The facility is old and worn out. Outlets in the bathroom and kitchenette did not work. Faux chairs were in shreds. Room promised was not available upon arrival. Hall carpet very worn. The receptionist was pleasant and tried to assist. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Didnt like the fact that they are now charging for parking overnite! Was not notified about this till i checked in. Will be looking seriously at other locations with free parking. To me this is a make or break deal!

Nice location, clean and helpful staff

The front desk lady in the morning was very helpful and tried to get the little issues figured out for me and was very helpful When we got into the room we checked the bed sheets and there was a stain on the sheet. We asked to get the sheet changed and it never got changed while we were there. The windows also did not have any handles to open them we asked if we could get that fixed and where told maintenance would be in that day while we where gone but it was never fixed.

Great place for an overnight stay with the families. One of the best Maine’s hotels we’ve stayed at in quite a while. Breakfast had many options, which was great to meet the allergy needs of our family.

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly, except the breakfast area help. I'm not sure if she spoke English, but when I asked her a question she ignored me. The water pressure was fantastic - not sure I've ever stayed at a hotel with that kind of pressure. Bed was comfortable. Perfect for our needs and we would stay again.

The property was good but the cleaning crew knocked around 8:30 to clean the room. I was fast asleep coz I worked till 0300 hrs and they kept on knocking. I had to get out of bed and went to answer the door. That was rude of nobody answered on the first knock that means they are still sleeping besides ita too early.

Breakfast was kind of pathetic, all starches and sweets except for some yogurts. some boiled eggs or pieces of cheese and some fruit besides apples would have been nice.

We loved our roomy Suite with a nice sofa, comfy bed, and kitchen amenities with A full size fridge, microwave, table, and chairs! There was also an excellent teriyaki place nearby, plus gardens, and churches.

Clean room and shower had a good pressure on it with hot water.but no room cleaning service because you have to let them now and asked for clean towels the front desk lady told me either I can come down and get it or I have to wait at leas 20 minutes because I guess supposedly there was a sign in the room which we didn’t see it and we supposed to let them know a night before I thought that was stupid and I told her that I didn’t see it. We didn’t see the sign and she was gaining a little attitude about it.

Parking not so friendly for work vehicle but no complaints for the 7 hrs I stayed there.

The room wasn't available at our check-in time and we waited in the lobby for about a half hour. At one point during our stay, 2 full garbage bags were stacked by the elevator for 24 hours.

Front desk is very friendly

My husband and I enjoyed jacuzzi. My dog and I enjoyed walking long into the big place. All of us were surprised because we felt so safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, we struggled to sleep better because the bed and pillows were so awful. We felt uncomfortable. It looked like the bed and pillow worn out.

I WAS CHARGED TWICE! ONCE BY BOOKING.COM, ONCE BY THE HOTEL. I HAVE CALLED REGARDING THE ISSUE MANY TIMES AND IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN SOLVED.

Stayed one night and the hotel was excellent. Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and included delicious breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more and all this for a great price. Had a friend stay at the Marriott who paid 5 times as much!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The accessible room for handicap guest for excellent. My room was across from the elevators. It was very hard to find the location. By passed it several time.

Clean, convenient, good breakfast, comfortable quiet room... the only challenge was hwy 90. Turning on the fan solved that. Hey 90 noise - solved with air conditioner.

The location was perfect. Right around the corner from family I was visiting. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Even when I got there at 3am they were doing some type of construction right outside, kinda noisy.

Good value for the price

Buffet breakfast was pretty good. They had a waffle station (and who doe not like a nice hot waffle in the morning), a variety of muffins/sliced breads, cold and hot cereal, roasted breakfast potatoes(also great), scrambled “eggs” and sausage patties (although the label listed it as bacon. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is because their juice dispenser was out of order and they did not offer plain half & half at the coffee station. They had liquid coffee mate which makes the coffee taste strange, imo.

The only problem I had with the booking was that I had to pay for parking. I booked this hotel almost 2 months ahead of time specifically because the website said they had free parking for guests. They changed their policy 6 days before my check in date and I was not informed. I found out when I checked in. I'm not sure who is responsible for communication with guests, but it would have been nice to get a heads up from the property.

Breakfast was disappointing. Limited section and waited a while to food to be refilled. Juice machine was out of order. Many oranges were rotten.

