The staff was nice. The elevator was out of order. The swimming pool was abandoned and looked disgusting. The air conditioning in my room was very very loud.
- 0.5/5
Nothing!!! That you had to go down to the first level for ice. My room smelled like smoke, and I saw roaches inside of the building.
- 1/5
I will Never be coming back here again. First the elevator was broken so I had to walk to my room. Next when I went to use the microwave there were roaches in the microwave and all over the tables. When I went to check out and asked for a Refund I was told I had to wait for a manager to authorize the refund. Then when I called the next day I was told the manager won’t be in until Monday. If I could give no stars I would have ! .

Yuck!

There were roaches in the room. I found one in my luggage! The floors were disgustingly dirty! The staff tried to be accommodating but they couldn’t refund me as I booked through another party.

The staff was nice The elevator was broke. I stayed on the fifth floor. This could’ve been notified to me prior to booking this hotel room. There were no other rooms to accommodate my state, and I had to walk up and down five flights of stairs every time. Luckily I didn’t have my kids.
- 3/5
No one told me that the elevator was down prior to me booking the reservations. Traveling up and down the stairs was very exhausting.

Elevators were down when we stayed. Although originally we were booked a room on the 5th floor, front desk was able to get us a room on the 4th floor…one less flight of stairs to go up and down. With two kids, one being 14 months old, it was a lot to go up and down the stairs. Other than that everything else was ok
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Located near a lot of major stores. Elevator broken.
- 1.5/5
Once again the elevator was broken; now 2 for 3 visits. Apparently elevator was ot working for a week according to hotel staff. This makes for a big problem for mobility challenged guests.
- 2/5
Didn’t eat there. Would have been better if elevator wouldn’t have been broken!! Therefore I was lucky to stay with a friend in her room and had to cancel Mine because I couldn’t walk 4 flights of stairs due to injection in my knee for torn meniscus.

Crean room
- 2/5
Elevator was out of service the whole time, and my mother had to walk up and down to the third floor and for the price I paid for this room for one night that’s absolutely ridiculous.
- 2/5
This was a last minute budget friendly find. Lowest price and decent place for our family to attend college graduation. Location is very convenient and in a nice area. But inside of property needs some work. It appears nice from initial appearance, but need minor renovation and maintenance. Our rooms was decent to our surprise and modern, minor improvements needed on property. Property appears to not be well kept. Our window had a crack in it, and was sealed shut. Only have one elevator and elevator is slow and needs some work.

I had to be moved three times due to pest & dirty linen issues. The pool is closed & has been closed for quite some time. The elevator has been broken for months. The floors are dusty & dirty. Do not stay here!
- 2/5
Morning crew was another story. Hallways had bags of trash from the day before. Housekeeping person was taking a nap on a bed. No eggs for breakfast and staff was unpleasant. Overall grounds were filthy.

The reception lady is unprofessional, has attitude towards customers and rude. The elevator doesn’t work completely. The breakfast was ok. Room service ignored about my room had to go to reception to grab new towels and toilet paper after the second night. Wouldn’t go there just because of the rude receptionist.

Rest of the hotel and room smelled fresh but heavily masked by spray and product but ok. Breakfast area smelled like mold and waffles. Very weird. Idk if I’ll stay again.

The elevator wasn’t working, the TV wasn’t connected to the WiFi and I reached to the staff’s and they said that some of the tvs are not smart. The room was a disaster and smells horrible. The hallway has a strong smoke odor. The breakfast was not to bad I can rate 3-10. I tried to get a refund after the reservation but I couldn’t. The staff very unprofessional even I went to do the checkout the person was eating at that time and make an angry face when I ring a bell that they have there.

Saturday night very disruptive.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we were not too happy about is the fact there were not plenty of towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. It was very clean though.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was very acceptable and had a good breakfast. The room was good. The area surrounding the hotel did not feel very safe.
- 2/5
Not the best choice
- 2/5
Roaches!
- 3/5
It was always busy so I didn’t get to try breakfast
- 1/5
The bathtub wasn’t clean when we got the room. We go the wrong room we were supposed to have king size bed, but we got 2 queens. One of the beds the sheets were dirty. There was a red stain in the carpet.
- 3/5
Breakfast weak, no housekeeping at night, hallways stink.

