    The door to our card keyed building was propped open at least 2 nights and days as well. Why have card keys, if no one keeps the doors to the outside closed?? This made me very uncomfortable, and one night I removed the towel holding the door to the outside open. While the office staff was fantastic, shouldn't someone be responsible for making certain that no doors from the outside are propped open?

    The staff was outstanding when we checked in. Parking was easy, the room was clean. But the property was not in the best condition, nor quiet at night, nor with any toiletries, like shampoo or even Kleenex or similar products.

    The places relatively inexpensive but like they say you get what you pay for. It’s an old hotel not kept up a lot of stains not clean well but pillows were great. The bed was OK. The shower had good pressure. The outside was not clean. The restaurant next-door was awesome foot was good . I will not stay there again and not because of the hotel is just that I have a little bit of better standards.

    My mind, please think twice before you even check in because this place is filthy. Disgusting the manager hang up the phone on me after calling me a liar after saying five days without a room cleaning service.     The outside parking lot was full of beer, cans and people’s garbage and did not look like it have been cleaned up for quite a while. The hallways to the room of the second floor of where I was staying, had garbage on the ground. The interior of the room has no amenities. I got one bar of soap and two towels. I could hear the people above me every time they flush the toilet you could hear it due to the thin walls. I was booked for two nights. I chose to stay the first night and found an alternative hotel for the second night. I will not be returning to this hotel.

    I have a very early booking. I bring the confirm email, and confirmation number to check in, the hotel told me they don't have my reservation. And also they don't have the room available. I have a long trip to get there and very late. But I cannot get the room when I got there. I need to looking for another hotel at the late night. It's very bad!!!

    I needed a quick spot to stay because I was going to a music event. First off don’t be fooled by the pics online. The big nice looking hotel is the Ext Stay hotel next door. This motel is from the 80’s at best. run down, bare filthy rooms.The back is empty, dark & abandoned (Bldg C) super sketchy. I checked in at 3 pm and explicitly told the front person I didn’t want to be in that bldg. she told me that’s all they had and that I had to wait to see if anything came available that after 3 they would have something. So I left and came back and then another person told me the same thing I insisted on not staying in that dark back bldg so the manager heard me and told the front desk person to put me in a room and mother room in the front bldg A magically came available. My god the rooms are so gross, I don’t think the floors were swept/mopped and I was lowkey scared I was gonna get bedbugs. I already paid and rolled the dice. We went to our event and came back and I’m walking in and someone with a big dog with no leash comes down the hall. I have a small dog so I go outside and tell my hubby to not come in yet. We go in and bring in an overnight bag cuz I’m not taking chances with bugs and walk back outside and we hear someone literally screaming having sex echoing down the hall. Geezus don’t bring your kids or you’ll have to explain some stuff to them you ain’t ready for. I literally feel so grossed out right now. Bruh pay more I should’ve trust me. Nope. Lesson learned

    Parking was good, staff were helpful and swift at addressing any concerns/issues we had. The rooms were decently cleaned when we got there, but a couple hairs were in the bedding. For a quick two night stay it was okay! + great price. Restaurant next door was also great.

    They were obviously gaslighting me; first they wouldn’t give me the king room that was already paid for, was in and rebooked for the next day, then they falsely accused my wife of not picking up my dogs doodoo, and when I got a little upset and used the word “sucks” to describe my situation and called booking.com to fix things, they decided it would be good customer service to ban me from the property. Sidenote: My wife’s dog always uses the grass so when the manager showed me the “uh-oh” mark on the sidewalk I had to have a full blown conversation with my wife about it, she remembered clearly that there was already a human size doody on the sidewalk and when her dog did the doo it was in the grass and her hands were full so she returned to clean it up after she put down her coffee. I’m sure when I asked the manager to show me where it was, he immediately discovered that she had indeed returned to pick it up, so to keep himself from being wrong and embarrassed he decided to ultimately blame me for the remnants of the sidewalk doodoo. I offered to scrub it off the sidewalk, thankfully I talked to my wife first before I got my hands dirty. To think he would have let me scrub off someone else’s excrement from the sidewalk is wild and beyond my comprehension of what a decent hotel manager should be let alone a decent human being. I’d expect more even from an incompetent manager. I feel bad for the maids here I can’t imagine what they have to put up with. I Luckily have a lawyer in my family and we are seeing what we can do and piecing together a possible case for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and of course breach of contract.

