The place was fine , I was annoyed that I had to wait so long for the elevator, my room was on 10th floor. There was a fright fest during my stay and people participating were holding the elevators for a long time .

I received a room with a floor that was soaking wet the whole weekend and I didn't received any discount for my stay .was uncomfortable I had my 2 kids with me as well ..every time we used the shower the hallway rug got soaking wet and the bathroom was dry smh .I let the front desk know and they told me they would notify management did not contact me .I'm very disappointed of the outcome .

Staff was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived it was cool in the room so my wife turned on the unit and just got cold air. We called maintenance and they were there in minutes to get the unit up and running. 20 minutes later we are good. Great service with a smile...

Everything was good for our little vacation to Baltimore, the only issues we had was with our keycards and the cable network. The hotel also has a cat who just roams and is very friendly which always made our day better when it seemed sour!

The were several people waiting to check in at 3:30. Making 7 people wait until 4:00 to check in was not very customer friendly. Only one of 4 elevators in service on a weekend. Super loud AC unit in the room.

They charged me for the room after I already paid on Expedia. There was no mention of an event going on at booking or check-in. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant because there was barely any service. We waited and waited and waited and waited then left after listening to 3 other couples complaining. No the restaurant was not full. Not half full. Not even a quarter full. Won’t be back to this place.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was a typical hotel free breakfast, just ok. They have a bar but it closes early. So we couldn't use it when we got back to the hotel at 8:45 PM on a Friday night. You would have thought it would be open later on the weekend. Also this hotel has a conference center and banquet hall attached to it. The music was so loud and played all night till 5:00 AM we were not able to sleep at all. I contacted the front desk by text and it was ignored. 2 days later they sent me a text saying it should stop soon. If you stay here make sure you stay on the opposite side from the banquet center, or you too won't be able to sleep. We will never be staying here again. And we travel to this area every few months.

I stayed for a comedy show. How do you run out of the basic beer? My room was clean but the shower head, room 611, squirted everywhere. The shower head was not adjustable to even wash out the tub. The moisture in the bathroom can be eliminated with an exhaust fan so the paint does not chip or fall in the tub. Overall 7 out of 10!

There’s only a jacuzzi tub with two shower heads (mist and spray). No shower curtain and marble floors (thank goodness for not slipping). There was also a long clothes pin in the carpet. Not on top as if casually dropped, but slid under the carpet fibers. The bed was comfortable though.

The breakfast buffet was OK. Scrambled eggs would better than mini cheese omelettes. Everything else wotthe hotel was perfect

Breakfast had plenty of choices for the family. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not the majority of the days, with ceiling tiles falling down.

However, big shout out to the security guy keeping the other patrons out of the parking lot. There is a bar and comedy club in the hotel and security blocked off people from entering to make sure the guests of the hotel had a parking space. The staff was super nice, but the hotel could use some updates.

Breakfast was not of good quality. The hot tub was kinda scary. It made to much noise when turned on. Also tub needed an upgrade. Look like some parts of the tub was peeling. Toilet flushes too loud. With all that being said the dinner at the restaurant was very very good .

I do have a few concerns regarding the room. I paid 700$ for the weekend based on the amenities and to celebrate my 20th year anniversary . My main concern is the jacuzzi tub. The inside was damaged and scratched. The jets wasn’t properly working. One side of the jets was working and the other wasn’t. The button that operate the jets didn’t move or function at all. The shower has 2 shower head sides and only one was working. The right shower wouldn’t turn on at all. There were also a few light bulbs that was out.

We went on a family weekend getaway. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the harbor. The pool was a favorite with the kids . We loved the fact the comedy club and safari night club was conveniently located on the property. The breakfast needed other meat options other than pork sausage, a beef or turkey bacon would’ve been better options . The hotel was clean , security was phenomenal especially during event times keeping hotel guest secure. I would definitely stay here again

That said, I had a major issue with the elevator. It went out during my stay, and I had to walk down 12 flights of stairs twice. That’s not something I expected or wanted to deal with, and it really impacted my experience. The property itself is a bit dated, but it’s still a decent spot for the area if location and convenience are your top priorities. Unfortunately, because of the elevator problem, I have to give this stay a lower rating than I would have otherwise.

Maintenance needs work. In our first room AC didn't work. The staff was very nice and got us to another room. In that room, the safe didn't work, and the iron did not either. We enjoy this location for going on cruises but this was our first extended stay. While nice enough, it didn't wow us like it previously had.

The place was conveniently located near all the activities we were doing. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good and a nice variety. The room however was not very clean. The tub had hair in it and I had to wipe it down very well before my daughter could get a bath. The bed linens had some stains, the carpet had various stains, and the TV stand was quite beat up with scuffs, marks, etc all over it.

The stay was great except for the fact that only one of four elevators worked and so many people trying to get to and from their rooms with lots of luggage. Many people including myself and child took the stairs (9th floor) it was not fun. Check-in only 2 people working that area with a line 6 or 7 deep. Your hotel hosting events and security for the evening offered apologies and drinks for those waiting. Our room comfy, the shower (forgot to mention) is spraying water from the head.

The hotel required a lot of security. An incident occurred at 1am sending off the emergency alert and causing a quick evacuation . Not the best place to stay with families.

Elevators were not working, stuck on the 10th floor for more than 30 mins. Were told several times elevator was being sent up. We were asked to walk down with our luggage, 6 in my party 2 rooms. Front desk told me they would comp a stay for my family, I have not yet seen that.

