    Room smelled with stains on the carpet and furniture. Tub had been painted but half the paint had come off. Leg on couch was missing and was reported early in the day Friday but was not fixed. Definitely, worst Extended Stay experience I’ve had.

    breakfast is just take and go. bed is comfortable but one of bed have bed bugs. luckily i bought tea tree oil to elimated those bed bugs. floor is really dirty as i mop it with the floor mat given in the toilet and it turn out to be pitch black. they did not vacumn it well or mop their floor at all parking is right outside my room. quiet

    It was a good last minute book. you could hear through the walls but not enough to bother you and rarely. The staff were super responsive and very alert when it came to any issues (key card not working). overall a nice stay i didn’t go to breakfast so idk but i cooked inside and no smell. thankfully. The room was fairly clean the bed did have a lot of lint almost thought it was dirty… and can see the mold stains in the bathroom. just keep the door open for ventilation.

    I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere

    Price and room and staff Watched a man that was the cleaning person walking to a room while I was on a phone call in the car for 45 minutes. That man did not come out of the room. I left at an hour on the phone and that man had not come out of that room and the sad part about it is upon arriving in my room I found Christmas ornaments under just barely under the bed. I found Halloween candy wrappers and my 1-year-old daughter found a snus packet like a tobacco-less nicotine pouch you put in your couch of your jaw that she had found somewhere in the room. Busted open and eating it I just have a feeling the man that clears the bridge will clean the room I was in when I say the items were just barely under the bed, I mean my foot went under the bed while walking and it touched candy wrappers and Christmas ornaments as well as some plugins wouldn't work other than that it was okay.

    I booked the room one week ahead and when we arrived on check in time the reception told us that the room I booked isn’t available and he can give us another room in different building which was nearby. The room was not clean and the cooktop wasn’t working. The front door was not working properly. The sink in the bathroom was not working correctly. We did not like it.

    The rooms were not cleanest, I've stayed there before and the floors were not cleaned. Some rooms smell strongly of smoke, and or mold. The property itself does not appear to be in the best condition. The staff member at the office named Mario was quite helpful and accommodating, so very grateful to him.

    I stayed here for a couple weeks during a move. You get what you pay for, and I needed an extended stay that wouldn’t break the bank. The property felt relatively safe but was not the cleanest, and some of the other guests lingering around outside made me a little uncomfortable but were likely harmless. My room in particular didn’t have heat, and someone came by to check it out but I asked him to come back later, he never came back. I tried doing laundry a couple times, and one night the machines didn’t work, the next night I wouldn’t use a few of them because they smelled terrible. The staff ranged from average to great, specifically the lady working the front desk during the week—nothing crazy she was just really nice and personable. Overall it was a place to stay, could’ve been worse, but this isn’t a luxury hotel.

    I went back and told the employee and they asked if I checked the curtain since when it’s closed that means someone is in there. What!?! When I get a key for a room I assume no one else will be in it. In my room, the kitchen faucet leaked and dripped all night, the microwave was filthy inside, what looked like mold was inside, and the mirrors in the bathroom was still dirty.

    I booked the room for my wife that suddenly needed a room and according to my wife the room had a real bad stench, an odor so bad she had to check out. Mario who was at the lobby informed her she could talk to management during business hours and I do so the following day and after speaking to GM Desiree and assist GM Hailey they were able to refund our one night stay. The staff on-site were professional and so were Desiree and Hailey, the only issue was the room, that my wife describes as a Motel 8.

    The room we requested was next to a room where people were smoking pot and it was drifting into our room. They transferred us to a smaller room with a queen bed instead of King which we had requested. Not sure if we shouldn't get some kind of discount? Anyway, the new room was very clean, and right next door to the lobby. The front desk lady, Stacie, was so friendly and helpful. We like this motel as it is so close to our daughter. Thank you.

    I stayed 25+ yrs ago,I thought it was great. Nothing has been updated. Very poor shape. Lights don't work bath fan doesn't work bath was dirty,& stained. Grout was black. No coffee machine. No utensils, worst breakfast ever, coffee was empty. Looked like some animals had been chewing on the bottom of doors. Good location is all you have going.

    I have stayed here before and it's a basic hotel but I do love the fact that there is a kitchen in the rooms. The breakfast is basically nothing so don't expect it to feed you unless you like to live on nurtrigrain bars and coffee so don't go expecting a real breakfast. Our first room had issues with the fridge but the next morning we were able to get moved to a room where everything was fine and the rest of the stay was pleasant. Hotel is within walking distance of many different stores and restaurants and easy to access from the 405 and I90.