- 1/5
Overall, I rate this hotel 0/10. I would not recommend staying here, especially with children.
- 1/5
What an absolute dump with shady characters everywhere in the lobby and parking lot. It was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there while we were sleeping so we left. I didn’t even return the keys because it didn’t seem safe.
- 5/5
Alright
- 5/5
Everything was great! Breakfast had a nice selection of hot food. My only compliant is the elevator is scary!!!
- 1/5
The elevator was broken. They did not have enough wash rags & towels. They told my adults children to come back in the morning and ask for amenities. Instead of going out their way to provide us with them. The hallway smelled like smoke . The telephone in the room was broke. The back door was broke and unsafe. This was a scary and the worst experience I had in a long time.. No sleep everyone use that back door they knew no key was needed.
- 2/5
The elevator was down I had to take the stair Les to 4th floor ever since I left the room.
- 2/5
Advise me the room service will come at 9 am & tld her that’s too late I have to go in a meeting. I stayed there last time too, it was not bad. Next time I will stay somewhere else.😇
- 1/5
Do not book with this hotel, if you have already then cancel it -- it's worth paying a cancelation fee to not stay here. There's no elevator, ice machines are out of order, there was an exterior door in the guest area that didn't close. Our room had dirty towels, no body soap, and a broken TV. Any positive reviews must be bots or affilated with management because this place deserves to go out of business asap.
- 5/5
Things were good
- 1/5
the elevator was out and they gave me two rooms on the sixth floor. This is after waiting in the lobby for over an hour while the staff ignored everyone waiting to check in. they told me the elevator has been out for over a week and they don't expect it will be fixed soon.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff..
- 3/5
Did not eat the breakfast but the elevator has been broke for weeks now
- 3/5
When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working and wasn’t working next day when we were leaving. The room they gave wasn’t cleaned at all, we asked for another room. AC was working. I can’t say anything about breakfast we didn’t even checked it out.
- 5/5
Everything was great ❣️💯
- 2/5
Very bad decision place to much bad smell and smell of weed makes me sick. I never recommend this place.
- 2/5
The hotel is worn. Our room wasn’t very clean; clump of hair(?) on the wall; sink area needed to be cleaned better. First floor hallway had odor of urine. Breakfast offerings were not kept up. (Empty coffee urns, no bacon). Not a good experience.
- 1/5
Hotel is nasty straight up hood
- 5/5
Excellent is all I can say about this hotel, I really enjoy my stayed there.
- 3/5
The issue was the elevator was broke the whole time during every day that I’ve been there
- 5/5
Breakfast was great little perk, awesome coffee and AC was cold!
- 3/5
So a couple of years back when my wife and I stayed here it was pretty decent. Not sure what has happened as of late, but the elevator doesn't work, the breakfast was less than average and there are prostitutes housed at the location. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked the place.
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff
- 5/5
Great !
- 1/5
I paid for the early check-in, but wasn't able to check in at all, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. We were there to attend a family funeral, but had to book another hotel after arrival because La Quinta's elevator was out of order, and my 85-year-old mother couldn't climb 3 flights of stairs.
- 1/5
Broken Elevator had to walk 5 flights
- 1/5
Many inner city lodgers who made noise until 2:00 am--loud music, drunken revelry inside and outside the building, yelling, slamming doors, one couple's slap fight, unattended kids running in hallways. Pot smell in hallways, seeping from rooms, and in parking lot. Worst motel experience of my life. Avoid at all costs. Unsafe, dangerous environment. Sleep in your car instead.
- 2/5
I did not enjoy my stay here. There were numerous bugs and roaches in the room which left me with bites all over my arms and neck. There was a lack of follow up with housekeeping as my room was never cleaned nor did I receive a change of towels, tissue paper etc. I do not recommend staying here.
- 4/5
The hotel is a reasonable value. It's aged with some remodeling of the rooms and new carpets. The beds are decent, not too hard or soft. The breakfast is basic hot fare with powdered scrambled eggs and patty sausages. There are also 2 waffle makers, cereal, bread, toaster, juice, yogurt and fruit. The best thing for me is the fitness room. It's got various cardio machines along with a dumbbell rack, bench, and mats. Several of the exterior doors don't latch. The hotel is adjacent to a Farm Store and a Walmart, and 695/95 access is close by.

