The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.

Shopping was okay. Furniture was torn. Outlet didn't have no protection. That's a safety has it.

Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch live wires. One bath towel and one wash cloth. No hand towels or floor mat in the bath room. Tub had many chips. Toilet paper dowell missing so toilet paper stuck on one end of the holder. No sink stopper. Ironing board holder had been ripped off the wall in one location and reinstalled in another and hanging loose by only two screws. Of course there was not an ironing board or iron, so that wasn't a factor. It was still noisy past midnight from neighbors but the ac unit produced pretty good white noise. It was a lousy stay. I would try anywhere else before returning.

Crack head outside rooms sleeping in stairways

I went to check in and there were two children boys about ages 13 and 8! Bad sign. Checkin was long. They finally gave me key. I walked to the room and there was a half eaten birthday cake, clothes thrown on the floor, beds unmade. I was in shock! I told them I want my money back and they said they can"t do that because I paid online. I am never going back thete. They offered me another room but i declined!

cheap residence but some of the amenities described, specifically Wifi, do not exist
- 1/5
What a s h I t hotel! Found a long black hair on my pillow. And an old pillow at that! My co-worker had a room with blood splattered in the wall and patched up holes in the wall. He moved to a non smoking room which was slightly better. This hotel needs to be torn down.
- 1/5
Just a total mess from the cigarette burns in the bed cover to the bathroom door ripped off its hinges. Only stayed overnight but slept in our clothes and did not venture into the shower. How does this place pass inspection?
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE VERY NASTY AND DIRTY. I WENT TO A CONCERT AND THERE WAS NO MORE ROOMS IN THE AREA. SO WE DECIDED TO COME TO B'MORE CAREFUL AFTER THE CONCERT I COULD NOT BARE TO STAY. LEFT AT 3:00AM. THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY THE ROOM STINK. CRACKHEADS ALL AROUND THE BUILDING .
- 1/5
Blood on bed sheets cockroaches all over .. no hot water
- 1/5
I do not recommend staying at this hotel. A friend and I booked back in February we knew we were going to Moonrise Festival at Pimlico Race track. The room was dank, NO shower curtain!, the face of the A/C was ripped off the wall. The chair in the room was broken down. Honestly, it looks like the kind of place people go to die. It was just gross, gross, GROSS.
- 1/5
This was the worst stay ever. The service was horrible. The rooms were dirty . The bathroom was horrible I had to get Clorox for the tub ! I was really awful. They acted like they did not care about the guest !
- 2/5
This hotel needs major renovation. Broken furniture, disconnected smoke detecters, and a very run-down atmoshere. Reading other reviews I have to laugh about one in particular, it says if you have a choice of staying at this hotel or staying in your car choose the car. For $106 dollars you feel you got ripped off because you did. No coffee in the lobby, nothing.
- 1/5
No running hot water in the shower. Awful facility.
- 1/5
If you have the choice of staying here or in your car, chouse your car. The sheets had blood stains, room was infested with mice and the tub was moldy. Front desk staff nonresponsive with room issues.
- 2/5
Overall dirty property. Tub and sink dirty when I got there. Broken chair.
- 1/5
Terrible people. Dirty place.
- 1/5
I am really upset with this booking. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE to stay in a such CREEPY place. This Red Roof hotel location should be put down. I will be calling Hotels.com to get any compensation for my money lost.
- 2/5
The front desk guy was extremely creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving at midnight with after my boyfriend left as I didn’t feel comfortable staying there alone. The front desk guy made 4 trips to my room after I checked in with random pointless excuses ignoring the do not disturb sign. He kept telling me I was very pretty and needed to smile for him more because he liked it. He came down once and told me “I saw you struggling with your bags on the camera and came to help” I had already been in my room a good 3 minutes at that point.
- 2/5
building was shambled, room dirty, towels not the cleanest, bed had lots of dust and hair, I guess you get what you paid for.
- 1/5
I didn't like anything. I wont be doing this again
- 1/5
Roaches everywhere. I sat my taco bell bag on the dresser and it was covered with roaches in seconds. Filthy. The bedding was dirty in my room and had burns all over the bedding. Tv did not work. Room spelled of smoke and was musty. I was promised a refund since I refused to stay in such a disgusting environment. Two months later and still no refund. Hotel staff lied about issuing a refund. This place needs to be reported for being unsanitary and shut down.
- 2/5
The key doesnt work, the staff opens the door for u and when u want to leave u need to call staff to open the door when u come back.
- 1/5
Please do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. We drove up from Georgia, expecting to get to the hotel room to rest after a 10 hour drive. It was anything but that. When we arrived the check in person was asleep. Our room was in terrible condition. Torn up walls, dirty bedding, dirty restroom, & no working lamps. To top it off there was a BED BUG problem. It’s in a very sketchy area that can be very unsafe. Had people banging outside our hotel room and smoking marijuana and it was circulating through our air vent. The most unpleasant and disturbing hotel experience I’ve ever had.
- 1/5
Only good part was the front desk - polite and friendly.
- 1/5
This property needs a full remodeling. The television wasn't working properly and it was bed bugs there. The staff would not work with us on this issue and I didn't get any feedback or accommodations.
- 2/5
No ice machine available on entire premises. Was told to buy ice at a local store. Location was ok. Room mattress was stained and noisy.
- 1/5
The hotel need to be demolished and rebuild with new furniture. Worse hotel or worse redroof inn ever by far. Bad customer service, poor building safety, poor furniture, no light in the bathroom, bad neighborhood and etc.
- 1/5

