The room i booked come with 2 breakfasts. Only me had breakfast there and they charged me for it
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 2/5
The staff was inattentive (too busy talking to each other). The climate control in the room itself was really poor. The thermostat settings were incredibly limiting, so I had to buy a fan and have it door-dashed to me just to any any airflow. Smelled a lot like a damp basement. The coffee wasn't stocked in my room; it was just irritating overall. The parking situation was unclear and messy. It was a garbage experience, but they get away with it because the location is good for access to the medical facilities. I wouldn't recommend or stay again.

It is clean and location is very near to where i need to attend an event at Maydenbauer center. The pillow is too soft, toilet ventilator is very loud and sound proofing is not exactly good. I can hear the adjunct room voices in my room very clearly if the guests raise their voices when speaking.
- 2/5
My heat was not working and the maintenance came up while i was getting ready for bed. Very awkward- it never came on that night. Overly priced as well.
- 5/5
Excellent location, clean, quiet at night. Netflix!

Nice room clean place , and the staff were friendly I would stay agin.

Comfy rooms and courteous staff.

there was a broken cup in the restroom the soap bottles were empty and i couldnt get ahold of any room service the whole trip so i had to go out and buy my own i would never stay here again 0/10
- 4/5
There was no way to cool down the temperature of the room. Too warm to sleep in. Otherwise, fine
- 5/5
Customer service was great. The room was great. The food and wait staff were great. I highly recommend to everyone.
- 4/5
Only bummer was there wasn’t a free coffee station in the morning. I like to grab a coffee without speaking to anyone in the morning and taking it up to my room to enjoy. The room did have a Keurig, but they make terrible tasting coffee, in my opinion. Overall, I would stay there again.

Would have been nice to have the bar available before 5 pm to watch football games

Great location, easy access clean nice accommodations In my lovely room everything went well until I tried to turn off the lights! couldn’t get light OFF over the bed had to sleep with pillow over my head all night. I tried every light switch to no avail tried to call desk for help Mailbox was full. They weren’t accepting messages which seemed odd. Meant to report to the front desk upon departure!

The walls in this hotel are insanely thin. Also I was unfortunately in a room inbetween a family - one side was unmonitored LOUD teenagers arguing and using profanity into the late hours and the other side of me was the parents with the younger loud kids. It was horrible.
- 5/5
I like the Starbucks in there,,,
- 5/5
It is good hotel. Even better than the Marriot close by.
- 5/5
Staff was professional and punctual. Equally kind and patient. Immaculate hotel and surroundings.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Would return.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great service from check in to check out. Great property. I will return.
- 5/5
Great area to stay in! The hotel was very clean, and we’ll definitely return the next time we’re in Seattle. There were plenty of food options nearby, and downtown was just a 25-minute drive. The location felt central and convenient for exploring other parts of the city
- 5/5
Great staff and clean.
- 4/5
Tidy quite place.
- 5/5
Safe and quiet stay!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
had a really good time and lots of places to eat nearby
- 4/5
Nice location. Loud in hallway in middle of night.
- 4/5
Parking is expensive
- 5/5
Good place
- 1/5
I didn't like the carpet in the room. There was a tub, and it was just old.
- 4/5
Great location, walk to Bellevue square in mins
- 5/5
Also close to the shopping area and restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 1/5
Service is zero Staff doesn’t have knowledge for booking concerns We had to wait for 2 hrs in the night to get our room
- 2/5
The bar was a fleece. Didn't have the wine I wanted, sold me up to the other (nearly 2x) with no offer of a price break. Breakfast price was absolutely ridiculously high and the wait staff was solemly on duty - not friendly, at all.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff throughout. Location made it easy to get coffe and food.
- 5/5
Great staff excellent property and gave me an early check in and a late check out 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
- 2/5
Property is great. We were booked in the incorrect room. This was not easily remediated and we did not get the correct room until late (the first room given, not the booking that w as correct, did not have enough b eds for our party)..
- 3/5
Though the stay is good, for a visitor to Seattle this is far off. Breakfast option provided in the site was confusing and they charged 28$ for the breakfast with less option for vegetarian. Pay for the parking is extra which made this trip costlier. There are more better options avialable to stay with free breakfast.
- 5/5
Great stay. The shower curtain smelled a bit strong.
- 5/5
Great hotel, service is awesome. Schedule transportations of all our travels in Seattle.
- 5/5
Helpful and friendly staff
- 5/5
Loved the area and staff, room was very nice and perfect
- 5/5
Everything especially the guy that works night time front desk, he was such a help everytime. He tries his best to accommodate and help everyone.
- 3/5
I liked how easy it was to find
- 5/5
Highly recommend this pace!
- 5/5
Ease at check in, very clean and neat room. A comfortable stay, will be back.
- 5/5
Really nice place. Staff was great, super nice. Very convenient and close to walk around. Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Was very please woth this spot. A tiny bit more of a walk to the main area of food a d shops than I wanted but not far enough that complaining even seems appropriate. Also, staff was SO kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend and will consider for conferences in the area in the future!
- 5/5
Great property, clean, quiet, spacious rooms, huge lobby
- 4/5
The parking is somewhat inconvenient. If your key doesn’t work on the doors that allow you access to the elevator, you have to walk with all your stuff to another level to open another door that will let you through.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Would be good if the restaurant was open for breakfast and lunch too