- 2/5
Hotel room was partially cleaned but there supplies were not available for hygiene purposes. Hallways had people talking very loud early in the morning.
- 1/5
The condition of the hotel is very poor and disgusting. I believe it serves as a hotel and a homeless shelter in One. Please be aware of this property.
- 5/5
Good room nice staff..
- 5/5
Room was neat and well-stocked. Check-in was easy and fast and professional. No stupid "drivers license" request.
- 3/5
I was placed on a floor that appeared to house individuals staying on credits, which is a positive program the hotel offers. However, for guests traveling for work or vacation, it made it difficult to relax or concentrate. The walls are very thin, and noise carried easily between rooms. While I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to help those in need, the overall experience was challenging due to cleanliness and noise concerns.
- 2/5
- The room, which was supposed to be nonsmoking, reeked of cigarettes and was almost impossible to sleep in - The bathroom door was dirty, covered with red stains - The sink was cracked - The fire sprinkler head was covered with black tape (not in working order) - The bed had someone else’s hair in it, so not sure how it was cleaned before we checked in around 9 PM. The staff was very nice which is why this is not a zero star review. We had 2 small children with us and didn’t have the energy to request a different room.

Hotel was very old (popcorn cielings and all) and room had a funny odor. If my family was with me on this trip we would have had to go elsewhere. Parking lot was a complete mess from a snow storm a week ago. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

Room was totally unacceptable ventilation awful 😖 system sound like it was rattling during the entire stay. So dissapointed.

Didn't realize that this hotel is transition cntr.for Baltimore police been here two nights in a row unsafe feeling.
- 3/5
We previously stayed there in 2022 and loved the property and location. This time we had dirty sheets on the beds (including the duvet). When we asked to have the sheets changed, we were handed one set (for two beds) and told that housekeeping was gone for the day. We had to change the sheets our selves, and split one set of sheets between the two beds. Great location, but horrible service this time around

My stay at La Quinta wasn't bad. What bothered me was that none of the ice machines on any floor worked except the first floor. Aside from that, I have no other complaints.

Clean and nice staff
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and organized. No drama

The room needed some touching up. Had to call for them to change the chair and linen on the bed. Staff was good. Bathroom was not sweep.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, room was clean . Nice and quiet
- 2/5
Walls in room were splattered with soda. Check in and out rude staff. Charged 100 in case of room Damages. I took pictures of the damaged chair, coving on the wall the two broken bed frames. And the bathroom. Door handle that stuck out of the wall. Five days to return deposit. I will be contacting. The corporate chain offices.
- 4/5
The hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel.
- 5/5
Muy buenos
- 1/5
Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate of my concerns.
- 3/5
Great breakfast and ataff
- 3/5
However, I was very disappointed with the condition of my room. Unfortunately, there was a serious roach problem, which made my stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. This is something that really needs immediate attention. I strongly recommend that management invest in proper extermination and preventive measures before this becomes a bigger issue. The hotel has great potential because of its staff, but the pest problem needs to be addressed for guests to feel safe and comfortable staying here.
- 3/5
Everything was as good as expected
- 5/5
value for money
- 2/5
We checked in at midnight and thank god we were tired and just crashed. It isn’t that nice of a place if you are at all picky or easily grossed out. Positives: 100 bucks total was pretty cheap. Breakfast was more than ample for a place like this. Royal Farms 100 feet away was really nice Easy quick access to 95 to get you on your way home the next morning.
- 1/5
I booked 2 rooms. Room on 3rd floor we killed 3 roaches. The ac unit was a disaster and the carpets had terrible odor. Room on 5th floor same concern for carpet the sheets were stained tv didnt work the bed sheets had cigarette burns..
- 3/5
The check-in staff on Friday at 2pm was not only unwilling to let me check-in at 2pm but was very rude about it. After a tense conversation I was able to check in but it set the tone for my stay. They were still cleaning my room but the cleaning staff was very accommodating so I was able to wait in a nearby room until they were finished. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Gym was great and I used it both days. Mattress was poor. I did not try the breakfast buffet. I won't be back -- no excuse for rude staff.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. I booked for 5 people in the room, 3 adults and two little one's. I asked for 3 extra towels and washclothes but only received two more towels and two hand towels. The staff overall was very courteous.
- 1/5
Our original room had a extremely load AC unit, lights hanging out of the ceiling and a funky smell. I went to the front desk and told them about the Issue and was told they would be repaired by the time we returned from an event. Nothing was repaired at all. I was told there were no more rooms available until I asked for a full refund. Then there was a room available for us. This room was ok but the damage was done. People rave about the breakfast but that is not the case on our trip. Never again La Quinta. issues and they said matine
- 5/5
Staff was great and so was breakfast
- 5/5
Had minor inconvenience with heat but staff was quick to solve issue.
- 3/5
The morning Staff desk reception person wasn’t very friendly, and during breakfast the coffee ran out which took approximately 15 minis for them to bring out a fresh container. Also hotel room phone didn’t work and no USB PORTS in room.
- 1/5
Room had bedbugs. Cleaning issue.