    The room was quiet and comfortable. The fan in the bathroom did not work (no switch for it). The elevator was functional but apocalyptic-looking. There was a sticky liquid all over the floor by the stairwell, but staff cleaned it quickly after I called about it. There was a homeless person living in the parking lot near the back entrance, despite a sign clearly saying that parking was for Motel 6 guests only.

    There was only one set of towels in the room for two of us. The bathroom sink was missing the drain stop and it was not provided though we requested it right after we checked in. We were there for 2 nights and three days and the sink drainer was never provided. The only good thing about this motel was the proximity to places we need to visit.

    Our stay was not good. First room we got smelled like vomit and had a cockroach. Then the second room they moved us too, smelled like cigarette smoke & it was a non smoking room. we had to leave a/c on all night for the smell. The bedsheets were stained & the blankets had like dog hair. It was messy and gross. I know this is budget friendly but at least it should be clean.

    Thiis is actually a very nice motel 6 . The property is huge and has a nice pool and even a jacuzzi. Which gives it a Best western vibes . Of course the rooms need painting and the windows are old . But , very spacious rooms which is very nice . The rate is very reasonable so I i definitely recommend this one if you are on a budget.

    The reason for my poor ratings is due to the non-functioning of two of the four vending machines which I had to use for my supper that evening. Guests don't care at all that the machines are operated by a different company than Motel 6. What we care about is that the machines work, and 50 % did not during my visit. The working 50 % do not constitute a passing grade. Not a high bar to pass - the staff should be testing those machines daily, and if one doesn't work, there should be a sign on it warning the guest. Do better.

    Deceptive advertising photo. Showed a newer building but I was booked in the much older, not well maintained building. Some guests were smoking so much marijuana that it disturbed the entire floor. Guest left dog poop in the hallway. Residue remained for days after supposedly cleaning.

    There were alot of "people" out and about the property through out the night. I am older and get up to use the restroom quit often and look out the window to check on my vehicle. 1rst the camode didn’t work so I moved rooms 2nd room fridge did not work. Floor was very sticky. After 5 no one was there to swap out a fridge. Desk persons solution was for me to go to another motel. He did offer refund. I was there for 2 nights. NO ONE CAME TO CHECK ON FRIDGE. 9ver all not good service. 😐 I do not recommend staying there.

    The room smelled like some cheap cologne had been spilled. The floor was buckling. One window was broken and the glass was taped over. The TV had no signal. The parking lot did not feel secure. The ice machine in this building was broken. The front desk called a few minutes after registering and I told them about the TV. He told me he would send someone. No one came and I called. He said he had no one to send and suffered to give me another room across the hall. I moved. The TV had no signal. I gave up. At least this room had a fridge.

    Room wasn’t ready and we arrived after the 3 pm for check in. We then asked if we could just get 2 rooms that would be equivalent to the 3 queen bed suite we reserved and the hotel front desk clerk declined. We were then forced to drive around waiting for a call. Area is sketchy, strong musty odor, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly- still hair left over from the previous guests. Then briefly after we checked in I asked the same front desk attendant for additional towels and he rolled his eyes and huffed and looked into a brown cabinet for more towels, and then informed me that they were out of towels and did an offer to bring us towels later on in the evening. We then were forced to drive and purchase our own towels!!!

    The staff was very polite. But when i got in my first room, I pulled the top blanket down so i could lay down and there was dog hair all over the second blanket. I went to the office and they offered me another room. The second room had human hair in the beds, however I was very tired from the 3 hour drive so I settled. When when I went to use the restroom the door on the inside was very soft at the bottom and coming apart from water damage. The floor as well. The bathroom counter had a couple strands of hair as well. I understand that this is a cheaper motel, however the cleanliness is very poor. I myself work at a hotel (keeping in mind is a much nicer hotel) and this would NEVER be accessible. When I checked out I asked to speak with a supervisor, her response to my complaints on the rooms and hair in the beds was, " Im very sorry but hair just sticks to the blankets and sheets. And the hair in the restroom was just an accident." She didnt offer a discount on another stay or any money in return. At the end of the day, if you need a fast stay, this would be ok. I will not be staying here ever again.

