Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its convenient location, friendly staff, and cleanliness. Many guests enjoy the indoor pool and gym facilities. However, there are some recurring issues such as problems with hot tub cleanliness, uncomfortable pull-out beds, and occasional issues with room service orders being cold or incomplete.

I love the location , close to the park , the mall , restaurants. I always stay at the property , this time felt different. The rooms weren’t always clean, the beds were nearly made, not at arrival or even once was water left in the room , I had packages received to the hotel thru Amazon , I had to trace them thru which wasn’t ideal and on top of that you pay for each package received a fee- things that I would think are normal - I would pay if it was even made easy and sent to the room, in each time I received a package it was a story to find , and I would have to pick up myself from the reception. Not even being a Marriott member made a difference. There is no special treatment at all.
- 3/5
Nice and modern in a lovely area. It would’ve been great to have a pack of useful things in the bathroom like shower cap, cotton tips, makeup pads etc. Parking was expensive.

Great location, wall king distance to restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and staff great.

Literally loved every part of our stay the room the space the bed and the balcony with the view. I hope to stay here every time we’re in town
- 3/5
Our stay was ok. My complaints are we found hair in our bathtub upon arrival, our pillow sham had a hole in it, we had to ask for assistance with the in room fridge (no instruction provided) and it was very noisy, our "neighbors" were loud until 1 am amd then other people were up early so we didnt get much sleep. The best part of our stay was the wonderful scent of their white tea products and spending time with my husband.

Staff are fabulous all the way around.

The breakfast is ridiculous at this hotel. You have to do a brunch which sometimes in the morning people aren’t that hungry you don’t have an option to just get a bagel or cream cheese or a muffin. Nobody wants to have a huge buffet.

This hotel always delivers. The atmosphere is more business than holiday. It has a great gym and an even better pool if you want to keep up your work outs while traveling. Super comfy and super quiet. It’s also within walking distance to many restaurants.

- 5/5
Outstanding location, great fitness center and pool. One minor problem - the hot water isn’t hot. I can understand not wanting clients to get scalded, but the best we got, regardless of time of day, was warm water.

Check in check out was smooth and easy and quick. Room was perfect and the view and shower made it the most amazing experience.

We didn't get a stay at all. We had an illness and we had no options at all for changes or refunds, despite paying the "trip protection" option. This is not the Westin's fault. It's our fault for using hotels.com. We will not make that mistake again. We should have booked with the Westin hotel directly. We would have been treated like real customers, at least. Do not use hotels.com.
- 4/5
We were very disappointed in our stay at the Westin. When making the reservation it said there was a mini bar, there was no mini bar. Another reason we stayed at the Westin was for room service. We got there and there was no menu in the room. After waiting 35 min to get a menu they called and just wanted to tell me what was on the menu and have me decided. But I was also with another person and she couldn’t hear so we opted not to get it. Big bummer for us. Plus there was no microwave in the room so even when we did go out it was worthless to take food back to room because we couldn’t refrigerate or warm it up. There was no bar soap to wash your hands either. Just not what I was expecting at such a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent stay! Amazing property
- 5/5
My only comment would be about how incredibly packed and loud the pool got. It is a very family oriented hotel so expect to see lots of kids. I do think they could have done a better job maintaining some order in the pool. There were a couple of unsupervised kids being loud and rowdy so it provided a poor experience for the guests with much younger kids. I think doing a check from time to time just to remind some of the rowdier, younger guests to be mindful of their noise levels and to watch out for the little kids in the pool would have been appreciated so everyone could have a great time enjoying the amenities.

Clean and nice - east to walk to shopping

Wonderful hotel and staff!

We got the holtel and they did not let us know are room was not ready. We had to wait like 45min for them to clean are room after that they did not let us know about 150$ fee they took from us, and for an 8star i hoping for better. Other then that it was ok
- 5/5
Love love it here!
- 3/5
You have to pay to park. The bed was very comfortable
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable!
- 5/5
Great experience, I’d stay there again.
- 2/5
The lady that check me in was a little rude. No eye contact just stared down at the keyboard and didn't explain anything I had to ask where to park and where things were. I got there 30 minutes after checkin time and yet my room wasn't ready all she said was is your room isn't ready and just stared at the keyboard offering no other information. When I asked when it will be ready she just said "I couldn't say" and that was it. Offered no information or alternatives. I was very disappointed. I also felt like the room and accomodations were small and a little underwelming for what I paid for. I don't think I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
Room was ready when we arrived that was a nice surprise
- 5/5

