Lack of hookers

Food near by Smelled of roach spray..ac not working..had microwave but no way to plug in I went & bought a cord ...@ 12:30am my room was enter by another person with papers & key stating it was they room...I don't know if it was a inside job was I gonna get robbed or raped...front office gave me we have to look @ camera not good u have to activate room key..mine was deactivated I had to get neW 1..I WILL NEVER RETURN I HAVE BEEN A WYDHAM MEMBER FOR YEARS .I DIDN'T THINK THEY HAD THESE TYPE OF HOTELS...

The girl at the counter was friendly and went the extra mile to try and help with our issues. Ultimately we ended up having to accept a full refund and go find another hotel after 1:00 am which was not ideal as we lost the ability to utilize any online booking discount due to it being the next day technically…. There was no suitable place to park our U-Haul truck with the attached car tow dolly. They had 4 different large semi trucks already in their lot taking up huge amounts of regular spaces. We were told we could park next door in the Wendy’s parking lot which they could not give any guarantee of our vehicle not being towed or broken into. Or accept a full refund and have to find another hotel room at 1:00 am after driving the last 6 hours from the Bay Area.

Room was very relaxing. (Nice bed, clean sheets & room, nice shower, and a hair dryer that worked!) Good room lighting. Electrical outlet charging equipment without any issue. Breakfast was perfect! Waffles, yogurt & juice !!!! Great customer service with a smile!!! Plenty of spaces to park your vehicle. Excellent lighting and the lot was clean. Excellent location to freeway easy on & off. Plenty of eating options nearby. Refrigerator's seal appeared broken & would not close. Freezer section did keep ice tea cold! Button to turn on heater/cooler was missing. Pushed nub to turn on. Did the trick! No Internet Access.

The bathroom tiles were cracked, the floor was creaking and uneven, there was a crack through the left side of the TV screen, and the exterior concrete stairs are so worn out that many have been replaced by ugly metal slabs. The wooden furniture was all heavily worn around the edges, as was the bottom of the bathtub. The room also suffered from odd lack of electrical outlets. Two of the three lamps by the bed weren't plugged into anything, and there were no obvious outlets available where they might go. The microwave and coffee maker were likewise not plugged in. Though since no one had cleaned the microwave in a LONG time, that was probably for the best. If you wanted to charge your phone or other devices, the plug by the sink was the only option. Not ideal. Then, for the icing on the cake, the bed was truly hard as a rock. I was reasonably tired from driving eleven hours that day, so I managed to sleep fairly well, but I'm sure that wouldn't be true for everyone. I really can't think of anything positive to say about my stay here. There are plenty of other motels in the area, and I have to imagine they're all better than this one.

My stay wasn't great. The lady at the front desk was very distracted by a lady who was drinking RC soda at 10:00 in the morning talking about something like a concert. They make you wait outside in 48° weather and don't really assist you that well. Not only that but they tried to charge me a $100 deposit and I only paid $50 for the room.

The price was very reasonable and there's a lot of restaurants right around in that area if that's what you're looking for. However it was kind of a sketchy neighborhood, I didn't really feel safe there. The bed was hard. The toilet did not flush well. I had to hold the handle down a long time three different times to get stuff to go down the toilet. These hotels should replace those toilets on a regular basis, and the countertop and the bathroom should be replaced. Just a couple little things like that would have made such a difference. On the plus side the room was very spacious

Roach infestation

The room was clean however the motel is starting to show its age. The sink and bathtub looked like had lost a fight with a ball peen hammer. The first room assigned to me did not have a working refrigerator and that issue was quickly remedied. The price was right, the room comfortable and the water hot.

Checked in on a Friday night at 5 o’clock pool was closed because they shocked it. Beds were rock. Hard icemaker was broken and breakfast was horrible. No selection.

Property stinks like trash and vomit , the room stinks with old and dirty smell, looks like cleaning tried to cover it with some perfume and it just made it worse. Perhaps my nose is too sensitive , but rest of the people whom I traveled with said the same.

The motel was convenient to my travels, but my room needs some renovations due age or neglect. The included breakfast was inadequate. There was no hot water to make oatmeal so I had coffee and toast. The coffee was pretty good.

No complaints. Great value. Nice pool too.

The air conditioning worked great, it was over hundred degrees outside. The cable TV was excellent. There was a working refrigerator which I liked. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, partly due to the hair I found in it. The furniture was very old. The bathtub had stains on it.

