We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, staff gave us a great recommendation for dinner and even allowed a late check out. If I’m ever in this area again we will book here again.

- There was a fly inside the room, not sure how it got in there! Didn't expect these things in a hotel brand that advertises about high standards, not worth the money that I paid for.

I wish I could remember the lady that checked us in on May 16th around 5:30pm. Hopefully hotel management can look at the schedule that day and know who I am talking about. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Made our stay extra special. My son lives in Bakerfield so I will be traveling more often out here. So this will be my new hotel. Thank you.

The room was very spacious & clean. I was on the top floor. The room has a small kitchenette type area with a mini frig & microwave & a sink. It was quiet & I slept comfortably. I would stay here again.

No comment. You should never put your guests next to the laundry/staff room. It was very noisy. Very uncomfortable. Was not even given an option as far as room or floor selection. It was just throw these people here. Won’t go back.

The staff was very friendly, but the room doors closed very loudly and not really welcome at 6 in the morning both days with constant slamming doors.

Early Sunday morning before leaving for the race, we checked again. The morning staff then told us to call back at 8:30 AM—right in the middle of the marathon. We explained clearly, both at check-in and that morning, that as pacers we would be running during that time and would not be able to call. As an official partner hotel for the marathon, we expected staff to be aware of runners’ schedules and show some flexibility or at least basic consideration. Unfortunately, both front desk teams showed little understanding or willingness to accommodate, which was disappointing given the hotel’s role in supporting the event.

The air conditioning didn't work but they fixed it.

Front desk person was rude an unaccomidating. room was ok, but unable to leave bathroom door open and had a smell. Will choose other accomidations if traveling that way again.

The toilet and walk way to be specific. There was debris on the toilet that looked like vomit, along with a trail of vomit that lead outside the restroom. Also it looked like there was public hair near the toilet.

We got into town late but everything went smoothly. We appreciated the clean room and kind service after traveling.

The hotel and casino appear new. It is a beautiful facility and very clean. We had an excellent prime rib dinner at the Rain Rock restaurant inside the casino. Our waitress was excellent. Would definitely come back here. Comfy beds and spacious room.

Good hotel. There was a mildew smell from the sink drain in the bathroom, which was not pleasant. Otherwise, great experience! We would have appreciated cooked oatmeal in the breakfast area.

Nice place to stay very clean

Room was comfortable and clean, but I was a little concerned about location. Area was run down and industrial, I did notice some area revival happening so possible that this will change. Breakfast was the usual motel buffet nothing great. They did have a parking security fence and camera so was safe.

Breakfast is good. Parking is very convenient for trucks and trailers. Rooms are nice. My complain this time were the pillows, they were not the best I had a rough night. Also the staff working had no good customer service. They need to learn to say good morning, good night, etc. to make people feel safe and at home away from home.

The pool & hot tub were not up kept and were both Freezing Cold. We couldn't even use the hot tub after 15 hours of driving. When I asked the front desk lady to check it out she had a serious attitude because I interrupted her "personal cell phone" time that she was doing while on the job. Customer Service was Horrible!! The hotel was NOT very clean especially in the lobby area and the beds were horrible to sleep on. Extremely uncomfortable. The shower head and sink spout need replacing because they barely trickled out water so it was awful to take showers and just get ready in general. I will make sure to mark this one off my list of places to stay again.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff service was excellent. A couple drifters crossing the parking lot at odd hours but that's just the neighborhood and not the hotel's fault.

We have come here several times to break up our driving trips. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are comfortable. We always get a great nights sleep. We come here for the excellent free breakfast too. The fresh ground coffee is better than Starbucks!

Ma and my husband were in a time crunch and totally forgot to packed a raizo blade, I was surprised we call front desk to asked if by chance they sale some and they offer amenities to you as a guess, they had it for free along with shaving cream that was a plus, not expecting it all!

The room was clean and had great TV options. Device charging was easy and the air conditioner worked amazing. We were on the 4th floor just past the elevator. There are plenty of food options close by. The area is decent and there was plenty of parking.

We always stay here on our way to Las Vegas to break up the ride. It’s always clean, quiet, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Freshly ground coffee and water fountains to fill up the largest of travel cups.

Great location , just off the highway. Plenty of places to eat nearby , bowling alley across the road along with a great craft beer bar nx to it. Hotel has huge rooms , nice chilled feel about the place. Breakfast is plentiful, staff are friendly and very pleasant. Highly recommended .

The room was very nice with desk chair and a settee. The breakfast was a bit late but OK. The bed was too hard, my hips hurt so bad we were up before the early breakfast. The location is basically under the expressway so early in the morning the sound of traffic woke you up.

The hotel was very neat, front staff very friendly. The room was excellent. It had all the amenities. I love that they had a no slip mat in the shower, shampoo, conditioner, Bodywash, make up remover wipe. I will definitely be staying at a Holiday Inn suites the next time I travel. My husband and I were very impressed!

I love that IHG offers five bathroom products . This is the main reason I stay with them . The rooms are really nice also ours had a little mini bar with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot, a little sofa and 2 ceiling fans . Very comfortable

Got to have breakfast with a hooker 2 days in a row, so that was awesome. Same outfit and everything, right down to the cowboy boots! Maybe she came from the All Nude, All the Time establishment a few doors down. I didn't ask as she was busy filling 2 plates with food, then bringing it back to whomever she was servicing. As if that wasn't exciting enough, the noise from the highway helped keep us up nearly all night long! So, if you're looking for prostitutes and noise, this is the place for you.

Room was huge. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Breakfast was good (included). Easy highway access. Only downside was around 5am the traffic noise started and it was quite loud, waking us both up.

This was my 5th stay here. Nice big, quiet room. Clean. Seem security conscious. Unfortunately, I have had to be on the road early so can't comment on the morning breakfast.

Convenient to on/off Freeway Hwy 99 (at Buck Owens Dr) . Also convenient to Costco & Costco Gas just the other side of freeway. Our handicap room was great, and asked for the same room one week later on our return trip back home. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

Great staff, cleanliness and atmosphere

This hotel has nice rooms at a fair rate and the rooms were clean to naked eye BUT the room I stayed in my 1sr night was infested with fleas! After going to bed I was awakened by severe itching and noticed in excess of 20 bites on my legs arms. Told management who moved me into another room, that didn’t cure my discomfort
