No offer to switch rooms. The evening was cool, so I figured I would just open window. It did cool down, but all night I could hear a barking dog from the house next to parking area. Worst experience I’ve had . Only reason I stayed was because I was too tired to search for another location or drive the 4 hours home.
