Room nice and clean. Refrigerator not really working as well as should.

Room was fine. Found a previous guest’s food in the fridge. Clean enough, floors could have been a little cleaner but nothing too outlandish. No coffee maker in the room which we found out later we needed to request. Overall the room suited our needs for a one night stay.

Hotel staff were very responsive to my request fix a slow-draining sink and a flickering light bulb. I notified the office and the work was done before my return in 2 hours. Brilliant! Lousy tv programming, but that’s not your call, eh?

Location and staff No single chair available. No where to place suitcase to access contents. Not enough pillows..

Rooms weren't ready 2 hours after check in time so we had to wait in the lobby. No toilet paper in our bathroom. They notified us upon check in that the water would be shut off the next morning at 9am. Had I known ahead of time I would have booked another hotel. No dishes in the rooms to begin with. You have to request them as an add on with the front desk. The free wifi is terrible! They offer upgraded wifi for a fee. The breakfast is minimal at best. Prepackaged mini muffins, Oatmeal packets, coffee and tea. I would not stay there again. The staff were friendly even though I am sure they were dealing with a lot of annoyed guests.
- 2.5/5
Price Pillows are awful, blankets are too thin, breakfast not worth advertising, and, They didn't make up the room when I asked and misplaced a package.

Really pretty bare-bones no Wi-Fi TV doesn't stream pillows weren't great bed wasn't great but wasn't very expensive yes there's a kitchen, but no dishes or coffee pot or anything unless you pay extra. Also, no ice machine machine on the property So depends on your expectations. I guess.

I cannot more highly recommend this property. When I travel by myself on my own dime I don’t need much in terms of comfort so I typically look for low price. That often can backfire if a hotel turns out to be in a bad neighborhood or is run down or the heat or tv doesn’t work. The night was under $100, yet the property was in a good and convenient location, the room was well kept and up to date, the tv, heat and everything else worked well.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It has a contract with the county and we were not informed before hand, there were people and commotion at all hours of the night. People staying in their cars in th eparking lot and not so welcoming people walking around. We traveled with my family and they have a 7 year old and it was not a good environment to have a child in. We ended up leaving a day early as we did not feel comfortable staying there. Just wanted to give a heads up to those traveling here with kids.
- 3/5
The location to Microsoft was excellent. The kitchen wasnt equppied. You could go to the lobby to get things, but it was a bit odd. The roof in the shower also leaked.
- 2/5
Tv in the room are not working
- 3/5
Don’t expect a clean, pristine room. But you will find a space to move about, work, and relax.
- 5/5
Good clean and priced great
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
There is no breakfast just coffee
- 5/5
Nice small kitchen with appliances. Breakfast is only coffee and some muffins with Oat packets so don't expect much there. But overall great value for money
- 2/5
When I checked in, the reception staff wasn’t courteous at all and the room was a bit stuffy.
- 5/5
The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, very accommodating and understanding with my last-minute emergency situation of needing a place to stay for the night. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable, had no issues throughout our stay.
- 4/5
The staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located directly adjacent to the Microsoft campus. However, the breakfast offering was extremely limited.

Fire alarm kept ringing at midnight, 2 am. 4 am… imposible to sleep and relax
- 3/5
The fire alarm went off twice in the night for hours at a time . Very stressful . No rest and called out of work due to exhaustion from the attempted nights rest .
- 5/5
I book rooms all over the state for our traveling employees. This hotel is easy to work with and takes great care of our guys! The rates are right, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.
- 3/5
The room was not as clean as it could be. There were dust bunnies on the floor. There was something on the washroom door and a few other things that stood out. I think the room could be better if they put in a little more effort. Soap/Shampoo/Toilet paper seemed cheap quality.
- 3/5
Staying there during a business trip, for which the location was very convenient. Rooms ar clean, but dated. Having a kitchenette but no utensils or coffee maker readily available was disappointing.