Clean, very nice room with very clean bathroom and shower. Friendly check in, cold drinks and snacks. Only stayed a night ever was great. Comfortable bed, cable tv, WiFi, microwave and coffee maker. Also little refrigerator. I would 100% stay again. All for around $90 a night.
- 2/5
Next morning hotel gave us another room- assessable but… one king size bed for 4 people. They bring us roller bed- nobody wants to sleep on that bed, trust me. Springs on the base awful and springs inside the 4” thick twin mattress don’t let sleep anybody on it. That room was much cleaner and smelled well than room 204. But we couldn’t sleep normally again. Long story short- hotel compensated 50% off of one night for inconvenience and asked us give them good review. I can’t do this. Worst experience for my whole family.
- 1/5
Hotel had seen better days. Elevator was sketchy and entire floor smelled of smoke and marijuana even though it is a non-smoking hotel. We told staff on way out and they seemed to already know it is a problem. We have more travel in this area coming up and will not stay again.
- 1/5
There were roaches everywhere, big ones baby ones..it was so disgusting. Don’t stay here! When I requested a refund the lady at the front did not even ask why. She knew exactly what it was. I was in and out in 35 min!
- 4/5

- 4/5
The Eggs were overcooked and hard to eat. I had toast and yogurt instead which was good.
- 5/5
Very good, clean no evidence of animals , I Am allergic , very decent and affordable.
- 2/5
The noise level was horrible . Teens in the hallway yelling slamming doors. The office is hard to get in contact with and when I did correct them they were unable to fix the situation. You check online then still have to wait in a long long , the room was spacious but the pillows were terrible . A few other issues such as not having access to doors with your key card I would not recommend .
- 3/5
The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was your usual La Quinta, awesome spread. Love their orange juice. The common areas beyond the lobby were pretty rough though, and the only ice machine in operation was on the first floor. Besides that, overall, it wasn't a bad stay. Could use some updates in the elevators and hallways.