Other than the ridiculous cold, self serve breakfast for $25, our stay was first class. Thank you to the front desk staff, especially Jun, who helped us get oriented and booked in a fabulous room. If you want a memorable getaway, we highly recommend.
- 1/5
They authorized 160% of the total tab on my card without telling me . Totaled 1600$ - I have never had a hotel charge me more than 500$ for an incidental charge. When I said something - they couldn’t care less!
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was great!
- 5/5
Loved the staff and hotel. They gave my kids toys at check in, made our experience awesome!
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms. My only critisim was the cold buffet breakfast. I did try to tell the waiter but he ignored me or didn't hear.
- 1/5
They charged extra money to my stay. When checked in
- 4/5
The room was spotless and staff was friendly
- 5/5
Not so great: Room had accessible bathroom, not what we reserved, we chose shower w/tub. No one greeting outside of hotel front to help with bags. Unfriendly valet at kiosk, seemed like my car being parked for a few minutes was a niusance.
- 5/5
Excellent upkeep of the hotel!!!! The location is prime for walking to the many dinning and shopping locations. I really recommend you to visit.
- 5/5
Favorite place
- 5/5
Great Customer Service. Easy Check- in & out and convenient parking. Highly recommend The Westin Bellevue for its great location to shopping, dinning and activities. Would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Great location. Nice hotel. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Good gym, comfy beds, great staff
- 1/5
The room had toe nails on the floor, pubic hair and someone’s contacts in the shower, also the smoke alarm was covered with tape, and the bed had stains.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Amazing hotel and staff… they just lacked enough staff which was very odd.
- 5/5
Love it as in the center of town
- 5/5
Excellent place, I highly recommend!
- 5/5
LOVED IT! One pillow had a small hole in the case and the carpet by the wall was a bit pulled up :( but everything was PERFECT
- 4/5
The staff was not the friendliest upon check in; the next morning had to wait quite a bit for valet to bring the car- overall experience could have been better
- 5/5
Great welcome service by Bradley. Very polite and attentive to detail. Went past front desk on second day and he remembered why I was visiting the area. Will probably stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place for a weekend getaway!
- 5/5
This is a great spot. The hotel staff were kind and the pool was nice. Recommended
- 5/5
Great stay, I like the views and they have great amenities like the hot tub and pool with a descent size gym. The pool area has an outside patio to relax under the sun. The only issue is you have to walk quite far across a sky bridge and go into the other building to one of the parking garages. Or pay for the valet so you don’t have to walk.
- 4/5
The pool was really cold uncomfortably so, one of the outlets in the case goods in our room was loose and came right out.
- 5/5
It was a fantastic experience! Been traveling most of the day and was exhausted when arriving to a friendly, and happy staff!!!
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Great hotel and safe area
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Everything was quick and efficient from the valet to check-in. They also let us check in a bit early which is always appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean, easily walkable to downtown Bellevue
- 5/5
clean rooms, great service and great location!
- 5/5
Very disappointed to learn pool was under construction upon arrival. Notice when book or pre arrival would have been appreciated. Very disappointed to not have the hot tub after hiking.
- 5/5
The staff are super nice and accommodating. We have such a relaxing time at the hotel. Definitely will come back for sure! The room is lovely and clean. Bonus point that the hotel literally connected to the mall and yummy food places :)
- 2/5
Swimming pool was closed for renovation - Expedia and the resort should publish it when reserving the property. I specifically chose a hotel with pool as an amenity in my filtering options. Breakfast buffet is expensive, and there are no ala carte options. Thankfully, there are options around the hotel. There is no convenience store to buy basic amenities, and the hotel skimps out on body lotion etc. Parking is expensive ($37 for self parking and $47 for valet parking).
- 5/5
We travel for medical reasons, but it always feels like a mini vacation when we stay at the Westin Bellevue. It’s my favorite hotel in this area. Accessible, convenient, clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great location, clean property and great people.
- 3/5
Room was clean and attractive. Not many other amenities besides a room to stay in. Gym was basic, pool was closed, not many decorations or anything to make me impressed on any floors - No grand staircase or art or anything beyond the basic bland hotel "we are minimalist" fare. Staff were friendly. Appreciated having the parking included in the hotel cost.
- 5/5
The person at the desk was awesome!!
- 4/5
