The best part about the stay here is how calm it is and how accommodating and friendly the staff is. The breakfast for one of the two days we stayed was outstanding, the other day was what you would expect but they do everything they can to be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast offered a solid variety during our stay. The room was clean and well equipped, and we were given a quiet, secluded room just was we asked. LOVED that they offered free onsite parking. The only drawback was the location, which was in a neighborhood that would have been fine had I not been traveling alone with my child.

The room had a dirty toliet, stained blanket, and inch thick of dust on the shelves in the breakfast area had an inch thick of dust. If they can't even clean this area it shows how dirty everything else is.

The room was clean although the tub could’ve been more clean but the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was amazing.

This was my first visit to Baltimore, Maryland. This is my first time staying at the Hampton Inn Baltimore Bayview Hotel. My husband and I will be returning again real soon.

I absolutely love this place, this is the second time I have stayed here. The staff is very friendly and treat you so well, they are so accommodating. They went above and beyond for me at my last visit and I am so grateful! Will definitely stay with them again!

Breakfast could have had more fruit. Had to knock on door to get 2% milk filled. Came at 9Am and were told breakfast was over at 10Am so there should have been more fresh food. Coffee had no taste to it. Parking was good and felt safe. Around the few blocks close to hotel alot of homeless. Someone at desk said a shelter had just opened nearby.

Hotel was clean. The food was great and the bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. This was comfortable for my family of four with a five and six-year-old. Located next to this property is a McDonald’s which my kids loved as well as a local grocery store and a diner that has excellent food. I would definitely stay here again. We came to watch the Yankees play the Orioles and this hotel is about 15 or 20 minutes away from the stadium5/5 highly recommended.

I highly recommend this property, as it was nicely located with WaWa in front of it, Firestone on the right of it and a host of shopping areas up the street. Excellent place to stay.

There is no shuttle as advertised to go to inner harbor. It looked like no one has ever cleaned the room other than change the sheets. There was dried paint all over the floor, the chair was disgusting, food all in the corners. The carpet was filthy.

Rooms clean. Staff increible. Breakfast edible and delicious. Coffee was top teir per my husband. Parking was great. Pool smaller than the photo looks but good enough because it still went from 3ft to 5ft. Everything was well maintained to the point that it seemed new. No alcohol sold in the hotel store. Other notes. Wawa is right out front of the hotel. McDonald's across the street. 6 minutes away from the best western conference center if you're attending something there, but this was a much better stay.

breakfast was great kids loved the waffles, coffee was ok rooms weren't set up correctly on arrival so had to leave one of the room empty on the first night and no real apology or money back for there mistake. Also arrived with the kids expecting a pool, POOL CLOSED! Great tell that to a 6 and 10 year old

Betty the front desk clerk is wonderful. We spoke a few days before check in to alert her to the medical treatment I would be receiving at a nearby hospital and she arranged to have us checked in hours before the usual 3PM check in time. All the staff we encountered were congenial and helpful. Betty is a jewel. You’re lucky to have such a conscientious employee. The HVAC system was rather noisy, but operated efficiently.

I had a decent day however one of the staff members made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked for a microwave and he brought it upstairs and before leaving my room, paused and asked me how did it feel to be beautiful and then proceeded to ask me that I have a boyfriend after closing the door he stood outside of my room as I watched him through the peephole while checking out I let the front desk know

I was unable to use the room phone and television, because of no instructions for them. According to the desk staff, housekeeping staff were supposed to leave instructions in plain sight, but they were not in sight and not in drawers. The phone may have been broken, because it didn't even produce a dial tone when I picked it up.

The bathroom was hands-down my favorite part—modern, spotless, and well designed with great lighting and plenty of space. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The check-in was great and we had had no issues at all. The parking was well lit and the breakfast was satisfying. Overall, an excellent choice so close to the Bayview campus.

We stayed one night. The room was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff was super friendly, was in close proximity to Bayview Hospital, and it was so nice that parking was free. Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean with many parts newly renovated however, the rest of the floor was in full renovations and they were sanding in the hallways without ventilation nor dust barriers, we exited our room to huge dust clouds, and there were open paint cans the night before which made the smell of paint overtake our room. In the future guests should not walk through dust clouds of wall sanding and have paint fumes wafting in!

The front desk staff was exceptional. On the first day November 26th it was a young man who was so pleasant and professional. Very friendly. Then on Thanksgiving there was a nice lady that was very accommodating to my needs traveling with 2 toddlers. Thank you for your hospitality during this holiday season. My family has stayed here every Thanksgiving for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.

They charge me twice for my deposit and they only gave me back one deposit. I’m still fighting my other deposit from the hotel. My bank says that they have it on hold still so upset.

Another great stay. The staff here is just wonderful! Loved seeing the Christmas trees, even though I’m more of a “no decorations until 12/1” person. Everything looked beautiful, so welcoming.

The room itself was great. Spotless. Neither foul odors nor cleaning supply odors. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was far better than most, but the “bold” coffee was pretty light and the scrambled eggs appeared not to have been made from fresh pastured eggs — seemed as though they came from a box -dry and tasteless. So I followed up that disappointment with a perfectly boiled egg. The hotel’s location was convenient to the expressway, but the problem was I could hear traffic.

This entire property was spotless, the lobby, room and common areas are comfortable and very clean. The indoor pool was the highlight of our visit and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff we spoke with were all friendly and helpful. We will happily stay here again!

The Hampton Inn at Bayview Campus was clean, the temperature control was accurate, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was well stocked and kept hot. Located near Greektown, there were many ethnic restaurants to choose from, some Greek but many ethnicities were represented. A Wawa's is right in front of it and pets are also welcome. Nice place and easy parking in their large lot.