Asked for a late checkout. They didn't even care to check if it's possible and simply said no.
- 5/5

- 3/5
so so
- 4/5
The room was quite clean and the check-in was quick and courteous. There were books on local hikes, novels and children's books to borrow. The area offers amenities and walks in a natural setting. The only standout negative was the "breakfast". Nutrigrain bars and packets of Quaker oatmeal, with the flimsiest plastic utensils and (when I was there) no cups or bowls for any of it, was a disappointment (and would horrify anyone visiting from outside the US). A simple bowl of fruits, maybe some cereal and some real milk and juice (even in small, single-serving containers) would go a very long way towards improving the general impression without costing very much.
- 4/5
Located right in the middle of the Microsoft campus with abundant transportation options. The property parking had room for a uhaul moving truck and plenty of parking If youre not familiar with extended stay, look for the hotel policies. Optional items were not in the room like a coffee maker (coffee available in lobby), cookware (2 eye stovetop in room), plates, glasses, etc. These items could be acquured from the desk (idk if there was an extra fee or not) The room was well stocked with towels and replacements were easily exchanged at the desk. I was overall comfortable and everything functioned as it should with exception of the loud bathroom fan which i notified the property of.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
2-no coffee maker, 3-no amenities only one small shampoo and one soap 4-no extra blankets 5-poor customer service: the ladies were nice however the Indian guy a bit rude
- 1/5
Too much price for conventional breakfast. I’m not happy with the stay. The staff are newbie and clueless what to do. Never left a staff that doesn’t know the job to do. Next time I’m going find somewhere else.

