    At check in I asked for a room downstairs. Desk agent said none were available. Later that night I walked property and counted FOUR empty rooms with curtains half open. It only took me 3 trips to get my things up and the stairs from truck to room and only 3 more to get them down the stairs and back to truck from room

    It was close to where I needed to be. They have you pay $100 cash for in case of damages. There is no hair dryer. They are worried about smoking, but yet doing a spiritual ritual with smoke in the main foyer and won’t let you in.

    Booked hotel. Drove to hotel. Hotel was completely dark with a sign on the LOCKED interior door stating “No power but rooms available.” Needless to say we didn’t stay and drove all the way back home.

    I dont know how the property was. The power was out and I was not able to check in. Expedia should not have allowed me to book a room. As I learned, the power had been out several hours when I was allowed to book the room. Only after I drove 30 minutes did I arrive to find the hotel was closed. FYI the power was out due to a storm and not because anything the hotel did.

    Luckily, I speak Spanish and a housekeeper who was in passing let me get a cup of ice, super nice housekeeper. You had to have an access key in enter to retrieve ice and vending machines. We spoke about my experience and she assisted me. Don’t get me wrong the place is nice and my room was clean with nice floors and remolded. The water pressure was very good. The towels were HARD. The refrigerator and microwave were nice and working condition. TV was clear and a nice size updated DirectTV. Then the other bad news, housekeeping at 10 am knock on my door for check out status. I let her know I would be checking out at 11 am nice and friendly, she said okay.

    Horrible. Sheets were stained. Staff at night and morning were rude and just horrible. Morning staff gave me a hard time to get back my $150 deposit. It was convenient when I had to stop but absolutely horrible.

    Front desk tried to charge me a $150 deposit fee that was not mentioned in the booking process. And also told me it had to be CASH when I was paying the room with a card. I had to find another hotel further away because of this and did not end up staying here. Will not be back.

    It’s was a nice place and you were right next to restaurants and gas stations very convenient. The rooms don’t have lamps in them which was a little weird. And the blankets are thin but we brought our own so it worked out great. Be sure you bring $150 in cash for a deposit they don’t take the deposit with card. This place will not rent to anyone under 21 unless the room is in someone’s name that is over 21 and they have their ID.

    Great place for the low, low price. I did have to ask to get a hair dryer and iron, but they were very quick to help. They even told me let them know if I needed one up front. No bedside lamps - that was not cool. However, for the price, we would stay there again.

    When I booked the room I booked a king bed, smoking because my husband smokes and it said they had one available. When we got there they said that they are a non smoking facility and put us in a room with two queen beds and had an ashtray in the bathroom and no,no smoking sign on the door! ??? My husband was not a happy camper! But other than that it was great!

    Check in was a nightmare but it was handled within the hour of arriving. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and was on top of things as best she could. The location of the hotel was perfect for T2K22 as there are plenty of spots to eat that were quick and close by.

    Wasn’t too empressed honestly. Lady at front desk was a bit paranoid and asked for a $50 room deposit in cash up front. I did not have cash so she pointed to the atm… she kept tailing at the cameras and did not give me attention . I wasted $3.50 in using the atm and got my deposit back the next day. Very disappointed in service and rooms didn’t have lamps?

    The front line staff sets the tone when you stay in a hotel/motel. I was surprised I had to make a cash security deposit and read out loud the policy displayed through the window glass. Checking out felt rushed as well. They are extremely firm on their 11 am checkout - from calling 30 min before, to having staff knocking on the door to ensure you're awake, and have the cleaning crew to inspect the room so you can get your cash deposit back.

    And didn’t like it when I checked out. The lady, working the desk. Apparently couldn’t give me a paper receipt. Wanted to email me a receipt. But as of about, 3 hours after I checked out. Still no email from her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Television channels selection was very limited

    The room was up to date. Very clean. However upon check I was advised no breakfast and was reminded three times no pets allowed. I had none. I was reminded check out time was at 11am. I also recieved a call from the front dsk at 10:20 am advising to check out soon. I was told I risk a late check out fee. I really felt unwelcome and rushed out.

    No coffe pot in the room had to ask for more towels and had to leave a cash deposit which I didn’t know about when I booked the room, when I got there had to pull cash out of there ATM which made me spend and 5.00 for ATM fees. No TV Chanel guide. Had very few channels . Will not stay there again.

    Not handicap friendly with regards to parking. When I suggested an additional handicapped parking the owner said “there was nothing they could do about it”. When I suggested blue paint on the yellow lines and a handicapped sign she responded “they either can stay here or they don’t”. Hmmm “they” like a disabled person was something other then a welcome customer.

    When we got to the room, the AC was off, not low, just off. We had to set it to high and leave for a while to cool off. There was no blow dryer. Room was clean and cheap, which is all we needed for the night.