    A cop car was driving up and down the parking lot patrolling the hotel … lights flickered about to burn out, garbage was overflowing in the dumpsters. We walked into the room and immediately walked out, the smell of massive toxic cleaning materials gagged us. We drove away and stayed at another hotel. Didn’t get our money back.

    Billed online as a hotel. This is a motel - doors straight to outside. Sketchy characters doing who knows what at 1AM outside their room. Sticky candy strewed across and stuck to stairs leading to upstairs room. Broken flashing light just to give it that special 'place to get hurt' feeling. Will NOT go again.     The room smelled of old stale urine & smoke. The carpets are so dirty I was afraid to take my shoes off and the walls are stained with grime I’ll never say here again or even recommend anyone else to stay here either unless you wanna be in a shelter type atmosphere you gotta pay for. The owner needs to invest in a remodel or at least a better cleaning staff I’ve never been more disappointed or grossed out by a place before didn’t stay the whole time I just slept in my car and couldn’t get refunded my money nor was I able to change rooms.

    It was very gross for the location there was piled up garbage everywhere at all stairways and it stunk real bad and there was no dishes offered to us or even told to us how it worked or how the breakfast worked the muffins were dry it says breakfast in the booking not crap like this I spent $189 for 1 night 1 tiny shampoo for 2 people seriously blanket one very thin just really bad shape for the are was very dissatisfied wish I could get my money back or a another stay in a different area in hopes maybe is better this place not happy I would not recommend this Factoria location ever.     Booked a two queen room and was given a King with pullout bed. After talking to the front desk it seems like the district manager changed my reservations and the staff was unable to accommodate my requests due to full capacity. The manager was able to offer a second room to rectify the situation. Both rooms smelled, the hotel needs mahor upgrade, and even though we were in a relatively safe area, that was no the case on the hotel grounds. I do not recommend this place. I only gave a three star because the ladies at the front desk were kind and deserve better.

    Let’s see, kitchens had no utensils or cookware or dinnerware. When I called and asked for some, I was told they’re only given to those booking a stay for 7 days or more. The smoke alarm had a cage around it, I’m assuming to prevent ppl from turning it off. The electric burner was rusted. I have pics! I would not recommend unless you don’t care.

    The staff was trying to be very helpful. But I requested 2 queen beds they had that, but it was upstairs. I asked if they had anything ground level, they tried there hardest to fine it was a no go. I said I would take the king with hide abed if it was ground level again, they tried there hardest with no lucky. So, I excepted the second level room, but it turned out to be the king with hide abed. I slept on the hide abed. I would have been better off on the floor. Two days later and I still have back pain & feel bruised today. There was no coffee machine, no hide a bed sheets, no trash can, I had to call for all of those items. It was miserable. If I was going to be 2 level, I needed my 2 queen beds. I was trying for ground level because I was traveling with my parents (87 years old ) with heart disease and leg issues. my dad had to take nitro to make it up 2 level, thankfully it worked for him. I did not know how to cancel my room to find a better solution which your staff had found for me at another of your hotels. I could not pay twice for one night. I would appreciate how to contact you to cancel if need be, all your staff could say was call you there are no numbers to call. You hide a bed is old and needs replaced it was like sleeping on gravel, no one space with out bumps.

    You go to the lobby to get coffee, but there are no chairs. Back to the room to drink it. They call it “grab and go” and they’re not kidding. It should be called sleep and get out.

    We had to call to have someone meet us to check in. The person seemed to be in a bad mood, and grumpy during the check in process. We drove to our room and the keys didn’t work so we had to drive back and call her again to meet us at the front desk. No apology for her mistake, and when we asked for the wifi password, she got upset and said it was sent to the email on file. We checked our email, and no wifi information, just the automated email asking about our check-in, so here we are writing a negative review. There’s no kettle but we don’t want to bother asking for her help.

    The property and the cleanliness is very bad . The shower also did not work properly . They mentioned they provide free breakfast , it was very poor and just some energy bars was given . Very unhealthy breakfast

    Not even coffee in the room. I had to request a coffee pot and coffee and had to carry it to the room myself. No extra blankets. The power went off right after we got there and was off all night due to a severe storm. We went to bed with our clothes on and my husband even had a heavy coat over him. It was an extremely unpleasant stay. I don'tg think we will be back.

