Staff were very nice and humble. Breakfast spread was good. We had our booking from 6th may to 7th may. Since the hotel was oversold, our booking was cancelled. That is what was not right, we reached late for our check in as we were travelling and were told that no availability. I understand the charge wasn’t there for 6th but it was a hassled day for us

2nd stay and not much better. Housekeeping misses things like filling the soap and making sure hairdryer etc are there. When I ask for the items it seems like I'm bothering them. The space and location is convenient, but after staying at the Residence Inn in downtown Seattle, the level of customer service is night and day.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff is so helpful and let me extend my stay during a stressful trip when my car was at the mechanic. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you Residence Inn Bellevue! :)

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff is so helpful and let me extend my stay during a stressful trip when my car was at the mechanic. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you Residence Inn Bellevue! :)

My stay was awesome! loved the room. It was perfect. My first time here and i definitely would be coming back. I was here for cheer competition and it was a good place to say with my daughter. Im a happy customer. The apartment hotels were the best. i enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice. And i was welcomed in nicely. i even got a nice welcome bag. it was cool! made me felt special staying here.

The room I stayed in could benefit from some basic fixing due to wear and tear. The lamps usb chargers in the bedroom were both broken. Thankfully there was a usb outlet all the way in the kitchen but that’s not very convenient at all. The hair dryer was broken and making all these crazy noises. The front door look like it had been kicked in at some point because it doesn’t close all the way, which from a security safety standpoint was concerning and annoying cause it drafted really bad. There was 2 black marks on the ceiling in the living room that I originally thought was a spider but maybe a cigarette mark im not sure. The absolutely biggest inconvenience was the bed, and I kinda wish I would have just drove home after my valentines date night out. That bed is terribly old, stiff, and left me with back pain the next day-I’m not even old! Tossed and turned all night on rock hard cardboard bed. They should turn down the hot water tank because it gets scorching hot, and lastly they need to step up their toiletries. For a marriot I expected better. No body wash, no lotion, no little makeup wipe and black was rag. Next time I’d stay at the Fairfield Marriot as I’d rather have a comfy bed over a larger sized room.

Location and room studio. Liked full kitchen. Housekeeping never came to pick up towels. And I had to call repeatedly for new towels to be brought up to my room. Also, connecting my Roku device to the property WI-FI was a nightmare. Needed to have an IT personal person call me and walk me through logging in using my MAC id number.

The property itself was great. The room was nice, quiet and clean. We had a strange experience with the gentleman at the front desk who was incredibly bothered when we asked for ice, he made a couple passive aggressive comments and his whole demeanor was just rude and bizarre.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Will never come again. WiFi horrible, couldn’t streaming, couldn’t even open a webpage. Soundproofing horrible. I could hear very clearly the upper floor showering and walking in heavy steps. Very basic breakfast choices but didn’t change at all for the 4 days I was there. This hotel will keep you alive not nothing close to comfortable.

Appreciate the free cookie & water. Staff was very friendly. I would suggest that they redo the bathroom of room 614 since the shower was dated & painted over. The shower curtain had mildew smell.

Only negative experience is their internet connection doesn’t work in every room like my suite. But in terms of location, cleanliness and overall experience by guest services this place is great for those needing home away from home while working

We were greeted by Kate at the front desk. What a kind and welcoming lady. She was very knowledgable and helped us check in immediately. Because of her and the roominess of our accomidations, we will use this hotel again in the future. We were overal very pleased with our stay.

The room was excellent as the name says Residence Inn. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, plenty of space to put away clothes and luggage. Had a really great time even though only for 2 days. Staff was very helpful and daily free breakfast included. Staff even received my vehicle delivery from out of state without any hassle. 5 star ratings. Great place to stay for long and short term. Only down side was TV was really slow and most of the time was not able to stream youtube which was needed for the kid.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. When I requested an extra blanket, they provided me with two and I appreciated the generosity. The property itself is very nice and the room (Room 613) was very nice and roomy. However, the room never received servicing during my stay, which was unexpected. I didn't stay long enough for that to be a major problem, but I would have preferred a bed change (at the very least) if I stayed longer. My only major "complaint" is the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor, which was far more comfortable. The property might want to considering replacing that sofa! Overall though, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The room itself was alright. I was in an accessible room; so on 1st floor; and the floors above made extreme noise when the guests walked / moved around. The front desk associate took a long time to get back to me to record my new Marriot - Envoy number so I could get a free wifi pass. Last, the free breakfast had limited options, food was not great and it could be improved upon. The yogurt offered should not be called yogurt with the level of preservatives and non-dairy ingredients for example.