Staff was really rude. Rooms were not clean, lot of hair found on the bed and sofa. No iron was provided even after requesting multiple times. Breakfast included muffins and pies only. Too low grade for the price they charge. Not worth it.
- 5/5
Plenty of close parking good amenities in room
- 4/5
Very safe and convenient area, the hotel is hidden in the woods. Breakfast needs some improvement.
- 4/5
10 days without cleaning is not acceptable i think. If the policy is 14 days, i will split my booking into 2 or 3 bookings to get a cleaner room.
- 1/5
The room was filthy!! There was hair from a previous customer in the bathtub. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The walls were filthy. The window didn’t lock. The room smelt like mold.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet. Clean room and bed and pet friendly.
- 4/5
Clean rooms with kitchen accommodations to make the stay economic and convenient.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Location is very close to Shops and Starbucks. The pillows are the one needed to be upgraded. Very not comfortable. Also the sound proof ceiling or walls need to work on. AC needs to be self controlled not by management. Can’t turn on AC after 10 pm. The machine is on but not functioning.
- 4/5
All was great except the thin walls, family staying directly above us was up all night with screaming children and made it difficult to sleep and could easily hear people walking by the front door and window
- 1/5
Absolutely filthy, bed bug powder everywhere, dirty sheets with actual dirt in them, most dirty hotel iv ever seen asked for another room and it was worst then the first one. Got a refund and did not stay.
- 4/5
Stayed for a week. It was quiet and affordable
- 1/5
This place is not run well and best avoided.
- 5/5
Great front desk and beautiful property with kitchenettes in the rooms. There was also a divider between the beds which was great for having kids. Wish there was more breakfast but that was ok.
- 1/5
Very unfriendly staff, description said breakfast included but there is no actual breakfast it just had granola bars and muffins which are not good. Doesn’t have or provide any transportation. No daily room cleaning service. One of the worst thing is that the sheets and pillows are dirty with hair and oil stains on it.
- 3/5
The place was fine, although breakfast bars were the lamest breakfast ever.
- 3/5
The property was in a good area, the rooms were clean. The front desk staff person we dealt with was rude and difficult. We arrived a few minutes prior to their check in time and were told they couldn’t deal with us because it was to early and we would have to come back later. The so called breakfast was dismal, and when we tried to check out we were told we were to early and would have to wait for them to get ready. It took some time to convince them to let us check out when we needed to.
- 5/5
Very pleasant place to stay.
- 4/5
What I didn’t understand is there was a kitchen but no kitchen items. No plates, no cutlery, not even glass to drink water, no pots& pans. The biggest towels were still very small. Also no luggage holder in the room.
- 2/5
It was acceptable, breakfast is actually a cereal bar or a muffin, a bit sad.
- 4/5
Overall was a good place but was hard to find parking and the spots were extremely narrow.
- 2/5
It was fine for a cheap place to stay. When we checked in, the woman was in the back talking and heard us up front but didn't come to check us in for a good 8 minutes. This place had a kitchen but there was nothing to cook with, no plates, no nothing - so even if we wanted to cook we would have to have our own cooking instruments. We had booked 2 people into the room and there was only one shower towel and when I called to get more the woman laughed and said "yeah we are low" and I asked if we could get another and she said "I guess I could go get some if you want to come pick it up at the office". The staff was rude about other questions etc when we asked as well. I have a big truck and we parked backed in(which apparently isn't allowed but they didn't tell us that - it was on the long page of rules that I didn't read before parking) and I came out to a note in the morning that I will be towed if I parked like that. But I couldn't get my truck out if I parked in forward if I had two cars on either side of me. So I wouldn't recommend if you have a big truck.
- 5/5
The bath tub could do with an update it needs new caulking in the unit I stayed in. A little moldy but nothing gross. It would be nice to see a shower cap included.
- 1/5
Front desk lady was very kind. Room floor was dirty. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. When asked for a extra pillow, was informed that they had none. No cutting knife included in silverware tray. Didn't know until got into room that there was no kitchen supplies in the room at all.
- 5/5
Free breakfast. Quiet. Welcoming staff a bit annoyed with me for some reason. Clean room. Facility was a little wirn but the surrounding area was great. Thanks for your service. It was good.
- 5/5
By accident, I booked a room about a decade after the last time I stayed here with my husband. It was nice then and looks like it has been maintained so well all these years later. We have kids now and they loved how the room looked. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
Very convenient location, walking distance to grocery store, clean and quiet facility with excellent service from the staff.
- 5/5
Appreciated a first floor room
- 2/5
The room had very basic amenities. No kitchen ware, no glasses, plates flatware. No coffee pot. It was a very bare room. Linoleum flooring. A mattress on a simple metal frame. The “breakfast” offered is a granola bar and a weak coffee. This property is not as advertised. Would not recommend it.
- 5/5
Quiet AC was such a treat! Slept well with comfort and quiet.
