    Shower didn't work and when I asked staff to fix it , they said we know that we will send somebody to fix but they didn't. Imagine they would know before they are giving a room no shower but they didn't care. The room was dirty , sheets was dirty, too much noisy , a horrible place at all

    El hotel está tranquilo ,El cuarto muy limpio , el desayuno está bien pero diario es lo mismo deberían de variar porque enfada lo mismo diario y por último lo que no me gustó para nada las alfombras de los pasillos muy sucia y vieja deberían de cambiarla porque da muy mal aspecto cuando uno llega y la Recepciónista muy cortante nada amable se desespero porque se le juntó la gente y no tenía paciencia .

    The rooms was top tier but the rest of the hotel was not it looked like I was staying on the side of the highway it was very dirty. The pictures don’t match the actual hotel. Staff was amazing they are very attentive, helpful and friendly.

    Although the room of spacious and clean, and the mattresses were comfortable, I was very disappointed with the property overall. The carpet was dirty especially in the stairwell it was very nasty. It advertised having a jacuzzi and they don't. It has been removed. That was one of the reasons why I picked this property. Also they said the room would have a tub shower combo and it does not. It only had a shower. On the plus side. The continental breakfast was very well managed and had plenty to choose from. The lady who ran that done a very good job.

    The room was great, newly renovated. The lobby is nice. There is a pool, hot tub has been removed. The carpet in the halls and stairs are very rough and dirty but it is undergoing renovations to bring it up to date. The breakfast was good and a variety of options to choose from; cereal, waffle maker, eggs and sausage, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, fruit.

    Missing amenities. No hot tub. We felt very unsafe with a broken latch anyone could have came in the room. Also the window was broken and we were on the 3rd floor if my children accidentally touch the glass they would have fallen 3 floors Down. We were in room 321 btw. I Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    This is my go to hotel when I am staying in LA, it’s on the east side but it’s not far from everything. Freeway is close, plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance and casino across the street. Breakfast is good, coffee, juice options, along with waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, pastries, cereal, fruits, yogurts, it’s worth it to wake up early. Can’t go wrong staying here, beds are comfy, towels are good quality, everything is clean. The only downside is the elevator, they are slow and scary and the restaurant next to it, they share a parking lot and it can be hard to find parking close to your room. But it’s a great stay, I keep coming back!!

    Staff was absolutely rude. There was no hot tub or bathtubs in the rooms even though they stated their was. The whole place was under renovations and nothing on their website or on this website stating that. The bed springs were showing through the mattress. What little furniture they had was stained, broken and extremely beat up. The carpet in the hallways was so gross. They're suites had only a bed, one broken down nightstand and a table. The "living room" part of the suite just had a mini fridge in the middle of that room. When I went to a regular room because all of a sudden they had one room with a bathtub they gave me a queen bed when I requested a king because of my husband's size, he's 6'5. They didn't offer any kind of refund just said well you can go find something else at 1 in the morning after driving 9 hours to get there. Will never stay at another Quality Inn again.

    Property is still under construction, you will hear noise in the morning due to construction. Old pictures were used for marketing! Newly renovated rooms are empty. My room specifically, the AC was making horrible noise and I was forced to put it in fan mode all night!! Bathroom was also dirty! Me and my wife were forced to find new hotel!

    I will recommend those I hate to stay at this hotel. It's not Quality Inn, it's LOW QUALITY INN. The carpet is so dirty, it disgusted me. The interior of the room I stayed in is very different from the images showed here. There's no headboard on the bed, you just lean directly on the wall. The furniture is so dirty, that I bought some wipes to clean it myself. The chairs are heavily stained, I put a bath towel over it. This hotel is disgusting. Don't stay here.

    The room was nice (it was clean and had everything you’d expect a hotel room to provide) with everything in working order (tho one night I returned to the room to find neither the internet or cable tv working). The hotel is in a good spot with a really nice shopping area a few minutes away. My only complaint is the hallways were very dirty with gross looking carpets, but they were in the process of painting when I was there so maybe they were in the process of remodeling.