Parking is extra at $12 per day (I didn't catch that when booking). Rooms were fine and they served their purpose for a night.

This was great to stay just outside of Seattle. Convenient to get to the rail transportation to go into Seattle.

We stayed in a suite and it was great. We prepared our own dinner one evening and the separate rooms were great, it helped being all together. There was some shopping very close. and a few eating places. Great stay.

Super tasty and healthy hot breakfast daily. It was a great stay. We will be back. I wish all Resdience Inn by Marriott are this good. Lot of dining options as you get to the main street and turn right. Very close to Microsoft campuses. Great staff and free clean drinking water to fill your water bottles in the lobby.

Room was not ready at checkin time. The worst was no timeline was given as when the room was available. This was horrible granted that I have dinner reservation in downtown Seattle an hour after the original checkin time. Ended up with leaving all my luggages in the rental car while having dinner. Not a very safe situation and luckily nothing happen.

When I arrived I waited 20+ minutes cause no one was at the front desk. The room wasn’t clean either. The property was great, and quiet but I’m not sure I’d stay there again.

Staff was absolutely amazing!

When we asked for another room, the receptionist, Kate, said no housekeeping was available but downgraded us to a smaller room. That room was left open when we arrived, smelled heavily of cigarettes, and had towels in a bag left outside. When we said we couldn’t stay there, Kate became annoyed and said nothing more could be done. I asked for a refund to book another hotel, but she refused, even after Expedia called. When I asked for the manager, I was told they weren’t available. And was still denied a refund. At that point, exhausted and with our kids, we said we’d just stay — only to be told we’d already been checked out and no rooms were available. The entire experience was shocking. Kate showed zero compassion, accountability, or respect. This hotel is unsafe, unsanitary, and provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here.

Off the beaten path a bit. But affordable solid accommodations. Staff was very competent and informative.

I was surprised to see the comfortable size of the room - the bed, the kitchen, the bathroom! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils. It was more than I expected. I enjoyed the self serve breakfast. Finally, if I had any concerns or questions, the staff at the main desk was extremely helpful. I would stay at this inn again.

It was an okay stay, I didn’t appreciate the pull out couch to not have a fitted sheet over it, it was super dirty and stained. There was never hot water when showering it was hot for couple min and within minutes turned warm and before we could finish shower it was cold. Other than that everything else was fine.

We got into our room with floors that either did not get vacuumed or were quickly and poorly vacuumed. We noticed stuff on the carpet, stains on the curtains, scuffs and marks on the closet doors, and then I noticed something else on the ground that looked odd and then grabbed a paper towel to retrieve it and it was a big dried up bloody booger... Obviously, a disgusting thing to find on your hotel room floor. I immediately went to the front desk after they did not pick up the phone and expressed my concerns. I asked to see if there was another room to be moved to and Kate expressed that the hotel is full. She offered to have the floor vacuumed, but that doesn't take away the grossness of finding a nasty booger on the carpet. I asked if we could be transferred to another Residence Inn, she said their systems weren't connected. I mentioned a refund and she said the cancellation fee was the price of a one night stay. So, my only option was to stay in the room, or cancel and not get a refund then come out of pocket for another hotel somewhere else. I also mentioned speaking to a manager and she said they don't have managers there over the weekend... Also, she hardly took her hands off the keyboard and could care less. Since we were there for just one night, we decided to stay and wear our shoes in the hotel the entire time because of what else may be laying around on the ground. The last thing you want when you are trying to feel clean and comfortable in your hotel room.

When we opened the door, there was a man in our room. The front desk didn’t seem to be concerned. The screen of the upstairs window was non existent and the window was open. There were pin nails sticking out all over the upstairs carpet .

Overall clean property. Quiet area. Fitness room is tiny.

The room was the perfect space for my family of two adults, three kids and small dog. We enjoyed the pool and bbq’ing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing we disliked is the $12 fee per day to park your car in the property.

We were downgraded from a suite but given 2 rooms which worked out great.