    One of the best places to stay near the Bay Area for a very reasonable price. Housekeeping happens almost daily. I leave for work in the morning, and when I come back in the evening, the room is spotless and the bed is freshly made again.

    I've been coming to motel 6. For a long time. Yes they are cleaner than most. Half the rooms you never know what you get.Considering your maintenance wise. Hole in the shower loose faucet.E t c. But now they're trying to charge over ninety dollars a night for a normal room.That is ridiculous

    The room was not clean. The floors were sticky with spot of food outside of the refrigerator. The refrigerator also had not been wiped out with sticky rings from drinks, food crumbs and drips and had hair in it. The shower had a muddy (I hope it was muddy) hand smear on the wall where someone had braces themselves getting into it and the bathroom floors also had not been cleaned.

    Check in went fine. The property is in poor condition and dirty. Our room was disgusting - black mold in the shower and sink- inches from where the toothbrush goes. There was no shampoo. A representative from motel 6 called about an hour after we checksee if we needed anything and offered a room change .     It was confusing without real people at the front desk to help to check in first of all. It didn’t tell you or show you where your room is and how to get there which the real people would use a simple map to show especially they have four different buildings when I drove around to try to find my building C every building have a big sign A or B but C… Inside the room is clean but simple I wish there is a sofa or a desk and chair. It was okay to stay for just one night but won’t stay for more days. I drove around to try to find restaurants but there was only one on the right side of the hotel, rest of them are all on the other side of the high way. I wish there were some guidance and information in the lobby or room to help us especially if they don’t have a real person there. I really don’t like to talk to a scream with just basic check in without a thoughtful instruction or suggestion…

    The laundry room was not as clean as it could be. One washing machine didn't fill with water as it should have for a full load. Soggy clothes in the bottom with hardly any water. The next machine had no cold water despite selecting it. Hot water faded clothes. No signs on machines. Needed repairs. No microwave or freezer in room. Windows in room were not openable without handyman assist. Not very secure otherwise. Housekeeping staff pleasant and helpful. Much appreciated.

    Pool and hot tub seemed nice, didnt get a chance to use due to limited time. Spacious property. Cons: Plumbing and fridge are insanely loud Deluxe rooms don't come with microwave, room smelled of old food. Disturbing -- we payed $194 per night for a tiny 2 queen bed room and found a cockroach crawling on the floor the first night. Almost $200 a night and when we told the front staff they were entirely unconcerned and responded by telling that all motels have them.

    There was some kind of mega convention in San Francisco this week and hotels were asking for north of $500 for a night. I just needed a place to stay for the evening and the Motel 6 was "only" around $200. The whole attitude was antagonistic and guarded. The staff seemed more suspicious than welcoming. Services were minimal. Will never come back.

    For a Motel 6, this was pretty good. The room was very spacious, had a refrigerator, and there is a pool and hottub. Most areas were clean. The only significant issue is there is mossy slime around the rim of the hottub. This was not only gross, but very slippery and dangerous. They also need more and better towels, but it's a Motel 6, so expectations must be curbed. It exceeded my expectations in room size and amenities. I would stay again.

    The hot tub was ice cold like a pool. Very deceiving to list a spa, but have the heat off to it. Many things were broken at the hotel the main door to the hotel was broke so no security there our rooms bathtub would pour out hot water but no cold water it would come out at a drop. Air conditioning did not work in the room. Broken electrical plates. Had to look for a working ice machine as there are no fridges in the room and the first one was not working at all. I definitely don't recommend staying here very disappointed and feel cheated as we booked it to use the hot tub knowing my wife's legs swell up driving that far and that the hot water would swell them down but we could not use the hot tub and could not even use a bathtub to do that.