    The hotel looks very different than the pictures online the main floors of all of the hallways are very dirty and I was just not impressed with the lack of cleanliness. It took a long time to check in because the lady in the front desk was falling asleep so she had to keep waking up to finish what she was doing. The breakfast was pretty good except at maybe 30 minutes before the time finished, there was nothing being brought out and we were told that it was because they hadn't received their shipment and they would have more food tomorrow.

    Had a comfortable time at the property. The lady that cleaned my room Maria C. did a good job. I also liked that it was near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The casino across the street is good for individuals that like to gamble.

    This place was horrible. Not the same as showed on the website. The carpets were all gross and black, they had construction going on but didn't mention it online. hot tub is permanently closed. also not mentioned online. Not to mention our lock to our room door was broken.

    Stayed here for one night. Almost didn’t look at the room from the state of the hallways and super dirty carpets. This place is the extreme of run down. Never stayed anywhere so bad on first appearance. Room was actually fine and clean. Breakfast was basic but ok too.

    The hotel needs serious updates. The parking lot felt unsafe at night, and the lobby and hallways were noticeably worn and unclean. Our room had some upgrades, but the furniture was old, damaged, and noisy—especially the metal bed frame. Soundproofing was very poor; we heard everything from nearby rooms and hallways each night. The bathroom was decent, though water pressure was low. Breakfast was disappointing, aside from the fresh fruit. Overall, not the most comfortable or restful stay. Would recommend looking at other options until improvements are made.

    The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean. The carpet by the elevator is making the place look awful. Also, both of the rooms were non-smoking but one or the smelled really bad. The cleaners sprayed it and made it smell better for about an hour but the smell always came back.

    Breakfast was good, but I think the waffle maker should be moved to the beginning of the buffet table to prevent crowding in the middle section. It would help the flow of guests getting their food. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Parking was also abundant, which made things even easier. I would have given this hotel five stars, but I just couldn’t get past the disgusting hallway carpet. I understand that renovations are ongoing, but the condition of the carpet was really unpleasant. Overall, I would still love to stay here again, especially once the hallway flooring is improved. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades in the future!

    hallways looked really bad,leaks in ceiling carpet ruined and walls. The hot tub was broken. Suite was ok seemed to be missing a dresser or a sofa or both. Was a table 2 nightstands and a desk. Bed was comfortable. Very noisy room though. I could hear all the staff as they were working. Must have been location of room. Won't be my 1st choice to stay at again.

    It was ok not great not totally sucky. Could’ve been better more professional and less dirty needed more furniture like artwork and a added mirror some of the staff were excellent and some were not so excellent and have no concept of the words excellent customer service they’re renovating so you would think that the maids were more attentive and hospitable nope they are non existent and no responsive. They have under qualified staff who are in need of proper work decorum employee professionalism training in their field of expertise for a well run business and company its clear that they are a group of immature unprofessional amateurs who have no ides how to behave like proper adult because they themselves aren’t adults even the older people there seem to not know their place as well its very unusual and very out of place to be honest I would say it’s very rude and very disrespectful just to stay at a job just bc youre getting paid half of the staff here has never heard the word or thought hmm im in the business of leisurely pleasures of rest and relaxation with private peaceful enjoyment of lodging accommodations for a fee and a deposit and thought maybe i should strive to make their experience here just that and anything but. But nope. You get a room with a heater that keeps Needing to be started by the one person that knows how to do it every 20 minutes throughout the night and day if there not on break you still have to wait till they fix it. They need to clean the pool.

    I choose this location due to its proximity to the event I was attending as well as price. The facilities are extremely run down, the staff is not polite, the beds are a step above cots and the bathrooms, while updated, do not provide hot water (water is just above luke warm at best). Carpets in the general area are disgustingly dirty and stained and the entire place smells bad. I would not be comfortable recommending or returning to this hotel. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more for another location.

    Staff were nice. Place was quiet. It’s being remodeled. Looks a little sketchy but once you’re in your room is very clean. Is very simple nothing fancy but it was nice. The restroom look newly remodeled. Other than that is just a very simple room. Nothing fancy. Everything worked outlets and TV and small fridge.