- 1/5
This property was in fact one of the worst I’ve visited. I ended up leaving with my two children within the 2hrs of being there due to unsafe hotel conditions. I was told that the manager would be notified about my early check out and it turns out the staff never notated that. I called to speak to someone and the manager was very nasty and rude. Customer service was very poor and unprofessional. I was assured this issue would be taken care of and it wasn’t . Overall, horrible experience considering I didn’t even stay there. I wasted money and on top of that the conditions of that hotel were horrible and not okay for children to be at. Never again .
- 1/5
Yes the room was neglected and the sheets were dirty plus the staff was high off of something
- 1/5
The young women at the front desk were awesome! However, my overall experience was very disappointing. I checked in on October 19th, and the first room had a significant roach problem. I immediately notified the front desk, and one of the ladies quickly moved me to another room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room also had issues. The bedsheets were stained, and when I showed them to the heavyset Indian gentleman at the front desk, he scratched the stains and said, “It’s just stains, but the sheets are clean.” I asked for the sheets to be replaced, but he was hesitant and said they weren’t dirty. I insisted, and he finally agreed, but only wanted to change the fitted sheet. When I asked for the entire set to be changed, he became visibly upset. He then carried the comforter while dragging it on the ground, which was very concerning, especially given that the hotel had a roach issue. When I pointed this out, he got defensive but eventually brought a clean comforter. Housekeeping also failed to refill the shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. I had to specifically ask for shower gel. Additionally, the towel I placed on the floor after showering was folded and rehung instead of replaced, and the towels were also stained. I ended up going to Walmart to buy my own towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will never stay here again. I travel to Maryland for a week every month for the next eight months,
- 5/5
I liked the breakfast because it had cold stuff. And good hot food. Eggs Sausage waffles and juice.
- 2/5
Was not happy with the fact that we saw 3 roaches in our room, 2 of which were in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were already on our 2nd night there, we would’ve left and gone to another hotel. We will not be returning to your hotel.
- 4/5
The room was clean but they really need to exterminate for roaches
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
There was a strong smell in the room, I don’t even know it smelled like. Maybe some herbs and spices from the middle eat or something. The last time they seen me was the last time they'll see me.

- 1/5
Oh, and the room was dirty.
- 2/5
Toilet seat had residue from previous guest. Shower had mold spots. Water pressure was great. Bedding/blanket had spots throughout. Roach ran across the tv, killed it and left grossed out. Breakfast was poor, no coffee maker or area for hot water, had to microwave water, just uber eats. Staff wore sweats, tshirts and slipper, weird. Lobby was decorated 100% for Halloween. Fire alarm went off at 1 am due to dryer, no announcements were made on if to evacuate or when it was clear to go back in, everyone was left to wonder. As someone who works in a hotel, this was very poor service and cleanliness. Would not recommend unless you have no other option.
- 2/5
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not as pictured on their website. There was dust on the furniture, dirty floors and a lingering odor of musty, weed and fabuloso. Walls are super thin and constantly hearing dogs barking was annoying.
- 4/5
Staff are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are what you pay for. Not the best not the worst. Easy check in and out.
- 5/5
It's was a good time

The room was nice, clean comfortable. There were people hanging out in the hallway but other then that I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 2/5
I booked this room for my friend and his wife for his birthday. We checked in early to get changed for his surprise party. The facility looked amazing. Upon reaching the room. We notice roaches on the TV stands and in the drawers. When I alerted the front desk staff member, she was very nonchalant and said they were booked to capacity and couldn't change the room. There was no offer to send housekeeping or maintenance to the room. My friend and his wife did not end up staying at the room. The clerk at checkout showed concern and told me to call the manager. The manager essentially told me that no one has documented my complaint, and someone else booked the room after me with no complaints. I would not waste my time calling a hotel to complain about roaches if it were not true. This was unacceptable.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but breakfast area was over crowded and tables were very scarce.
- 3/5
Bed could use some upgrades box spring appeared dirty and visible
- 5/5
The stairwell had a musty smell and the rooms were very humid. The floors felt wet.
- 4/5
Great service and rooms were descent. Hid behind a gas station update with security guarding the property this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Will be back when we are in the area again.

Pleasant staff. Very accommodating.

No channels available on TV, toilet didnt work properly and early check in and late check out were both not accommodated. Overall it was not worth the money, would have spent extra to stay somewhere else, will in the future

My reservation was cancelled by the property manager as I was making my way to the hotel.
- 2/5
Hotel is not well maintained. Windows in one room was broken so smoke from outside was coming in my daughter’s room. Phone in my daughters room was broken which is security issue. Chair in my room was missing. Outlet on nightstand is broken.
- 1/5
There was poor WiFi and I could only get on channel on TV. The breakfast was awful and table dirty in dinning area. Environment was very and other individuals staying there were very sketchy there were a lot of young teenagers running through the hotel. I checked out and forgot my medication call back and my medication was thrown away the policy is they do not keep any medication, but they keep your dirty underwear for 30 days; nevertheless, my medication was in a clear Ziploc bag with bottles and my name on it and they knew that I was just someone that had checked out and they did not notify me prior to throwing out my medication. I was traveling and I had a hard time trying to get my medication back because I had to have it transferred from another State. It was just not to my satisfaction.