Only spent one night but it was a good one. Clean, great location and staff was nice, especially the crew for breakfast. Would need to spend more days and use all the amenities to possibly give it 5 stars.
- 5/5
Great location walking to shopping and food, extremely clean and well maintained facilities.
- 5/5
Exceptional service
- 5/5
Great stay as always!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The location and it was nice and quiet. It Was the perfect place For a quick overnight trip.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Super convenient to shopping and dining.
- 5/5
The convenience of being surrounded by so many shopping and dining options within a walkable distance was helpful for us.
- 5/5
Great location to Bell Square and Lincoln Square. Lots of dining and shopping options across the street. Lucky Strikes !! Great walk ability. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Centric location, awesome place to stay.
- 5/5
Lovely
- 5/5
We have stayed here a few times and really enjoy the location.
- 4/5
We enjoy the pool here - and easy access to shopping.
- 4/5
The room appeared clean until I dropped something behind the night stand and saw a thick layer of dust and an old bottle cap. Housekeeping could be more thorough.
- 5/5
We just love the Westin! The location is prime, and the hotel is beautiful. We love staying here for our family staycations. We can walk everywhere to shop and get food! Cant beat this hotel!
- 5/5
Excellent property!
- 2/5
Nice view of 1/2 of Lake WA and Peek-a-boo of Cascades. Room was not clean. Small glass rolling carts instead of counter in bath, really dirty. Asked EXPRESS SERVICE TO please clean it and vacuum, dust everything. Even tray of glasses were piled with dust. Water soaked bath floor, really disgusting. No one cleaned this mess, only brought new towels. No sundries, gotta use room service to get a Diet Coke! Very disappointing.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and rooms
- 5/5
Loved it! The spa is incredible!
- 5/5
We loved everything, if we needed something the staff was very accommodating, would definitely recommend and return!
- 5/5
Located on a perfect location for everything you want to do for memorable time.
- 5/5
Such a great place to stay and great location!
- 5/5
Checking in was so easy and they even offered a complimentary upgrade of our room for our 11 year wedding anniversary! We have the most beautiful views of lake Washington and Seattle and Bellevue! It has been so peaceful and relaxing here. Room was so clean and smelled great! We will definitely be back!!
- 4/5
The property was very clean and comfortable. The room was also lovely although we had a few minor issues with our stay. 1st and foremost was the in room dining, not only were the delivery and service fees outrageously high, but the food was also terrible. absolute waste of money. secondly as bonvoy members we were not offered any kind of room upgrade which was strange. That being said we did receive early check in and late checkout which made our stay wonderful.
- 1/5
Was billed twice…
- 4/5
Only issue was no towels available in the pool area
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Amazing service
- 2/5
For how much money you’re spending to be close to the shopping and restaurants it was not worth it. I would have rather walked a little ways to stay somewhere that had towels without holes. Paying so much for a hotel room and having decent towels is a requirement. I saw this on a review before I went and assumed it was taken care of by now. No, the towels are so thin and they had holes in them. Like we were staying in a motel 6. I actually think a motel 6 would be better I would not recommend this property. They need to make some quality changes.
- 5/5
Coming into the area for a medical procedure and they were very accommodating to let me check in early.
- 5/5
Beautiful lights and access to meals, shopping. Incredibly polite check in staff.
- 5/5
Free parking would be appreciated
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
But noon check out was nice. Wonderful time
- 5/5
Valet parking was a little hard to find. Front desk staff was excellent!
- 5/5
Location was great, I always look forward to staying here. Great service all around.
- 5/5
The Hotel was the perfect location if you want to shop, it was the perfect location to watch the Snowflake Lane Parade, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Without a doubt the finest stay in any hotel I’ve ever been to.
- 4/5
We always stay here when in Bellevue. Good place to be to be central. Overall happy, although room service is slow this time around, I was told lots of requests are made and therefore, they’ll get to us when they get to us. We asked for certain amenities while checking in at 6p. While I’m writing this review at 8:40p, still nothing. We’ll see.
- 5/5
An excellent spot to stay for a planned Christmas shopping spree
- 5/5
We liked everything about the hotel.
- 4/5
Great location for Bellevue Square shopping including the Snowflake Lane parade
- 2/5
Wifi not working, they didn’t tell it in advance, I have important meeting to take, I can reschedule or change the plan if I know the WiFi issue in advance! They should let you know the information when making the reservation!
- 1/5
Put us in a different room than we paid for and then proceeded to tell us to check back to switch rooms. Well we did that multiple times and the front desk never called back after promising more than once.