The blinds over the window didn't cover the full window. There were lights shining in and the edges of the blinds allowed the light directly onto our faces while we slept. It was annoying to avoid the lights on my face all night.

The room was very spacious. We had 2 very comfortable queens beds. The bathroom was clean although out dated. I am not a fan of the wall-mounted blow dryers. The room was clean, although the carpet had a lot of stains but everything else was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 3:00 pm check in and the noon check out was a nice touch. My only complaint is the in room coffee. They still have the "tea bag" coffee makers. They need to upgrade to at least a Keurig.

The room was great, but if took nearly an hour to get checked in. A wedding was going on and the line of people checking in was to the door. They left one single person to do all the check-ins and handle guest issues. That was truly ridiculous. We ended up running late for the concert we were in town to attend, due to the delays.

I have stayed here many timess and always had really nice experiences with staff. Then this last time, they were going through some kind of system change and they needed us all to come down to the front desk to give a new form of payment and get keys that work. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk and the front desk attendant returned and was quite rude to me. I didn't appreciate that. I could tell she was stressed out and frazzled but I don't understand that kind of attitude, particularly when I wasn't asking for anything. I was asked to come down by them with a note outside my door that I didn't see until I was outside of my room. So I was not prepared to see the public. I wasn't wearing a bra. I was planning to get ice and return. Just poor customer service and general human consideration.

It was okay to stay here. The rooms were not as cleaned as they should. The sheets and pillow were old and used yellow stains. Sofa in the room was super stained. Unfortunately, their system had an issue that day so we were not told about amenities, breakfast and anything.

It was a very convenient location for our event. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The usual breakfast you would get at most hotels.

Hotel did not have the room type I reserved with hotels.com. Apparently they switched to a new system so there are issues with booking. We were given 2 rooms to accommodate the number of guests we have. The check in process took a while due to these hiccups. The first room was reeked with cleaner smell and the second room had a broken AC. We had to pack up and switch room. Second night, we went back to room after being out and found that we got locked out of our room due to their glitch in system again. It had thought we were checking out. We had to go back to front desk and then go back to room again. Staff was nice and said she would look into compensation for us. However next morning when we asked and was told she needed to ask. No more update since then and we’ve already checked out. Hotel is dated, staff was nice but won’t be able to offer much, breakfast was mediocre and nothing special.

Breakfast: at 7:30 am the lady running the breakfast was so rude to another guest that we all could hear her. She said, “it’s first come, first serve. We are at 95% capacity and it’s just 2 of us…” Breakfast area was messy. No hot water. Low on food. Rudeness and lack of preparation by hotel staff. Check out: Since I paid twice I wanted to make sure I was checked out correctly. Nobody at front desk with a hand written note to leave key and email. I waited. She told me she would email me & I told her I needed proof that I wouldn’t be charged twice. She had to go get someone else be cuz she couldn’t figure it out. So glad I stood my ground. Bellevue/Seattle has so many hotels that we will stay elsewhere based on our customer service experience at this hotel.

But something was off. Right from the outset, another lady at the check-in desk was literally shouting and swearing about some complaint. Then discovered that in our room, no shampoo, no conditioner, almost no tissue paper. Breakfast there was no coffee, no eggs, no sausages, no pastry. Coffee arrive 10 minutes later, but still no cream. No milk for cereal.

The room was clean. It’s not our first time here. There was only 1 pkg of coffee in the room and housekeeping didn’t start before 10am. Check in was great as usual. Kristin from housekeeping was so helpful.

The rooms were huge with full amenities such as a kitchen: full refrigerator/ top stove and a microwave! The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and the front desk personnel were very helpful. I did have an incident occur but the front desk personnel I cannot remember her name I should have written it down maybe with a s? blond hair but anyways she was very understanding and made sure I received compensation and that was very kind.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. We felt very safe in the parking lot. Room felt very comfortable and clean.

The price was good and the room was clean. The hotel could use some updates but overall it was fine for a pre cruise stay and cheaper than staying in Seattle. The breakfast filled our stomachs before we left. It had standard breakfast fare and was decent. It had a waffle station, sausage, potatoes, eggs and pastries. There was also toasters with bread and a cooler with boiled eggs and yogurt.

Good value for money, considering the close proximity to downtown Bellevue. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast ended rather early at 9am so I missed having it. Positive experience overall.