You’re doing a good job & keep up the good work

This property definitely has some shady dealings happening here. I was supposed to stay with my family Friday- Sunday. We checked out of both rooms Saturday morning due to unsafe activity. Drug activity, front desk renting out rooms to people for a fee, and homeless folks are housed here. Not anywhere I'd like to stay and feel safe and comfortable.

Then when we decided to go down as a group for breakfast, the breakfast was horrible, and once the breakfast trays were empty, they would not provide their guest with more food. When other families came an hour or so after us, they kept telling them that they would’ve provide them more food, but never did. The pancake batter was very watery. The batter was so horrible until it had a cheese like pull once it was done cooking. We had to go somewhere to spend our money elsewhere to eat because we did not want to risk getting sick. Lastly, when I was sitting at the breakfast table about to leave, I felt something crawling on my leg. When I looked down, it was a roach! I will never step foot in the hotel ever again. One positive is that they’re nice people. They don’t speak english very well so it’s tough to communicate with some workers with concerns.

When I brought all the issues to the lady at the front desk and told here we were leaving to find a better hotel because we couldn't stay there in those conditions. She said I would still be charged for 3 days although we're only there for 8 hours. I told her I would call my credit card to dispute the charges and they wouldn't get paid,, then magically a refund appeared on my card the next day. This hotel needs upgrading and staff that can properly accommodate their guest.

The hotel was decent. Elevator was slow..a constant wait. TV was small and the picture on it was not great.
- 2/5
Place could have been cleaner. Staff was rude on the phone. Site states all these amenities but the tv doesn’t even work.the sprinklers looked all rusted. Elevator wouldn’t stop beeping and seemed extremely sketchy. It’s decent for a quick stay but multiple days. I’d go anywhere else

The hotel was not at all how described. Our room was extremely dirty with multiple unknown stains in different spots, dirty bedsheets and blankets, couldn’t get any extra towels or sheets, our bathroom was tiny and had no fan so it was like a smelly sauna. The only saving grace was the amazing receptionist. She made the stay bareable and deserves a raise for what she has to put up with.
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Breakfast could be a little better but not terrible
- 3/5
The staff was great. I enjoyed my stay here but the building itself could use some work. There was a mildew smell in the hallways and it kind of seeped into the room. There was also only one very slow elevator
- 4/5
Stay often due to the cost and location but the staff is unprofessional
- 2/5
They don’t have wash clothes, they only have the med size towels which is not a big deal but inconvenient. I told the front desk and he gave me more of them… also front desk employees are very short and impolite
- 1/5
I didn't get the room. There were hidden fees I was not aware of. The staff told me that they overbooked so the room I paid for was no longer available and then they would not give me a refund when I declined the double queen room. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. I reached out to the person listed on the cancellation confirmation but I have yet to hear back. I will never book with La Quinta Wyndham again and I don't think I'm going to use Expedia again either.

I loved my stay
- 4/5
Everything went better than expected. I witnessed cleaning going on as I checked in. My only real complaint is that even before the official check out time, I went to get a cart to carry my bags out and when I returned to my room, my keycard didn’t work. It was already shut off. I had not done any type of checkout, in person or electronically. Thankfully a lady was there starting to clean rooms and let me back in. She watched me leave the room only minutes before. I actually had a better time checking in also. Very personable. Most hotels are all business at the front desk and the lady at the desk had a natural brief chat with me. I had stayed in this area before at a different hotel and this experience and especially the hotel was better than the last. Despite being locked out of my room too early, I will definitely return to this hotel again. The other hotel I was not impressed with the front desk, language barrier. Also I was able to get into my room a little sooner without issue. The previous hotel could not accommodate that.