I hate the fact that parking isn’t provided for customers, I know city has it’s problems but it bugs me
- 5/5
The lobby was open, clean and inviting. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
Overall is great
- 5/5
Room was very quiet and bed was extra comfortable
- 5/5
Great price, great customer service, clean & comfortable room, everything you need within the hotel: bar, lounge, food service, Starbucks, parking and Kobe restaurant. Great location, downtown Bellevue, WA. Highly recommend, will stay here again.
- 4/5
Unless the hotel is fully booked I would book this room 277, last. The view from the window is of the flat roof with the exhaust piping. It was fine for us as we just there to sleep, but if someone is planning a longer trip give them a better room.
- 2/5
I came with two big suitcases. They put me in a room very far from the elevator to make it more difficult for me to carry them. Needless to say, they didn’t offer me any assistance.
- 5/5
Accessible to many restaurants and shopping. Excellent check in.
- 2/5
The facility was clean. Staff were okay but very short noncommittal reply’s. It took us an hour to get our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant.Supposedly handicap accessible room was hard to navigate across thresholds with wheelchair. Roll in shower with no chair. And the top of it all my car was broken into in their secure lot. Broke the back window and staff wasn’t in the least concerned
- 4/5
Guest Parking lacks lighting .
- 4/5
Pillows could have been less flat but other than that, nice place to go lay down to take a nap.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Loved this hotel and will return again. Great looking property and great staff. Location was ideal
- 5/5
Great location for shopping 🛍️ & places to enjoy good food. Very clean, friendly staff, nice size rooms. No weekend maid service. Parking garage daily fee $30. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay, awesome property, excellent experience, perfect location!
- 5/5
Best stay ever at the Marriott, it didn't disappoint.
- 4/5
Good spot except having to pay for parking!
- 3/5
Property is in a great location. However, they were doing work right outside my window. Apparently, they can’t work during the day so they were jackhammering all night long right outside my window.
- 5/5
Richard checked us in. He was an absolute Gem. So polite and very customer service oriented. Hats off to him.
- 5/5
Was nice, the tp was cheap though
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We have stayed here many times. The front desk staff is amazing, the rooms are always comfortable and clean and it’s in a great area.
- 5/5
Overall, a great stay and staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Close access to everything downtown
- 5/5
When I stay in Bellevue this is my favorite property, as I can park in the below parking when I arrive, then take a brisk walk to both business meetings and restaurants/bars without having to negotiate the challenging parking condition of downtown Bellevue. And with all the towers going up its only acerbating the parking dilemma.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean, spacious room was very comfortable and the price was much less than other hotels nearby. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in the area for a business or personal trip!
- 5/5
What else you ask? - Free ebike’s to use! - The breakfast buffet is $24 bucks but includes fresh cut fruit, an omelet chef and everything you could possible want - The nicest downtown of any city I’ve ever seen. Not one piece of litter - anywhere - Bellevue is close to Seattle proper but a world apart. The not so good? This is a super expensive area. How do you say? There’s a Prada and an Hermes store across the street 👀. Be prepared to pay a premium to eat or drink.
- 5/5
The a c was bad can’t sleep at night because it was hot
- 4/5
Quick stay. Lobby and amenities are nice. Room was standard. Bit of noise and a draft from the balcony door in the room. Overall good for what we needed for 1 night.
- 1/5
No free parking as advertised. No free continental breakfast. Small parking spaces. Tough parking for SUV.
- 5/5
Very Good!
- 5/5
I was on business travel, The staff was nice and polite. And the area is very convenient blockable two restaurants in shopping.
- 5/5
Maybe have free breakfast options
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 1/5
Charged twice on a dinner and was told breakfast is included but upon arrival it is not.
- 3/5
Not so fabulous: the room smelled slightly like smoke and was all around funky smelling. Two of the four towels had visible stains on them (gross). The toilet sort of flushed bit you had to giggle the handle all weird to get it to work. The toilet paper is like 1/2 ply, I expect better from Marriott! All in all it was an ok stay, i probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.
- 5/5
Great location and price
- 3/5
Our stay was ok. The king size bed wasn’t very comfortable. The walls are thin so you can hear everyone around you. On our last day the room next to us had an alarm go off at 630AM for about 15 minutes. Then at 830AM housekeeping came knocking on our door, said “check out?”, even though we had check out at 12PM and there was a “do not disturb” sign hanging on our door. We promptly left after the rude awakening.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 1/5
I paid room, but didn’t let me check in, too terrible
- 3/5
They first put me in a room where the bathroom easily flood, and there were bodily hair on the bed sheet. I had to switch to a new room at night. New room was ok.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms were adequate and comfortable. The attached Starbucks was a bonus.
- 4/5
Good service.
- 4/5