Had a hole in the wall The shower head fell off The man in front gave us a run around before letting us go in our room
- 1/5
This place is awful and terrible. Red Roof should be ashamed of themselves. This places is a slum.
- 2/5
Hotel is dirty ,bathrooms have leaking showers messed up toilet no water in the sink beds are horrible door won’t really close unless you slam it front desk worker just horrible
- 3/5
Simple comments "poorly maintained facility"
- 1/5
The room was a dump.. literally, a pile of dogshit in the corner of the room that apprently the housekeeper, if they have any, didnt see and remove.. this place is like a prison
- 2/5
This has to be the worst place I’ve stayed. They didn’t have a key to get in the room, so I had to have the clerk let me in each time. The bed linens and the towels were clean, but the room was pretty horrible. The easy chair was missing a leg and shoved into a corner. There were lamps on the floor and many plugs didn’t work. The entire property is unkempt.
- 1/5
My key card would not open my door I had to have the attendant open my door every time I went out so they put me in a room where I didn’t have a key card working the room was dirty and smelly the grounds on the property trash all over it very dissatisfied
- 1/5
Property poorly maintained, pipes leaking, very dirty rooms, bathroom sink cabinet falling apart, terrible smell in the room, urine smell on the stairs, cockroaches. Bad experience lesson learned.
- 1/5
One of the worst experiences in hotels, dirty, smelly room, cockroaches, bad maintenance. Stay away from that filthy place, not worth even if they offer for free.
- 1/5
Did not like to many people drinking all night in parking lot.
- 2/5
There was stuff falling off the walls the bathroom wasn’t clean some of the bedroom furniture was falling apart I won’t stay here ever again
- 1/5
You would be better off sleeping outside!!!!!! DONT waist your money. Building should be CONDEMNED!!! Upon checking in with the reservation the room reserved had not worked with key card and we couldn’t switch room bc it was booked thru Expedia. Was very inconvenient bc we had to go to the front to get staff to open the door. The room itself was below standard…furniture broken ceiling falling apart…once night rolled around we couldn’t sleep the rest of the night in the room smh it was so damp my bf couldn’t breath in the room it was very stuffy and mildew-y. We had to leave the room in the middle of the night 😡 When we told the front desk what happened they didn’t take any responsibility to make it better or at least give some type of compensation. Red roof inn Baltimore northwest should be shut down!!!!!!!!
- 1/5
No tv Weird smell Prostitution
- 1/5
general terrible arrogant front desk
- 1/5
Terrible
- 3/5
The bathroom door barely closed, providing tea/coffee would be a simple improvement, as would fitting a small air freshener. That said, for a budget motel it served it’s purpose…
- 1/5
It was roach infested, tv didn't work, ac didn't, work staff was rude and wouldn't accommodate anything bathroom was filthy it was absolutely disgusting. Honestly the place needs too burn to the ground
- 1/5
Bad experience tv did not work door of the hinges and holes in the wall and electrical work exposed in room
- 1/5
I was ripped off the room had holes in the walls, broken bed,& dirty sheets also poor customer service! I need an reimbursement!
- 1/5
The property is very old and needs updating. The unit was clean but the heating unit did not work at all. We woke up to a very cold room when it was in the 30’s outside. The area around the cool property was sketchy. We did not feel safe to walk outside
- 1/5
Got put into 3 different rooms and not one of the bathrooms was cleaned .. , shower was dirty no towels in the first room , sink didn’t work on the second room , 3rd room was never touched
- 1/5
That was the most scary experience of my life. Since the moment I was parking, going to the lobby and still tried to go to the room but once I got there I just couldn’t even try anymore. Not a place to go specially a woman by herself. Dirty/stained sheets, unsafe to go upstairs, the door could be beaten down with just one push, horrible, horrible all of it was horrible. I went back to the lobby immediately and left that hotel running!!!!
- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
They checked me into an dirty used room. When I talked to the concierge he told me to shut up. The room looked old.
- 1/5
The most disgusting place I have ever been. In my life. Like ever. Scary as a horror movie. Urine on the steps up. Bent, burnt up spoons everywhere. Was in a smoking room, but the nicotine smell was so overwhelming and the room was filthy, had to request a room change. That one wasn't much better. Worst room ever, please take this off your list of availability for stays.
- 4/5
I liked the privacy and the bed and stuff were pretty cool also I could get a coffee every morning easily sooo very convenient
- 1/5
The worse Red Roof I ever stayed at. Rundown Dirty stain on carpet water stained ceiling, found smoke defector in drawer..
- 1/5
This was the worst dirtiest hotel I've ever seen the sink had a bucket underneath the bathroom was filthy the rugs were nasty the safety latch was broken not to mention the Cuisinart service was HORRIBLE and that would not make any effort to accommodate me. Waste of money I had to book another hotel room elsewhere and still haven't received any refund or proper accommodations to correct the problem.
- 1/5
Had to change rooms because the A/C was leaking and the carpet was wet. Both (non-smoking) rooms smelled like cigarettes.
- 1/5
close it down
- 1/5
horriible, had roaches, i was charged for somewhere i didnt stay
- 4/5
I couldnt understand why i had to pay additional $50 for damages to room when they should've included in hotel.com last time staying there that hotel are where positutes, drug addicts come to. Then when i asked for refund they made it seem the can not do but hotel charges additional $50 and give it back after the inspect room ghetto hotel yes tge did updates butcroom had warm water no hot and bathrooms floors was too slippery u can can fall or slip in bathroom wrong tile on floor.
- 2/5
Nothing good. Holes n wall. Dirty.
- 1/5
Wasn’t happy at for them to charge almost 80 per night and a 50 dollar deposit on top of that
- 1/5
Definitely a horrific property. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
- 1/5
The guy behind the counter was rude! The tv was broken, the key card would not work the guy took the key card and opened the door with his keys and we were told that if we wanna leave we have to go get him so open our door. The fridge was broken. I didn’t expect 5 star service at a 2 star motel but the tv could have at least worked or it would have been nice to have a key to a room I paid over $100 for
- 1/5
We had a very terrible experience. From our arrival we got BAD VIBES we entered the room odor, basin had no water. We tried to make it work, by switching rooms. But it would not work. Location is not in a good part of Baltimore. We decided NOT TO STAY, WE LEFT AND GOT CHARGED 1 DAY STAY. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BAD ROOFINN.
- 1/5
NO water for many hours, of course the front desk foreigner waited until my card was charged. I called immediately after I discovered the water didn't work, and he replied "oh I forgot to tell you" completely unprofessional! He said "ten minutes and it will be on" then 1 hour then 2, I tried to remain calm. We had to go to local restaurants to use the bathroom. The room had open outlets, no smoke detector, broken shower handle and smelled like marijuana, do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!
- 1/5
mattress smeld nasty. The towers were dirty. Thr floor is dirty. The stairs are dirty. I specifically got a none smoking room, it smeld tobacco. I will never stay in that hotel no more.
- 2/5
Cigarret Smelling in the room supposed to be no smoking
- 2/5