The breakfast in the mornings was excellent and the staff providing breakfast are very cordial - It helped make the stat at the hotel a really excellent experience.

Nice hotel. Easy and flexible check-in. Spacious and comfortable rooms.
- 4/5
The room I stayed in had a hole in some of the baseboards but other than that the place was fine. Right across the street from Walmart which was convenient!
- 1/5
I entered the room and immediately noticed that the bathroom door was closed, but I didn’t give it much thought at first. After dropping my bags, I needed to use the restroom and was hit by an overwhelming odor of urine as soon as I opened the door. It was clear that the toilet had not been cleaned properly in quite some time, with a significant buildup of urine around the neck of the toilet. Since I had no choice, I attempted to flush, only to discover that the toilet was not functioning. When I called the front desk for assistance, I was shockingly instructed to go to the maintenance closet to retrieve a plunger, which is completely unacceptable. It's evident that this establishment is grossly mismanaged and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was trash and linen scattered in the halls as if they had stripped the rooms without servicing them. For reference, I arrived at 11:44 PM. It is outrageous that as a paying guest, I am expected to act as a plumber, especially after having paid for a room with functional plumbing. Working plumbing is a basic requirement for occupancy, and being I have no other choice I have to stay.
- 2/5
The pool was closed as well. Overall, just the smell of the room has guaranteed that I will not be staying at a LaQuinta Inn again
- 1/5
I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel. The room was in poor condition there was mold and hair in the shower, a strong musty odor throughout, and visible holes in both the walls and curtains. It felt dirty and neglected. On top of that, the hallways were extremely noisy with kids running up and down throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to relax or get any rest. This experience was far below what was advertised and expected. Given the condition of the room and the overall environment, I am requesting a full refund. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.

Check in went well and the staff was friendly. Our first assigned room smelled like cigarette smoke. We requested a new room which they gave us immediately. This second room had hard flooring coming up/jutting up throughout and smelled very strongly of artificial fragrance. The doors throughout the first floor of the property were propped open (which felt like a huge safety issue to us), many individuals (staff and guests) were smoking right outside the doors, a lot of loitering in the parking lot, and the pool was unavailable though it was July (perhaps broken?). We just didn’t feel safe staying there overnight with our kids so we checked out. As we walked out, a large yellow and black spider dangled down from the ceiling in the middle of the hallway. This hotel was not for us!
- 2/5
Dirty mattress, dirty sheets, dirty comforter, dirty toilet, dirty sink, floor sticky, shower scum, no shower gel and room smells muggy. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the a/c worked. Never staying again. It was just close to my mom house. Glad it didn't have bed bugs but was scared about that. If you cant find somewhere to stay this will do but damn. Told the front desk and they just handed me sheets to changed the bed myself. Smh no thank you. Also somebody was fighting in the hallway and wine me up a s i couldn't go back to sleep. Unacceptable conditions. They also threw a fire extinguisher out the window in the hall which could game hurt someone downstairs. I want my money back

I usually like to give places a fair chance, but my stay here was truly disappointing. When I arrived, the room was dirty—there was a pile of dirt behind the door, and the carpet in both the room and hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The furniture was dusty, the mattress was completely worn out with a deep sinkhole in the middle, and the ceiling was peeling. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. There were stains in the shower, and while it looked like someone attempted to clean it, they clearly missed spots. The towels were thin, torn, and had holes. The curtains looked old and outdated, which added to the overall neglected feel of the room. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the pool, which is still listed as an amenity. Unfortunately, the pool looked like it hadn’t been used in years—completely closed and unmaintained. It’s the middle of summer, and I specifically chose this place to have somewhere to cool off, so that was a big letdown. I chose this hotel for the mid-range price (thinking it would at least be clean), and the advertised amenities. Sadly, it didn’t live up to any of those expectations. They really need to stop advertising the pool if it’s not functional, and overall, the place needs serious maintenance and attention. The safety latch on door was broken and my imagination is going crazy thinking about what to it.