- 5/5
The hotel was quiet, clean, conveniently located by food venues, and the pool was great for kids.
- 3/5
The room on the 4th floor was so incredibly noisy from outside and the parking garage. In room dining was limited in its choices. Overall very clean and decent bed. Pillows very soft.
- 5/5
We loved our stay! It was relaxing and peaceful and the room was so wonderful! We were so happy with the customer service we received and we will be back!
- 3/5
The bathtub faucet only filled up with extremely hot water, we had to use cold water from the shower to cool down the bathtub. This was resolved shortly after letting the front desk know. Housekeeping came to the room, gave us more towels and halfway did the bed and left all but 2 pillows on the floor. There was crumbs from previous guests in the room on the nightstand lamp base. To top everything off we found a fingernail clipping which was not ours next to the near bathroom since faucet. This stay was extremely disappointing, and I would have rather went home where I know things are clean.
- 5/5
We were here to take my kid to Seattle Children's Hospital for a surgery, and this was by far the best hotel stay we've experienced when going to the hospital early the next day. First, access to the hotel was great, parking with valet was very easy and helpful. Likewise, access to the 520 toll road was easier to access than other similar hotels in the area. The gentleman at check in was wonderful, he seemed genuinely concerned about our accessibility needs, something other places in the area didn't seem to want to address at all. I found this to be quite refreshing and polite. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly, and the room was very comfortable/clean. I definitely want to stay here again. It was definitely a 4 star experience.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Loved pool and hot tub!
- 5/5
Love this property.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Very luxurious bedding and in room amenities.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with all amenities nearby. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. I will definitely return
- 4/5
Excellent location and a great place both for family or for work. It’s a bit overpriced
- 1/5
Horrible
- 5/5
We had a good stay at this property, wish parking was included since the price is quite high
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Our stay at the Westin was great. We appreciated that it wasn't busy surrounding the hotel and the hotel itself was quite quiet. We were able to get early check in and late check out. It's in a very convenient location and walkable to parks, activities, restaurants, shopping.
- 5/5
This one was just as nice as the one in Seattle we really liked it. Restaurant was delicious and the pool was really nice.
- 1/5
none
- 3/5
I would have giving this a 5 stars but room service let us down more then once, an messed up our schedule for our planned out trip. an when I called front desk instead of helping us with our issues they where trying to be sells man.
- 5/5
Great location and facilities
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful hotel
- 3/5
- Spacious room, - decently renovated - partial view to the lake with a small swimming pool Areas to improve - Only one towel hook inside bathroom which is definitely insufficient for hanging used towels - there is an obvious scratch at the base of toilet Btm and the installation of toilet flush tank is not square to the toilet seat - Small & suboptimal wardrobe design without drawer: for room with two queen size beds, there is only one single-person sized wardrobe, with only hanging rods but no drawers for clothing - Suboptimal placement of room-safe which requires user to kneel down every time - No safety handle/rail in bathroom/bath tub which poses fall risk to elderly/frail customers In-room CV1 coffee machine requires frequent water refill which is not user friendly enough and not suitable for making tea either - Coffee shop at the lobby - staff frequently talk loudly and nonstop - Should consider providing toothpicks in room and cafe - Gym is much smaller than that of the W Bellevue
- 5/5
Overall nice place,
- 4/5
I loved it, everything was great about the property. The only issue was I had reserved a King Deluxe room with a patio and I wasn't put into a room I thought I was renting. It was just a regular view room without the patio. It was very upsetting, that was the reason I rented at the Westin so I can have a patio with my room. Unfortunately that was the only bad experience. Not getting the room you are expecting is the worst.
- 3/5
I wanted so badly for this stay to be a five star experience but it fell short. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room itself was not up to par for the nightly rate. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and so the bathroom would get foggy and over heated. Several of our body towels had frayed edges which gave off a low budget feel. The view out my room on the fifth floor was of a brick wall. My bed was not comfortable and the mattress topper would move underneath me and cause bunching during the night. Overall, the experience left me sad and disappointed in this Marriot - Westin property.