My stay at this hotel was more than disappointing. The room that we were given had no key card or security chain, so I could not leave the room and re-enter without going to the front desk and asking someone to let me into my own room! The television was already on and the remote control didn't work... the volume was down to a low level AND the telephone in the room didn't work. My fiance even took the remote down to the front desk and got a new remote and it still didn't work. In addition the lamp in the room was broken and they didn't have a new one. The hotel also stated that there was free Wi-Fi will but when I asked for the password I was told it would connect automatically to the television but it did not. I'm not sure who permitted this room to still be rented out in this condition, but for the amount that I paid it was subpar at best. I was truly appalled the only good things i can say about the room was that it was pretty much clean the hot water and toilet work the bed was comfortable with clean sheets and there wasn't any bugs... But damn though!!
- 2/5
The room stunk, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and then I woke up to a roach crawling on the dresser.
- 1/5
Only parking was under cover where the ceiling was falling apart into cars. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in I didn’t even stay I left the second I walked in my room I shouldn’t have even tried to walk in after seeing how bad of shape the property was in
- 5/5
Love the new cable service
- 1/5
The young man at the front was pleasant yet he seem unsure about alot of things. When i went to room the carpet had a big stain on the floor so did the chairs, a big hole in the ceiling with wires hanging from it no smoke detector it was disconnected people playing loud music. Not even an hour of checking in i had to leave i was willing to pay for my 1st night and they didn't want to refund me for the rest of the days no information was passed down every time i called it was a different story.
- 4/5
The room had not been cleaned. Had to get another room.
- 1/5
Front desk clerk was very slow for check in. Seems like they only had 2 key to their lobby bathroom, which I couldn’t use after my 3 hour drive to get there, reason was the night auditor had the key from the previous night. Took about 10 minutes for the shower water to get hot. Big stains visible on carpet as you enter the room. The chair in the room was leaning due to the fact of two of the legs was off. No complementary WiFi was able to told to me.
- 1/5
This hotel is in the scariest, darkest part of Baltimore - raven fill the trees and potty all over the property, courtyard, cars in parking lot. No streetlights, located down a back alley - even my German Shepherd was spooked all night, we ended up having to leave at the crack of dawn.
- 5/5
This place is a good stay for the area and the price of the hotel. Just be careful of your surroundings.
- 1/5
Not clean bed linen sheets towels. key cards didn’t work, say several roaches
- 1/5
The staff was not good. In the room was not clean yo
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable. Liked fridge and microwave.
- 2/5
The inn was in the middle of renovation; therefore, it appeared deserted and unkept. The room was not as cleaned as in the stock picture. It was dark, and the carpet was well worn. Plus the desk chair was broken and heavily stained. Worst of all, the supposedly cleaned and unused bath towel on the shell had a piece of gum and prior guess' hairs stuck on the inside. Without knowing, I used it after my shower, so I was grossed out when I spotted it. I quickly jumped back into the tub for a much longer second shower just to remove that gross sensation. I tried to check-out early the next morning, but the office was closed with no attendance around. I recommend another place if you are looking for a cleaner place with better service to stay.
- 2/5
Looks like a bomb shelter or a zombie city in a Hollywood movei

- 1/5
What was unique was you had to travel thru a construction site to get to your room . ,and the clerk tried to double charge me For a security deposit for a non- smoking room
- 5/5
The room was good, didn’t like that the room was right where they were renovating but inside the room was cosy
- 1/5

- 3/5
There are an unusual amount of unsavory individuals hanging out all night. It appears as if there is a fair amount of prostitution taking place.
- 4/5
Property is under construction and was unsafe looking
- 2/5
This was my 2nd, AND LAST, visit. Internet reception STILL sucks, had to switch rooms because of no electricity, and front desk is not always covered.
- 2/5
Not so good
- 4/5
Moderately priced. Under some construction. Bed was comfortable. Limited tv stations. Conveniently located.