- 5/5
my guests are very please with your hotel and all services. they will stay with you guys for their summer Seattle vacation from many years to come. I am just so happy i am able to find a perfect hotel for my ma's friend and her family ! Thank you ! :)
- 3/5
This hotel was a good spot for a one night basic stay. No frills, no additional amenities in the room. I was disappointed that they advertised a complimentary breakfast and it was only coffee and granola bars. There were packets of oatmeal but no bowls or spoons. One of the most minimal set ups I have seen from a hotel offering. I enjoyed the blackout shades and quiet environment. I opted not to take a shower with the limited supplies offered (bar of soap/one small container of shampoo) in a clean yet dated bathtub/shower.
- 3/5
Inferior service from the staff.
- 3/5
Room smelled like someone had smoked in it, but it had been cleaned. Kitchen not stocked, but you could go get what you needed from the office. I would have preferred to just have basic stuff already there. Breakfast was just a muffin or protein bar. I expected more.
- 2/5
Floor not clean, ants in the bathroom, fridge
- 3/5
Surrounding area was very nice ( Microsoft campus)
- 3/5
No body lotion shower cap
- 5/5
Very clean property. Was pleasantly surprised!
- 5/5
always super clean and most convenient to Microsoft campus
- 2/5
We checked in with three people and there was 2 Bath towels provided. The unit did not have a coffee pot. It was advertised on Expedia with a morning breakfast and what was available is you can grab a wrapped muffin or Nutri grain bar and a poor cup of coffee. We went to IHOP.
- 4/5
The first night was a lot of door slamming and fireworks. The second night was much better.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
The description stated that a grab and go breakfast was available. This amounted to 3 different flavors of cereal bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee. Nothing else. No fruit, no juice or water. This should not be described as a breakfast so much as a small assortment of snacks.
- 1/5
While staff and cleanliness were satisfactory, the actual room was old, tired and needed a complete refurbish. The bed was so uncomfortable it gave me back pain. The bath tub calling was mouldy. The hot plates were ancient. You had to pay additional money to get your room cleaned. And we paid more than $300 a night! The worst value for money I have had in all my years of travel.
- 2/5
The reason I stayed here was because of the kitchenette and they didn’t have no pots and pans to use. The shower didn’t have a shower door only curtains and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor.
- 1/5
I will never stay here again. Room was confirmed and not honored. I was then told they didn’t have any rooms and I was out of luck.
- 3/5
Trip was good at Extended Stay America but be aware that there is no housekeeping except ever 2 weeks, breakfast is OK with not much available (Nutrigrain bars and wrapped small muffins).
- 4/5
Its good. Smooth transitions
- 4/5
Front desk lady was rude. Had friends hanging in the check in area. No pool, disabled parking in front of my room was always full had to park away from room. Bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Easy to check in. Open parking.
- 5/5
Whoa this place is nice! It’s close to a lot of neat places and restaurants, and it’s just a very pretty property with friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area :)
- 1/5
Actusly have a huge complaint
- 5/5
Very nice people. Thay all are really polite and efficient!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
The amenities are non-existent. No grab and go breakfast unless you call a cereal bar breakfast. No coffee available in the morning let alone 24/7. The laundry services just eats your money. The nearby gym is only available if you already have a membership to planet fitness o er a mile away. No housekeeping services. I had to request dishes twice. Coat hangers couldn’t be found. Front desk staff was unavailable several times when going to the desk for information. 4 out of the 5 days there was someone working on their vehicle in the parking lot. The room was clean.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
feels like home with cooking facilities and walking distance to Safeway for groceries
- 4/5
We liked everything about our recent stay EXCEPT the intermittent creaking of pipes(water?) in the walls! An otherwise quiet setting was occasionally disrupted.
- 5/5
Great little property for a one night stay. Breakfast might have been a little lackluster, but at least there was some food for the road.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable hotel and room
- 5/5
🙂
- 5/5
Dining is not good
- 5/5
Good as a transition point
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay for the week. Close to where I needed to be a nice quieter neighborhood
- 5/5
Good rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent bed! First couple of days no hot water but that got fixed
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Everything was as expected.
- 2/5
Room smelled really bad like Smoke, sink had what looked dried toothpaste on the handle, hot-water didn't last very long in the shower, breakfast was just coffee and muffins wrapped in plastic. Close to Microsoft Campus, Wifi was good. Don't recommend and won't be staying here again. Worth paying a few bucks extra for a better place.
- 3/5
I would have given a higher review but they ran out of hot water by 10 AM. Not GOOD!
- 5/5
Great location,
- 4/5
The breakfast was alright, The staff were friendly.
- 4/5
Like the stove and full size fridge.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, we had to check out because the rates climbed so high. After check out my family was left out in below freezing conditions while we searched frantically for transportation. They very easily could have allowed my toddlers to wait inside rather than stand out in the extremely bitter cold for over 3 hours!