This was just what I needed on my recent trip to Seattle. I wanted to stay at a hotel, close enough to the city and also close to the mountain bike trails. This ticked both. The property is literally on an exit to the highway. The property itself was nothing fancy, but all I needed was a place to sleep and to shower. I did not used any of the amenities since I was out and about most of the time. The AC worked perfectly, and that's what I needed for a restful sleep.

When we asked to have our room clean, it was not done completely (towels & pillow case & sheet was missing for the sofa bed).

The room was nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly, it had a good breakfast for it being complimentary. The elevator was nice and fast, which was nice with us being on the 6th floor. I liked that we had the choice of using the covered parking underneath, it even had a gate that would open and close with your key card. There was an elevator down there too. So you could go to your room without going through the lobby, all that with no extra charge. I would stay again.

On our first morning there wasn’t any food left when we arrived at 8:15 am. My husband squeezed out batter for 2 waffles thank goodness. He asked for eggs, sausage and was told they didn’t have anymore. He complained to front desk. Apparently they hadn’t received their food order. This morning there were eggs but batter for waffles had run out.

Rooms clean, staff great, breakfast average. Our first room had a faulty door that had a big gap on the lock side that let in a lot of cold air. They did move us to another room that was better.

Eastgate exceeds my expectations! What a fabulous hotel! The room is spacious and clean! The bed is very comfortable. We have 4 people. Everyone got plenty of space. The room faces freeway but minimum noises can be heard. There is extra sink outside which allows additional sink to use if the bathroom is occupied. Last, this hotel's complementary breakfast gave American hotel breakfast the right name. Most hotel breakfasts are very basic and always run out. Not Eastgate. This hotel provides very generous options and always fills up fast. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will come back next visit to Seattle area.

Breakfast was good, they have a good selection of food. We have stayed at this hotel for years now. I will say our room was not properly cleaned, usually it has always looked and smelled clean but, we did notice a slight decline in that area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel to stay the night. I understand a clean looking and smelling room is tough to keep, especially with unkind people who leave a mess behind for the workers to clean up. I hope this area can be improved in the future.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The only issue we have is that now they charge you for parking. Honestly, this makes no sense. If this was downtown Bellevue or Seattle, where there is only "pay parking" available, I kind of understand, but this is Eastgate, and there is no "pay parking" anywhere. All businesses have their own parking lots and it's free. Might change our choice of staying here in the future, as there are many options in the surrounding area with free parking provided.

What a nasty smelly hotel. Carpet was so gross and the appearance of the inside needs some work. Our room was run down and smelled gross. Never would we have stayed if we would have knew how run down this hotel was!!!!!!

Every once in a while you stay in a place that provides a good night’s sleep in a solid, older building, where friendly staff look after you and provide a straightforward breakfast to start your day. The rooms are spacious and clean and in good shape. While the amenities list isn’t long, there’s a good chance you’ll leave rested, with some breakfast in you and the feeling that you just experienced a good value. Third visit.

The front desk person who checked us in was fantastic and we had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed in a safe feeling area. What else could a couple hope for? Unfortunately we had to leave early and didn’t have time for breakfast, but they did have a free breakfast. I really love Best Western I find the brand to be reliable.

I waited at the front desk for five minutes while a woman was on her phone and didn’t see me there. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevators had an odor reminiscent of urine. The breakfast in the morning was less than warm and minimal, but tasted good.

This is my second stay. Compared to the last one (same third floor) the vents were louder and woke me up early with a loud blowing sound. Room was clean, bed is nice and breakfast are was great.

The location was great being right off the interstate and still close to Seattle. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The lobby was clean and a nice homey atmosphere. My only complaint was I had to wait 20 minutes for any employee to show up at the front desk to check in. We arrived on a holiday and the front desk gentleman claimed there was no staff working but him. He was nice and helpful but that was poor planning by the hotel management. The gentleman claimed he had to go room by room to see what was clean and what was dirty because there were no house maids and his computer system didn’t show him which rooms were unoccupied the night before. He claimed that’s where he was for the 20 minutes we waited in the lobby for someone to help us. We called and texted the hotel to no avail. The hotel was a ghost town until the gentleman finally showed up. Holiday or not, we booked a month in advance so they should have known of our arrival and had a room ready for us. The gentleman was helpful once he showed up but we were not pleased with the check in process. The rest of the experience was good and the rooms were nice for the price point.