This is the perfect place when I go to Baltimore to visit my grandson.. Its my 4th time visiting this hotel and never an issue..

Awful area …. 9.2 rating ?? So misleading …. Beds were hard as a rock …. Homeless all over the hotel . I did not want to even leave my car after I told someone I don’t have change …..never again ….I don’t know the area but trusted the ratings and it wasn’t close

The a/c in our room was terrific... responsive - both heat and cold. Upon checking was overcharged by 50% for pet fee. I pointed this out to clerk who told me there was a new fee structure that the company wasn't publishing. He continued to tell me I was wrong but ultimately refunded the difference. I don't know if this was Hilton's mistake or what, but it was very disappointing and misleading (and expensive!).

The room was fine & it was clean. But in the shower in a couple of the corners there is a black substance that needs addressed. It was on the shelf area & below in the shower. I was in room 209. Other than that everything was good. Staff was great, A/C & Heat were great! Low noise on the fan for the heating & cooling unit.

The receptionists and other workers made the stay extra special.

Taylor greeted us and checked us in. She could not have been more lovely. She was dealing with an older couple who had, what appeared to be, a reservation issue and she was patient and kind throughout.

The location is good for our needs

The facility was amazing and the receptionist (who ever worked around 4pm on Aug 30th 2025) was amazing. It’s within walking distance from a few places to eat and a decent WAWA. My only gripe was some minor issues in the room cosmetically (broken furniture) and the AC was loud made a clicking metallic sound. Otherwise great place.

My husband handed the lady the dirty towels and requested three more, but she asked, "Did you give me three towels back?" My husband replied yes, but we felt that the whole process was a bit excessive.

I was given a key envelope with the incorrect room number. We didn’t really realized it until later that night, a family tried to enter our room. We were shocked and of course very scared at first. I called and spoke to the front desk who finally realized the mistake. It was already 10:30pm and too late to move to our correct room.

Quick easy check-in. The area was quiet. The ac was actually the only noisy thing.

Then at breakfast the toaster for bagels did not work until my husband and the young woman who was manning the station performed a complete maintenance service on it. Also minor, but the difference between an excellent stay and a decent one. I'm sure you would want to do better.

Selected the hotel for its convenient location. The bed was very uncomfortable and therefore sleeping was difficult. The pillows were also poor and offered no support. Woke up with a backache and my wife had a neck ache. The personnel working there were very pleasant however. Based on the condition of the room and bed, will not stay there again.

Very quiet and comfortable. You would never know it was adjacent to I-95. The only noisy thing was the elevator announcer. We jumped every time she spoke. It must bother the front desk staff —clearly audible from the lobby and totally unnecessary. But not a dealbreaker of course.

Everything about our one-night stay was fantastic from the smooth and quick check-in process through to check out the next morning. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with plenty of electrical outlets and a device charging station. I counted at least 8 outlets in the room, not including the ones in the bathroom. The bathroom was stocked with full size hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The stand-up shower offered plenty of space and shelves for additional toiletries. The breakfast was typical of a hotel and much appreciated.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable resulting in little to no sleep even with sleep meds. Hard spring beds. Had to switch rooms to attempt to find a softer bed to no avail. Got the hotel just for the pool, just for them to ‘clean’ it for three days. Waste of $$.

Miss Betty is a sweet soul. I just love her. I am going through a rough time right now but soon as those doors slide open and i see her face, She lights up my soul. She is heaven sent. Betty at check-in was excellent. She was so engaging and polite. She was very helpful in recommending a dinner option, which turned out to be one of the best meals we've had. My husband & I both worked in the hotel industry, so we can be very crucial. The stay was very good but the ac unit kept waking us up. That was the only downfall. I cannot say enough good things about Betty and her excellent customer service!

I’ve stayed here once a year for the past two years. This by far was my most disappointing stay. My room had no heat. I slept in cold air the first night. I told the maintenance guy, he said he would come check it out after their fire alarm testing, but he never came back. In fact I saw him go to lunch hours after telling him I had no heat. I ultimately had to repack and move to another room. The new room had heat , but the duvet/ comforter had the smell of body odor. I also did not enjoy the undercooked breakfast meat. I love the staff, very nice. I’ll give it one more try because it’s close to my Son. But if it’s the same experience or worse. I will find another hotel.

Very disappointed. I came here a few years ago and I loved this location. Not so much now. Bathrooms were dirty, bed not comfy, and the breakfast was downgraded (when I came they they had made to order smoothies). Will not be back..

Front desk clerk Tasha was so helpful and compassionate. Husband said the breakfast attendant was so caring and offered him a tray since in was in the because I just had surgery at bayview. Overall stay was wonderful however husband complained the beds were too hard perfect location for patients who live far away.

house keeping took my drinks from the fridge , they took 10 items. i complained with the front desk. Betty approach to the housekeeping only one item was found out of 10. They gave it back because i put some pressure. It's so sad that i even left then 10 tips for the house keeping in the room. Front desk lady was very awesome and great , good costumer service skill. But housekeeping team are very bad i can imagine how many things the have took from people from so sad.

We booked at the last minute on NYE like around 8 pm and arrived there at 2:30 AM. We were told that the latest check in was 2 AM. As a result, we lost the room and were forced to drive back home. We didn’t receive any writing about the special check in rule and on our reservation confirmation stated that we can check in anytime. We showed that to the hotel clerk, instead we were told that if we want a room, we would have to pay for another night.