- 5/5
Great.
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 4/5
The area was quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining areas. Wash machines card readers were non functional, floors in room looked clean but when wiped with a damp cloth were dirty. Exhaust vent in bathroom didn’t work. Furniture and countertops were very clean.
- 5/5
Laine was so amazing and helpful.IT WAS QUIET AND VERY WELCOMING. GREAT PLACE
- 5/5
I feel very comfortable here at Extended Stay. Not because it's fancy and smells of new car or because it's super sparkly, modern and upscale. I like it here because it feels as close to home as it gets when I'm away from home. I don't feel like I need to take off my shoes, walk around on my tiptoes or be careful what I touch. The people who work here all seem to be genuine and relatable. Always happy to accommodate you. Never condescending or judgemental. I've had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff and I can say that the hotel manager, Desire, has done an amazing job with her staff, creating a warm and inviting culture. Daria is very sweet and always quick to smile. Bri is very professional and knowledgeable. Marcella seems like a friendly, funny neighbor. Julio is super chill and makes it feel easier to breathe and relax. Laine has a great personality. She's also very professional and knowledgeable and quick to laugh with you in the right moments. That's why I enjoy staying here and will make this my preferred place to stay whenever away from home. Thank all of you for making our family feel at home through these difficult times where we have no other place to call home
- 4/5
Hardworking Employees Met friendly guests Spacious Room Ability to cook & store food
- 5/5
It was amazingly quiet and relaxing the room was just what we needed and beyond our expectaions
- 5/5
Family friendly 👏
- 5/5
This place is pretty close to perfect for my family. If I'm being hnnest, the rooms are a bit small and the linens could be updated. That being said, what the rooms lack the staff more than nahd uo for. The manager, Desire and the rest of the front desk staff are friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Julio is as chill as chill can be. Marcella is cool, too. I've got to say though, one host on particular goes above and beyond. Laine is always smiling and hospitable. She's professional yet relatable. If you're having any type of issue from your booking to your comfortability, she will always find a solution. 🤘🤘🤘
- 5/5
I dig it here. Been here for almost a month now. The hosts are great! Laine in particular is a bad emmereffer!
- 5/5
This place is super chill. Laine is effin awesome!
- 5/5
Caroline was awesome and amazing. I checked in late and left really early in the morning, and she was so kind to me. Sometimes the overnight lobby attendant isn't the best, but I felt like she went above and beyond to make my short stay the best!
- 2/5
The room next door was having loud sex with screaming, moaning, and pounding on the wall. When I complained to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do, but if I wanted to get redressed and repack they would move me.
- 5/5
Liked how quiet it was
- 5/5
The hotel is sry back off the main road so, it's quiet n chill. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
- 4/5
The staff here are super friendly and always glad to help whenever they can. The rooms are spacious and somewhat open. The stove works well and was very clean when we arrived. The hotel is tucked away back from the main road. It is fairly quiet considering the proximity to the freeway and shopping. Overall it's been a quiet, peaceful stay.
- 5/5
It is amazingly quiet and the help is prompt when you meed it. Great place
- 3/5
This is not ran like most Extended Stay Hotels- no dishes, pots/pans, silverware & 1 spatula is in the bin you have to go get yourself at front desk yer there’s never been a visible Agent during evenings nor Graveyard shift @ it’s hit or miss during the day- obviously need more employees, grounds have lots of garbage laying around that no one cleans up..Extremely noisy neighbors on one side & I swear Elephants were in room above us so NO sleep! People next to us have constant in/out company especially during the night when others are trying to sleep; called front desk 3x with NO answer. I like the room but we have no view at all & the constant slamming of doors & loud people stomping up the stairs & banging on door next door! I have seen no fewer than 10 different people coming & going at ungodly hours!
- 3/5
This extended stay is different in that no pots/pans,dishes,silverware is in Room;have to ask for Bin at Desk. Laundry isn’t Free but $6 load! No dish soap, no paper towels, no napkins, Breakfast is a muffin, Grab/Fruit Bat, Instant Oatmeal packets & that’s it- no fruit or juice or cereal or yogurt
- 5/5
I like it here 🙂
- 5/5
It was amazing, quiet. No one bugged us, but they were prompt when we needed them.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet yet very near freeway and shopping
- 5/5
Quiet but, convenient little spot. Perfectly fits our families needs.
- 5/5
Coo pocation. Tucked away
- 3/5
Room 358 had issues with the heater not working correctly. The heater barely put out a lukewarm stream of air so the room was pretty chilly. Also, the shower did not have hot water. Again, it got only to a lukewarm temperature. Room 258 was fine except for the loud ticking noise coming from the heater when it was cooling down. They had to turn it off so they could sleep.
- 4/5
I will recomend
- 4/5
I had a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great location. Great price for last minute life changes
- 5/5
Shower issue, not a deal breaker.