We stay here often and are always impressed by the cleanliness, helpful desk staff, and convenient location. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but reliable and a great value. We will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast room: ran out of food by 8:50am. Split remaining scrambled eggs with another guest. They were out of bacon, potatoes and waffle batter. Asked the breakfast staff and they didn't seem to care. Tip: go early for breakfast.

The whole stay I did not get the keys to my room as there was something wrong with the system. And though the staff was very helpful and coming up with me every time I went out, it was overall very inconveniencing.

The outside and the lobby looks great. The room was not great just fine. There was a humming and thudding sound the whole time we were there from underneath the sink, which at first didn’t mind until we were trying to sleep we could hear it louder and it took me a while to go to sleep.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. However the overall decor is from the 90’s with brown carpet, beige walls and tiles. But the price was inexpensive for Seattle, only paid $100/night. Parking fee was $5/night.

The room was great. I love the tub, but our room curtains didnt close by tje tub. The cord was broken so they didnt close. Not a huge deal we just put a blanket over it. The toilet ran all night, mildly annoying. BUT, the whole staff was great as we needed a car jump and were stuck in the garage. They helped us after we had to get cables. Then i left medication there, picked it up the next day. The whole staff was so nice with that and the car. They were all very great. Totally would stay here again

Check-in took forever. The room was clean, the bed very comfy. I was appalled, however at the condition of the breakfast area furniture. Big holes in the upholstery and tattered chairs. Weird. Breakfast itself was so-so. But the rooms were not expensive so there’s that.

Clean room, reception staff was not very welcoming but registration did no take too long. We were only greeted with the words, "ID." We came down for breakfast a little before 8:30am and there was no sausage, potatoes, or eggs. A line was forming for the restock, and when it arrived only a small amount of food was put into the warming trays (even though there was more on the cart that was wheeled away). Again, a clean hotel and good for one night, however, we received better service at another hotel during our vacation.

Edna at the front desk was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She anticipated everything for our stay. Also the people doing the breakfast are hardworking keeping up on all the food and maintaining the cleanliness. We will be back when we do the second half of our house!

The hotel was quiet

They had plumbing issues, but the front desk was kind. They have no trays to bring food up if you have anybody disabled in bed but overall it’s a decent place. It wouldn’t be my first choice, but it was all right.

Room was basic and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean except for the carpeting that needed replacing or at least a thorough cleaning. Breakfast had several options.

The carpets are dirty on the upper floors and the room carpets had stains. We were not comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. Parking was not free even though it was advertised as free. Parking area is very dark. They need to cut down some trees and bushing. Strange people parking and just hanging out in their vehicle at night in the parking lot. This makes the scenario very sketchy.

This is a great hotel to go to when you have to go to Overlake hospital for a procedure. It is clean quiet and has a great location.

My hotel deposit of $107.18 was never refunded when I already paid for the hotel through Expedia. There was no email on why we never got the deposit back, and we left the room clean and without any damage. We also don’t smoke!

This is a nice quiet, clean hotel. It is convenient to the medical facilities that we need to go to in Bellevue. The parking situation is wonderful. The breakfast in the morning is really a nice thing to have too. The staff was very efficient and very nice. We stay here often and enjoy it.

The guy who checked us in was awesome, and the room was clean, and comfortable. And for my family we didn’t feel crammed into the hotel room, plenty of space to chill and hang out. The fridge was full sized and a great perk, as they brought back desserts and things from the restaurant and we were able to store drinks and stuff too. I enjoyed the seperate sink and mirror area to get ready so I didn’t have to fight for bathroom space while everyone got ready.

Only issue was our blowdryer tried to catch on fire - but we turned off the power and they were able to get me a replacement. Excellent breakfast and staff! Thank you for a great stay again! Nice location in Bellevue with easy access to the interstate. Convenient location to get to Mt Rainier as well as downtown Seattle and Bellevue. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is above average (hot items), but well stocked and includes a nice dining area. I'm sure pricing fluctuates - we stayed in September and this was one of the more affordable options at the time.

However the mattress is too soft and gives me a back ache sleeping on it

Stayed here a few times over the years, for work. Welcoming and helpful staff, the rooms are spacious, plush, very clean, there's a bar sink, minifridge, and microwave, nice little gym, and overall well managed facility that feels very inviting.

The negative: Worst cable tv ever. In the evening i like to watch a movie. All sports and 2 terrible channels showing the same awful movies. It's too bad because we like everything else.