    I’ve been to this venue a few times for convenience and pricing. The price should be reduced even more. For the negligence of maintenance (elevator), run down of building C, and the roads/pavement conditions driving in at this particular venue. Way too many pot wholes and unevenness! It has been over 2 years now. Unbelievable! Still have not fixed the elevator over in building C. Such an inconvenience hauling my own luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Especially check in this late! Building C dire need for a well long over due make over! Cons: -Elevator still out of commission over 2 years! -Hallways of this building needs to be upgraded. Very dingy and musty. Not well lit. -Rooms need to be refreshed. Very basic. -No mini fridge, a basic coffee maker, or microwave. -Bathroom definitely needs upgrades. -Bathroom sink is more like a hand sink literally. -Shower is very basic and the water is sub par. -No any type of delivery drop off in front of our door! Drop off is in the front desk lobby, in another building! PRO: - A/C works well( in the room I stayed in) -Bed was clean and mattress was comfortable. -Bathroom assorted towels are clean.     The worst experience. Was placed in an ADA room. The room was dirty, linen was old and tattered. When I turned on the shower, it and the toilet flooded. In a panic, I called the front desk and the female employee yelled at me to say “ what do you mean flooding? We don’t have any more rooms for you!” When I attempted to respond, she interrupted to say the same thing. Finally, I was able to explain that 1) I did not need an ADA room and 2) I just wanted to take a shower. I was eventually transferred to another room. My concern is that I had to pay and spend the whole night in a dirty and out of service room. I would like a refund for the first night.

    The bed was clean and comfortable. The door entrance to corridor of rooms was locked which added to the safety factor. The bathroom floor needed some sweeping and bedside stand could have used a wipe. Bedside wall lamp wouldn't turn off so had to unscrew lightbulb, but notified staff and they'll notify maintenance. Staff was accommodating when I asked for room not facing traffic sounds.

    I missed the fridge and microwave, the walk to Belmont village and the Caltrain is not nice, the room was too large for one person, the toilet seat wasn't fixed proper, the halls outside the room are very large and don't gives a familiar feeling.

    Motel is in very very bad shape. No microwave No fridge in the room. Elevator didnt work and our room was at 3rd floor. No customer service at all. On top of that they have live agent from out of the country so not helping local economy either. Come here only if you want to spend night and leave.

    Check in was weird and you check in with a kiosk and a live agent connected to the kiosk so no staff was available right after the beginning of 3pm check in. Property looked to have 4 different buildings and only one of which was new. Got placed in a building on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not in service. Room itself was ok and bed wasn’t bad either. Also just seemed like a sketchy area. Otherwise seemed quiet on a Sunday night.

    The elevator was closed so we had to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. Then there was no do not disturb to put on the door and for the entire time we were there we had the same towels. We asked the maid and she said that she can’t give out her towels that she has a list of rooms that get towels. There also is a room on the bottom that has a screen pushed out of the window and the people staying there used it as a door climbing in and out of the window.what a nightmare.

    Perfectly fine place to stay for a night. It’s huge and the buildings are old and there is only an elevator in one building so it’s a trek if you’re not in that building but have heavy luggage. Staff are helpful and friendly.

    We stayed two nights. There were toenail clippings on the floor along with popcorn. I told the front desk immediately. There was nothing they could do except switch rooms. I didn’t want to so they assured me it would be cleaned the next day. Nope, never cleaned. And management couldn’t do anything except give me a 10% discount but I’d have to call Expedia for that. Too much of a hassle.

    This is a nice, well-run property. Some of their electrical outlets are too loose, making it difficult to get a steady connection for my CPAP, etc. They need dispensers for dog poop bags. Hopefully more people will pick up after their dogs.

    My room is clean and smells ok but the main building smells bad and the elevator is broken and the stairwells and hallways are dirty. I don’t like the robot check in with the video chat, it’s dehumanizing.

    Sorrt..but it seems an on going issue. The owner needs to switch gears when it comes to elevator company. Somebody who is actually going to fix it . Otherwise motel 6 is my favorite place to stay. Cool people stay there. And they have a pool!!!

    But the beds were comfortable, blackout curtains worked well, clean bed and towel, WiFi worked, and the motel workers were very responsive. I give them credit for cleaning up the poop really quickly, but it was a bit of a shock to wake up to.

    One of the budget friendly place i always stay at when i have alot of work here in the bay area. Its definitely worth the price and i never had issues here. This is my 3rd stay here and stayed for a week every time and had the same experience every time. Thank you motel 6 ill be a returning customer for my buisness trips.

    I was so pleasantly surprised by this great little Motel 6! Our room was clean, beds comfortable, and it even had an outdoor hot tub along with a heated pool! Super convenient location by the SFO airport. We were only here one night but would definitely stay again!

    The king sized non smoking room was clean but unfortunately it doesn't have a refrigerator or a microwave. However, customer service was great from checking in and having key card problems. The staff was positive and friendly. I highly recommend. 👌