First of all, I learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for. My GF was hospitalized nearby so I decided to book a room literally the last minute. I wasn't familiar with the area, but the area turned out to be very sketchy. There were no shortage of zombie looking drug transients roaming across the street and on the sidewalk in front of the property. The exterior of the property was filthy! The walkways were soiled and dirty, the stairways were chiped and unsafe. I didn't notice any security guards on the property, which has access to the general public. I chose not to use the elevator because of my safety. Once inside my room, the chain lock on my door was broken off. There was no way I'd stay in that room without a chained lock on my door for added security. I returned to the pexi-glassed side window where the receptionist was located and was offered a second room. The bathroom sink in the second room didn't look like it was cleaned in a year and had red sticky substance in it. I wiped it off the best I could and then covered it with a clean bathroom towel so it wouldn't splash when I turned on the water. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU VALUE SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS!!! I couldn't wait for morning to get the hell out of there!

Room was absolutely disgusting scuffs all over the walls food from previous person on the floor that could have easily been vacuumed gum on the ceiling ripped up carpet on the corners with crayons and scissor coverings hiding behind it the bottom of the bathtub was black with a shoe print in their hair on the toilet I would never recommend to anyone

My wife and i left shortly after check in insearch of a better hotel. Hoping for a refund!

The only thing good about the property was its staff. The room itself was dirty, had cockroaches, the keys to our room never worked, WiFi never worked. We booked 3 nights, but checked out the first morning. We would have left that night, but it was already late. Also some unsavory characters walking around the property. (Not the property's fault, but good to know.)

The blanket was torn at multiple places. They should replace the blankets. At room 204, both the lights near the bed was out-of-order. At midnight, someone was sitting and smoking outside our room and all the weed smoke came inside our room causing a lot of inconvenience. On another day, we saw a person with a cycle, looking shabbily dressed walking in the 2nd floor. Did not give us a good impression on the safety aspect.

I loved the way he room was managed impeccably. However the VZiZIO tv was not very convenient. I have favorite tv shows and couldn't watch any at all.

The first room they gave me has no mattresses on the bed. The second room they gave me was on the third floor and the elevator felt unsafe and smelled like urine. I didn’t stay. I had to pay for a night there and find a new place for myself and disabled husband. It was awful

Property was dirty smelled and in general was in this repair. I machine hadn’t been working so long and he created mold free breakfast was an apple or a muffin no coffee no juice nothing else. It was a terrible stay wouldn’t even pull back. The covers to get in the bed, paid $71 to basically sleep four hours. The conditions were so bad.

The Room smelled like dirty wet clothes as soon as we walked in we thought it was the carpet but when it was time to sleep we figured out it was the blankets that had a odor it was very unpleasant. We left and came back at night there was no parking. Also no Iron in the room.

Para ser honesto no me gustó, aparenta ser un hotel limpio pero ya estando dentro la realidad es otra.. tengo las fotos y el vídeo de las cucarachas dentro del hotel pero no puedo agregarlo a este mensaje

It was not the best, dark and dreary rooms,and the WiFi signal was horrible. The bathtub shredded my back and left a scab along my spine, due to the fiberglass or whatever coating being cracked and jagged. Not the best experience. Be careful.

Terrible experience with the TV being unusable for cable and they straight up deny letting you plug in your own laptop or game console or casting to the TV so your forced on to their non existent entertainment. Their internet is slow and disconnected often and many websites are blocked, like Reddit and other safe websites. I was also told by staff that I would get a partial refund after checking out early and switching to another hotel but then they denied me after the fact which is incredibly slimy.

The girl at the front counter is absolutely the nicest check in girl ever (I wish I had got her name but she had some great nails 😊) The rooms are extra large and you can’t bet a king bed. 5 stars definitely for what your getting for the price. There are also a few restaurants in walking distance which make parking for the night and enjoying .

The front desk lady was very pleasant. The room was very run down the bed was very hard and uncomfortable the sink had many burn stains. We could not find the breakfast it was not held in the breakfast room. They did not have extra pillows or towels.

Easy check in. The room had a working microwave oven, refrigerator and a working TV with a working remote which is important to me. The furniture is old but this is not a five star hotel. I would stay here again.

The place is as clean as it can be. Its been a very long time since there were carpets installed and it looks like the staff does the best they can with what they have to work with. Microwave stand should have probably been thrown out- it would have looked less run down if the fridge was just on the floor with the microwave on top of it, instead of in a very broken particle board holder. it was a convenient location, staff was nice but behind very thick glass. Close to highway and fast food.