I have stayed here one or two times a year for one to two weeks. The hotel is beginning to show wear and tear in the public areas, but the breakfast is good, parking is free, the elevators work, staff is friendly, laundry facilities are free, and the rooms are well-appointed and with very comfortable beds. I like that windows can be opened.

Unsafe parking lot. Homeless person asked us for cigarettes as we were trying to enter the hotel after dark. Faulty fire alarm system. Alarm went off around 2am and guests had to exit for over 45 minutes. Was told the alarm was due to a faulty part.

Our room was booked weeks ahead of time, when we arrived at the hotel our room had not been cleaned. There were dirty laundry in the floor and the bed was not made. The guy at the front desk let his swap rooms, all this took place at midnight. Around 130 am the fire alarm went off and no one could tell us anything about what was going on. It was a long night to say the least. After a long flight.

Had to go through a false fire alarm at 2am. Stay outside for about an hour. No communication whatsoever.

Fantastic hotel with everything you could want. Super clean, Isley cozy beds, wonderful fitness facility, good breakfast, overall a great place to stay. Will definitely book here again and stay longer and plan for drives from here.

It was an ok hotel for the pricepoint. The separate room with king bed was nice. The parking was adequate, although cramped. The breakfast was a bit lackluster and unappetizing. Bacon was like hot chips and the eggs were noticeably powdered. The bread seemed ok, but a bit stale. As far as the room conditions, updating the toiletries would be appreciated when new guests arrive. The kleenex boxes were near empty and there were only 1 1/2 rolls in the bathroom. Other than that, for the price, it did its job.

All in all - very good~~ ! Tearing out the old carpeting and putting in laminate flooring would go a LONG WAY and very helpful in making it an Outstanding place!

My son and I came up for PAX NW in Seattle. This was a great place for us to stay, as we were able to have breakfast right there in the hotel and then head into the city for the day. And it was good filling food, not just cheap cereal and toast. We would definitely come back!

Rooms: Dated but clean. The body wash, shampoo and lotion bottles are too small. Double the size as it’s not a great experience squeezing the small bottles. We had our room cleaned once during our stay and she did a nice refresh and we left her a nice tip. Amenities: Though some of the machines are dated. It is a nice sized gym with everything you’ll need for a workout and stretching. Recommend they get some foam rollers and wipes that don’t dry out. Parking: Outside and garage is free and convenient. There are so many compact spots…need wider spots. Breakfast: I’m glad they had yogurt, fruit and nuts, decaf and almond milk. I don’t usually eat baked goods but had a bite of my partner’s muffin and bagel and it was fresh. The lady that keeps the breakfast area stocked and clean is a machine. She does everything by herself for the duration. We left her a nice tip. Overall: The property itself is dated but clean. You get what you pay for and it served its purpose for us. It has a nice sized gym, no pool, coffee and tea are complimentary all day. Breakfast included is always nice. Could always find a parking spot. Front desk offered better service than the last time we stayed. We liked the Hyatt House better but it’s a little more $, so depending what’s your priority, Eastlake Hotel is a solid place to stay but don’t expect newly renovated rooms.

There was an issue with the security latch on the door when we first got in the room. The staff was amazing in getting the issue resolved. They made us feel like we were priority and not a burden. Top of their game in customer service and care.

Breakfast was boring.

We have stayed at this location several times but the room we had this stay was really run down. The carpet had a buckle in it, the shower curtain had a hole, and the towels should have been replaced long ago. The breakfast room has holes in the upholstery and we got scolded for using our yeti coffee mugs because we were taking too much coffee. The water in the lobby, while a nice gesture, was never refilled but they gave us bottles of water instead. Maintenance and attention to detail would go a long way in improving the experience but this stay may have been the last.

We had contacted the facility a day prior to our stay to request a pack-and-play/crib to be ready for our arrival since we got in later past our infants bedtime. When we arrived the staff at the front were not aware of this request and were not able to fullfill the request. I called down twice and was told they hadn't had a chance to check on the pack and play as there were multiple checks in. If I had known I would have brought out own to make the stay safe and comfortable for our family. During breakfast there was only one staff member and chef (per staff members remarks). The food options were minimal since everything was out and waiting for another round to be cooked.

The jacuzzi tub was amazing, and the room was incredibly comfortable. We loved every moment of our stay, and would highly recommend it.