Staff member at check in wasn’t the friendliest. He couldn’t find me on his reservation list and acted annoyed like it was my fault. Key cards didn’t work the first time. Shower curtain smelled terrible like mildew, bathroom had a urine odor. Other than that, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, kitchen was nice. I would try the Fairfield next door on my next stay.

The maximum temperature of the shower was barely above body temperature, and the bath tub did not look clean enough for me to choose having a bath instead. During the 4-nights stay, my room was not cleaned once, which is extremely eco-friendly, in modern hotel jargon. Overall, it didn't deliver the experience I would have expected from a Marriott brand.

The 2 bedroom loft was perfect for us. My daughter felt like a princess in her own suite lol. However the breakfast was NOT it. But having a full kitchen we just cooked for ourselves on day 2. Overall would still recommend this place and would definitely stay again

The penthouse accommodated the family and gave us each our own space. Quiet and safe surroundings. The price was affordable and totally worth it! We had a great stay no complaint here and will definitely come back here when we are in this area.

It really felt like a small apartment for our stay, it was nice! Felt homey. The only issue we had was that the floor wasn’t vacuumed prior to us getting there, our toddler kept finding nail clippings from a previous guest and it was grossing us out, but once we scoured the floors for anything small we were good. The hot water ran out quite quickly each shower but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was satisfactory with a nice spread of choices and the mini store had a good selection of snacks and pain relief that we needed after traveling, check out was smooth

It was a great stay with a nice kitchen. The building was a bit far, asked for towels/house keeping, the job wasn’t done. I asked again the next day, then towels were brought.

Air-con system is too noisy, fan cannot be turned low, only high and off functions. Suite Upstairs is too hot and downstairs is cold.

TC could not able to give me a key because there is some tech problem in their system. So I end up asking them to open the key for me everytime I need it.

Everything was good we stayed in a penthouse suite. Loved the layout and kitchen. Mattress for pull out bed was terrible, and the bathrooms especially the shower tubs really need a remodel. Stained and patched etc plus weirdly curved not flat to stand. But the space was wonderful, the staff was friendly a little less than enthusiastic for the check out crew but check in guy was great. Breakfast was interesting. Veggies, rice, boiled potatoes, beans, sausage, waffles eggs yogurt and cereal.

we asked to have the room cleaned in advance of my wife's eye surgery. a day and half later, after 3 requests, we waited in the car after her surgery for about an hour. I generally don't write negative reviews but this was totally unacceptable.

The room was very large, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Whilst clean and fine, the bathroom area looked a little dated. The breakfast was nice and even when busy there was no issue finding somewhere to sit. It was a big plus that they left out coffee all day Only minor criticism is that room cleaning is only once a week, we a 'refresh' every other day. Seems like a cost cutting measure that should be looked at.

Key number got from Expedia are different from the local office. The lock could not be opened until we found the local office which was not easy to be found, the officer gave us a different number, finally we got door opened. Thanks

I booked this residence Inn by mistake because I didn't realize it was so far from port 91 for our cruise. And we were booked for another night upon our return. When I explained our situation with the front desk, she immediately got on the phone and cancelled our current reservation at this INN and booked us a closer one. I will be forever grateful for her kindness and service. You don't see that type of service now days. I wish remember her name but she the evening shift on 8/18

Excellent stay. My only complaint is that I wish the hotels would go back to daily cleaning, i.e., making bed, fresh towels, and a quick wipe down of the bath. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

Love the penthouse that’s enough for our family of 5. I wish we stay there for our whole trip. We only stayed for a day. Only complaint is that when I wipe off the hand rail going up stair and the wall of second floor where the head board is dirty. I wiped it off and the wipe is gray.

The man at the front was very helpful the breakfast was good. We had a 2 bedroom “penthouse suite” this ended up being a room in an open air loft. Not only did it not get any circulation and was hot at night upstairs but the railing behind the bed was so low it was a danger to our 4 year old. The hotel itself was dated and could use an update. My husband accidentally left his jacket and AirPods there. No one knew what we were talking about yet the air pods are being tracked and they come and go from there every day. Obviously someone who works there stole them.

We do not have a car when we initially arrived. It would’ve been difficult to move our luggage to one of the buildings in the center of the complex so they changed it to an outside building without any hassle. We appreciated it. The breakfast was good and the kitchen we had in the unit came in handier than we thought. It was a nice size room.