The chair is very dangerous because the back support cannot be tightened. I almost fell when I leaned on the chair. The breakfast was good with variety.

It’s always a Great time here

I had to call the front desk two times last night about the person in the room next to us. There was a child in the room next to us and they kept kicking the wall all night. It was also someone smoking marijuana the smell coming through the vent

There was a mix up with Hotel.com and where my reservation was made under and therefore, I had to pay for my shuttle and parking which would have been free. The discount from Hotels.com was good but I paid more in the end by not booking directly with the hotel of my choice.

Front desk staff was friendly & professional. Room was clean. Bec comfy. Quiet all night. Dinner in hotel restaurant was fabulous as was service.

The hotel Does NOT offer a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel even though is advertised. It was over 45 for a taxi. They put 150 charge on a credit card in case of damage. The hotel is very old and smells. The bathroom shower was fill of mold. Breakfast was ok. I would never stay here again. I picked this hotel by accident while using the expedia app and it was definitely not to my standards

We had 2 rooms, Rm 820 had a non appropriate item behind the bed, we threw it in the trash. Rm 821, the a/c wouldn’t cool during the night. Breakfast was great and the staff were great, very friendly and accommodating.

Overall it was not too bad. One elevator was working due to problems with the rest of other elevators. Also the line for cooking waffle was too long, they have only one waffle maker, given the hotel size it should be more than one maker. The air conditioner was too noisy. The room was clean. This hotel surprised me! They have a lot to offer and is very popular for people to travel for various reasons. They have a church renting space, the Safari night club, a conference center, a restaurant, and the baltimore famous COMEDY FACTORY! Oh, laundry facility, heated pool, hot tub, and business center with a printer!! Man, I was truly surprised! I will use this hotel again and again! My stay here was comfortable and my son said the people here are so nice!! I do not remember her name, but she is a waitress and she was older... She was stellar and one of the best waitresses I have ever encountered! The breakfast was amazing and tasty! I could say more, but I will end here!! Use the hotel for your travel needs!

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful I’ve never met such an amazing crew. They are super helpful. Transportation to inform the hospital are completely free. I was in town for my daughter to have her baby so this was definitely convenient for me to go back-and-forth. The only thing not to like was that we were there because of an early morning appointment at Johns Hopkins and there was no way to tap into the discount we were entitled to! Restaurant was also down! We paid for those amenities but they were not available.

The purpose of choosing this hotel was the hot tub, indoor pool, and continental breakfast. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. My son needed to practice his breast stroke and was unable to. I was hoping to soak my knees in the hot tub and couldn’t because the hot tub was not working. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

There for a festival that we were vending at. It was nice to have a clean room with a comfortable bed to sleep in and a breakfast with lots of options in the morning. Great place

This location was in easy access to I95 and to all attractions in Baltimore. That being said, this close proximity was also a negative being in total view of I95. There was also a truck stop right across the front entrance of the hotel so it was noisy with all of the semi trucks around. Luckily, the sounds were minimized inside the hotel. Things were nice & I would stay again but a few minor details kind of made my stay just OK. Such as missing signs the left spots of glue on the wall by the elevators. 3 out of 4 elevators were operational but took a really long time to get anywhere. In the room, the lamp shades & TVs were all crooked. There was this weird bar for coffee that originally had a sink that was removed but still had the capped plumbing coming out of the wall. The tag of the flat sheet was put at the top instead of the bottom. The door for the AC unit was missing & I had to use a shirt to cover the bright light from it. The bathtub’s grout looked old & had holes in it. There were good things. The bed, pillows & sheets were incredibly comfy. The TVs & mini fridge were excellent. I loved the outlet & usb ports on the lamps & free Wi-Fi, very convenient. The view of the city at night was beautiful. The room service dinner we had was really tasty & came quick. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options & an attendant was always close by to replenish & clean up. The staff were all excellent, very friendly & ready to help. Overall, I would stay again.

12 Floors, 4 Elevators and only one worked! Unacceptable AND - No one mentioned it. I learned from one of the cleaning ladies. Also, in my bathroom the electrical outlet had something broken off in the ground and sticking out about a 1/4 inch. I didn't dare use the upper outlet. I took a picture and showed the front desk when I checked out but I don't think the gal understood. Too bad. Used to be a great place.

People working the desk were very nice. The grate on the ac was broken. Luckily I told them and they were nice and did not charge me for it. However, the headboard on one of the beds was splattered with an unknown substance, and the room was not clean at all the shower had 0 water pressure. Beds were nice but everything else felt dirty.

I probably won't stay here again. We've stayed here a few times for the convenience to the cruise port. We had no hot water, you could not turn off the water in the bathroom tub. Also a small cabinet where the fridge was in, had been replaced with a much larger one so the cabinet doors would not close. What we did like was the little restaurant inside the hotel. Food was good and the servers were great.

We definitely used the amenities to our advantage at our stay here! There wasn’t many people checking in during our stay so that pool was alway empty which was great! Breakfast was pretty good too with many options for each morning.

I was surprised a $150 hold was put on my credit card in case of room damage. I’m sure that fact was buried on the website somewhere, but it was an unwelcome surprise. The staff was not particularly friendly for the hospitality industry. Not the worst I’ve seen, but not good. The room for three did not have enough towels, bedding for the pullout couch, and only near empty rolls of toilet paper. The person at the front desk handled this when requested, but the room should’ve been properly stocked. My other pet peeve is not having a ventilation fan to cool off the bathroom after a shower. On the bright side, the hotel was clean, had spacious rooms, two sinks, and micro/fridge.