IThey do not clean the rooms every day. Instead, you have the option of having it cleaned on the 3rd day of your stay or not at all. It was fine for me, since I was there alone, but I can't imagine how that would play out with a family.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
The not-so-good: (1) The lobby was so noisy! The whole are down there is in desperate need of sound dampening. There was several times I had to put my ear up right next to the service rep so I could hear her--no kidding! (2) We paid for a room with a King bed and a rollout bed, but there was no rollout bed there. I attempted to call down to the front desk, but they don't answer--after a couple of rings, you hear a message that the mailbox is full. Very unprofessional! My wife has difficulty walking and they had put us in literally the farthest room from the elevator, so to take our stuff back down to the lobby to get another room would have been a major hassle and we kept the room we were given. (3) They didn't tell us until we were checking in that parking would be an additional $30 (plus tax). We had prepaid for the room and there were no refunds, so I paid up but I was very annoyed about learning about it at the last minute instead of when I booked the room. (4) There were a few other little weird things. Like, the way the bathroom faucet was installed (too far back), it was impossible to use it and not get water all over the counter. Was it a horrible experience? No. But it was the most expensive of all the hotels we booked for our vacation, and there we enough things that weren't right that it made for a pretty irritating stay.
- 4/5
Hotel was great but they didn’t have breakfast available only Starbucks .Even tho it advertised there was breakfast available. That was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel .
- 5/5
Funtastic!!!
- 5/5
How it was across from Bellvue Square, walking distance from art and QFC. We love how we can get on the highway.
- 3/5
They wrote off $260, went to investigate and got it back. parking is very inconvenient, too cramped. small room, but all amenities were ok
- 5/5
Loved that Starbucks was in the hotel!!
- 3/5
The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I was placed in a handicap accessible room, which I did ask for nor enjoyed due to the rails, low dresser drawers, etc. The bathroom was not clean and had a strong musky smell.
- 5/5
I liked the hotel and ambience of the room overall. What I really disliked and soured the experience was lack of included parking and lack of any complimentary bottled water for guests
- 1/5
Moldy smelly gross place
- 5/5
Great location and well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly.
- 3/5
Close to a few restaurants and places to eat, Safeway within walking distance (about 0.5 mile), within Circuit ride radius so that was nice to get around in (but it is on demand so there’s a wait for ride).
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
I've traveled for business every month for the past 7 years, about 3-4 days each stay. I regularly run into hotels with very uncomfortable beds, leaving me with poor sleep and body aches. However, this hotel was different. The beds were perfect! I slept soundly every night and woke up refreshed and without pain or tiredness. When I return to Bellevue, this is where I will stay
- 5/5
Very clean, safe , amazing staff. The lobby is very beautiful and peaceful too.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay, would come again. Everything was exceptional!
- 5/5
Nice staff and big modern room. Close to everything.
- 5/5
Parking on the lower level ,safe and nice place
- 4/5
Great location for the convention center. But they didn't have enough rooms in the dance bloc for many of the families coming that weekend. And they jacked up the prices like crazy!!! They did remodel the rooms but they're still pretty basic. Not happy to get a basic hotel room with basic amenities for the price you'd pay at a high level resort!
- 5/5
Clean. Staff was pleasant.
- 1/5
Breakfast was good but confused if it is included because they want us to sign the restaurant.I am not sure if this is this is new thing in the industry but never had this experience before . Over all did not want to recommend or come back to this hotel.
- 5/5
I liked that they had room service until 10pm and a starbucks in the hotel. Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a great area. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
We travelled with 3 other families all together so we asked to the front desk when we checked in if we could have all at the same floor. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped us kindly. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was phenomenal. And lastly, yes, we got all at the same floor!
- 2/5
I was given a room next to extremely loud party with a thin wall separating us
- 3/5
I chose this hotel because a pool was advertised. However the pool is now permanently closed. Please don't reserve if you are looking for a pool.
- 5/5
The area was quiet even though there was construction going on in the area and with it being the weekend the workers were off. Easy access to interstate. Not to far from downtown Seattle. The staff was awesome.
- 5/5
Check in was great! Very welcoming. We’ve stayed here prior and they never disappoint with their customer service. Only problem is the thermostat. It wouldn’t change temp, stayed at 68 they sent someone up right away however it only moved up 2 degrees but we just left it alone and bundled up a little more. It sounded like it was a common concern. Perhaps changing their system to make it less problematic for people’s stay.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and spacious. Easy parking available. Breakfast was excellent.