Had a lot of disturbances overnight, random people were trying to break in the room next to us, felt unsafe. The breakfast was not there as promised, Airconditioning was not functioning properly

The carpet around the sink was wet and smelled musty. Also, there was no shower curtain and the tub was filthy. Got in late and noticed the smell but didn't notice the wet carpet and lack of shower curtain until the next morning. Desk staff was un interested in the deficiencies did not offer compensation. Homeless folks walking around the area and panhandling at fast food restaurant across the street..

It was terrible there were 2 plungers in room and i saw 2 people walking around with plungers... they charged me 44 for 2 towels n 2 washclothes damaged? They woukd wash just fine the phone didnt work had to go hunt down a remote their breakfast consist of oatmeal packs and chocolate mini muffi s.. they never replaced coffee for second day and the customer service was the worst!

Property is very dated..bedding had holes in the duvet..property outside was very dirty..elevator had putrid odor..room didn't have television connected had to pull out refrigerator to plug it in..remote needed batteries and had no toilet paper in restroom..would not recommended!!

Talking through a plexiglass window to check in was unnerving and the bars on the pop machine screamed "unsafe area" but the room was clean, the bed firm and lots of good pillows. Shower was low but good pressure. Fridge and microwave worked well.

The bedroom was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the tank of the toilet was broken and my husband needed to fix in order to use the toilet. There were a strong and unpleasant smell inside of the room. We had to keeping freshing up the space with febreeze and Lysol so it could be kept clean. Be aware that you are going to see bugs and mosquitos in the room. Please get an insect spray for a safety stay. There is only room service every 3-4 days. The exterior area of the hotel was dirty and smelly. They don’t throw the trash. They don’t wash the sidewalks around the hotel. It looks dirty and smelly.

Over booked the property and No called to me … gave me an option for a smoking room which seemed like someone just slept and smokes a pack in there and still feel the smoke … at 9 pm I was looking for room at other places to sleep …

this place definately needs to be evaluated by the health department and a new cleaning crew. there were stains everywhere including on the celing, the bathroom door had some liquid on the door jam and lower part of door , carpet had burns and was dirty and gross and the drawers had crumbs and stains inside snd the toilet was not secured tothe floor as the tile was cracked and almost falling through on the third floor

Perfect for the price. Friendly staff and felt safe. Not the newest or best shape room, but it felt clean. Exactly what you need to spend the night on a ling road trip.

Absolutely DISGUSTING

Reserverved for two nights. Got in late the night we checked in and after seeing the room wanted to leave but we were so tired. Broken furniture. No batteries in the 19 inch tv remote. Outdoor lights didn't come on until well after dark. Felt unsafe. Breakfast was a bowl of sugary cereal chocolate chip muffins, toast or instant oatmeal. We ask for a refund for the next night. Never again for Super 8.

This place was so horrible I checked out with in minutes of checking in

Room was ok and comfy enough to sleep for just one night. Satisfied enought since our family needed only to sleep otherwise need improve on light fixtures cause it wasn't bright enough but it was nice and cold through the room which was nice. Staff was helpful as well.

Looks like a very run down property. We had 2 rooms and one of them had a very filthy smell. I did not feel like walking on the carpet bare foot. But I guess that was what you get for the price. Otherwise very convenient location with a McDonald’s right across.

I understand it’s a cheap hotel, but when you wake up in the morning, if you see roaches on your bed, it’s very disgusting because who knows if they were on me or anything. I complain to the manager that was there in the morning and they said they can’t do anything about it. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN.

The property really needs a re-fresh, old carpets, the edge of steps crumbling, elevator scarred, etc. However, the staff really wowed me. They were professional, helpful, and friendly but never officious even while sticking to policies. I would rather a fantastic staff and a place less maintained than a place super well maintained but an officious or negligent staff. They really deserve accolades, even though they probably think they are just doing their job.

No remote for the TV. Constant noise outside of my room. Cigarette holes on the comforter. Musky scent in my room. Deadbolt broken.

PROS: The inside of the rooms check most of the boxes: Two queen beds (per room) that were comfortable enough, Mini-fridge and microwave that worked, wifi, and a clean functional bathroom with a few towels and toiletries.There were no roaches in the room which is a huge surprise for the area. The pool was nice. There are dozens of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and it is right off of two major highways. CONS: It was weird to open the front door and see a toilet right away. We had wifi and didn't need the TV but that's good because you couldn't change the channel. One was stuck on MSNBC the other on Telemundo. Breakfast choices included white toast, one kind of cereal, mini packaged muffins, and oatmeal packets. But the biggest impact to my unusually negative score was that the door to my room was fully cracked and could have been kicked in by any of my younger kids. All the doors (including bathroom doors) looked like they had been pried open with a crowbar at some point and had been poorly "repaired".