    Good basic rooms. Bed is ok -not incredible, not bad. Clean. I would give it four stars but they screwed me for a nights fee and are not addressing it. Web says 24 hour front office. There is a phone to ring if after office hours (7-11). I left a message online for a late check in. Arrived at 2:00 a.m. -nobody answers the phone. I sleep in my car for 5 hours waiting for the office to open. They would charge me extra for early check in so I came back at 3 pm -fair enough if I wasn't paying for that night. In the meantime I was charged for the night since I had a reservation. I paid $128 to have an awful sleep in my car. I gave my info at the front desk about the charge for the night and They have yet to respond. The manager is BAD news for not getting back to me. The front desk people are awesome -except for the one that wouldn't check me in at 7. am despite being charged for the night -she may not have realized that. SO I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FOR THAT first NIGHT. I still recommend this place but the manager needs a morality check for not getting back to me and not crediting me for that night when I was late checking in and website says 24 hour desk. There is one particularly nice lady (black) at the front desk that took notes for my complaint -so far the only awesome employee I have met here.

    Check in process was a little slow with a lot of signs on the door about using a call box but a call box being broken and no one at the desk....at 3pm, which was odd. Then technology was down off and on as well, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic. Room was spacious and clean, so worth the price for a quick stay.

    On checkin they asked for my wife's ID as well as mine. Never had that happen in US hotel in 25 years traveling every week. hard to find. The pull out sofa for my son had no sheets even though I asked and they said yes. Had to get them and put them on, no explanation. Room faced I90 and it was noisy. Birds were awful, save your money and try someplace else.

    They not only asked for my ID which was normal, they also wanted my wifes ID which is not normal or necessary in my opinion. They scanned my drivers license rather than just varifying my identification. Did not like this process at all.

    It was a bit dated kitchens and bathrooms a little run down. It was clean just old and dated interiors. A bit of litter in thr parking lot. It appears folks are indeed living here ..i t is an extended stay but there was a couple vehicles that appeared non funcruonal. Breakfast was instant oatmeal and nutrigrain bars.

    The free breakfast is a very limited grab and go option, so I wouldn't plan your breakfasts solely at the hotel unless you buy some groceries. The wifi is good, but hard for streaming video unless you upgrade. The lobby was also always locked no matter the time of day, and it felt a little awkward to have to raise the phone just to ask to be let in to grab some oatmeal. The only actual negative thing I didn't much like was the pervasive smell of smoke. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby, it smelled in the hotel room, and when I passed by another room getting cleaned one day, it smelled in there, too. But there's signs everywhere saying no smoking. Thankfully it wasn't strong enough to seep into my clothes, and I could adjust to it in just a couple minutes. However, if I had been traveling with someone more sensitive, I'm not sure we'd have been able to ask to transfer to a room that they'd be able to rest in.

    We spent $200 on this hotel. The first room smelt horrible like cat urine. They found us another room, but the bed was small and hard, very uncomfortable. In the morning we learned that their “breakfast” was just a grab and go. We make our hotel decisions based on several things but one of them is breakfast. There was no food only coffee they said there truck did not come in. They would not compensate for any inconvenience. Not a good experience.

    I did check-in late, however I called the front desk around 5pm and 10pm to let them know. Since I was bringing my dog, I had called beforehand to see if I needed to do anything and was told there was only a pet fee of $25/night. When I arrived, there was a woman already being helped by the front desk staff, however as soon as I entered the staff disappeared. I waited around 5 minutes occasionally calling out with no answer. Finally, I ended up calling the front desk from my phone. I waited almost 4 minutes for them to pick up and then a few more for them to get to the lobby. During my check-in, a 2nd staff member entered and began helping him check me in. She did not look at me nor talk to me directly. When I said that I had a pet, the lady looked upset and began talking to the other staff member. She told him “She did not indicate a pet.” in an annoyed tone, then “she needs to be moved to a different room. This room is absolutely not a pet room.” I was not told where my room was in the complex, so I got to wander around at night looking for my room. It took me 1 hour from arrival to finally get to my room. There was hair from previous guests left in the bathroom - in the shower and on the counter. Countertops were left dirty and my room smelled very strongly of cigarette or fentanyl smoke. The only good thing was the location. The price is insane for how awful this place is.

    The toilet was broken and never flushed for the entire 3 nights we stayed there despite telling them right away. They have laundry services but the machines only take quarters and are $3 per wash and $3 per dry. The office didn’t have any quarters so we had to hunt down quarters which also wasn’t easy during a weekend when banks were closed. The property was clearly not kept up regularly as there were cigarette butts we had to keep our dog from eating when we would take him potty. There were beer cans and soda cans and wrappers all over. The floor of the room was so filthy that we had to buy shower shoes and or wear flip flops at all times because our feet were literally black from dirt after the first day. I would not stay here again and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone else.