Super friendly staff and the entire place smelled clean. The room was spacious and with a seperate area to work from. Internet responded smoothly. I love the restaurant style breakfast area. The food is your standard buffet style with a variety of items: scrambled eggs, sausage, burritos, Waffles, cereals, Oatmeal and etc.. I had a great stay, and wish I were there longer.

This property was ideal for our large family. 2 adults with 6 children. We stayed in one of the suites (2 beds and a pullout couch), which offered our large family plenty of room. The free parking, contenintal breakfast, and friendly staff were great perks. Safeway is 0.5 mile away. And its an easy drive from the freeway exit. Room was large and clean.

This hotel is conveniently located in Bellevue right off I-90. It was easy access to and from the freeway. The hotel was clean and the staff was professional. I stayed in a king bed room and it was the most comfortable bed! I slept so well. And even though the hotel is on the freeway, it was still quiet. There was minimal car noise. I would definitely stay here again!

We chose this room because of the Jacuzzi tub in the room. It did not disappoint.

Very clean hotel, looks quite nice inside, and conveniently located close to I-90. Breakfast was pretty good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were larger than expected with comfy beds. Fitness room was surprisingly nicely equipped with lots of dumbbells and a nice cable machine as well as the standard cardio machines.

Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room 617 carpet edges have heavy dust and behind door to hallway. Needs vacuuming behind the upholstered chair. The room desk chair vinyl covering is shredded on the top and needs to be replaced. Stains on the left side curtain. I've stayed twice before in different rooms, but they seemed fine.

Good value for money especially with free Breakfast. But cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hallway and elevator had dirty floors as if something spilled on them and not mopped in a while. The room itself was spacious and had decent beds. Very close to highway and public transportation if you need.

I really enjoy this hotel, weve stayed a couple times when we've needed to be near seattle. They have a good breakfast too.

Bed comfortable. Hallways needed to be cleaned…crumbs, bits of trash, q-tips in middle of walkway. Rugs in room needed to be shampooed. Feet were dirty when walked barefoot in the room.

I felt it was a standard hotel experience. It was a safe and comfortable stay. My only complaint is that there was only cable but for the price I’m willing to overlook that.

Free breakfast was very good. Liked the area. Staff seemed friendly. Room was ok, free parking a plus. There was no room cleaning service for 3 nights despite a text request; eventually came at an inconvenient time after a second text and able to at least get towels and soap.

This is a nice hotel. It’s off the beaten path with nothing within easy walking distance.

Cleanliness: 1. Common areas are awful - you can see from the pictures that the hotel is dirty. There are stains and dust everywhere. The common area trash can is overflowing. 2. Room -Spacious but dirty. The lounge chair had what looked like a period stain in the center. The room was not visited for cleaning until we went to the front desk to tell them to please come clean it. This was on the 3rd day. There were other guests complaining about the same thing. Beds: NOT comfortable at all. Not much cushion and "bumpy" Pillows: Great pillows 3. Atmosphere - there was noise all the time. The air conditioner was not working properly and there were water pipe noises all night long. A water pipe broke and we had to evacuate the hotel for a few hours one night but the noise was every day prior and after the pipe incident. 4. Breakfast - The breakfast buffet was missing serving utensils. People were using their hands to serve themselves cereal/oatmeal topics. There was dirt and dust all over. It was very disgusting. The only reason you see spoons in the serving dishes is because I put them in there myself. 5. The staff was friendly EXCEPT for one lady by the name of Kristin that worked in the breakfast service. I felt harassed by her. She was literally mocking me. I found her behaviour unacceptable and management appeared to not want to deal with the issue. The manager told me to call the outsourced 1800 number.

Good for a night stay, quiet and easy parking. I had neck pain after sleeping with their cheap pillows. Unfortunately found hair in the bathtub. Breakfast was not as good as others mentioned, most items were out before 8 o'clock and the only lady worked there didn't refill any food or items unless you asked for. The only thing you get to eat was dry toast and long line self-made waffle machine ( but even batter ran out!). Don't have high expectation if you're coming for breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly after all.

The hotel itself was nice but carpet and furniture were dated. The buffet was great. They do offer daily room cleaning but only if requested before 10 pm the night before. The pullout bed from the couch was comfortable.The location was good for us, which was right off the I90 freeway. If you're staying in Seattle and looking for a 1 bedroom suite, this is probably your bet as you have free parking, a great free breakfast in a safe area. Try getting that in downtown Seattle