It was clean and the breakfast. The TV did work and it didn’t get fix until the before I was leaving
- 1/5
Even though I had said I had three guests, we were only given two towels in the room.
- 2/5
The staff was unfriendly and didn’t even say hello when walking by. Breakfast wasn’t that good, we went across the street to IHOP to get decent coffee and food. I probably would never stay there again. The only plus was it was close to the hospital where I needed to go.
- 4/5
Cons; room didn’t have bathtub, breakfast exactly the same for 3 day stay, one slow elevator.
- 5/5
had to use GPS. due lack of signs
- 1/5
Dogs barking busted glass doors and horrible service. I will never go back
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and pleasant, the rooms had a musty smell
- 2/5
The checkin was very slow.No phone in the room to call front desk..No ironing board to iron. There was a gentleman with two huge pitbulls on the 3rd floor. Usually pets are given ground floors..but the good side is the staff were very nice.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The outdoor parking was well lit. I selected the room for the value and location and it met my needs 100%. I did not care for the overpowering sickly sweet cleaning or perfumey odor in the room upon arrival. Thankfully I was able to open the window and air the room out while I was at dinner.

The room was decent but it smelled like cigar as you enter. The odor is pretty strong. The location is convenient as it’s right off the highway.
- 4/5
Nice for quick visit
- 5/5
Room was decent, staff a little “standoffish” but not rude. The halls and room smelled of pot terribly. If that’s the case you should offer smoking rooms.
- 4/5
Great place to stay with good pricing and clean.
- 3/5
TV didn’t work toilet was broken.
- 3/5
Can hear I guess it was the pipes don’t know make a loud noise in bathroom the carpet on second floor just look dirty outdated and the bathroom tub high instep not practical for older adult or someone with back or leg issues. Did not like the sink outside the bathroom very awkward. Construction going on nearby so the appearance was not appealing to eye. I did like that there was a shopping center right across the street which had Walmart and Giant supermarket.
- 3/5
It was okay nothing to brag about.

For $200 a night was pretty bad. whole place smelled like weed, beds bad, pillows horrible. Am front desk and breakfast attendant really poor. Sitting area never cleaned up from night before, all trash cans overflowing in public area

Hotels.com and Laquinta website stated the same Pet policy and the property wanted double the amount. They refused to honor what was in writing. Wyndham did not have the decency to reimburse me for the extra fees.
- 4/5
The pool wasn’t open yet
- 4/5
I didn't like thats they didn't have wash cloths at the front desk
- 1/5
The breakfast area was filthy. Nobody would clean the spillage of other guests. The counter tops were dirty. They didn't have extra towels. I had a double queen with three guests and only had two towels for the shower. I requested a third towel and they told me they didn't have any.
- 3/5
This hotel was OK. There were people playing loud music in the room above us until 1 AM. The surrounding area is very sketch. The website is misleading...makes it look much nicer than it is in reality. All in all, a decent place to spend the night but I wouldnt stay there again.

Didn’t have towels.

Although there was construction around the property it waa still quiet

There was a strong smell of marijuana in our room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is outdated, it is not as clean and modernized as shown in the pictures.

This hotel was rated higher on the hotels.com website. When you check the actual website it had a 3.7 rating. Someone wrote that their items were stolen. Someone wrote that someone tried to break into their room. I was horrified. It was graduation weekend and the hotels were booked so i had no choice but to stay there. I spend over $200 for a horrible experience. We checked in, got to our room and it was dirty. The bed was unmade, pillows in the chair, and a dirty washcloth. We finally got another room but we werent believed at first until i showed pictures. The attendent asked us if we were sure the room was dirty. We got our key, went to the store, walked into the room to filth. I told him he had just checked us in 20 minutes ago. The side door to the facility was broken. Other people were outside explaining that they had no air conditioning in their room. One famoly was there from out of state only to find their rooms had been cancelled. There was a car parked by the dumpster. The latch was broken swinging against an unsuspected vehicle. There was a big dent in the side of the car. The lady emptying the trash a couple of times didnt lock the gate and saw it swinging open.

Came down for a family funeral. Hotel was clean (did smell like weed in some areas) and the breakfast was amazing!!! Our room had a broken air conditioner and the door knob to the bathroom was very loose, but we were able to open up our window which was awesome!!!
